Dyons of Unit Topological Charges in Gauged Skyrme Model

Dyons are an important family of topological solitons carrying both electric and magnetic charges and the presence of a nontrivial temporal component of the gauge field essential for the existence of electricity often makes the analysis of the underlying nonlinear equations rather challenging since the governing action functional assumes an indefinite form.In this work,developing a constrained variational technique,We establish an existence theorem for the dyon solitons in a Skyrme model coupled with SO(3)-gauge fields,formulated by Brihaye,Kleihaus,and Tchrakian.These solutions carry unit monopole and Skyrme charges. 展开更多

Mathematically, the existence of dyons presents interesting variational partial differential equation problems, subject to topological constraints. On the Energy-Momentum Problem in Static Einstein Universe

For this purpose, Einstein, Bergmann-Thomson, Landau-Lifshitz (LL), Moller ... The energy-momentum distributions of Einstein's simplest static geometrical model for an isotropic and homogeneous universe are evaluated. For this purpose, Einstein, Bergmann-Thomson, Landau-Lifshitz (LL), Moller and Papapetrou energy-momentum complexes are used in general relativity. While Einstein and Bergmann-Thomson complexes give exactly the same results, LL and Papapetrou energy-momentum complexes do not provide the same energy densities. The Moller energy-momentum density is found to be zero everywhere in Einstein's universe. Also, several spacetimes are the limiting cases considered here. 展开更多

The primary purpose of this work is to reproduce the scenario composed of a charge-dyon system utilizing position-dependent effective mass(PDM) background in the non-relativistic and in the relativistic regimes. In the nonrelativistic case we substitute the exact charge-dyon eigenfunction into PDM Schr?dinger equation, in the Zhu-Kroemer parametrization, and then solve it for the mass distribution considering M = M(r). Analogously, in the relativistic case we study the Klein-Gordon equation for a position-dependent mass, and in this case, we are able to analytically solve the equation for M = M(r, θ). 展开更多
