Analysis and Suggestions on Management Strategies in Eco-industrial Parks in China

In the research, management strategies and problems of eco-industrial parks were mainly analyzed and some suggestions were proposed based on eco-industrial park, circular economy and ecologization of industrial park in China, providing references for ecologicalization policy design of industrial parks in China.

Exploration of Detailed Planning Practice of Chemical Industrial Parks under the Background of Territorial Space Planning

With the gradual completion of the overall planning of city and county land space,the detailed planning will be prepared according to the requirements of transmitting and refining the upper planning.Industrial parks are one of the“main forces”of local economic development,and the preparation of their detailed planning will escort their development.The key points of the Control Indicators of Construction Land in Industrial Projectsissued in 2008 and 2023 were compared,and the new requirements for detailed planning under the background of territorial space and the contradictions between the detailed planning of industrial parks and the overall planning of the upper territorial space were sorted out based on the summary of the existing problems in the development of chemical parks.It provides some ideas for the practice of detailed planning of chemical industrial parks under the background of territorial space.

Research on Key Points of Design of Standard Plants in Modern Industrial Parks Under the Background of Promoting the Development of New Quality Productive Forces

With the progress of science and technology and the acceleration of industrialization,the modern industrial park is an important carrier of industrial development.The importance of its standard plant design has become increasingly prominent.With the development of new quality productive forces as the background,this research deeply discusses the key points of standard plant design in modern industrial parks.This paper uses literature review and case analysis to systematically analyze the important role of standard plant design in developing new quality productive forces in modern industrial parks and puts forward suggestions for optimizing design.It is found that the rationality,intelligence,and environmental protection of plant design are the key factors affecting the development of new quality productive forces.The paper summarizes the core points of modern industrial park standard plant design to provide a reference for the future development of related industries.

Industry-City Integration in Eco-industrial Park of China

Industry-city integration in industrial park has stepped into quick development with the continuous advancement of urbanization in China. Relying on the developed ecological industry chain,sustainable development ability and good ecological service,eco-industrial park is at the forefront of industry-city integration,and accumulates rich experience in practice. The operation mechanism model includes government development,development of large state-owned enterprises,and public-private partnership. The space structures involve the relation between central urban district and new industrial town,overall layout of production,living and ecological space in eco-industrial park. In the aspect of system innovation,park management system,household registration management system,cultural system of community and environmental governance system face the challenges.

Research on the Industrial Symbiosis Supporting System of Eco-industrial Park

The establishment and development of the industrial symbiosis of eco-industrial park are affected by several factors.Based on the formed industrial symbiosis supporting system chart,this article analyzes the microcosmic supporting system and macroscopic supporting system.In the microcosmic supporting system,it elaborates five aspects including key enterprises,service intermediaries in the park,symbiotic enterprises,competitors and the public in detail.Then it describes the macroscopic supporting system from four aspects of governmental participation,technological innovation,educational promotion and cultural support.Finally,combining with the current construction status of the eco-industrial park in China,it proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to build the supporting system for the eco-industrial park and provides theoretical support for the faster and better construction of the eco-industrial park in China.

Focus on the key problems and dilemmas that arise in developing eco-industrial parks in China

Despite the widespread incorporation of sustainable development into policy discourses, actually achieving the win-win-win scenario of economic, environmental and social development continues to be problematic. Advocates of industrial ecology suggest that shifting the basis of industrial production from a linear to a closed loop system, these gains can be achieved. In recent years, concepts drawn from industrial ecology have been used to plan and develop eeo-industrial parks （EIPs） that seek to increase business competitiveness, reduce waste and pollution, create jobs and improve working conditions. Despite a growing interest in EIPs, there have been few empirically informed studies that seek to explore the potential contribution such EIPs may make to sustainable development. This paper contributes to a developing sympathetic critique of industrial ecology by focusing on the key problems and dilemmas that arise in the course of developing eco-industrial parks, drawing upon empirical work conducted in China. The paper draws upon both an extensive survey of EIPs and in-depth interviews conducted with a range of stakeholders at some sites in China. As the paper reveals, EIPs in China are in their early stages and likewise their contribution to economic development and environmental policy, let alone social policies, is complicated and inchoate. The empirical material reveals that key features of industrial ecology such as inter-firm networking and collaboration in the form of materials interchange and energycascading are either absent or in the early planning stages. In each of the cases studied what is emerging is a form of EIP partly determined by the geographic setting and broader economic realities of the locality. While collaborative behavior between firms is central to EIP development if the potential benefits of industrial ecology are to be realized, it is important to realize that such behavior is difficult to develop from scratch through policy intervention. In conclusion, the paper suggests that expectations must be realistic for the community and location in question. As part of that realism, EIP projects must be designed to allow for a gradual approach, and each phase needs to be financially viable.

