Driving factors and innovation paths of rural tourism transformation and upgrading under the background of industrial integration:From the perspective of ecological integration of culture and tourism

This paper analyzes the interactive process of the integration of ecological agriculture and cultural tourism industry from the aspects of rural tourism products,technology and market,and points out that the integration of tourism products constitutes the basis of industrial integration;The integration of technology plays a role in the whole process of industrial integration development;Market level integration is the core goal of industrial integration development.Then,it explains the driving factors of the integrated development of the two industries from two aspects:the relevance of the two industries,the diversification of demand and the diversity of investment constitute the internal driving force of the integration of cultural tourism industry and ecological agriculture under the background of rural revitalization;Multiple factors,such as policy guidance,economic drive and technological innovation,together constitute the external driving force for the integration of cultural tourism industry and ecological agriculture under the background of rural revitalization.On this basis,it puts forward the path of the integrated development of innovative cultural tourism industry and ecological agriculture from six aspects:first,the government actively guides and constructs a perfect policy support system;Second,the development of industrial projects create basic conditions for industrial integration;Third,to strengthen publicity and promotion,strengthen industrial integration and form brand effect;Fourth,to encourage scientific and technological innovation and provide technical support for industrial integration;Fifth,to build industrial alliance and help industrial integration through multi-dimensional cooperation;Sixth,to promote the construction of legal system and build a perfect market access system.

Construction of industrial ecological chain for characteristic small town:A case study of VR Town at Gui-An New District

As the rapid development of the national small characteristic town,some problems began to show through.For example,the spatial structure is not reasonable,the industrial is not harmonious,and the industrial cluster is not obvious and so on.In order to solve these uncoordinated problems and arrange industrial structure properly,to build the industrial ecologic chain construction according to local conditions appears to be critical.Therefore,constructing industrial ecological chain is of importance in academic aspect and practical significance to sustainable development.According to the theory of industrial ecology,this article researches on industrial ecological chain construction of Gui-An New District's VR town.Otherwise,with the principles of vertical supply-demand chain,horizontal collaboration chain,energy utilization chain,material circulation chain and water cycle chain,on the basis of five elements including public environment,service bake up,demand-supply collaboration,management system in a cloud and resource reuse,this paper put forward the industrial ecological chain model of VR town in Gui-An New District and analyze each links detailedly.The purpose is to explore and analyze the industrial ecological chain construction of VR town in Gui-An New District to abundant domestic related theory about small town and play a certain reference significance on other new-type of characteristic urbanization in mountainous region.

A study on ecological operation of web IP industrial chain

In recent years, since the Internet has given rise to mass creation and the intervention of industrial capital, China's web IP has experienced a "blowout" growth, which accelerates the development of the ecological operation of its industry chain a pressing issue, especially in the ecological environment via multi-media and "full-copyright" platforms. In the thesis, the author firstly talks about the ecological operation context of web IP, and then the existing problems of the ecological operation of web IP industrial chain, such as the insufficiency in copyright protection, the economic bubbles on its expansion, the lack of originals and the cash-out mentality toward currency. Therefore, the author comes into the conclusion that, there are enormous potentials for the ecological operation of web IP industrial chain. This demands further platforms across the multiple industrial running of web IP, building its brand through the development of"full-copyright". In one word, the life of web IP would be sustained with ecological progress in multimedia consumption, and the ecological operation of web IP industrial chain would be achieved in fact.

Index system for assessing ecological stability of circular economy industrial chain of electronic industry and its empirical study

With the development of science and technology and the rapid growth of productive forees new and high technology industries have. For example, computer, mobile phone, etc. are increasingly popular, especially hi-tech products updating more and more quickly, which has initiated some problems： resources depletion, environmental pollution, ecosystems damage, etc. While people are enjoying convenient and comfortable life from hi-tech, they are worrying about quantities of e-wastes discharged.In order to reduce the amount and harm of e-wastes, this paper starts from the connotation of the ecological stability of circular economy electronics industry chain （CEEIC, for shorO, uses the food chain principle for reference to describe the links and connection of the electronics industry chain, and selects factors from the three link： production, consumption and recycle to construct indexes system based on their characteristics, with which a scientific evaluation is carried on for CEEIC by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.

