A Fusion Model for Personalized Adaptive Multi-Product Recommendation System Using Transfer Learning and Bi-GRU

Traditional e-commerce recommendation systems often struggle with dynamic user preferences and a vast array of products,leading to suboptimal user experiences.To address this,our study presents a Personalized Adaptive Multi-Product Recommendation System(PAMR)leveraging transfer learning and Bi-GRU(Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Units).Using a large dataset of user reviews from Amazon and Flipkart,we employ transfer learning with pre-trained models(AlexNet,GoogleNet,ResNet-50)to extract high-level attributes from product data,ensuring effective feature representation even with limited data.Bi-GRU captures both spatial and sequential dependencies in user-item interactions.The innovation of this study lies in the innovative feature fusion technique that combines the strengths of multiple transfer learning models,and the integration of an attention mechanism within the Bi-GRU framework to prioritize relevant features.Our approach addresses the classic recommendation systems that often face challenges such as cold start along with data sparsity difficulties,by utilizing robust user and item representations.The model demonstrated an accuracy of up to 96.9%,with precision and an F1-score of 96.2%and 96.97%,respectively,on the Amazon dataset,significantly outperforming the baselines and marking a considerable advancement over traditional configurations.This study highlights the effectiveness of combining transfer learning with Bi-GRU for scalable and adaptive recommendation systems,providing a versatile solution for real-world applications. 展开更多

This position is as a result of the overwhelmingly large number of reviews available online which makes it cumbersome for customers to read through all of them. Hence, the need for online web review mining system which will help customers as well as manufacturers read through a large number of reviews and provide a quick description and summary of the performance of the product. This will assist the customer make better and quick decision, and also help manufacturers improve their products and services. This paper describes a research work that focuses on mining the opinions expressed on some electronic products, providing ranks or ratings for the features, with the aim of summarizing them and making recommendations to potential customers for better online shopping. A technique is also proposed for scoring segments with infrequent features. The evaluation results using laptops demonstrate the effectiveness of these techniques. 展开更多

However, the existent trust information is usually very sparse, which may suppress the accuracy of our personal product recommendation algorithm via a listening and trust preference network. Based on this thinking, we experiment the typical trust inference methods to find out the most excellent friend-recommending index which is used to expand the current trust network. Experimental results demonstrate the expanded friendships via superposed random walk can indeed improve the accuracy of our personal product recommendation. 展开更多

The COVID-19 has brought us unprecedented difficulties and thousands of companies have closed down.The general public has responded to call of the government to stay at home.Offline retail stores have been severely affected.Therefore,in order to transform a traditional offline sales model to the B2C model and to improve the shopping experience,this study aims to utilize historical sales data for exploring,building sales prediction and recommendation models.A novel data science life-cycle and process model with Recency,Frequency,and Monetary(RFM)analysis method with the combination of various analytics algorithms are utilized in this study for sales prediction and product recommendation through user behavior analytics.RFM analysis method is utilized for segmenting customer levels in the company to identify the importance of each level.For the purchase prediction model,XGBoost and Random Forest machine learning algorithms are used to build prediction models and 5-fold Cross-Validation method is utilized to evaluate their.For the product recommendation model,the association rules theory and Apriori algorithm are used to complete basket analysis and recommend products according to the outcomes.Moreover,some suggestions are proposed for the marketing department according to the outcomes.Overall,the XGBoost model achieved better performance and better accuracy with F1-score around 0.789.The proposed recommendation model provides good recommendation results and sales combinations for improving sales and market responsiveness.Furthermore,it recommend specific products to new customers.This study offered a very practical and useful business transformation case that assists companies in similar situations to transform their business models. 展开更多

In the economic new normal,production of hybrid rice seed in foreign countries is the necessity for reducing farmland area occupied by seed production,for ensuring national grain security,realizing cost reducing and quality improving of hybrid rice seed,strengthening competitive power at international market,guiding seed industry of China to go out,building transnational seed groups with core competitive power,establishing close relationship with developing countries,promoting the construction of One Belt One Road strategy,serving overall situation of diplomacy,and setting up excellent international image. It is feasible to produce hybrid seed in foreign countries considering( i) high overall national strength of China,( ii) rapid and healthy growth of China's seed industry and increasingly mature hybrid rice seed production technologies,( iii) excellent climatic conditions of foreign host countries of seed production,and( iv) low land and labor price of foreign host countries of seed production. However,there are social and policy risks,technology and trade barrier risks,market,production,and other risks for production of hybrid rice seed in foreign countries. In view of these,it came up with recommendations,including allowing delivering parent seeds of hybrid rice to foreign countries,allowing delivering hybrid rice seed to China,solving the problem of " opening in protection,and protection in opening",and formulating a package of support policies. 展开更多

