The Criticism and Amendment for the Dual-Factor Model of Mental Health: From Chinese Psychological Suzhi Research Perspectives

Aiming at the limitations of psychopathology (PTH), the dual-factor model of mental health (DFM) was proposed as a new mental health concept and methodology under the background of positive psychology trend. In this paper we propose giving an overview of DFM, and doubt, criticize, and modify DFM from the perspective of Chinese psychological suzhi research. The available literature from 1983 to 2012 that is related to DFM and concerning psychological suzhi research in the past 20 years has been reviewed. In addition, we also absorbed the idea of positive psychology and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Constitution theory to develop theoretically the relationship model between psychological suzhi and mental health. The relationship model between psychological suzhi and mental health modifies and transcends PTH and DFM. It will be the new research area of mental health research.

A Study on the Role of Tourism in Enhancing Personal Mental Health in the Post-Epidemic Era

With the advent of the post-epidemic era,a great wave of tourism has been ushered in everywhere.The relationship between tourism and mental health has become a hot topic in society.This paper investigates the enhancement of people’s mental health after tourism through social survey.Using Hangzhou as the sample collection site,this paper conducted a study on the role of tourism in enhancing personal mental health through descriptive analysis,factor analysis and structural equation modeling,and further specifically analyzed the role of mediating variables.The results showed that:(1)The purpose of tourism is to relax and relieve stress,and the effectiveness of tourism is mainly reflected in the alleviation of emotional conditions;(2)Factor Analysis reduced the dimensionality of personal mental health indicators,and finally obtained four factors,among which the comprehensive behavioral ability and physiological manifestation had the best improvement effect after tourism;(3)The structural equation model shows that the enhancing effect of tourism on mental health originates from the factor of inner psychological characteristic,and this factor works through two paths:Inner Psychological Characteristic-Social Adaptability-Physiological Manifestations-Enhancement of Mental Health by Tourism,and Inner Psychological Characteristic-Comprehensive Behavioral Ability-Enhancement of Mental Health by Tourism;(4)Tourism has an enhancing effect on personal mental health,and the enhancing effect is most significant among the middle-aged and young people who are unmarried and do not have children yet.These results have been reasonably analyzed and explained,and relevant suggestions are put forward.

Study on Influencing Factors of Mental Health of Mobile Young White-Collar Workers in China

Mobile young white-collar workers not only have the characteristics of mobile young people,but also have the characteristics of general white-collar workers.Under the influence of both,their mental health may be suffering from“double disadvantage”.So,based on an ecological model of the stress process,this paper tries to use the data of the questionnaire on the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers in Zhejiang Province to explore the influence of some factors in the middle workplace and residence place on the mental health of micro individuals.The results show that:(1)The working environment with high control and low freedom and the workplace discrimination against the mobile status will have a negative impact on the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers;(2)Financial anxiety in daily life will lead to a decline in the mental health level of mobile young white-collar workers;(3)Good organizational support and neighborhood social relations can significantly relieve life pressure,so as to effectively improve the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers.It can be seen that we also need to pay more attention to the mental health of mobile young white-collar workers in order to improve their situation.

Intelligent Student Mental Health Assessment Model on Learning Management System

A learning management system(LMS)is a software or web based application,commonly utilized for planning,designing,and assessing a particular learning procedure.Generally,the LMS offers a method of creating and delivering content to the instructor,monitoring students’involvement,and validating their outcomes.Since mental health issues become common among studies in higher education globally,it is needed to properly determine it to improve mental stabi-lity.This article develops a new seven spot lady bird feature selection with opti-mal sparse autoencoder(SSLBFS-OSAE)model to assess students’mental health on LMS.The major aim of the SSLBFS-OSAE model is to determine the proper health status of the students with respect to depression,anxiety,and stress(DAS).The SSLBFS-OSAE model involves a new SSLBFS model to elect a useful set of features.In addition,OSAE model is applied for the classification of mental health conditions and the performance can be improved by the use of cuckoo search optimization(CSO)based parameter tuning process.The design of CSO algorithm for optimally tuning the SAE parameters results in enhanced classifica-tion outcomes.For examining the improved classifier results of the SSLBFS-OSAE model,a comprehensive results analysis is done and the obtained values highlighted the supremacy of the SSLBFS model over its recent methods interms of different measures.

