The development of aqueous battery with dual mechanisms is now arousing more and more interest.The dual mechanisms of Zn^(2+)(de)intercalation and I^(-)/I_(2)redox bring unexpected effects.Herein,differing from previo...The development of aqueous battery with dual mechanisms is now arousing more and more interest.The dual mechanisms of Zn^(2+)(de)intercalation and I^(-)/I_(2)redox bring unexpected effects.Herein,differing from previous studies using Zn I_(2)additive,this work designs an aqueous Bi I_(3)-Zn battery with selfsupplied I^(-).Ex situ tests reveal the conversion of Bi I_(3)into Bi(discharge)and Bi OI(charge)at the 1st cycle and the dissolved I^(-)in electrolyte.The active I^(-)species enhances the specific capacity and discharge medium voltage of electrode as well as improves the generation of Zn dendrite and by-product.Furthermore,the porous hard carbon is introduced to enhance the electronic/ionic conductivity and adsorb iodine species,proven by experimental and theoretical studies.Accordingly,the well-designed Bi I_(3)-Zn battery delivers a high reversible capacity of 182 m A h g^(-1)at 0.2 A g^(-1),an excellent rate capability with 88 m A h g^(-1)at 10 A g^(-1),and an impressive cyclability with 63%capacity retention over 20 K cycles at 10 A g^(-1).An excellent electrochemical performance is obtained even at a high mass loading of 6 mg cm^(-2).Moreover,a flexible quasi-solid-state Bi I_(3)-Zn battery exhibits satisfactory battery performances.This work provides a new idea for designing high-performance aqueous battery with dual mechanisms.展开更多
The sulfide-based solid-state electrolytes(SEs)reactivity toward moisture and Li-metal are huge barriers that impede their large-scale manufactu ring and applications in all-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs).Herei...The sulfide-based solid-state electrolytes(SEs)reactivity toward moisture and Li-metal are huge barriers that impede their large-scale manufactu ring and applications in all-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs).Herein,we proposed an Al and O dual-doped strategy for Li_(3)PS_(4)SE to regulate the chemical/electrochemical stability of anionic PS_(4)^(3-)tetrahedra to mitigate structural hydrolysis and parasitic reactions at the SE/Li interface.The optimized Li_(3.08)A_(10.04)P_(0.96)S_(3.92)O_(0.08)SE presents the highestσLi+of 3.27 mS cm^(-1),which is~6.8 times higher than the pristine Li_(3)PS_(4)and excellently inhibits the structural hydrolysis for~25 min@25%humidity at RT.DFT calculations confirmed that the enhanced chemical stability was revealed to the intrinsically stable entities,e.g.,POS33-units.Moreover,Li_(3.08)Al_(0.04)P_(0.96)S_(3.92)O_(0.08)SE cycled stably in Li//Li symmetric cell over 1000 h@0.1 mA cm^(-2)/0.1 mA h cm^(-2),could be revealed to Li-Al alloy and Li_(2)Oat SE/Li interface impeding the growth of Li-dendrites during cycling.Resultantly,LNO@LCO/Li_(3.08)Al_(0.04)P_(0.96)S_(3.92)O_(0.08)/Li-In cell delivered initial discharge capacities of 129.8 mA h g^(-1)and 83.74%capacity retention over 300 cycles@0.2 C at RT.Moreover,the Li_(3.08)Al_(0.04)P_(0.96)S_(3.92)O_(0.08)SE presented>90%capacity retention over 200 and 300 cycles when the cell was tested with LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)O_(2)(NCA)cathode material vs.5 and 10 mg cm^(-2)@RT.展开更多
Objective To investigate the feasibility of acquiring the similar homogeneous enhancement using bolus-tracking techniques with shortened respiratory time in prospectively electrocardiogram-gated high-pitch spiral acqu...Objective To investigate the feasibility of acquiring the similar homogeneous enhancement using bolus-tracking techniques with shortened respiratory time in prospectively electrocardiogram-gated high-pitch spiral acquisition mode (Flash mode) coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) compared with test bolus technique. Methods One hundred and eighty-four consecutive patients with mean heart rate ≤65 beats per minute undergoing CCTA were prospectively included in this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the group A (n=92) instructed to shorten respiratory time received CCTA using bolus-tracking technique with high-pitch spiral acquisition mode (Flash mode), while those in the group B (n=92) underwent CCTA with test bolus technique. The attenuation in the ascending aorta, image noise, contrast-to-noise ratio and radiation doses of the two groups were assessed. Results There were no significant differences in the mean attenuation values in the ascending aorta (483.18±59.07 HU vs. 498.7±83.51 HU, P=0.183), image noise (21.4±4.5 HU vs. 20.9±4.3 HU, P=0.414), contrast-to-noise ratio (12.1±4.2 vs. 13.8±5.1, P=0.31) between the groups A and B. There were no significant differences in the radiation dose of dynamic monitoring scans (0.056±0.026 mSv vs. 0.062±0.018 mSv, P=0.068) and radiation dose of angiography (0.94±0.07 mSv vs. 0.96±0.15 mSv,P=0.926) between the two groups, while 15 mL less contrast material volume was administered in the group A than the group B. Conclusion Bolus-tracking technique with shortened time of respiratory in Flash mode of dual-source CT yields the similar homogeneous enhancement with less contrast material in comparison to the test bolus technique.展开更多

