Driving factors and innovation paths of rural tourism transformation and upgrading under the background of industrial integration:From the perspective of ecological integration of culture and tourism

This paper analyzes the interactive process of the integration of ecological agriculture and cultural tourism industry from the aspects of rural tourism products,technology and market,and points out that the integration of tourism products constitutes the basis of industrial integration;The integration of technology plays a role in the whole process of industrial integration development;Market level integration is the core goal of industrial integration development.Then,it explains the driving factors of the integrated development of the two industries from two aspects:the relevance of the two industries,the diversification of demand and the diversity of investment constitute the internal driving force of the integration of cultural tourism industry and ecological agriculture under the background of rural revitalization;Multiple factors,such as policy guidance,economic drive and technological innovation,together constitute the external driving force for the integration of cultural tourism industry and ecological agriculture under the background of rural revitalization.On this basis,it puts forward the path of the integrated development of innovative cultural tourism industry and ecological agriculture from six aspects:first,the government actively guides and constructs a perfect policy support system;Second,the development of industrial projects create basic conditions for industrial integration;Third,to strengthen publicity and promotion,strengthen industrial integration and form brand effect;Fourth,to encourage scientific and technological innovation and provide technical support for industrial integration;Fifth,to build industrial alliance and help industrial integration through multi-dimensional cooperation;Sixth,to promote the construction of legal system and build a perfect market access system.

Integrating culture and tourism in Pingdingshan from ecological perspective

The integration of culture and tourism is a good choice for Pingdingshan to effectively achieve the concept of a modern sustainable ecological ecology from a resource-based city.In addition to the beautiful natural scenery of green mountains and clear waters,Pingdingshan does indeed have a profound historical and cultural heritage,and it is uniquely endowed with the“integration of culture and tourism”.“Culture and Tourism Integration”will definitely help the great development of Pingdingshan,and will definitely add points to Eagle City’s“Colorful Henan”.First,we must strengthen the belief in the development of cultural tourism and carefully build high-standard cultural tourism brands;secondly,we must scientifically plan the in-depth integration of cultural tourism and pay attention to tapping the cultural connotation of tourism resources;thirdly,we must skillfully use characteristic culture to shape the new brand of Pingdingshan urban culture;Fourth,we must effectively increase capital investment to ensure the healthy operation of the culture and tourism industry;finally,we must properly reform the cultural system to actively activate the culture and tourism market.

Evaluation on Tourism Ecological Security in Nature Heritage Sites——Case of Kanas Nature Reserve of Xinjiang,China

The nature heritages are the precious legacy of nature with outstanding scientific and aesthetic value. They are quite different from other common ecotourism areas, because of its original and unique system, sensitive and vulnerable landscape, and peripheral cultural features. Therefore, the tourism development in the nature heritage sites should be on the premise of ecological security. The evaluation index system of tourism ecological security in nature heritage sites was constructed in this article by AHP and Delphi methods, including nature ecological security, landscape visual security and local culture ecological security, and the security thresholds of indices were also established. In the indices' weights of the evaluation model, the nature ecological security ranked the highest, followed by tourist landscape visual security and culture ecological security, which reflected the influence degree of the limited factor to tourism ecological security. Then, this paper carried out an empirical study of Kanas of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China, which has the potential to be the World Nature Heritage. On the basis of the data attained from survey and observation on the spot, as well as questionnaire answered by tourists and local communities, the ecological security status in Kanas was evaluated. The result showed that the status of Kanas tourism ecological security was better, but there had some limiting factors. Lastly, effective measures were put forward to ensure its ecological security.

Research on Rural Landscape Design from the Perspective of Ecological Culture

Although rural landscape design brings convenience to farmers,there are many problems such as severe homogenization,lack of local culture and lack of comprehensive planning.The distant points of planning are refl ected by highlighting distinctive regional culture,advocating construction of ecological culture,and encouraging protection of traditional architecture.The problems in rural landscape design are settled by solving three agricultural problems and promoting the development of rural tourism,so as to achieve the coordinated development of rural economy and culture.

