Emotional differences based on comments on doctor-patient disputes with varying levels of severity

BACKGROUND The risks associated with negative doctor-patient relationships have seriously hindered the healthy development of medical and healthcare and aroused wide-spread concern in society.The number of public comments on doctor-patient relationship risk events reflects the degree to which the public pays attention to such events.Thirty incidents of doctor-patient disputes were collected from Weibo and TikTok,and 3655 related comments were extracted.The number of comment sentiment words was extracted,and the comment sentiment value was calculated.The Kruskal-Wallis H test was used to compare differences between each variable group at different levels of incidence.Spearman’s correlation analysis was used to examine associations between variables.Regression analysis was used to explore factors influencing scores of comments on incidents.RESULTS The study results showed that public comments on media reports of doctor-patient disputes at all levels are mainly dominated by“good”and“disgust”emotional states.There was a significant difference in the comment scores and the number of partial emotion words between comments on varying levels of severity of doctor-patient disputes.The comment score was positively correlated with the number of emotion words related to positive,good,and happy)and negatively correlated with the number of emotion words related to negative,anger,disgust,fear,and sadness.CONCLUSION The number of emotion words related to negative,anger,disgust,fear,and sadness directly influences comment scores,and the severity of the incident level indirectly influences comment scores.

Evaluation of Genetic Diversity and Genetic Relationship of Large Fruited Tomato Core Germplasms Based on Genotypic Value

[Objective] The paper aimed to analyze genetic diversity and genetic relationship of large fruited tomato core germplasms based on genotypic value.[Method] Taking 55 large fruited tomato core germplasms as tested materials, the genetic diversity of seven agronomic traits was analyzed, and the correlation between traits and genetic relationship between germplasms were analyzed based on genotypic effect value.[Result] The diversity indexes of seven agronomic traits were 3.98, 3.97, 3.99, 3.99, 3.97, 3.98 and 3.87, respectively, indicating there were rich genetic diversities in large fruited tomato core germplasms. Correlation analysis of traits was conducted based on genotypic effect value. The results showed that there was extremely significant positive correlation between leaf length and leaf width, and the correlation coefficient was 0.66. There was extremely significant positive correlation between fruit length and fruit width, with a correlation coefficient of 0.49. There was extremely significant positive correlation between weight per fruit and fruit width, with a correlation coefficient of 0.46. The genetic distance between large fruited tomato core germplasms was calculated based on the phenotypic value of traits. When the distance was 5, 55 large fruited tomato core germplasms were divided into three groups. The genetic distance between large fruited core germplasms tomato was calculated based on genotypic predictive value of traits. When the distance was 10, 55 large fruited tomato core germplasms were divided into six groups. Comparing the results of two clustering analysis, it was found that the clustering analysis based on genotypic value could better explain the genetic relationship between germplasms.[Conclusion] The results could provide some basis for understanding the population variation of large fruited tomato and genetic improvement of tomato cultivars.

Study on the Relationship between Psychological Stress and Doctor-Patient Relationship of Cancer Patients and Their Families

Objective: To research the relationship between psychological stress and doctor-patient relationship of cancer patients and their families. Methods: The patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, and PDRQ-15, pcl-c, SAS and SDS scales were selected as evaluation indexes, and the levels of norepinephrine and dopamine were compared between the patients diagnosed with PTSD cancer and those without PTSD. Results: 1) The total score of PCL-C, SAS, SDS, PDRQ-15 scale of the cancer patients and their families after the intervention of clinical psychological care was significantly lower than that of before intervention and the control group. 2) The correlation coefficients between PCL-C, SAS, SDS and PDRQ-15 of cancer patients and their relatives were 0.971, 0.952 and 0.939 respectively. The significant test P value was less than 0.05 and the difference was statistically significant. 3) The plasma levels of dopamine and norepinephrine in cancer patients under stress were significantly higher than those in cancer patients without stress (P Conclusion: After psychological Intervention of cancer patients and their families, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression and doctor-patient relationship were all improved.

