The deformation characteristics of bloom under different liquid fraction and reducing amount are obtained. The results indicate that the main deformation condition of bloom shell is compressive strain, mainly undertaken by the liquid core, which increases with the enhancement of reducing amount. Solidified shell takes minor deformation. The longitudinal section of bloom appears sunken and the narrow side bulges, which grow serious when the liquid fraction increases.展开更多
目的研究糖尿病合并高血压患者在采取以护士为核心多学科护理结合家属参与式延续护理时的作用。方法选取2021年6月—2023年12月寿光市人民医院收治的138例糖尿病合并高血压患者为研究对象,按照不同护理形式分为两组,各69例。对照组采取...目的研究糖尿病合并高血压患者在采取以护士为核心多学科护理结合家属参与式延续护理时的作用。方法选取2021年6月—2023年12月寿光市人民医院收治的138例糖尿病合并高血压患者为研究对象,按照不同护理形式分为两组,各69例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取以护士为核心多学科护理结合家属参与式延续护理。比较两组护理满意度、生活质量、血压水平、体重指数(body mass index,BMI)及血糖水平。结果研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后,研究组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理前,两组血压、BMI比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后,研究组收缩压、舒张压、BMI均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理前,两组血糖水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并高血压患者采取以护士为核心多学科护理结合家属参与式延续护理可提高护理满意度和生活质量,同时也能降低血压和血糖水平。展开更多
To enhance the reproducibility and scale up the synthesis of colloidal quantum dots(QDs),continuous flow synthesis is an appealing alternative to the widely used batch synthesis.Amongst other advantages,the strongly e...To enhance the reproducibility and scale up the synthesis of colloidal quantum dots(QDs),continuous flow synthesis is an appealing alternative to the widely used batch synthesis.Amongst other advantages,the strongly enhanced heat and mass transfer in small tubular reactors combined with controlled pressure can be cited.Nonetheless,the widespread use of this technique is hampered by special requirements such as the absence of solid or gaseous products and the room-temperature solubility of precursors.Therefore,the transfer of established reaction conditions from batch to flow is not straightforward and in most reported works the optical properties of the obtained QDs lag behind those prepared in batch reactions.This is also the case for PbS-based QDs,which are established near infrared(NIR)absorbers/emitters.Here we identified experimental conditions giving access to high-quality PbS core and PbS/CdS core/shell QDs obtained in an automated,easily scalable continuous flow synthesis.In particular,substituted thioureas have been selected as the sulfur source and ex-situ synthesized lead and cadmium oleate as the metal precursors,and appropriate solvent mixtures have been identified for each precursor.Highly luminescent PbS/CdS QDs emitting at the target wavelengths 940 and 1130 nm of special interest for NIR light-emitting diodes have been prepared,exhibiting a photoluminescence quantum yield up to 91%.展开更多
A single forming equipment of bimetal continuous core-filling casting was designed and manufactured for the purpose of developing copper-aluminum composite materials.The characteristics of the equipment were as follow...A single forming equipment of bimetal continuous core-filling casting was designed and manufactured for the purpose of developing copper-aluminum composite materials.The characteristics of the equipment were as follows:the crystallizer composed of water jacket copper sleeve in which graphite sleeve was set, two melting furnaces with different diameters vertically distributed, the low furnace of melting copper linked with the crystallizer, continuous casting and core-filling proceeded at the meantime.The rational processing parameters were determined through a series of experiments:contact length from down crucible to water-cooling cupreous crystallizer, 20 mm;length of recooling spray jet under crystallizer, 95 mm;temperature of copper and aluminum, 1250-1320℃ and 700℃ respectively;pulling rate, 16 mm/min.The qualified copper-clad aluminum composite rods, the external and inner diameter of which was 40 mm and 24 mm respectively, could be drawn successfully on that basis.Tested by hydrostatic extrusion and drawing process, the boss ratios of the copperclad aluminum composite rods were maintained a relatively stable scope of about 0.59-0.65, which was not obviously changed by subsequent plastic processing.展开更多

A new type of submerged-arc hardfacing flux-cored wire has been developed through nitrogen replacing part of carbon and addition of the nitrogen-fixing elements of niobium and titanium. And microstructure, degree of hardness and high-temperature wear resistance of its deposited metal samples were also investigated. It is found that the microstructure is martensite, residual austenite and carbonitride precipitates. As a result, the hardfacing metal with homogeneous distribution of very fine carbonitride particles had high hardness and excellent wear-re- sisting property during high-temperature wear, which could significantly extend the service life of continuous casting rolls.展开更多
