The formation mechanisms of the severe RPHEs were investigated with focus on the atmospheric circulation and dynamic mechanisms. Results indicated that:(1) 49 RPHEs occurred during the past 34 years.(2) The severe RPHEs could be categorized into two types according to the large-scale circulation, i.e. the zonal westerly airflow(ZWA) type and the high-pressure ridge(HPR) type. When the ZWA-type RPHEs occurred, the BTH region was controlled by near zonal westerly airflow in the mid–upper troposphere.Southwesterly winds prevailed in the lower troposphere, and near-surface wind speeds were only 1–2 ms^-1. Warm and humid air originating from the northwestern Pacific was transported into the region, where the relative humidity was 70% to 80%, creating favorable moisture conditions. When the HPR-type RPHEs appeared, northwesterly airflow in the mid–upper troposphere controlled the region. Westerly winds prevailed in the lower troposphere and the moisture conditions were relatively weak.(3) Descending motion in the mid-lower troposphere caused by the above two circulation types provided a crucial dynamic mechanism for the formation of the two types of RPHEs. The descending motion contributed to a reduction in the height of the planetary boundary layer(PBL), which generated an inversion in the lower troposphere. This inversion trapped the abundant pollution and moisture in the lower PBL, leading to high concentrations of pollutants.展开更多

Based on differences between the ways and degree of effect on rural settlement evolution, these factors are classified into basic factors, new-type factors and mutation factors The drive of basic factors mainly focuses on the traditional inheritance of rural settlements, the new-type factors mainly affect rural settlement transition, and the mutation factors may bring about sudden changes. All these factors constitute a "three-wheel" driving mechanism for the evolution of rural settlements, and shape three typical driver paths: slow smooth path under the basic factors, new path to rapid development under the new-type factors, and the sudden change path under the mutation factors. The paper also investigates the overall situation of rural settlement evolution in the aspects of settlement system, settlement scale, settlement morphology, settlement function, settlement culture, settlement environment, etc. The general process of rural settlement evolution is divided into four stages: initial, transi- tional, developmental, and mature stages.展开更多

In order to reduce the computational cost and try to realize the real-time acoustic simulation in software with (or even without) some low-cost hardware, this paper proposes some dynamic mechanisms which can be used as possible strategies embedded into acoustic simulation in VR. Preliminary implementation of those mechanisms has proved to be fairly effective.展开更多

Laser energy is an important experimental variable. The dynamic process of plasma was detected by optical shadow method, and the influence of surface film damage on plasma propagation and the propagation mechanism at different focal positions were discussed. The study found that the plasma induced by the pulsed laser at the focus position within 0–20 μs exploded, the micro-droplets formed around 20 μs. At the same time, a shock wave is formed by the compressed air, the micro-droplets are compressed under the action of the shock wave recoil pressure, and the micro-droplets channel phenomenon is observed in the micro-droplets. The peak velocities of plasma and combustion wave appear earlier in the pre-focus position than in the post-focus position. This research provides a reference for the field of laser processing using fused silica as the substrate.展开更多

If earth-retaining walls have been built for pipelines paralleling to the main slide direction, they will prevent the lands from sliding; On the contrary, without earth-retaining walls, the sharp broken rocks in the backfilling soil will scratch the safeguard of the pipeline when the landslides take place. Pipelines perpendicular to the main slide direction can be classified into four types according to the relative positions between pipelines and landslides: Pipelines over the slide planes, pipelines inside the fracture strips of slide planes, pipelines below the slide planes and pipelines behind the backsides of landslides. The different dynamical mechanisms of the process in which landslide acts against pipelines are analyzed based on whether the pipelines are equipped with fixed frusta, because the sliding resistance depends on whether and how many fixed frusta are equipped and the distance between frusta.展开更多

文摘This paper investigates the consensus control of multi-agent systems(MASs) with constrained input using the dynamic event-triggered mechanism(ETM).Consider the MASs with small-scale networks where a centralized dynamic ETM with global information of the MASs is first designed. Then,a distributed dynamic ETM which only uses local information is developed for the MASs with large-scale networks. It is shown that the semi-global consensus of the MASs can be achieved by the designed bounded control protocol where the Zeno phenomenon is eliminated by a designable minimum inter-event time.In addition,it is easier to find a trade-off between the convergence rate and the minimum inter-event time by an adjustable parameter.Furthermore, the results are extended to regional consensus of the MASs with the bounded control protocol.Numerical simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

文摘High-energy gas fracturing of shale is a novel, high efficacy and eco-friendly mining technique, which is a typical dynamic perturbing behavior. To effectively extract shale gas,it is important to understand the dynamic mechanical properties of shale.Dynamic experiments on shale subjected to true triaxial compression at different strain rates are first conducted in this research. The dynamic stress-strain curves, peak strain, peak stress and failure modes of shale are investigated. The results of the study indicate that the intermediate principal stress and the minor principal stress have the significant influence on the dynamic mechanical behaviors, although this effect decreases as the strain rate increases. The characteristics of compression-shear failure primarily occur in shale subjected to triaxial compression at high strain rates, which distinguishes it from the fragmentation characteristics observed in shale under dynamic uniaxial compression.Additionally,a numerical three-dimensional Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(3D-SHPB),which is established by coupling PFC3D and FLAC3D methods,is validated to replicate the laboratory characteristics of shale. The dynamic mechanical characteristics of shale subjected to different confining stresses are systematically investigated by the coupling PFC3D and FLAC3D method. The numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental data.