Review of Researches on Agricultural Industry Chain at Home and Abroad

Management of agricultural industry chain is the main form of modern agricultural industrialization. Integration and optimization of agricultural chain have great significance in deepening the reform in the countryside,quickening the development of agricultural modernization and establishing new system of agricultural management. Based on the theory sources and contents of agricultural chain as well as the current researches at home and abroad,this paper hackles and concludes information technology,logistics management and food safety and quality in foreign agricultural chain as well as the organization model,operation mechanism,integration and optimization,promotion and extension,financing and risk prevention,influencing factors as well as performance evaluation in domestic agricultural chain and offers relevant review in order to provide further reference for future researches.

数字经济、产业融合、农业产业链韧性:指数测算与效应检验

提升农业产业链韧性是保障我国农业产业可持续发展,推动我国向农业强国迈进的重要举措,以数字经济促进农业产业链韧性提升逐渐成为关键路径。文章基于2011—2021年中国省级面板数据,采用主成分分析法和熵值法分别测度了数字经济、产业融合以及农业产业链韧性指数,运用中介效应模型和空间杜宾模型进行实证分析,揭示了数字经济对农业产业链韧性的影响机理。研究结果表明:数字经济能够促进农业产业链韧性提升,且农村产业融合在二者的关系中起到中介作用;数字经济对农业产业链韧性具有空间溢出效应,不但对本地农业产业链韧性的提升具有明显的促进作用,而且对邻近地区农业产业链韧性的提升具有正向影响。

农村产业融合、生态环境治理协同与农村居民收入

产业融合发展是农村产业发展与居民增收的重要路径,既有研究已对其增收效应有一定积累。但在乡村振兴与中国式农业现代化背景下,对产业发展、生态宜居与生活富裕三者之间的“基础—目标”关系进行讨论更具有现实意义。论文运用我国30个省份2008—2020年的面板数据,基于协同学原理构建了农村产业融合与生态环境治理复合系统,测算了复合系统的协同度,并通过空间计量模型探讨了协同度与农村居民收入的关系。主要结论为13年间我国农村产业融合与生态环境治理协同水平显著提升,空间集聚模式不断优化,存在协同增收与空间溢出效应。但受发展水平影响,不同地区的增收效应存在异质性特点,东部、中部地区对本地及周边地区增收效应显著,西部地区难以带动周边农村居民收入增加。以此为基础提出了相应的政策建议。

产业生态系统视角下新质生产力发展内在逻辑及形成机制

产业生态系统涵盖了发展新质生产力过程中的先进技术、关键产业和核心要素,成为研究新质生产力发展的重要视角。基于“技术—产业—要素”分析框架探讨新质生产力发展的内在逻辑:在技术层面,历史上的四次产业革命表明,产业生态系统推动一系列革命性技术创新;在产业层面,产业生态系统通过资源共享、知识溢出和技术扩散,促进新兴产业的形成和发展;在要素层面,产业生态系统借助“数据—算法—流量”和“数据—网络—活动”的动态反馈循环机制,实现生产要素的创新性配置。产业生态系统可分为创新生态系统、商业生态系统和平台生态系统三个子系统。其中,创新生态系统突破新质生产力创新边界,商业生态系统拓展其应用场景,而平台生态系统则优化其要素配置。进一步推动新质生产力发展,应构建一个系统,确保各要素协同发展;坚持双轮驱动,整合科技创新和制度创新;促进四链融合,加强创新链、产业链、资金链和人才链的互动。