Discussion on the Impact of“Shift System”Teaching Model of Physical Education on Students’Mental Health

The“shift system”teaching model of physical education is an emerging education model that aims to improve students’independent choice and personalized development.However,there are also some challenges in the practical application of this model.For example,there are mental health issues for some students including difficulty in adaptation,social interaction,high psychological pressure,etc.Based on this,this article analyzes the impact of the“shift system”teaching model of physical education on students’mental health and explores the optimization path of the physical education“shift system”teaching model in order to promote students’mental health and all-round development.

The Relationship between Psychological Suzhi and Mental Health among Chinese College Students

Object: To explore the relationship between psychological suzhi and mental health among Chinese college students, and to gain psychological suzhi factors that are predictors for mental health. Method: By using stratified sampling method, an investigation was conducted among 734 subjects. They were assessed with the College Student Psychological Suzhi Scale (CSPS, including 3 subscales, 28 factors) and General Health Questionnaire-20 item (GHQ-20, including 3 subscales). Results: 1) Psychological suzhi score for Chinese college students had negative correlation with the score of GHQ-20, GHQ-depression and GHQ-anxiety (p < 0.001), and positive correlation with the score of GHQ-self-affirmation (p < 0.001);2) Psychological suzhi score for Chinese college students was predictor of the score for GHQ-20 and its subscales namely GHQ-self-affirmation, GHQ-depression, and GHQ-anxiety (β = ?0.448, 0.439, ?0.262, ?0.259, p < 0.001);the variance explained by the score of GHQ-20 and its subscales were 19.9%, 19.1%, 6.7%, 6.5%;3) There were 12 psychological suzhi factors that were predictors for GHQ-self-affirmation which was known as the positive indicator of mental health (p < 0.05);11 psychological suzhi factors were predictors for GHQ-depression and GHQ-anxiety which was known as the negative indicator of mental health (p < 0.05). Conclusion: There exists a correlation between psychological suzhi and mental health, particularly in positive mental health. Indeed, the psychological suzhi factors are able to enhance the pertinence of mental health education.

Physical restraint in mental health nursing: A concept analysis

Objective: Physical restraint is frequently used in medical services,such as in mental health settings,intensive care units and nursing homes,but its nature varies in different institutions.By reviewing related literature,this study aims to clarify the concept of physical restraint in mental health nursing.Method: Three databases (PubMed,PsyclNFO and CINAHL) were retrieved,and Walker and Avant's concept analysis method was used to analyze the concept of physical restraint in mental health nursing.Results: Physical restraint is a coercive approach that enables the administration of necessary treatment by safely reducing the patient's physical movement.It should be the last option used by qualified personnel.Antecedents of physical restraint are improper behavior (violence and disturbance) of patients,medical assessment prior to implementation and legislation governing clinical usage.Consequences of physical restraint are alleviation of conflict,physical injury,mental trauma and invisible impact on the institution.Discussion: This study defined the characteristics of physical restraint in mental health nursing.The proposed concept analysis provided theoretical foundation for future studies.

Research on the New Mode of college students’mental Health Education under the Network environment

The new model of college students’psychological health education development isconstructed. It is improve the level of students’ physicaland mental health development, and the psychologicalquality of college students is strengthen. Based onthis, this paper analyzes the existing problems on thecollege students’ mental health development. Under thenetwork environment, it proposes an effective method toconstruct a new mode of college students’ mental healtheducation .

Investigation on depression of medical students based on health belief model

Objective:Based on the health belief model,the depression status of medical students was analyzed in order to provide new ideas for the intervention of mental health problems of medical students.Methods:By using the method of stratified cluster sampling,1053 medical students in a medical college in Hainan province were investigated with self-designed general situation questionnaire,SCL-90,CSQ and emotional management health belief questionnaire.Results:The positive rate of depressive symptoms in medical students was 17.5%.Multivariate unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,coping style,"perceived obstacles","perceived severity","perceived susceptibility"and"self-efficacy"were related factors of depression in medical studengts.Conclusion:The related factors of depression in medical students include personal factors and the health belief factors such as"perceived obstacles","perceived severity","perceived susceptibility"and"self-efficacy".Psychological intervention based on Health belief model can be used for intervention of medical students.