Analysis on the Driving Factors and Realization Path of the Value of Tutor-Student Relationship of Postgraduates-with Medical and Pharmaceutical Universities as an Example

A harmonious relationship between teachers and postgraduates presents the comprehensive value of psychological education,which guarantees training quality and acts as an effective carrier of mental health education of the postgraduates.Based on Bandura’s theory of reciprocal determinism and Austin’s input-output theory,this paper constructs a model concerning the value of psychological education in the tutor-student relationship.The path of realization is also explored in a structural equation model through a questionnaire survey of 1112 graduate supervisors and administrators in medical colleges.The experimental result indicates that(1)The interaction between teachers and postgraduates promotes the value of psychological education in the highest measure,among which the quality and frequency of tutor-student communication,mutual trust,and respect act as the key influencing indicators.(2)Tutor’s professional quality is considered as the fundamental driving force in the realization of psychological education value in the tutor-student relationship,the maximum mediating effect is observed in the developing path of tutor’s professional quality-interaction behavior between teachers and postgraduates-psychological growth of teachers and postgraduates.(3)The objective results obtained by teachers and postgraduates,such as the improvement of quality and quantity,positively promote the overall quality of life satisfaction of both sides,which improves the major psychological growth indicators.(4)In the path that affects the psychological growth of teachers and postgraduates,female groups mainly focusing on natural sciences pay more attention to the tutor-student emotional experience,while male and lower-grade groups pay more attention to behavioral interaction;In the path that affects the interaction between teachers and postgraduates,the tutor does not value the difference in the quality of graduate students,lower-grade and natural science professional groups pay more attention to institutional environment.

Spiritual Anamnesis and Doctor-Patient Relationship： Review and Reconstruction of a Daily Routine Instrument

Introduction： spiritual anamnesis is fundamental to familiarity with patient’s beliefs. It enables health professionals to： investigate how patients face the treatment, understand the role and importance of religion in the life of this individual, how much spirituality may interfere in the health-disease process and in the disease experience. It also helps detect spiritual needs and mobilize resources to promote the biopsychosocial and spiritual wellness of the individual. Objective： identify spiritual questionnaires in literature. Methods： This article is a bibliographic review. Researching was on books and electronically based from August to December 2014. PUBMED and SCIELO databases were used in English and Portuguese. Inclusion factors： short, brief and easy to memorize questions to know if the patient’s beliefs interfere in medical treatments and to what extent. Exclusion factors： not try to convert or to interfere with the patient’s rights, not try to influence their beliefs or to make anamnesis on emergency situations or acute medical consultations. Results： based on the questions of seven samples of spiritual questionnaires found in literature, health professionals identified the patient’s spiritual needs and the beliefs likely to interfere in the doctor-patient relationship and in the therapeutic conduct as such. The anamnesis models found converge in some points, but differ mainly as to time excess some questionnaires demand （due to the large number of questions） when compared to others （shorter） and/or when going deeper into a particular aspect of beliefs, leaving some important points out. Conclusion： the anamnesis found are as follows： FICA Questionnaire; HOPE Questionnaire, Kunh’s Spiritual Inventory, CSI-MEMO, ACP Spiritual History, Matthews Spiritual History, Maugans Spiritual History. The main points found in these seven questionnaires are： resources mobilization to meet the patients’ spiritual demands; to what extent spirituality may interfere both in adherence to the treatment and in the clinical treatment and in strengthening the doctor-patient relationship.

The Relevance of Relationships in the Value Creation Process： Analysis of SCM in the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Sector

This work, through an empirical research （Jayaram, Kannan and Tan model）, aims at analysing, at the same time, the effect of ＂structural mechanisms＂ and ＂relationships building＂ factors on the value creation process in the Supply Chain. The two factors have been chosen among others, as they have been considered able to improve the internal and external processes of the firm and the Supply Chain, and in consequence, able to influence the value creation process of the Supply Chain Management. The research has been directed to the chemical and pharmaceutical sector of the Southern Lazio （Italy） and a factorial analysis, using the software SPSS （16.0） which has been performed in order to verify the influence of these factors in value creation process of the Supply Chain The outcomes confirm the positive contribute in the value creation process for companies that take care of the relationships among the stakeholders in the management process of the supply chain （the ＂relationships building＂ factor） and, in parallel with the analysis of the same process, the secondary role of the ＂structural mechanisms＂ factor has been highlighted.