乡村振兴背景下涉农高职院校科教融汇研究与实践

通过问卷调查、实地访谈等形式,采取文献研究、调查研究和比较研究等方法,分析了当前涉农高职院校对于科教融汇的重视程度、行业需求与人才培养匹配度、融汇渠道以及教师队伍4个方面的问题,提出针对性的解决对策,并开展具体实践。具体对策包括构建“产、学、研、训、创”五位一体的协同发展模式,构建科技创新与创新型人才培养相融相辅相成的新模式,搭建平台畅通科教融汇渠道,以及引育结合提升教师团队教科研水平等。以铜仁职业技术学院为例开展科教融汇的具体实践,取得了明显成效,包括政、校、行、企、研协同搭建创新驱动基地,创新“六双融通、互育共培”人才培养模式,建成融入山地特色高新技术的教学资源体系,协同攻关纵深推进校企深度合作,打造“双高三能型”教师队伍。本文为提升涉农高职院校科技创新能力、教师教学能力和人才培养质量,助推产教深度融合、区域产业发展等提供实际应用参考。

有色金属-新能源产业链企业垂直一体化对其竞争力的影响研究

随着市场竞争加剧,产业链合纵连横已成为企业提升竞争力的重要手段。本文以2015~2023年中国有色金属-新能源产业链上市企业为研究样本,实证检验垂直一体化对企业竞争力的影响以及融资约束的门槛效应。研究发现,有色金属和新能源企业一体化程度均呈现大幅上升的趋势,并且一体化企业的竞争力水平明显高于同行业未一体化企业。垂直一体化对企业竞争力有显著的正向影响,有色金属企业效率提高和新能源企业市场规模扩大是其竞争力提升的主要原因。融资约束在一体化与企业竞争力的正向关系中存在单一门槛效应,当融资约束指数大于门槛值时,一体化促进企业竞争力;当融资约束指数小于门槛值时,有色金属企业后向一体化抑制竞争力,新能源企业前向一体化对竞争力的正向影响不再显著。异质性分析发现,非国有、大规模企业一体化对竞争力的促进效果更加显著。研究结论为提升我国有色金属与新能源产业及其他战略性新兴产业的国际竞争力提供重要理论和实践依据。

人工智能赋能下职业教育产教融合的内涵变化、生态重构与未来图景

产教融合是职业教育的基本办学模式,是推动职业教育高质量发展的必由之路。当前阶段,以人工智能技术为主导的智能技术新生态推动产业场域与职业教育场域变革,形成“以智能技术赋能、以数据为生产要素、以用户价值为核心、以复杂网络协同联动”的产业新生态与“要素赋值、治理赋能、价值共生”的职业教育新生态。面对产教场域的机遇与挑战,产教融合的内涵呈现以服务产业与区域发展为核心、以主体互联为机制、以资源共享与利益互融为内容的变化。为适应这一内涵变化,职业教育在人工智能赋能下,通过数据交互、智能体构筑、应用场景智能改造等方式,重构了一个产教融合新生态。为落实这一生态重构,职业教育产教融合可通过构建产教融合大模型、提升产教融合智能治理能力与水平以及与全产业链深度的场景改革等途径,逐步实现数智化改造。

绿色金融、农村产业绿色融合与乡村生态振兴

基于我国30个省份2013—2022年的面板数据,采用门槛效应模型检验不同绿色金融发展水平下农村产业绿色融合对乡村生态振兴的异质性影响,同时基于绿色金融与农村产业绿色融合互促共进的耦合关系,运用中介效应模型和调节效应模型进一步探讨绿色金融、农村产业绿色融合与乡村生态振兴之间的传导机制。结果表明:(1)农村产业绿色融合对乡村生态振兴的促进作用受到绿色金融发展水平的单门槛效应影响;(2)农村产业绿色融合在绿色金融赋能乡村生态振兴过程中发挥了显著的中介作用;(3)绿色金融与农村产业绿色融合的耦合关系能共同作用于乡村生态振兴,显著提高乡村生态文明建设水平。在此基础上,有针对性地提出“健全完善绿色金融体系,推动绿色金融服务创新”“持续推进农村产业绿色融合,助推产业生态化与生态产业化协调发展”“推动绿色金融与农村产业绿色融合的精准对接,协同赋能乡村生态振兴”等政策建议。