高职院校体育运动促进学生心理健康模式探究

为了更好地响应健康中国战略号召,打造全民健康生活方式,探寻高职院校大学生体育运动与心理健康创新融合模式。该文通过问卷调查法和个别谈话法,基于新时代大学生运动现状与特点、心理健康状况,一方面发现学校现有的体育硬件设施、运动氛围、组织管理和思维理念都难以满足当代大学生的多元体育运动需求;另一方面发现体育运动与心理健康教育的融合度不够。因此,提出了“S(刺激)—R(反应)—I(反思)—P(完善)”全面健康守护模式,希望在此模式下,充分调动全员参与意识,共同守护青年大学生的身心健康,全力推进健康中国战略建设。

基于大数据的高校学生心理危机智能预警模型构建

目的本研究基于大学生心理健康测评数据,综合学生基本信息及日常行为数据,利用大数据、人工智能技术,探索建立大学生心理危机智能预警模型。方法采用整群抽样法,选取某高校部分在校大学生作为测试样本;采取大数据技术,分析提取影响大学生心理健康问题的特征量;采取神经网络技术,构建大学生心理危机预警模型。结果1)成功提取大学生心理健康问题的有效特征量,其中心理健康症状特征因子4个,分别是强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁等3个单症状因子,1个多症状因子;学生基本信息特征量4个,分别是母亲教养方式、父亲教养方式、家庭经济条件、有无心理治疗(咨询)史;学生日常行为特征量2个,分别是学生学业情况和出勤情况。2)实现特征量归一化处理,通过数据对比分析及特征量的影响大小,分别对3个方面的10个特征量赋予权重并进行归一化处理。3)完成大学生心理危机预警模型构建。结论本研究提取了影响大学生心理健康问题的主要特征,建立了大学生心理危机预警指标体系,并结合心理危机预警等级,利用神经网络技术,搭建了大学生心理危机预警模型,为及时有效干预大学生心理危机提供了新的解决方案。

我国精神卫生政策执行困境研究

通过模糊-冲突理论分析我国精神卫生政策执行困境,为推进精神卫生政策的有效实施提供理论依据。发现我国精神卫生政策的模糊性较低,但冲突性显著,政策执行的冲突性主要表现在观念差异、职业认同冲突、利益协同冲突三方面。因此,我国精神卫生政策执行属于政治性执行,其支配性因素为“权力”,政策执行过程存在一定程度的“形式主义”和“变通执行”。建议从完善政策设计、建立健全配套措施、保障政策执行资源等方面促进精神卫生政策有效实施。

PERMA模式在老年慢阻肺患者肺功能与生活质量改善中的应用研究

目的本研究通过分析PERMA模式下激励干预对老年COPD患者心理健康和生活质量的影响,以期为临床积极心理学的干预应用提供更多试验依据。方法回顾性分析2020年12月—2022年12月在首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院接受治疗的90例老年COPD患者的临床资料,依据不同的干预方式将患者分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组患者行常规干预,观察组在与对照组相同干预基础上加用PERMA模式下激励干预,2组患者均持续干预2周。干预前后对2组应用简明心境问卷(POMS-SF)评估心理健康,采用健康状况问卷量表(SF-36)评估生活质量,记录2组肺功能指标值,并对上述检测值进行比较和统计学分析。结果干预前,观察组和对照组患者POMS-SF各分量表评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组和对照组患者精力-活力评分均较同组干预前升高,迷惑-混乱、紧张—焦虑、疲乏—迟钝、抑郁—沮丧和愤怒—敌意评分均较同组干预前降低,且观察组精力—活力评分高于对照组,迷惑—混乱、紧张—焦虑、疲乏—迟钝、抑郁—沮丧和愤怒—敌意评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,观察组和对照组患者SF-36量表评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组和对照组患者总体健康、生理功能、活力、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能、精神健康和躯体疼痛评分均较同组干预前升高(P<0.05),且观察组SF-36量表各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,观察组和对照组患者FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组和对照组患者FVC、FEV1/FVC值均较同组干预前升高,且观察组FVC、FEV1/FVC值高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论PERMA模式下激励干预可能改善老年慢阻肺患者心理健康与生活质量,提高患者的肺功能水平,改善患者的预后。

基于随机森林模型分析共情心理对大学生心理健康的影响

目的运用随机森林算法分析共情心理对大学生心理健康的影响。方法采取方便抽样的方法,以问卷调查的方式于2022年8月对河北省某大学的1383名学生进行在线调查,内容包括调查对象一般情况以及基本共情量表和症状自评量表。使用最小二乘法回归模型分析共情心理是否为大学生心理健康的影响因素,构建随机森林模型分析共情心理对大学生心理健康的重要性。结果共回收问卷1383份,有效问卷1348份,问卷有效率为97.5%。回归模型结果表明,共情心理对大学生心理健康水平的影响具有统计学意义(t=-2.051,P<0.05)。随机森林模型的结果显示,大学生心理健康重要性排名前3位的解释变量分别为共情心理、睡眠质量以及学业压力。结论共情心理是影响大学生心理健康的重要因素。建议合理开展提升共情心理能力的活动,关心学生的睡眠时长,适当减轻学生的学业压力。

