This paper addresses the singularity of the teaching evaluation system and the limited practical teaching resources in business English translation.It proposes a diversified teaching evaluation system based on ecological translation,expands practical teaching resources,and emphasizes the importance of teaching cultural differences and strengthening ecological translation theory.This approach aims to innovate and optimize the teaching mode of business English translation,thereby improving the quality of teaching and promoting students’deep understanding and application skills of business English.Consequently,this strategy brings new opportunities for development in the field of business English education.

The impact of the financial crisis exacerbated the students＇ employment situation, and the current situation of college students＇ entrepreneurial activities is worrying, which urgently need a systematic support program to be support and guide to the main business college. Based on the analysis of current situation and problems, this paper tries to build a entrepreneurial support system of contemporary college students as core, of tripartite coordinating community, university and government as basis to promote the healthy and sustainable development of entrepreneurial activities for the ultimate purpose of the entrepreneurial support system, to promote the healthy and sustainable development of entrepreneurial activities.

An Analysis of Factors Influencing Entrepreneurs’ Performance in Business after Returning Home——Empirical Study Based on a Sichuan Sample

This paper uses survey data regarding native Sichuan entrepreneurs who have developed businesses outside of Sichuan Province and then returned,along with their organizations,to Sichuan.Our goal was to identify and examine the factors influencing their entrepreneurial performance by using SEM-PLS.The results show that policy support,social relations and entrepreneurial self-efficacy have significant roles in entrepreneurial performance.No direct influence from the cultural or market environments was detected.Therefore,this study indicates that for entrepreneurs returning to their hometown the government should provide social and financial support for small and micro sized entrepreneurial ventures while the entrepreneurs should constantly strengthen their entrepreneurial selfefficacy by obtaining information through cultivated social relationships and market opportunities that will allow them to enhance their entrepreneurial performance.

基于CiteSpace的我国返乡大学生创业研究现状与趋势分析

“全面推进乡村振兴,人才队伍是关键”,返乡大学生创业推动乡村人才建设,赋能乡村振兴目标实现。对现有返乡大学生创业领域研究现状分析探讨,以期为后续的研究提供重要方法思路与借鉴参考。以中国知网(CNKI)期刊数据为样本来源,使用CiteSpace软件对我国返乡大学生创业领域进行可视化分析,共获得609篇文献,其中核心期刊(以CSSCI为例)上发表的文章数量为29篇,当前研究主要围绕大学生、乡村振兴、返乡创业、影响因素、返乡、创新创业、对策与困境等热点领域展开,目前发展情况划分为两个发展阶段:缓慢萌芽期(2009-2017年)、爆发增长期(2018-2023年)。我国返乡大学生创业领域目前发文量较少,作者、机构之间的合作较为分散,需要注入多元学科与研究方法的新鲜血液。关注热点与突变词等前沿内容,探究返乡大学生创业影响因素,从问题视角入手,提出符合现实语境下的对策方法是未来研究的主要趋势。

Research on the Effective Infiltration of Ecological Aesthetic Education in Business English Teaching From the Perspective of Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness Education

Ecological aesthetic education is a fusion of aesthetic education,environmental education,and ecological aesthetics research.The product of this combination is an ecological paradigm of Chinese aesthetic education research.Based on a holistic ecological view,ecological aesthetic education elevates it as an aesthetic principle to achieve the value position of ecological aesthetics in people’s lives and finally realizes the poetic habitation of human beings on the earth through the eco-aesthetic practice.This paper firstly introduces the background of China’s curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness(CPVA)education and its relevance to ecological aesthetic education in business English teaching which necessitate the infiltration of eco-aesthetic education in business English teaching.Then,with the teaching practice of Integrated Business English course,this paper explores the three aspects of how to effectively infiltrate ecological aesthetic education in business English teaching.

The Difficulties and Countermeasures of Migrant Workers Returning Home to Start Business of Shaanxi

The paper discloses the current situation of migrant workers returning home to start business by making a survey of the total number of returning migrant workers. The paper also points out the main difficulties the migrant workers who returning home to start business facing. The first is the old fashioned and backward concepts of development in some local departments; the second is lacking of powerful supports of policies; the third is the still bad environment to start business; the fourth is the lower qualities of people who are going to start business. Based on these situations, the official policies are put forward to encourage and support migrant workers to return home to start business. Such as strategies activating migrant workers to return home to start business should be positively operated; the management services should be further standardized and the environment should be perfected for starting business; the programs and items to start business by migrant workers returning home should be guided and favored; beneficial tax policies should be improved further; financial services should be further perfected; the land using problems of migrant workers should be firstly solved; the demonstration project of migrant workers returning back to start business should be continuously carried on; the organizing and leading jobs for starting business of migrant workers should be further strengthened.