“四链”深度融合下战略性新兴产业高质量发展战略研究

推动创新链、产业链、资金链、人才链深度融合,提升产业创新能力是我国战略性新兴产业迈向全球产业链中高端,实现高质量发展的关键。本文通过系统分析战略性新兴产业高质量发展的本质要求及内涵特征,研判全球战略性新兴产业发展格局变化及趋势,分析我国战略性新兴产业发展现状、问题及挑战,提出“创新驱动、企业主体、开放融合”的战略性新兴产业高质量发展思路和“体系融合、协同发展,自主可控、开放创新,企业主体、市场机制,前瞻布局、高端引领”的发展原则,研究提出各领域重点发展方向及“系统性提升、融合式创新、市场化推动、引领性发展”的发展策略,以期为战略性新兴产业高质量发展提供参考。

Clean Production and Ecological Industry:A Key to Eco-city Development

Eco-city development is a healthy process towards sustainable development, within the carrying capacity of local ecosystem through changing production mode, consumption behavior and decision instrument based on ecological economics and system engineering. The key to its planning is an ecological integration to make trade-off between economic wealth and environmental health, between material and spiritual civilization, between natural and human eco-cybernetics. Integration, demonstration, citizens’ participation and scientists’ and technician’s catalyzing are the key instruments for the implementation of the ecocity plan. "Clean production" and "ecological industry" are key elements in comprehensive development towards an eco-city. Beyond the technical and management questions, how to interlink production, consumption and reduction at the local and regional level, the spatial and urban dimension should be considered in order to perform an integrative urban eco-space.

“三融五链”理念下职业教育技能型人才培养路径研究

随着产业数字化转型和智能化改造的不断深入,加快培养适应新业态、新工艺和新流程的高素质技术技能型人才,成为赋能区域经济高质量发展的关键所在。为了改善职业教育在人才培养过程中的单一育人主体、校企联动不够深入、人才成长通道不畅、社会认可度不高等现实困境,以技能型人才培养为主线,以职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇的“三融”理念为契机,以推动教育链、产业链、供应链、人才链和价值链的“五链”衔接为目标,突破职业院校管理边界,构建起现代化、系统化的技能型人才培养体系。具体措施包括:以搭建产教融合多方育人框架为前提,以凝聚科教融汇一体化育人模式为载体,以健全职普融通人才成长体系为保障,以筑牢社会技能训练路径为引擎,以促进社会认同为助力,实现技能型人才培养全流程重构。逐步为区域经济提供源源不断的人力资源支撑和应用型技术积累,提升区域产业供应链韧性水平,促进区域产业攀升到价值链高端位置。

链主企业生态主导力提升产业链韧性路径研究——以比亚迪和中国新能源汽车产业链为例

提升产业链供应链韧性和安全水平已成为新发展阶段推动我国高质量发展的关键着力点,具备生态主导力的链主企业在产业链韧性提升过程中扮演着支撑者、引领者和组织者的角色。以比亚迪和中国新能源汽车产业链为研究对象,采用扎根理论方法进行探索性单案例研究,探究链主企业生态主导力能力维度和产业链韧性提升路径。研究发现:①链主企业生态主导力包括技术创新引领能力、产业协作整合能力、数字转型赋能能力3个维度;②链主企业生态主导力通过促进产业链关键核心技术突破、产业链协同配套、产业链数字化转型3条路径提升产业链韧性,技术创新引领能力能够促进产业链关键核心技术突破,实现强链、补链,产业协作整合能力能够促进产业链协同配套,实现稳链、固链,数字转型赋能能力能够促进产业链数字化转型,实现延链、优链,从而显著提高产业链风险抵御能力、冲击恢复能力、链条升级能力。研究结论有助于拓展链主企业生态主导力与产业链韧性相关研究,为链主企业提升生态主导力和增强产业链韧性提供实践参考。

构建粮食产业链供应链一体化体系的研究

全球经济衰退和贸易供应链中断相互叠加加剧了世界粮食安全风险,尽管我国粮食安全形势总体看好,但粮食安全仍不能忽视,需要树立新时代的粮食安全战略,构建与新发展格局相适应的粮食安全观,针对我国粮食安全的主要风险,从高效推动粮食全链发展、积极谋划粮食产业链供应链安全、加大粮食产业高质量发展力度等3个方面提出有针对性地构建粮食产业链供应链一体化体系政策建议,从而确保中国人的饭碗牢牢端在自己手中。