健康中国视域下大学生心理健康素养培养模式研究

基于对大学生心理健康素养的发展现状和研究回溯,分析大学生心理健康素养培养过程的特点,构建了大学生心理健康素养三维培养模式,包括心理健康知识、心理健康能力、心理健康观念,探究大学生心理健康素养培养的知识生成阶段、能力提升阶段、观念内化阶段的三阶段过程模式。

基于准自然实验方法的城市绿道暴露与居民心理健康的因果机制研究

【目的】城市绿色空间是影响居民心理健康的重要因素,城市绿道建设已被认为是有效的绿色空间干预措施之一,探究城市绿道与居民心理健康的因果机制,对于优化绿色空间规划布局、提升居民心理健康水平具有重要的理论意义。【方法】运用准自然实验方法,以体力活动变化量、生理健康变化量、情绪状况变化量为中介变量构建结构方程模型,分析城市绿道暴露与居民心理健康水平变化的因果机制。【结果】1)绿道暴露可直接显著影响居民心理健康水平,也可通过身体健康得分变化量、身体质量指数(BMI)变化量两个中介变量间接影响心理健康水平。2)绿道暴露仅能直接影响女性群体的心理健康得分变化量;并通过BMI变化量间接作用于女性心理健康,通过中高强度体力活动时间变化量和身体健康得分变化量作用于男性心理健康。【结论】揭示了绿道暴露与居民心理健康水平变化的多路径因果机制以及男性和女性群体中存在作用路径和中介变量的差异。未来可通过优化绿道可达性、差异化配套绿道公共服务设施等健康导向的绿道规划措施,促进居民心理健康水平的提升。

融合角色心理画像的心理健康文本匹配模型

全球心理健康问题形势严峻,由于心理健康服务的从业人员不足,遭受心理健康困扰的人并不总是能获得专业的心理健康服务.检索式心理健康社区自动问答可以快速地为需要心理健康服务的人提供相应的信息自助服务.与传统检索式社区问答中的文本匹配不同,在匹配支持帖和求助帖时,需要考虑2种不同层面的匹配准则:语义层面和心理层面.为了解决该问题,提出融合角色心理画像的2阶段文本匹配模型(two-stage text matching model integrating characters’mental portrait,T2CMP),该模型引入心理特征用于构建角色心理画像,从而辅助模型理解文本心理层面的内容和匹配关系.同时为了提升检索效率以及减少大量负样例带来的噪声问题,将文本匹配任务拆分为2阶段的序列型子任务.首先针对每条求助帖,使用基于语义的筛选模型甄别出候选支持帖;然后依据用户的角色心理画像,使用多层注意力机制将其与语义信息有效融合,提高模型的总体效果.在MHCQA数据集上的实验结果显示,T2CMP比现有优秀算法拥有更高的F1值.

心理健康素养螺旋模型的提出与初步验证

心理健康素养是指帮助人们辨别、管理和预防心理疾病的知识和信念,其内涵具有环境依存性与发展适应性,是为了给准确评估与提升初中生心理健康素养提供科学的理论框架。本研究基于王阳明“知行合一”思想,提出了具有多维性、动态性、适应性与可塑性特点的心理健康素养螺旋模型。进而以此模型为基础,通过对10名初中教师访谈记录的质性分析,建构了初中生心理健康素养“3维度9领域”的结构框架,为初中生心理健康素养测量工具的编制提供了理论基础与素材积累。

适应于老年人心理健康的住区环境优化:概念模型与研究框架

城市老年人的心理健康状态与其生活的住区环境密切相关,通过对住区环境的优化以支持老年人心理健康促进,有助于老年友好城市和健康城市的建设。然而既有研究在理论模型、指标选取和分析方法层面存在一定局限,制约了适应于老年人心理健康的规划调整与干预策略的提出。本研究依托于可行能力、自我效能和社会生态模型视角的范式创新,构建适应于老年人心理健康的住区环境优化的概念模型,基于文献综述和概念模型提出研究框架:选取影响老年人心理健康的住区建成和自然环境指标体系;利用多阶层模型、非线性模型和结构方程模型等方法甄别老年人心理健康的住区环境影响要素、临界阈值和作用机制。研究希冀为老年人心理健康友好型的环境规划和设计提供重点和方向,推动健康理念下的住区发展新模式,为老龄化健康住区的实践认知和设计导控提供理论支撑和研究范式。
