By using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, evaluation model of the port ecological culture is established. By combining the construction of ecological culture in Yangshan Port, case analysis is conducted. Result shows that ecological culture development in Yangshan Port is below moderate level, and Yangshan Port needs to strengthen ecological culture construction to improve whole average level. Finally, for ecologi- cal culture construction of the enterprise, we propose suggestions that enterprise can refer the designed indicator and weight, and clarify focus and direction of the construction.展开更多