数实融合背景下平台经济优化乡村产业链的机制

促进数实融合是顺应经济高质量发展新趋势、发掘经济增长新动能的战略选择。数实融合以平台为中枢,有效整合技术与数据并在不同场景应用,实现价值增值。由平台发展衍生而来的平台经济,已经成为数字经济时代主要的经济组织形态和市场运行模式,具有典型的网络效应、普惠效应、创新效应、价值创造效应,通过提质、增效、扩容为传统产业转型升级构筑新动能。当前,我国乡村产业链面临现代生产要素缺失、产业创新驱动不足、产业链条过短、产业协同能力不足、产业链数字化综合运营能力有待提升等问题。平台经济基于自身特性,能够通过优化乡村产业链要素投入结构、打造纵向延伸与横向拓展的双向一体化,助力乡村产业链全链路数字化升级,实现对乡村产业链的补链、延链、强链作用。促进平台经济与乡村产业链深度融合、释放新发展动能是一项系统工程,需要政府、平台企业、社会多方协同,围绕乡村产业链,部署创新链,提升价值链,推动产业主体、产业结构与产业模式同步创新,以乡村产业链升级助力现代农业农村经济体系构建。

湖南农产品加工业高质量发展战略研究

湖南农产品加工业实现了持续平稳较快发展,已发展成为湖南省三大万亿产业之一,但加工业依然存在大而不强、产业链不长且不完整等问题,高质量发展面临诸多挑战。为此,应按照全产业链发展思维,以结构调整优化与转型升级为主线,以延链补链强链为目标,构建农产品加工业全产业链“63”一体化发展体系,即大力实施“厚植产业发展基础”“做强产业发展主体”“做大总量做优质量”“做强产业发展支撑”“健全质量保障体系”“提升精准管理服务能力”等六大战略重点,提出“强化组织领导与部门统筹”“强化考核评估与实施监督”“构建协同发展机制”等三大战略保障措施,打造层次分明且功能齐全的现代农产品加工业体系,助力建设全国知名的一流农产品加工业发展高地,加快促进湖南省农产品加工业的高质量发展,为全面推进农业农村现代化、实现乡村振兴提供重要支撑。

中国文化和旅游融合发展效率时空动态演化及其驱动机制

提高文旅融合发展效率是关乎效率变革和质量变革背景下文化和旅游深度融合及高质量发展的重要科学问题,有效把握其动态演化特征及驱动机制对推动区域文化产业与旅游产业转型升级和提质增效及其深度融合高质量发展具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。文章构建文化和旅游融合发展效率分析框架,运用耦合协调模型、基于松弛变量的超效率测度模型、空间马尔科夫链和面板空间杜宾模型等方法,剖析中国2011—2019年文化和旅游融合发展效率的时空动态特征及其驱动机制。研究发现:1)中国文化和旅游融合发展效率在9年间仅提升3.4%,距离最佳生产前沿面还存在至少17.3%的潜力空间,4大区域呈东部>中部>西部>东北格局,并且仅天津、上海、广东与云南4个省份常年达到最佳生产前沿面,其他省份还存在至少6.7%~33.9%的潜力空间;2)中国文化和旅游融合发展效率大致呈现“东南沿海高值集聚,西北内陆低值集聚”空间格局,存在显著的路径依赖与马太效应现象,短期内难以实现跨越式增长,但当与高效率的省份为邻时,本地省份文化和旅游融合发展效率向上转移概率有所提升;3)产业结构与交通水平是提高本地省份文化和旅游融合发展效率的主要因素,但对邻近省份产生了负向溢出效应,科技创新、消费需求和政府调控促进了邻近省份文化与旅游融合发展效率,但对本地省份的推动作用尚不显著,服务队伍抑制了本地省份文化与旅游融合发展效率,但对邻近省份的溢出效应并不显著。