Customer Relationship Management to Customer Value&Customer Loyalty of Fixed Broadband:Study Case on Fixed Broadband Company in Indonesia

The increase of fixed broadband penetration can increase a country’s economic growth.Indonesian fixed broadband usage density still lags far behind other countries.This condition becomes a great opportunity for operators in marketing fixed broadband products.The different offers and services of each fixed broadband operator in Indonesia will have an impact on the ease of acquiring and maintaining customer loyalty levels.The unstable number of subscribers(unsubscribing/switch to other operator)is increasing year by year.This condition can be caused by customer value perceived by the customer that is inferior because the management of customer relationship management is less good.The method used is descriptive and explanatory.The unit of analysis is the last customer of four broadband operators in Indonesia.Time horizon is cross-sectional,where the research is conducted simultaneously.The survey data are collected from questionnaires to fixed broadband subscribers and through focus group discussions and interviews with managers related to the object study.Data are analyzed descriptively and quantitatively and this research uses quantitative research design using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM).The findings show that the effect of customer relationship management on customer loyalty through customer value is significant.

Value judgment and reflection on the customer relationship management in domestic tourism projects

From the concept of the customer relationship, this article analyzes the current difticulties, and puts forward the value judg- ment and the optimal path of the customer relationship management in the domestic tourism projects. In order to make the discussion more concrete, this paper will take the ＂rural tourism projects in Phoenix City＂ as the object of study. Through the heterogeneity and coordina- tion, establish the value judgment, and the optimization measures under the reflection on the current situation can be constructed from four aspects.

An Investigation of Medical Students’ Cognition on the Doctor-Patient Relationship and Their Career Choice

Objective:To investigate medical students’cognition on the doctor-patient relationship and its influence on their career choice as well as to provide reference for medical education and communication education.Methods:A self-compiled questionnaire survey was carried out at a medical university in W city,and descriptive statistics as well as chi-square tests were conducted.Results:There were significant differences in medical students’cognition of doctor-patient relationship among different genders,registered residence,only-child status,whose parents are working in the medical field,and their own evaluation of the major(p<0.05);the different cognitions of doctor-patient relationship have a significant influence on medical students’career choice.Conclusion:Medical students’vocational cognition and educational guidance should be strengthened,hospital information should be open and transparent,media reporting of medical events should be standardized,and a doctor-patient conflict regulation mechanism should be established.

Research on the Relationship Between Macroeconomic Indicators and Stock Market Value

The article first addresses the following questions:“Why does gross domestic product(GDP)rises,but the stock market value falls?”;“Among the macroeconomic factors,which factor has a greater impact on the promotion of investment value in the securities market?”.With these questions in mind,we put forward a hypothesis emphasizing on the impact of macroeconomic factors on the value of the stock market based on existing research and used the regression method to verify this hypothesis.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)variables that have a positive nonlinear relationship with stock market value include balance of payments surplus,rising GDP level,M1,the whole society’s fixed asset investment,and national per capita disposable income;(2)variables that have a negative nonlinear relationship with stock market value include deposit,loan interest rate,new RMB loan amount,consumer price index(CPI),and producer price index;(3)deposit reserve ratio has an S-shaped curve relationship with stock market value;(4)exchange rate has an inverted U-shaped curve relationship with stock market value.

THE FUZZY NUMERICAL VALUE SIMULATION OF NANOMETER ELECTRO-THERMAL IN HOT-WORKING

The fuzzy numerical value analysis method is adopted for the first time, which solves the problem of nanometer electro-thermal in filming process, The key technique is embodied by controlling the time distribution, temperature and press in the filming process. 政府补贴与企业出口国内附加值的倒u型关系——双调节效应分析

政府补贴对制造业优化升级有着重要意义。那么,政府补贴的政策效果如何?它促进了我国企业出口国内附加值提升吗?为回答以上问题,运用OLS和两步法系统GMM,从静态和动态角度实证分析了政府补贴对我国企业出口国内附加值的影响,并探讨行业集中度及其与全要素生产率对二者关系的调节效应。实证研究发现:(1)政府补贴通过激励效应和扭曲效应对出口国内附加值产生倒U型影响;(2)行业集中度对倒U型关系具有调节作用,行业集中度越高,政府补贴对出口国内附加值率的倒U型影响越小;(3)全要素生产率会强化行业集中度对政府补贴与出口国内附加值率倒U型关系的调节作用。