文摘The present study addresses the problem of fault estimation for a specific class of nonlinear time-varying complex networks, utilizing an unknown-input-observer approach within the framework of dynamic event-triggered mechanism(DETM).In order to optimize communication resource utilization, the DETM is employed to determine whether the current measurement data should be transmitted to the estimator or not.To guarantee a satisfactory estimation performance for the fault signal,an unknown-input-observer-based estimator is constructed to decouple the estimation error dynamics from the influence of fault signals. The aim of this paper is to find the suitable estimator parameters under the effects of DETM such that both the state estimates and fault estimates are confined within two sets of closed ellipsoid domains. The techniques of recursive matrix inequality are applied to derive sufficient conditions for the existence of the desired estimator, ensuring that the specified performance requirements are met under certain conditions. Then, the estimator gains are derived by minimizing the ellipsoid domain in the sense of trace and a recursive estimator parameter design algorithm is then provided. Finally,a numerical example is conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the designed estimator.

文摘This article focuses on dynamic event-triggered mechanism(DETM)-based model predictive control(MPC) for T-S fuzzy systems.A hybrid dynamic variables-dependent DETM is carefully devised, which includes a multiplicative dynamic variable and an additive dynamic variable. The addressed DETM-based fuzzy MPC issue is described as a “min-max” optimization problem(OP).To facilitate the co-design of the MPC controller and the weighting matrix of the DETM,an auxiliary OP is proposed based on a new Lyapunov function and a new robust positive invariant(RPI) set that contain the membership functions and the hybrid dynamic variables.A dynamic event-triggered fuzzy MPC algorithm is developed accordingly, whose recursive feasibility is analysed by employing the RPI set. With the designed controller, the involved fuzzy system is ensured to be asymptotically stable. Two examples show that the new DETM and DETM-based MPC algorithm have the advantages of reducing resource consumption while yielding the anticipated performance.

文摘The meso-dynamical behaviour of a high-speed rail ballast bed with under sleeper pads(USPs)was studied. The geometrically irregular refined discrete element model of the ballast particles was constructed using 3D scanning techniques, and the 3D dynamic model of the rail-sleeper-ballast bed was constructed using the coupled discrete element method-multiflexible-body dynamics(DEM-MFBD)approach.We analyse the meso-mechanical dynamics of the ballast bed with USPs under dynamic load on a train and verify the correctness of the model in laboratory tests. It is shown that the deformation of the USPs increases the contact area between the sleeper and the ballast particles, and subsequently the number of contacts between them.As the depth of the granular ballast bed increases, the contact area becomes larger, and the contact force between the ballast particles gradually decreases.Under the action of the elastic USPs,the contact forces between ballast particles are reduced and the overall vibration level of the ballast bed can be reduced. The settlement of the granular ballast bed occurs mainly at the shallow position of the sleeper bottom, and the installation of the elastic USPs can be effective in reducing the stress on the ballast particles and the settlement of the ballast bed.

文摘Considering the widening of the peak-valley difference in the power grid and the difficulty of the existing fixed time-of-use electricity price mechanism in meeting the energy demand of heterogeneous users at various moments or motivating users, the design of a reasonable dynamic pricing mechanism to actively engage users in demand response becomes imperative for power grid companies. For this purpose,a power grid-flexible load bilevel model is constructed based on dynamic pricing, where the leader is the dispatching center and the lower-level flexible load acts as the follower.Initially,an upper-level day-ahead dispatching model for the power grid is established, considering the lowest power grid dispatching cost as the objective function and incorporating the power grid-side constraints. Then, the lower level comprehensively considers the load characteristics of industrial load, energy storage, and data centers, and then establishes a lower-level flexible load operation model with the lowest user power-consuming cost as the objective function. Finally, the proposed method is validated using the IEEE-118 system, and the findings indicate that the dynamic pricing mechanism for peaking shaving and valley filling can effectively guide users to respond actively, thereby reducing the peak-valley difference and decreasing users’purchasing costs.