The situation and development trend of health industrial park construction in China

[目的] 描述我国健康产业园区基本现状,总结园区发展模式,为园区未来发展提供理论基础. [方法]利用百度搜索、CNKI和万方数据库全面搜索国内健康产业园区的相关信息和文献资料,基于文献内容 分析法和案例分析法对园区信息进行归纳与分析.[结果]共检索到健康产业园区3 5 个,涉及 1 8个省市,最 早的园区于1994年创办,园区平均面积为16.82 km2,平均投资金额为140.9亿元.从管理运营、投融资、产 业类型、研发方面归纳了园区的不同发展模式,发现园区建设中的问题并提出未来发展趋势.[结 论 ]我国健 康产业园区正在蓬勃发展,但是仍然存在重复建设缺乏特色,监管机制尚不完善等问题,还需政府进-步完善 审批、优惠等政策,引导园区健康发展.

Study on the Landscape Flavor of Suzhou Industrial Park

The creation of new urban landscape environment is one of the core problems to inherit the urban history and culture and to form its character.By analyzing the landscape nodes around the Jinji Lake in Suzhou Industrial Park,this research sums up its natural landscape flavor created by water resource,the art landscape flavor created by buildings' layout,and the vivid culture flavor of urban landscape.The combination of the park's landscape creation and its nature,art and culture completely describes the feature of Jinji Lake Industrial Park-the fusion of history and fashion,classical garden and western garden,natural landscape and man-made landscape.

FACTORS AFFECTING FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE URBAN INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT IN CHINA──A Case Study on Caohejing Hi-Tech Park in Shanghai

In China,the urban industrial district is usually an organic concentrated district including many factories that are in big,middle or small size,and are coordinated in the process of production,or use infrastructure in common.The formation and development of the urban industrial district in China are affected by not only general factors such as natural factor,transportation factor,labour factor,ecologic factor,but also special factors such as agglomeration factor,technologic factor and social factor.To the district’s formation, both the social factors and natural factors are important,especially the attitude the government have towards the district and the regional natural condition.But the agglomeration, market and transportation costs here are not as important as those in the traditional Industrial Location Theory.Now we must pay great attention to these three factors owing to the new economic conditions in China.In the development of the district,the main factors are technology and agglomeration.This indicates that the technologic factor is gradually the essential condition in the development of the district.Besides,we must also know the affection of the eclologic factor in the development of the district.According to the reality of Caohejing district,this paper gives every factor mark in the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).With the result of the AHP,some suggestions have been put forward to Caohejing Hi-Tech Park and other urban industrial districts as well.

Evaluating Emergency Response Capacity of Chemical Industrial Park Using an Hybrid Fuzzy AHP Method

This paper presents an expert-based fuzzy analytic hierarchy process( AHP) model for evaluating emergency response capacity of Chemical Industrial Park( ERCCIP) by jointly using an improved fuzzy preference programming( FPP) and 2-tuple fuzzy linguistic approach. An evaluation index system for ERCCIP is proposed. The weight of sub-criteria and criteria of the evaluation index system for ERCCIP are determined using the improved FPP. And the ratings of sub-criteria are assessed in linguistic values according to the experts' subjective opinions. Finally,the aggregated ratings of criteria and the overall ERCCIP are calculated.