One camera acts for producing an in-focus image of the object and the other one ensures an extended vision field under monitoring. Such a system scheme can achieve an excellent tracking performance,especially under various unfavorable conditions. A projection algorithm is used for the calculation of the displacement of the moving object. As a result, the computational cost is reduced greatly.In order that the tracking action of the system persists even if the object is sheltered or ns acceleration is larger than a specified threshold, a dedicated tracking algorithm on the basis of the α-β filtering is designed. Based on a certain transmission of an existing tracked vehicle, a DCT structure was proposed. Matlab/Simulink was a dopted as a platform to develop the simulation model. The engine speed was controlled to follow the target speed as a launch strategy. Two control methods, a proportional integral derivative ( PID ) control method and a fuzzy control method, were proposed to control the engine throttle and oil pressure in order to track the target engine speed. Simulation results show that either the PID control or fuzzy control method can improve the starting performance compared with no loop control meth od. Fuzzy control method can lead a better starting quality compared with PID control method.展开更多

Because the system to be controlled is highly nonlinear and strong coupled, an approach is used to divide it into two subsystems. One is to control the heading and the track error on the horizontal plane. The other is to control the pitch and the track error on the vertical plane. The object is assumed to be...In this paper we have proposed an object tracking method using Dual Tree Complex Wavelet Transform (DTCxWT). The proposed method is capable of tracking the moving object in video sequences. The object is assumed to be deform-able under limit i.e. it may change its shape from one frame to another. The basic idea in the proposed method is to decompose the image into two components: a two dimensional motion and a two dimensional shape change. The motion component is factored out while the shape is explicitly represented by storing a sequence of two dimensional models. Each model corresponds to each image frame. The proposed method performs well when the change in the shape in the consecutive frames is small however the 2-D motion in consecutive frames may be large. The proposed algorithm is capable of handling the partial as well as full occlusion of the object.展开更多

We call this filter velocity measured α-β (VM-α-β) filt...This paper clarifies the steady-state properties and performance of an α-β filter for moving target tracking using both position and velocity measurements. We call this filter velocity measured α-β (VM-α-β) filter. We first derive the stability condition and steady-state predicted errors as fundamental properties of the VM-α-β filter. The optimal gains for representative motion models are then derived from the Kalman filter equations. Theoretical and numerical analyses verify that VM-α-β filters with these optimal gains realize more accurate tracking than conventional α-β filters when the filter gains are relatively large. Our study reveals the conditions under which the predicted errors of the VM-α-β filters are less than those of conventional α-β filters. Moreover, numerical simulations clarify that the variance of the tracking error of the VM-α-β filters is approximately 3/4 of that of the conventional α-β filters in realistic situations, even when the accuracy of the position/velocity measurements is the same.展开更多