淮海经济区文化-生态-旅游耦合协调发展的时空演化及驱动因素

文化、生态、旅游协调发展有利于实现淮海经济区生态、社会、经济效益的统一,推动区域高质量发展.通过构建文化-生态-旅游3系统耦合协调评价指标体系,利用综合评价指数、耦合协调度模型和灰色关联度模型等方法研究2015—2021年淮海经济区市域文化-生态-旅游耦合协调度的时空演变及驱动因素.结果显示,各年度淮海经济区市域间生态系统综合评价值差别较小,文化和旅游综合评价值差别较大,评价值均值表现为生态>文化>旅游.旅游业发展普遍滞后,个别城市同时存在文化发展滞后现象.淮海经济区3系统耦合协调度各年均值多处于“勉强协调”状态,呈现“上升-下降-上升”趋势,市域间耦合协调度等级存在明显的空间分异现象.济宁、临沂和徐州3市耦合协调度较高.淮海经济区3系统的耦合协调受5种驱动因素的共同影响,关联度均值表现为:产业结构>政府行政力>经济发展水平>市场需求>对外开放水平.加紧补齐各城市发展短板、稳固发展底板是提升区域协调水平的关键.

Ecotourism Development in the Context of Cultural and Tourism Integration:A Case Study of Wanli Mopan Mountain Forest Park

The integration of culture and tourism is a new form of tourism and a trend of tourism industry development.Mopan Mountain Forest Park in Wanli District of Nanchang City is taken as research object,and the excavation of its cultural elements is analyzed.It is thought that cultural elements can revitalize the culture and tourism industry,promote the integration of culture and tourism,encourage the mutual penetration of cultural innovation,design services and tourism products,improve the development and service level of cultural tourism products,and accelerate the development of characteristic cultural tourism.

沿海县域文化-旅游-生态高质量发展评价

我国东部地区沿海县域经济相对发达,也是生态环境敏感区和文旅融合示范区,是努力践行高质量发展的排头兵。为此,尝试从生态安全治理、文化建设自信、文旅融合服务等方面,构建县域文化-旅游-生态高质量发展评价体系,采用网络层次分析法计算权重,以79个沿海县域为案例,进行实证分析。结果表明,从权重看,生态权重最大,文旅权重次之;从均值看,生态和旅游类指标得分较高;从地域看,天津滨海新区和上海浦东新区的文旅生态高质量发展水平最高,浙江、山东各县域文旅生态高质量发展评价值次之,辽宁、广东和海南等少量沿海县域的文旅生态高质量发展评价值排在末10位。最后,提出补齐公共文化短板,提升县域旅游公共交通质量等建议。

皖南国际文化旅游示范区核心区旅游-生态-文化耦合协调研究

通过构建评价指标体系,运用改进熵值法和耦合协调模型,对区域内4市2014—2020年旅游、生态、文化发展演变和耦合状况进行研究。结果表明:各市旅游、文化子系统发展指数整体呈倒“U”型,生态发展水平波动上升,黄山市各系统评价指数最高,宣城市、池州市、安庆市分别存在旅游、文化、生态短板。各市复合系统耦合度较高,耦合协调度明显提升,黄山市(0.7856)>池州市(0.6082)>宣城市(0.5504)>安庆市(0.5305),耦合等级介于“濒临失调”至“良好协调”之间。区域三大系统综合效益测算结果显示:生态(0.6073)>文化(0.5437)>旅游(0.4311),耦合协调类型由“勉强协调”向“良好协调”过渡,发展类型表现为文化-旅游-生态交替滞后。

黄河流域生态-旅游-文化耦合协调及驱动因素研究

以黄河流域9省区2010-2019年生态环境、旅游产业、文化产业三大系统的面板数据为基础,运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型、地理探测器模型等方法,分析黄河流域生态-旅游-文化耦合协调发展的时空分异及驱动因素,结果显示:1)黄河流域三大系统发展水平整体上表现为生态水平>文化水平>旅游水平,中西部省区旅游产业发展相对滞后;2)2010-2019年黄河流域生态-旅游-文化耦合协调度逐年上升,空间分布上东西差距明显,中西部地区耦合协调水平较低;3)黄河流域生态-旅游-文化耦合协调发展是公共资本、科技水平、基础设施和社会消费共同驱动的结果.

