Its location is 41°32′N and 123°23′E, with an average elevation of 31 meters and a mean annual temperature of 7°-8°, reaching 39.3℃ in summer and -33.1°in winter. The annual precipitation is about 700 mm and the frost-free period is 147-164 days per year. Its surroundings are covered by fertile meadow chernozem soil with a flat terrain suitable for agriculture.展开更多