In this paper, the dynamic model is derived of a Free-floating Flexible Dual-arm Space Robot holding a rigid payload. Furthermore, according to the singular perturbation method, the system is separated into a slow subsystem representing rigid body motion of the robot and a fast subsystem representing the flexible link dynamics. For the slow subsystem, based on the second method of Lyapunov, using simple quantitative bounds on the model uncertainties, a robust tracking controller design is used during the trajectory tracking phase. The optimal control method is designed in the fast subsystem to guarantee the exponential stability. With the combination of the two above, the system can track the expected trajectory accurately, even though with uncertainty in model parameters, and its flexible vibration gets suppressed, too. Finally, some simulation tests have been conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods.展开更多
AIM: To compare three kinds of fluorescent probes for in vitro labeling and in vivo tracking of endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs) in a mouse model of laser-induced retinal injury.METHODS: EPCs were isolated from ...AIM: To compare three kinds of fluorescent probes for in vitro labeling and in vivo tracking of endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs) in a mouse model of laser-induced retinal injury.METHODS: EPCs were isolated from human umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells and labeled with three different fluorescent probes: 5-(and-6)-carboxyfluorescein diacetate succinimidyl ester(CFSE), 1,1′-dilinoleyl-3,3,3′,3′-tetramethylindo-carbocyanine perchlorate linked acetylated low-density lipoprotein(Di I-Ac LDL), and green fluorescent protein(GFP). The fluorescent intensity of EPCs was examined by confocal microscopy. Survival rate of labeled EPCs was calculated with trypan blue staining, and their adhesive capability was assessed. A mouse model of retinal injury was induced by laser, and EPCs were injected into the vitreous cavity. Frozen section and fluorescein angiography on flat-mounted retinal samples was employed to track the labeled EPCs in vivo.RESULTS: EPCs labeled with CFSE and Di I-Ac LDL exhibited an intense green and red fluorescence at the beginning; the fluorescence intensity decreased gradually to 20.23% and 49.99% respectively, after 28 d. On the contrary, the florescent intensity of GFP-labeled EPCs increased in a time-dependent manner. All labeled EPCs showed normal morphology and no significant change in survival and adhesive capability. In the mouse model, transplantation of EPCs showed a protective effect against retinal injury. EPCs labeled with CFSE and Di I-Ac LDL were successfully tracked in mice during the development of retinal injury and repair; however, GFP-labeled EPCs were not detected in the laser-injured mouse retina.CONCLUSION: The three fluorescent markers used in this study have their own set of advantages and disadvantages. CFSE and Di I-Ac LDL are suitable for short-term EPClabeling, while GFP should be used for long-term labeling. The choice of fluorescent markers should be guided by the purpose of the study.展开更多

