Optimizing University Faculty Teams: Addressing the Talent Mobility Challenges in the Context of “Double First-Class” Initiative

With the advancement of the“Double First-Class”initiative,universities are increasingly focusing on attracting top-tier talent to enhance faculty quality and strengthen academic disciplines.The blind competition for high-end talent among universities reflects an overshadowing of academic values by economic considerations,neglecting the growth patterns of top talent and the development laws of higher education.This study investigates and reflects on the real-world challenges of faculty mobility in universities,aiming to provide effective guidance for managing university faculty teams.

Efficient CO_(2) fixation with acetophenone on Ag-CeO_(2) electrocatalyst by a double activation strategy

The electrocarboxylation reaction is an attractive means to convert CO_(2) into valuable chemicals under ambient conditions,while it still suffers from low efficiency due to the high stability of CO_(2).In this work,we report a double activation strategy for simultaneously activating CO_(2) and acetophenone by silver-doped CeO_(2)(Ag-CeO_(2)) nanowires,featuring as an effective electrocatalyst for electrocarboxylation of acetophenone with CO_(2).Compared to the Ag foil,Ag nanoparticles and CeO_(2) nanowires,the Ag-CeO_(2)nanowire catalyst allowed to reduce the onset potential difference between CO_(2) and acetophenone activation,thus enabling efficient electrocarboxylation to form 2-phenyllactic acid.The Faradaic efficiency for producing 2-phenyllactic acid reached 91%at−1.8 V versus Ag/AgI.This double activation strategy of activating both CO_(2)and organic substrate molecules can benefit the catalyst design to improve activities and selectivities in upgrading CO_(2)fixation for higher-value electrocarboxylation.

Build an International Teaching Resource Construction System and Practice International Talent Training in the Context of “Double First-class” ——Take the School of Software of Northwestern Polytechnical University Case as an Example

From the perspective of the development of world-class universities,internationalization is an essential strategic choice and external feature,and also an inevitable choice to improve the discourse power and competitiveness of international higher education.In line with the national“double first-class”international development strategy of higher education,based on the cultivation of students’overall quality,the improvement of teachers’professional ability,and the development of school’s improvement of quality and efficiency,we School of Software,Northwestern Polytechnical University,explore new ideas and new measures for the cultivation of international software engineering talents,build a set of international teaching resources construction system,to form a reference standard and scheme for the cultivation of international software engineering talents.At present,we have achieved excellent results.

Research on the Curriculum System of Software Engineering under the Background of“Double First-Class”Construction

To build the top class of higher education by focusing on the goal of the“Double First-Class”,it needs to analyze the defect and deficiency and identify the demand for the training of the talent under the background of“Double First-Class”.Considering of those issues,it is suggested that building the curriculum system scientifically and rationally in following aspects:deepening the training objectives,professionalizing the structure and contents of the curriculum system,optimizing the content,enhancing the construction of practical education system and internationalizing the curriculum system.Also,with those aspects,a reference is provided for the cultivation of talents with innovative consciousness and ability to solve complex engineering problems under the background of the“Double First-Class”construction.

Construction of University Librarian Team in the Context of Double First-Class Initiative

Data services,knowledge services,and information services are the core service elements of university libraries in the context of the Double First-Class Initiative.Combined with the current situation of insufficient overall service capacity of libraries,this paper proposed strategies and implementation paths for optimizing the service system from three aspects:the construction of the professional qualification system for librarians,the establishment of post institutions,and the construction of library culture.Long-term path:putting library human resource management into the legal track,taking the lead in local legislation,and promoting the construction of library legislation and professional qualification certification system;optimizing the personnel system,implementing hierarchical management and classified assessment for professional librarians and auxiliary librarians.Short-term path:intensive post allocation,namely,assigning the core strength in the core post,and tackling the temporary major work combining multiple forces in the form of a"working group";building an open knowledge service ecosystem,accelerate the cross-border integration of libraries and other organizations,and striving to build the core competitiveness of libraries.

Research on Striving for Double First-Class Universities

The Correlation Study between Thinking Styles and English-Speaking Learning Strategies of Junior School Students under the Background of “Double Reduction” Policy

Based on Cognitive Style Theory,Oxford’s Speaking Learning Theory and Communicative Competence Theory,this paper adopts questionnaire method,uses Sternberg’s Thinking Style Inventory modified by Zhang Lifang,as well as Oxford’s Learning Strategies Scale,and combines with the actual situation of junior high school students’oral learning to design the questionnaire of speaking learning strategies.Eighth graders of a junior middle school in Sichuan Province are randomly selected as the research object.The statistical tool SPSS23.0 is used to conduct the descriptive analysis and Pearson correlation analysis of the questionnaire results to explore the overall situation of junior high school students’thinking styles and the use of English-speaking learning strategies as well as their correlation.According to the research,junior high school students generally tend to executive style,liberal style,conservative style,legislative style,hierarchic style.The use of speaking learning strategies is at an average level.They tend to use memory speaking strategies,social speaking strategies,affective speaking strategies,and cognitive speaking strategies.As a whole,there is a relatively significant correlation between thinking styles and speaking learning strategies.Specifically,there is a partial correlation between thinking styles and speaking learning strategies.