基于网络文本分析的文化遗产生态环境游客感知及其对遗产旅游形象影响研究——以南京明城墙为例

为深入了解游客生态环境感知对文化遗产地旅游形象的影响,以南京城墙为考察样本,基于内容分析法,采用2018—2022年的网络数据,分别利用词频分析、语义网络分析和情感分析进行评价和预测。研究表明:网络文本能较为客观地获取生态环境对文化遗产形象的影响程度,从而更全面地了解城市文化遗产形象形成的内在机制;游客对南京城墙文化遗产环境感知以正面情绪为主,在游客的情绪感知中生态环境影响着游客的整体形象感知;作为生态环境要素,水环境和植物景观对文化遗产形象的影响尤为显著;游客对其遗产形象的感知同时体现在历史文化价值和生态环境价值上,成熟的文化遗产型旅游目的地必须重视生态环境和自然景观保护与塑造;改善与提升城市文化遗产形象,需要同时满足游客的文化需求和生态需求,实现旅游开发与遗产保护的良性互动。因此,管理者和经营者应从改善文化遗产景区绿化景观,做好水体保护,控制污染气体排放,做好垃圾分类管理,改善景区整洁环境。

数字赋能提升城市旅游绩效机制初探

数字赋能对中国旅游业实现高质量发展起到关键作用。在理论分析数字赋能对旅游业价值重塑与价值创造基础上,本文使用我国城市面板数据,实证检验数字赋能城市旅游绩效的文化赋能、景区赋能和生态赋能机制。研究发现:(1)数字赋能显著提升了城市旅游绩效,并且结果在剔除可能的极端值,变换估计方法下依旧显著;(2)机制检验结果表明数字赋能通过激发以非物质文化遗产为代表的文化资源经济价值、加强以5A级景区为代表的景区资源优势、提升以生态效率为代表的生态价值转换方式促进城市旅游绩效提升;(3)区域异质性的考察发现,中部和西部地区以文化赋能和景区赋能为主,生态赋能的作用在东部和西部地区更为突出。基于上述发现,本文提出加快旅游产业数字化转型、推动非物质文化遗产数字化传播、推进旅游景区数字化改造、利用数字技术扩大优质生态产品供给、充分发挥东中西地区优势等建议。

山地生态农业高质量发展面临的困境与出路——以加榜梯田考察为例

发展在本质上是资源盘活及资源价值的变现,而资源盘活是发展的问题起点。拥有丰富资源却缺失让资源价值得以变现的产业植入,必然导致资源闲置或资源低效益利用。从江加榜梯田的个案表明,山地生态农业目前还存在产业单一、技术含量低、生产劳作条件差、劳动力大规模转移致使劳力不足以及农产品价格低,市场空间窄小等不利因素。面临这样的发展困境,只有对山地生态农业产业链进行升级打造,实现农文旅融合发展,才能发挥以梯田为代表的山地生态资源优势,进而为山地生态农业高质量发展找到可行的路径依托。

文旅融合背景下公共图书馆旅游信息服务质量的影响因素研究

文章基于信息生态理论和服务质量差距理论,在文旅融合背景下探究公共图书馆旅游信息服务质量的影响因素及路径关系,构建公共图书馆旅游信息服务质量影响因素理论模型,对公共图书馆旅游信息服务质量的影响因素及相互关系进行分析与评价。根据研究结果,文章从信息、信息人、信息技术、信息环境四个维度提出相应的对策建议,为提升公共图书馆旅游信息服务的高质量发展动能提供参考和借鉴。

生态文明视域下那达慕文化文旅融合发展的实践路径探析

文旅融合是当前我国旅游业发展的重要方向,其中,文化是旅游业的核心,而旅游业则是文化的载体。推动文旅融合,充分利用文化和旅游的双重功能,以文化赋能提升旅游,推动文化传承与创新。那达慕大会是集文化娱乐、民族风情的传统节日,也是促进民族团结、推动文旅融合、展示民族风情的重要载体。该文聚焦于蒙古族那达慕文化的发展,通过剖析那达慕大会的起源与发展、那达慕文旅融合发展意义,指出在那达慕文化与旅游资源融合过程中存在的问题及原因,进而提出促进那达慕文化文旅融合发展的路径,促进那达慕文化文旅融合的高质量发展。

The Characteristic Differences between Ecological Culture and Low-carbon Tourism Cognition under the Vision of Carbon Neutrality

Ecological culture has a low-carbon attribute,which coincides with the concepts of energy conservation and emission reduction in low-carbon tourism.Analyzing the differences in the public perception of the two is of great significance for achieving the carbon neutral goal of tourism.Firstly,the views of nature,equality and ecology in ecological culture,as well as the cognition and participation willingness for low-carbon tourism were identified by using the principal component analysis method.Secondly,all samples were divided into four types of ecological culture cognition:sufficient,relatively sufficient,general and poorer,by the K-means clustering method.Thirdly,significant differences in the low-carbon tourism cognition among different types were revealed by using the ANOVA method.Finally,the influences of the main demographic characteristics on the low-carbon tourism cognition were analyzed.This analysis showed that gender,age,education level and income level had significant differences in some aspects of low-carbon tourism cognition and participation willingness,especially education level.On this basis,several corresponding strategies were put forward for managing the cognitive differences of the different types,which could contribute to the realization of the carbon neutral vision of tourism.