Lead Pollution Research of Resident Children around Some Industrial Park

Lead is an important toxic heavy metal among environment pollution. Some industrial parks were founded in 2005 including non-ferrous metal processing and smelting plants. In order to identify the consequence of lead pollution on children around the industry park, blood samples of neighboring children were collected and analyzed in laboratory. The results showed that the involved children have suffered serious harms from Pb pollution. Almost 75% of the children＇s blood lead levels （BLLs） exceeded the limit of normal blood lead. Worse still, 26.17% of them were at the level of Moderate lead poisoning. The group aged 0-7 showed more susceptibility to Pb than that aged 8-14. Only 19.05% of the children aged 0-7 were at the level of normal blood lead, compared with 45.45% in the group aged 8-14. There was no significant difference between the values of blood lead concentration for male and female or among different age groups. Some approaches, which include controlling the Pb pollution from the industry park and safeguarding the residents, esp. the children were suggested.

Seasonal Variations in Birth Weight in Suzhou Industrial Park

Many environmental factors have been shown to adversely influence birth weight,and new insight has been gained into＇seasonal programming＇.We studied a total of 23,064 infants.The mean birth weight varied across seasons.Logistic regression analysis was used to obtain the crude and adjusted odds ratios（ORs）for dichotomous outcomes（e.g.,macrosomia,low birth weight）.

A Multi-Layer Collaboration Framework for Industrial Parks with 5G Vehicle-to-Everything Networks

The fifth-generation(5G)wireless communication networks are expected to play an essential role in the transformation of vertical industries.Among many exciting applications to be enabled by 5G,logistics tasks in industry parks can be performed more efficiently via vehicle-to-everything(V2X)communications.In this paper,a multi-layer collaboration framework enabled by V2X is proposed for logistics management in industrial parks.The proposed framework includes three layers:a perception and execution layer,a logistics layer,and a configuration layer.In addition to the collaboration among these three layers,this study addresses the collaboration among devices,edge servers,and cloud services.For effective logistics in industrial parks,task collaboration is achieved through four functions:environmental perception and map construction,task allocation,path planning,and vehicle movement.To dynamically coordinate these functions,device–edge–cloud collaboration,which is supported by 5G slices and V2X communication technology,is applied.Then,the analytical target cascading method is adopted to configure and evaluate the collaboration schemes of industrial parks.Finally,a logistics analytical case study in industrial parks is employed to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed collaboration framework.

Comparative study on industry agglomeration of the five E＆I industrial parks in Shaanxi Province

As the significant regional development driving, industry agglomeration has become one of the most interested for industrial economist and regional economist. This paper chooses the main five E＆I industrial parks in Shaanxi Province as the research object, and systematically compares their industry agglomerations, such as the situations, patterns, development approaches, and so on. Finally, based on the situation of the five E＆I industrial parks, combined with the power and the attraction of sub-sectors industry, some suggestions on the formation and consolidation of agglomeration effect for each park are proposed.

Eco-transformation of steel industry in China: from the perspective of industrial ecology and circular economy

Recently the behavior of human has resulted in the deterioration of global ecological environment, and global warming and environmental pollution have caused the occurrence of extreme events frequently If we repeat the reckless environmental overkill, civilization will enter a victous circle of decline and lose even the strength and vitality to live in harmony with the environment. At Present, China is in a speciat period of rapid economic develop- ment. Some enterprises focus on short-term profits and don＇t formulate long-term strategies. For example, with the rapid expansion of the steel industry, some serious problems have emerged. Based on principles of industrial ecology and the concept of circular economy, to develop a new development model, taking a new road to industrialization is very necessary. Re-examining the current steel enterprises, this＇ paper proposes the new methods of the integration of material, energy integration, water system integration and sharing of information and facilities. Through ecologi- calization of technology, system, and industrial structure and product structure adjustment, the eco-transformation of the modern steel industry will be gradually achieved in China

Comparative Analysis of Meteorological Environmental Factors in Three Major Chemical Industrial Parks of Lianyungang City

Based on the meteorological observation data of three meteorological stations in three major chemical industrial parks of Lianyungang city( Xuwei petrochemical industrial park-Xuwei saltern automatic weather station,Yanweigang chemical industrial park-Yanweigang automatic weather station,and Lianyungang chemical industrial park-Duigou chemical industrial park automatic weather station) as well as lightning data of Jiangsu thunder and lightning monitoring network from 2007 to 2014,meteorological environmental factors(wind,temperature and lightning) in the three major chemical industrial park of Lianyungang City were analyzed,and climate feasibility demonstration was conducted. In this paper,the common points of the meteorological environment of construction projects in the three major chemical industry parks were obtained,and the planning,design and operation of chemical projects were advanced reasonably according to different meteorological environment,thereby maximizing social and economic benefits.