We summarize the main forms of tobacco production organization in Sichuan Province,including traditional peasant households,large scale growers,family farms,tobacco farmers' associations,and specialized tobacco cooperatives.In the process of innovation of production organization mode,some problems are pointed out,such as lack of management talents and long-term incentive mechanism,lack of standardization in operation,bottleneck in land and financing,low economic benefits of cooperatives,and difficulty in protecting farmers' interests and rights.We put forth the following recommendations for advancing the innovation of tobacco production organization mode in Sichuan Province:forming the longterm mechanism for supporting the innovation of production organization forms;standardizing the operation of the specialized cooperative organizations;strengthening personnel training,and establishing tobacco farmers' principal position;expanding cooperative economic production organizations,and achieving moderate concentration of land size;strengthening information services,to boost the development of cooperative production organizations. 展开更多

Finally,through the empirical analysis of labor-capital investment in Henan's agricultural production,combined with the principles of isoquant curve model,this paper determines the labor required for a certain scale of investment in agricultural production,and concludes that the fixed assets investment in Henan's agricultural production is not fully utilized,and too much labor is transferred. The research team used questionnaires to identify challenges and barriers in power production investment. Surveyors came from power generation units, power transmission and distribution units, service providers for power plants, consulting agency and research institutes. The results indicated that there is a difference among enterprises’ barriers and difficulties in the management, finance and investment environment. Based on the annual sample data on food production in China since the reform and opening up,we select 8 main factors influencing the total food production( growing area,application rate of chemical fertilizer,effective irrigation area,the affected area,total machinery power,food production cost index,food production price index,financial funds for supporting agriculture,farmers and countryside),and put them into categories of material input,resources and environment,and policy factors. Using the factor analysis,we carry out the multi-angle analysis of these typical influencing factors one by one through the time series trend chart. It is found that application rate of chemical fertilizer,the growing area of food crops and drought-affected area become the key factors affecting food production. On this basis,we set forth the corresponding recommendations for improving the comprehensive food production capacity. 展开更多

目的 如何缓解消费者面对系列文创产品的决策困难问题,辅助消费者决策并提升购物体验是无人零售领域亟待解决的问题,眼动追踪技术为无人零售的人机交互体验提供了新机遇。方法 针对文创售货机,利用眼动追踪技术提出了一种基于总注视时... 目的 如何缓解消费者面对系列文创产品的决策困难问题,辅助消费者决策并提升购物体验是无人零售领域亟待解决的问题,眼动追踪技术为无人零售的人机交互体验提供了新机遇。方法 针对文创售货机,利用眼动追踪技术提出了一种基于总注视时长的自动售货机单因素智能推荐方法,搭建了文创售货机货柜模拟场景完成实验验证。经过眼动数据分析结合主观访谈,探讨分析了该方法对消费者购买意图的预测情况,以及在不同推荐策略下的推荐效果。结果 利用此推荐方法,当推荐3个商品时,命中至少1个消费者意愿购买商品的概率为97.92%,且命中最爱商品概率为78.13%。结论 该智能推荐方法能够有效预测消费者的购买意图、缩小决策范围辅助决策,并为实现自动售货机的智能化导购提供研究基础。 展开更多

通过各种各样的促销手段促进新产品的动销与扩散已成为全球众多厂商惯用的营销策略,但促销也经常会导致新产品出现难以预料的脱销,为此厂商会积极给消费者推荐相似品。然而,现有研究却对此鲜有关注。基于信息加工理论(质量推断理论)与... 通过各种各样的促销手段促进新产品的动销与扩散已成为全球众多厂商惯用的营销策略,但促销也经常会导致新产品出现难以预料的脱销,为此厂商会积极给消费者推荐相似品。然而,现有研究却对此鲜有关注。基于信息加工理论(质量推断理论)与保护动机理论(诱导转向理论),本文通过构建一个有调节的双中介模型深入探究新产品促销性脱销是否、如何以及何时会影响消费者相似品推荐反应,并通过实验法对其进行了实证检验。研究结果表明:(1)新产品促销性脱销并不一定会产生“相似品替代效应”,而是会消极影响消费者相似品推荐反应,并且折扣性脱销较之于赠礼性脱销的影响更大;(2)质量推断与诱导转向会共同完全中介新产品促销性脱销对消费者相似品推荐反应的影响;(3)消费者的认知需求会对质量推断与诱导转向双中介效应发挥重要的调节作用。本文研究结论不仅能有效促进新产品脱销理论、销售促销理论、虚位诱导效应等理论体系的丰富和完善,而且对于厂商、消费者和监管机构等也有重要的管理启示。 展开更多