生态文旅类企业会计核算的创新研究——基于生态产品价值实现视角

生态产品价值实现,是体现“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念的重要路径。近年来,我国开展了各类生态产品价值的核算实践,提供了自然生态估值的新视角。通过核算生态产品价值,能够客观体现生态系统提供生态产品的潜力以及生态产品的社会价值。本文以经营自然资源的生态文旅类企业作为生态产品会计核算的主体,结合会计学基础理论和生态价值常用的评估方法,针对生态文旅类企业构建了企业生态产品会计核算的基本框架,为企业的生态产品运营提供了全新的管理工具。

黄河流域生态环境与文旅产业耦合协调关系研究

黄河流域生态环境与文旅产业协调发展是流域可持续、高质量发展的必经之路。首先分析了生态环境与文旅产业耦合协调发展的机理,然后基于2010年、2015年、2019年和2020年4个时间节点黄河流域9个省(自治区)数据,构建黄河流域生态环境与文旅产业发展水平评价指标体系,利用熵权法、耦合协调模型和相对发展指数对二者的耦合协调发展水平进行剖析与评价。结果表明:黄河流域9个省(自治区)生态环境与文旅产业两者发展高度耦合,说明两大系统相互影响,交互耦合的紧密关系;但是两者发展的协调度较低,9个省(自治区)都处于失调状态,山东、河南、四川一直属于生态环境发展滞后型失调,内蒙古、甘肃、青海、宁夏一直属于文旅产业发展滞后型失调,陕西从文旅产业发展滞后型失调发展为生态环境发展滞后型失调,山西则经历了生态环境滞后—共损型失调—文旅产业滞后—共损型失调交替发展。根据黄河流域9个省(自治区)生态环境与文旅产业发展的失调类型,提出统筹管理与因地制宜相结合的耦合协调发展策略。

生态文化解说可视化的研究--基于森林生态文化视角

生态文化解说是生态文明传播和生态文化发展的重要内容之一,其运行机制、传播途径、关键问题也是生态文化传播研究中的热点。森林公园开展的生态旅游活动成为当前我国森林生态文化传播的重要方式。现有的森林生态文化解说因管理机构认识低,信息传播系统研究不深,传播受众针对性分析少,传播内容系统性差等因素,整体呈现粗糙、平淡和物化的特点。在文化传播可视化作为当前一种新的传播现象下,以生态文化资源、游客和解说技术为核心的森林生态文化可视化传播模型可以有效地梳理生态文化解说运行机制、传播途径和关键问题,能够帮助森林公园生态文化建设实现整体、精致、新颖、文化与经营的目标。

传统村落旅游地游客文化生态补偿意愿研究——以苏州陆巷、杨湾、明月湾、东村古村为例

游客文化生态补偿意愿研究是构建传统村落旅游地文化生态长效补偿机制的基础理论工作,亦是推进文化生态保护和乡村旅游高质量发展的必要前提.以苏州陆巷、杨湾、明月湾和东村古村4个处于不同发展阶段和开放程度的旅游型传统村落为例,综合运用问卷调查法、条件价值法、二元逻辑回归模型,探究游客文化生态补偿意愿及其影响因素.结果表明:(1)传统村落旅游地游客文化生态补偿意愿相对较高,614份调查样本中有64.98%的游客愿意支付文化生态补偿金,平均每次游览愿意支付51.06元,且更期望设立文化生态补偿专项资金,部分游客拒绝补偿主要是因为他们将文化生态服务视为公共物品而倾向于依赖政府全权负责补偿工作.(2)受教育程度、文化生态价值评价、游客满意度、文化生态补偿必要性认知对游客的文化生态补偿意愿影响显著且呈正向促进作用,低重游意愿具有显著负向影响,而性别、年龄、月收入、文化生态破坏担心度和旅游动机等因素的影响不显著.结论对揭示游客复杂的文化生态补偿意愿及其多重影响因素作用机理、指导传统村落旅游地文化生态的保护性补偿工作具有启示意义.