Industrial Discretization Mechanism and Agglomeration Counter-measures for Industrial Parks

With rapid development of industrial parks in China,it lacks strict control in planning for establishment and land use of industrial parks.The supply is seriously surplus,and cut-throat competition takes place in investment inviting activities,leading to discretized development of industries in industrial parks.Industrial park and enterprise cluster have a common foundation,namely,geographic concentration of industries.Industrial parks with enterprise cluster development show various advantages,so industrial parks should take industrial cluster development as their ultimate direction.From problems in construction of industrial parks,this paper analyzes mechanism of discretized industrial parks,and accordingly puts forward countermeasures for promoting cluster development:(1)Scientifically distributing administrative power of local government,improving supervision and assessment mechanism,and guaranteeing reasonable supply of industrial parks from system;(2)Introducing market-oriented industrial park construction mechanism,to promote market-oriented supply of industrial parks;(3)Strengthening construction of administrative ethics and abilities of local government,to promote coordinated and healthy development of industrial parks;(4)Forming excellent enterprise cluster development expectation and strengthening cluster-based decisions of enterprises entering industrial parks.

Planning of R & D Industrial Parks Under the Civil-Military Integration Strategy

The construction of industrial parks under the civil-military integration strategy is based on the combination of military technology and civil technology. Such an industrial park is a new urban functional area produced in the context of civil-military integration. Compared with industrial parks in the usual sense, it pays more attenteon to scientific research, innovation, cooperation and communication. In this paper, through in-depth analyses of relevant literature and domestic actual situation, the industrial park's basic advantages and external environmental policies were interpreted, and the application prospect and practical significance of the current civil-military integration policy were analyzed based on the platform strategy of the civil-military integration industrial park. With R & D industrial parks as the object of study, this paper clarified the management of enterprises in this type of parks and the support provided by the parks, sorted out the industrial park planning plan under the civil-military integration strategy in accordance with the current economic situation and policy orientation, and finally reached the conclusion that the construction of the construction of R & D industrial parks under the civil-military integration strategy is a new growth point that will drive the deepening reform of the national economy and the sustained development of the national economy.

Pilot-scale Study on NCMBR Process for Upgrading of Sewage Treatment Plant in Industrial Park

A pilot-scale research was conducted on nanostructured ceramic membrane bio-reactor( NCMBR) for treatment of comprehensive wastewater from industrial park. The quality of the effluent water was stable and good. During stable operation,the COD,NH3-N and TP concentrations of the influent water were 147-475,42-23. 5 and 0. 65-0. 85 mg/L,respectively,and those of the effluent water were 147-475,0. 08-0. 82 and 0. 18-0. 26 mg/L,respectively,so the average removal rates of COD,NH3-N and TP were 82%,97% and 72%,respectively,meeting the standard for Class-A emissions of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant( GB18918-2002). In addition,the process has certain anti-impact capacity and ability to mitigate membrane fouling,meeting the objectives of upgrading and transformation. This study will provide reference for upgrading of existing sewage treatment plants.

Protection, Development and Utilization of Industrial Heritage Under the Background of Transformation of Exhausted Cities: A Case Study of Construction Planning of Anyuan National Mine Park

Firstly,the status quo of Pingxiang City as a resource-exhausted city was introduced firstly,and then the development situation of Anyuan Coal Mine,which is the representative of traditional coal industry in Pingxiang,was summarized.Moreover,the classification and value of mining heritage were analyzed,and it is proposed that the development of mine heritage tourism and urban transformation should be combined.The planning of Anyuan National Mine Park under the background of urban transformation was analyzed to provides an idea for the protection and utilization of industrial heritage.