基于Double Deep Q Network的无人机隐蔽接敌策略

基于深度强化学习的连续状态空间无人机隐蔽接敌问题,提出了基于马尔可夫决策过程的隐蔽接敌双深度Q网络(DDQN)方法。利用DDQN生成目标值函数的方法解决了传统DQN的过拟合问题;采用按优先级随机抽样的方法获取训练样本,加速了神经网络的训练速度;设定贪婪系数按照指数下降的方法,解决了传统强化学习的“探索利用窘境”;在势函数奖赏函数设计中引入角度因子,使其更加符合实际作战情况。仿真实验结果表明,DDQN具有较好的收敛性,能有效生成隐蔽接敌策略。

Dynamic Self-Adaptive Double Population Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm Based on Lorenz Equation

In order to improve some shortcomings of the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm, such as premature convergence and slow local search speed, a double population particle swarm optimization algorithm based on Lorenz equation and dynamic self-adaptive strategy is proposed. Chaotic sequences produced by Lorenz equation are used to tune the acceleration coefficients for the balance between exploration and exploitation, the dynamic self-adaptive inertia weight factor is used to accelerate the converging speed, and the double population purposes to enhance convergence accuracy. The experiment was carried out with four multi-objective test functions compared with two classical multi-objective algorithms, non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm and multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm. The results show that the proposed algorithm has excellent performance with faster convergence rate and strong ability to jump out of local optimum, could use to solve many optimization problems.

Application and Discussion on the Training of Innovative Graduate Talent Against the Background of“Double First-Class”Construction

Against the background of the“double first-class”construction,the training of innovative graduate talent has become an important issue in higher education.This article discusses the importance of the training of top graduate innovative talent,analyzes the status of the training of top graduate innovative talent at home and abroad,and summarizes the current challenges in the training of graduate innovative talent in China.Lastly,this paper proposes relevant reform suggestions in response to problems in the training of innovative graduate talent,which provides important references for improving the quality of innovative graduate training.

Phase control of 2D binary hydroxides nanosheets via controlling-release strategy for enhanced oxygen evolution reaction and supercapacitor performances

An OH^--slow-release strategy was established to controllably tune the( α-and β-) phase of nickel cobalt binary hydroxide in the presence of ammonium chloride. Ammonium chloride is added to the ionic solution to regulate the p H of the solution and slow down the release of OH^-, effectively regulating the phase, nanostructure, interlayer spacing, surface area, thickness, and the performance of binary Ni –Co hydroxide. The ion-slow-release mechanism is conducive to the formation of α-phase with larger interlayer spacing and thinner flakes rather than β-phase. Attributed to the enlarged interlayer spacing, thinner nanosheets, and more exposed active sites, the resultant α-phase hydroxides(NCNS-5.2), displayed much lower over potential of 285 mV with respect to the dense-stacked β-phase hydroxides(362 mV) for OER at 10 mA/cm^2. It also exhibited high specific capacitance of 1474.2 F/g, when tested at 0.5 A/g within a voltage range of 0–0.45 Vvs. Hg/Hg O. This composite was also stable for water oxidation reaction and supercapacitor. The proof-of-concept of using controlled-release agent may provide suggestive insights for the material innovation and a variety of applications.

基于功率转速双闭环的增程器发电功率动态控制策略

针对电动汽车内燃发电增程器发电功率动态控制存在的控制精度不高、响应滞后和反向超调等问题,提出并设计了一种结合功率/转速双闭环的增程器发电功率动态控制策略。该策略基于高效运行曲线进行发电功率的转矩/转速解耦,同时考虑了基于实际发电功率反馈的内燃机目标发电转矩修正、发电转矩转速动态协调修正。变工况发电试验结果表明,增程器发电过程中的发电功率最大正向超调为1.37 kW,最大反向超调为1.89 kW,稳态误差均小于0.01 kW,功率上升响应时间约为2.5 s,功率下降响应时间约为2.8 s,且工作点均在高效运行曲线附近。该增程器发电功率动态控制策略能够减少瞬态发电功率的响应滞后和反向超调的问题,在工程实践中具备可行性。

“双减”政策执行阻滞:发生逻辑与消解策略

“减负”政策执行难是我国基础教育事业发展过程中的“老大难”问题,在“双减”政策实践中表现为:基层政策表演式执行、选择式执行以及抵抗式执行。从“利益结构-社会文化-参与主体”三重维度对政策执行阻滞的发生逻辑进行诠释发现:政策执行的利益结构:成本分散-利益集中,社会文化:不平等的职业观与功利化的教育观,参与主体:行政吸纳社会、利益主体失语,这三重因素共同导致了政策执行阻滞的生成。本研究基于“嵌入理论”,从价值观念嵌入、执行方式嵌入、社会参与嵌入和监管模式嵌入等四个方面提出执行阻滞的消解策略。

部颁标准下的高职院校“双师型”教师发展优化策略

2022年,教育部发布了《职业教育“双师型”教师基本标准(试行)》(以下简称“部颁标准”),使“双师型”教师认定工作步入规范化、标准化、实操化的轨道。部颁标准具有四维框架、三阶递进、两位一体的特点,完善了递进式的“双师型”教师发展体系,形成了一体化的教师发展能力框架,强化了产业服务在教师发展中的基础地位,丰富了教师发展评价指标内涵,为推进高职教师发展评价改革提供了新的契机。高职院校应以部颁标准为指导,对高职教师发展进行优化:构建任务导向的教师发展评价模型,完善教师分层培养体系,建立“双师型”教师职称晋升机制,推进教师发展评价体系标准化建设,打造“双师型”教学创新团队,实现教师发展水平的整体跃升。