Exploration on Ecological Compensation Mechanism of Family Farm

Family farm is a new type of agricultural operation,and the research on ecological compensation for its production behavior is conducive to consolidating the basic position of agriculture and protecting agricultural resources and environment.By summarizing and drawing lessons from the domestic research results in related fields,the family farm is selected as the object,and the opportunity cost method is used to analyze the setting of the ecological compensation standard of the family farm.The basic framework of ecological compensation mechanism of family farm is constructed from three aspects:ecological compensation responsibility determination mechanism;compensation object establishment mechanism;compensation standard determination and mode selection mechanism.The operation mechanism of ecological compensation of family farm is analyzed from three aspects:farmer;farm production;resources and environment.The results show that the family farms'pursuit of agricultural products and ecological services is the response mechanism of ecological compensation for their production behavior.On the basis of this,this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to ensure the ecological compensation mechanism of family farms from three aspects:perfecting the land use system;widening the compensation channels;constructing the green GDP accounting.

数字经济、创业与中等收入群体规模

利用马克思资本循环理论、蒂蒙斯创业理论阐释数字经济扩大中等收入群体规模的理论逻辑,并利用2012—2021年中国31个省份的面板数据检验了数字经济对中等收入群体规模的影响。研究发现:数字经济能显著扩大中等收入群体规模。机制研究表明:数字经济能通过促进创业而扩大中等收入群体规模。具体而言,数字经济有助于促进创业融资和优化创业企业的要素配置,从而有助于扩大中等收入群体规模。进一步研究发现:良好的营商环境能强化数字经济对创业的促进作用,从而能强化数字经济对中等收入群体规模的扩大作用。异质性检验结果表明:组织型创业与自我雇佣型创业都能使数字经济更好地发挥其对中等收入群体规模的扩大作用;在数字经济的支持下,无论是在制造业中创业,还是在服务业中创业,均能显著扩大中等收入群体规模。

互联网嵌入、资源获取与新农人创业成长绩效

将互联网思维纳入互联网嵌入变量,依据江西、河南和安徽512户新农人调查数据,运用内生转换回归(ESR)模型考察了互联网嵌入对新农人创业成长绩效的影响效应,并采用中介效应模型实证检验了资源获取在二者之间的传导机制。研究发现:互联网嵌入显著提升了新农人创业成长绩效,同时扩大了新农人创业成长绩效的差距;相对于返乡创业农民工和本土农业创业者,互联网嵌入对返乡创业大学生和跨界创业者创业成长绩效的促进作用更大,相对于非新型经营主体,互联网嵌入对新型经营主体新农人创业成长绩效的促进作用更大。机制结果分析显示:互联网嵌入有利于提升新农人的人力资源、社会资源、财务资源、政策资源,进而提高其创业成长绩效。因此,要进一步提高新农人互联网嵌入水平,提升其互联网的资源获取能力,增强互联网嵌入对创业成长绩效的作用,同时采取差异化支持政策,加强对弱势新农人支持力度,促进新农人创业成长。

营商环境能提升返乡创业企业发展质量吗?

实现乡村振兴,改善农村地区营商环境至关重要。良好的营商环境能吸引大批劳动力返乡创业,同时也有助于培育高质量的返乡创业企业。基于2019年全国2139家返乡创业企业调查数据研究营商环境对返乡创业企业发展质量的影响及其作用机制,研究表明:良好的营商环境能显著提升返乡创业企业发展质量;机制分析发现,良好的营商环境通过企业家社会关系网络、企业数字化经营能力来提升返乡创业企业发展质量;异质性分析发现,对发展型返乡创业企业、我国中西部地区和第二产业中的返乡创业企业以及中小型返乡创业企业而言,良好的营商环境更有助于提升其发展质量。因此,建议地方政府切实加大政策扶持力度,推动营商环境全面优化,做好科学规划、分类指导,落实完善差别化扶持政策,精准发力;同时结合企业规模、产业层次、价值类型特点制定针对性重点扶持政策,助推返乡创业企业高质量发展。

高职院校工程测量技术专业学生创新创业能力现状调研

通过问卷调查法深入了解高职院校工程测量技术专业学生的创新创业能力现状。将问卷调查分为高职院校和学生两部分,其中针对高职院校的调查以网络问卷为主,对学生的调查采取线上线下相结合的方式。调查结果显示,学生在创新创业资金方面需要高职院校提供更多支持。学生的创新创业意愿较弱,大多数学生参加创新创业活动的次数为1~3次,参与度相对较低,且活动形式较为单一。高职院校需积极探索创新创业教育的新模式,注重创新创业实践教学环节的设置,为学生搭建更多的创新创业平台。

返乡创业试点政策对共同富裕的影响研究

共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,也是全体人民的共同期盼。文章基于2010—2020年全国1 838个县级行政区的面板数据,采用多时点双重差分模型研究返乡创业试点政策对共同富裕的影响及作用机制。文章研究结果表明,返乡创业试点政策能够显著促进县域共同富裕指数提高,经平行趋势检验、安慰剂检验和排除竞争性政策干扰、缩尾处理、PSM-DID检验等方法之后,此结论依然成立。该试点政策的执行对共同富裕的影响在西部地区最大,中部地区次之,而在东部地区则没有表现出显著影响。此外,返乡创业试点政策对共同富裕产生的作用是通过促进产业集聚、提升人力资本水平、加快技术创新和完善基础设施体现出来的。据此本文提出建议,政府要统筹推广返乡创业试点政策,推动产业高质量发展,培育内生动力,深化技术创新改革,完善基本公共服务体系。