文摘The title compound bis(1-(4-(dimethylamino)benzylidene)-4-phenylthiosemicar-bazato)-palladium(Ⅱ)(PdL2) was obtained by reacting 1-(4-(dimethylamino)benzylidene)-4-phenyl-thiosemicarbazide with dichlorobis(benzonitrile)palladium(Ⅱ) in methanol,and its structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal of PdL2 was obtained in dimethyl-formamide(DMF) solvent with solvent molecules involved in the cell and crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group C2 with a = 18.485(15),b = 7.090(5),c = 17.595(11) ,β = 121.21(3)o,V = 1972(2) 3,Z = 2,Mr = 847.40,Dc = 1.427 g/cm3,μ = 0.624 mm-1,F(000) = 880,R = 0.0607 and wR = 0.1358.The Pd atom adopts a distorted square planar coordination geometry with two Pd-N and two Pd-S bonds.The ligand loses a proton from its tautomeric thiol form and coordinates to the Pd atom via mercapto sulfur and the imine nitrogen atom,which binds to palladium as bidentate N,S-donors forming five-membered chelate rings.The complex formed hydrogen bonding interaction with solvent DMF molecules from the hydrogen of phenylamine to the oxygen of DMF and several intramolecular hydrogen bonds.Pd(Ⅱ) perturbed ligand π-π* transition and metal-to-ligand charge transfer(MLCT) transition are observed in its electronic absorption spectra.The complex exhibits intraligand 1π-π*(IL) state and MLCT state dual fluorescent emissions in organic solvent at room temperature.
文摘This paper points out that a successful numerical simulation is to construct a correct conceptional model which is very dose to the natural condition. A new model, two dimensional coupled three dimensional model (2D -3D ) is presented in the Present paper,which is the most suitable one for the dual - structured - aquifer system. An example of Wenyinghu area is shown.By using the 2D-3D model, a satisfied result of the simulated area is achieved.
文摘This paper clarifies the steady-state properties and performance of an α-β filter for moving target tracking using both position and velocity measurements. We call this filter velocity measured α-β (VM-α-β) filter. We first derive the stability condition and steady-state predicted errors as fundamental properties of the VM-α-β filter. The optimal gains for representative motion models are then derived from the Kalman filter equations. Theoretical and numerical analyses verify that VM-α-β filters with these optimal gains realize more accurate tracking than conventional α-β filters when the filter gains are relatively large. Our study reveals the conditions under which the predicted errors of the VM-α-β filters are less than those of conventional α-β filters. Moreover, numerical simulations clarify that the variance of the tracking error of the VM-α-β filters is approximately 3/4 of that of the conventional α-β filters in realistic situations, even when the accuracy of the position/velocity measurements is the same.

文摘The Free-floating Flexible Dual-arm Space Robot is a highly nonlinear and coupled dynamics system. In this paper, the dynamic model is derived of a Free-floating Flexible Dual-arm Space Robot holding a rigid payload. Furthermore, according to the singular perturbation method, the system is separated into a slow subsystem representing rigid body motion of the robot and a fast subsystem representing the flexible link dynamics. For the slow subsystem, based on the second method of Lyapunov, using simple quantitative bounds on the model uncertainties, a robust tracking controller design is used during the trajectory tracking phase. The optimal control method is designed in the fast subsystem to guarantee the exponential stability. With the combination of the two above, the system can track the expected trajectory accurately, even though with uncertainty in model parameters, and its flexible vibration gets suppressed, too. Finally, some simulation tests have been conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

文摘AIM: To compare three kinds of fluorescent probes for in vitro labeling and in vivo tracking of endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs) in a mouse model of laser-induced retinal injury.METHODS: EPCs were isolated from human umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells and labeled with three different fluorescent probes: 5-(and-6)-carboxyfluorescein diacetate succinimidyl ester(CFSE), 1,1′-dilinoleyl-3,3,3′,3′-tetramethylindo-carbocyanine perchlorate linked acetylated low-density lipoprotein(Di I-Ac LDL), and green fluorescent protein(GFP). The fluorescent intensity of EPCs was examined by confocal microscopy. Survival rate of labeled EPCs was calculated with trypan blue staining, and their adhesive capability was assessed. A mouse model of retinal injury was induced by laser, and EPCs were injected into the vitreous cavity. Frozen section and fluorescein angiography on flat-mounted retinal samples was employed to track the labeled EPCs in vivo.RESULTS: EPCs labeled with CFSE and Di I-Ac LDL exhibited an intense green and red fluorescence at the beginning; the fluorescence intensity decreased gradually to 20.23% and 49.99% respectively, after 28 d. On the contrary, the florescent intensity of GFP-labeled EPCs increased in a time-dependent manner. All labeled EPCs showed normal morphology and no significant change in survival and adhesive capability. In the mouse model, transplantation of EPCs showed a protective effect against retinal injury. EPCs labeled with CFSE and Di I-Ac LDL were successfully tracked in mice during the development of retinal injury and repair; however, GFP-labeled EPCs were not detected in the laser-injured mouse retina.CONCLUSION: The three fluorescent markers used in this study have their own set of advantages and disadvantages. CFSE and Di I-Ac LDL are suitable for short-term EPClabeling, while GFP should be used for long-term labeling. The choice of fluorescent markers should be guided by the purpose of the study.