服务市场开放影响制造业价值链升级:“双向开放”视角的新解读

本文基于服务市场“双向开放”的视角,系统剖析“本国对外开放”和“外部对华开放”对制造业价值链升级的影响。研究结果显示:(1)在遗漏“外部对华开放”变量的情形下,“本国对外开放”对制造业价值链升级的促进作用被高估;(2)“本国对外开放”和“外部对华开放”均显著促进制造业价值链升级,且“本国对外开放”的促进作用更大;(3)“本国对外开放”和“外部对华开放”对制造业价值链升级的影响具有明显的异质性特征;(4)“本国对外开放”和“外部对华开放”均通过服务市场技术溢出效应、服务市场竞争效应、企业创新能力和企业成本等渠道促进企业价值链升级;(5)“本国对外开放”和“外部对华开放”在促进制造业价值链升级的过程中呈现替代关系,且中美之间的替代关系强于其他经济体。这意味着当前在西方发达国家对华开放持续收紧和逐步封锁的背景下,中国可凭借积极主动的“本国对外开放”继续驱动制造业价值链攀升。

森林生态产品价值实现:逻辑关系与关键问题

目前中国森林生态产品价值的实现程度不高,生态产品生产的内生动力不足,厘清森林生态产品价值实现的逻辑关系和关键问题对提高生态产品价值实现程度和质量具有重要意义。该研究立足中国式现代化的全局视野和长远视野,通过对文献资料、政策和实践进行归纳,系统剖析了森林生态产品价值实现与中国式现代化的互促逻辑,讨论了森林生态产品价值实现中的辩证关系,总结出了森林生态产品价值实现的长效机制。研究得出:①森林生态产品价值实现有助于转变经济发展方式和发展动力,实现绿色发展;有助于提高社会福利水平,缩小城乡差距,增加和平发展动力;符合生态文明战略的核心要义,推动市场化经济体制改革;倒逼科技创新升级;提供中国式现代化的示范案例。同时,中国式现代化改革进程为森林生态产品价值实现提供了坚实的物质保障、社会环境、制度遵循、技术支撑和现实依据。②从长远来看,森林生态产品价值实现的关键问题是对经济发展阶段与发展成果共享、自然环境保护与森林生产经营、林业政府管制与市场主导、林地产权与公平效率、科学技术发展与森林生态产业之间关系的平衡协调。研究建议:在设计与完善森林生态产品价值实现的长效机制时,将森林生态产品价值实现充分融入中国式现代化进程,实施稳定长效的惠林政策,充分发挥有为政府、有效市场和高效社会的链接叠加效应,严格保护林农的林地资源权益并促进适度规模经营,推动科学技术赋能森林生态产品价值实现全过程。该研究有助于推动中国式生态产品价值实现话语体系建设,为进行森林生态产品价值实现的体制机制改革提供科学依据。

教育关系视域下中国传统教学法价值探析

教育的本质是人与人关系性的体现,教师唯有借助构筑师生之间、生生之间充满信赖感的沟通关系,并且通过这种“关系性”功能的发挥,才能达成教学的有效性。漫长的历史演进中所孕育形成的中国传统教学法,也建构起一种体现着中华文化道统与精神气质的教育关系模式。藉由教育关系视角,对中国传统教学法的基本特征与核心价值进行深入解析,即在蒙以养正与言传身教中构建尊师重道的教育伦理关系、在个别教学与因材施教中生成和谐深厚的教育情感关系、在自修自得与启发切磋中促成双向互动的教育教学关系、以及在寓教于乐与爱教结合中密切人际交往关系。在教育关系视域下进行中国传统教学法的价值探析,对于形塑新型教育关系,提高教育教学实效性,发展学生核心素养、以及推动本土教学理论话语体系的重构等,都有着重要的理论价值与现实意义。