文摘This paper provides a detailed analysis of the factors influencing the evolution of rural settlements, including natural environmental constraints, infrastructure, regional cultural inheritance and integration, urbanization and rural industrial transformation, land use refor- mation and innovation, rural household behavior conversion, macro-control policy factors, and so on. The general process of rural settlement evolution is divided into four stages: initial, transi- tional, developmental, and mature stages.

文摘The rabies virus is a neurotropic virus that causes fatal diseases in humans and animals.Although studying the interactions between a single rabies virus and the cell membrane is necessary for understanding the pathogenesis, the internalization dynamic mechanism of single rabies virus in living cells remains largely elusive. Here,we utilized a novel force tracing technique based on atomic force microscopy(AFM)to record the process of single viral entry into host cell.We revealed that the force of the rabies virus internalization distributed at(65±25)pN,and the time was identified by two peaks with spacings of(237.2±59.1)and(790.3±134.4)ms with the corresponding speed of 0.12 and 0.04µm/s,respectively.Our results provide insight into the effects of viral shape during the endocytosis process. This report will be meaningful for understanding the dynamic mechanism of rabies virus early infection.
文摘Although most invesigators have realized the importance of acoustic simulation in sophisticated VR systems, large computational load involved in this process often contradicts the requirements of real-time interaction, which in return brings on applying the expensive hardware or VR-specific workstations to this area. In order to reduce the computational cost and try to realize the real-time acoustic simulation in software with (or even without) some low-cost hardware, this paper proposes some dynamic mechanisms which can be used as possible strategies embedded into acoustic simulation in VR. Preliminary implementation of those mechanisms has proved to be fairly effective.

文摘This study discusses the effect and the dynamic mechanism of free trade zone(FTZ)development promoting regional economic growth in China from the perspective of institutional innovation, and finds as follows.(1)The identification process based on difference-in-differences(DID)testing and Bayesian information criterion(BIC)indicates that the institutional innovation of FTZs not only drives regional economic growth, but acts as one of the core factors among the many drivers.(2)The rapid development of investment and trade,as the primal core function of FTZs,is an important dynamic factor for FTZs to promote regional economic growth. It means in the macro-context of lasting and repeated China-U.S.trade frictions,FTZ development should refer to the practice of China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone and China(Zhejiang)Pilot Free Trade Zone in aligning to high-standard investment and trade criteria, return to the origin of free trade, and actively seek policy support in improving trade openness and investment facilitation.(3)With the synthetic control method used, the study finds a wide gap in the“experimental effect”of setting up FTZs in different areas. The effect is better in coastal FTZs than in inland ones, and FTZs established later usually have less noticeable effect. On this account,FTZs in China should be positioned differently based on their characteristics of location and endowment;featured development modes should be explored to reduce homogeneous competition;development of coastal and inland FTZs should be balanced and coordinated.

文摘In this work, by controlling the positional relationship between the target and the focal point, the surface damage, shock wave phenomenon and propagation mechanism involved in the plasma generation of fused silica by millisecond pulsed laser irradiation at different focal positions were studied. This research provides a reference for the field of laser processing using fused silica as the substrate.
文摘According to the investigations on the oil and gas pipelines such as the Lan-Cheng-Chong pipeline and the Southwest pipeline, there are two ways of laying pipeline: pipelines paralleling (approximately) to the main slide direction and pipelines perpendicular (approximately) to the main slide direction. The different dynamical mechanisms of the process in which landslide acts against pipelines are analyzed based on whether the pipelines are equipped with fixed frusta, because the sliding resistance depends on whether and how many fixed frusta are equipped and the distance between frusta.

文摘Marine mobile buoy(MMB) have many potential applications in the maritime industry and ocean science.Great progress has been made, however the technology in this area is far from maturity in theory and faced with many difficulties in application.A dynamic model of the propulsion mechanism is very necessary for optimizing the parameters of the MMB,especially with consideration of hydrodynamic force. The principle of wave-driven propulsion mechanism is briefly introduced. To set a theory foundation for study on the MMB,a dynamic model of the propulsion mechanism of the MMB is obtained. The responses of the motion of the platform and the hydrofoil are obtained by using a numerical integration method to solve the ordinary differential equations.A simplified form of the motion equations is reached by omitting terms with high order small values. The relationship among the heave motion of the buoy, stiffness of the elastic components, and the forward speed can be obtained by using these simplified equations. The dynamic analysis show the following:The angle of displacement of foil is fairly small with the biggest value around 0.3 rad;The speed of mobile buoy and the angle of hydrofoil increased gradually with the increase of heave motion of buoy; The relationship among heaven motion, stiffness and attack angle is that heave motion leads to the angle change of foil whereas the item of speed or push function is determined by vertical velocity and angle, therefore, the heave motion and stiffness can affect the motion of buoy significantly if the size of hydrofoil is kept constant. The proposed model is provided to optimize the parameters of the MMB and a foundation is laid for improving the performance of the MMB.