农民工返乡创业的“流”与“留”——基于推拉理论视角的阐述

农民工群体是返乡创业队伍中的重要组成部分,也是实现乡村振兴的重要人才保障。在乡村振兴战略的背景下,那些曾经外出务工的农民,一部分成为拥有一定资金、技术和资源的返乡创业人员,以一种“愿意返乡”的新姿态出现。农民工返乡创业作为一种人口流动形式,也遵循着人口流动理论中的推拉原则。国家政策的利好、创业环境宽松、乡愁与乡情的拉力吸引着农民工返乡,而创业发展潜力不足、风险较大、农村空心化等推力则阻碍着农民工返乡创业的步伐。要想促进更多的农民工返乡创业,完善农民工创业路径,就必须在原有拉力基础上进一步丰富农村地区的拉力源,同时减缓农村地区的各种推力,并努力提升创业者自身的整体素质和能力。

2023年中央一号文件指出全面建设社会主义现代化国家,把解决“三农”问题作为全党工作的重心,努力推进乡村振兴以加快农村现代化建设,而乡村增速发展则需要加强乡村人才队伍建设。在此背景下,文章对高职院校学生返乡创业现状进行调研,分析影响高职院校学生返乡创业的因素,为高职院校学生返乡创业提出对策。

数字平台生态嵌入对商业模式创新的影响研究——基于资源编排理论的视角

数字平台生态系统是缓解企业资源与能力约束进而推动企业实现商业模式创新的重要载体,但数字平台生态嵌入如何影响商业模式创新尚未被充分揭示。基于资源编排理论,构建并检验了数字平台生态嵌入通过能力进化式重构与能力替代式重构作用于商业模式创新的双中介模型,并探讨了组织敏捷性的调节作用。研究发现:数字平台生态嵌入正向影响商业模式创新;能力进化式重构与能力替代式重构在数字平台生态嵌入与商业模式创新的关系中起双中介作用;组织敏捷性不仅会强化数字平台生态嵌入与能力进化式重构和能力替代式重构之间的正向关系,还会正向强化数字平台生态嵌入通过能力进化式重构与替代式重构影响商业模式创新的中介路径。研究结论丰富了商业模式创新的前因研究,并为企业嵌入数字平台生态系统进行商业模式创新提供了实践启示。

数字普惠金融助力农村共同富裕实现了吗?——基于数字金融能力和农户创业协同作用视角

共同富裕是中国式现代化的本质要求,实现总体富裕和共享富裕是实现共同富裕的要求。文章基于2015年、2017年和2019年中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)农村微观数据和数字普惠金融指数,采用固定效应模型和面板门槛回归模型实证检验数字普惠金融对农村共同富裕的影响。研究发现:(1)数字普惠金融对区域农村经济发展具有促进作用,但仅有覆盖广度表现出对个体收入差距的缩小作用。数字普惠金融显著提升了农户进入中高收入群体的概率和低收入农户家庭收入水平,有利于促进共同富裕。(2)数字金融能力和农户创业会弱化调节数字普惠金融与共享富裕和总体富裕的正向关系。(3)数字普惠金融对农村共同富裕的影响存在双门槛效应。异质性结果表明,数字普惠金融对共享富裕的提升效果为东部>中部>西部;数字普惠金融对总体富裕的提升效果为中部>西部>东部。鉴于此,通过完善落后地区金融基础设施、提高低收入群体数字金融能力以及因地制宜制定区域数字普惠金融发展战略等措施助力共同富裕。

乡村振兴视角下湖北省农村社会创业影响因素分析

我国农村创业者在乡村振兴中扮演着越来越重要的角色。而在过去,人们对农村创业的理解仅限于发展种植养殖业、开办农家乐等,他们认为在农村创业风险大,局限性强,发展空间小,从而导致许多人不想在农村创业。此外,农村创业者主要是农民和返乡人员,在农村创业过程中会面临资金、人际关系及政策等问题,使得他们不得不放弃创业,这不利于我国的乡村振兴。因此,探讨农村社会创业的影响因素至关重要。以农村创业者为研究对象,以已有文献和相关理论作为研究基础,从农村社会创业人才创业过程分析的角度,对多个创业主体进行访谈,并运用扎根理论进行质性文本分析,发现农村社会创业的主要影响因素有产品、市场、资金、人员、关系等方面。据此,针对每个影响因素进行了具体分析,并提出积极的对策。

基于多元合作机制促进大学生返乡创业对策研究

影响大学生返乡创业的因素是多元的,也是结构性的。引导和促进大学生返乡创业,应加强高校与地方政府、企业和全社会的协同合作。在高校层面,应深化教育教学改革,提升大学生返乡创业意愿;在政府层面,应完善角色职能,强化大学生返乡创业政策支持;在企业层面,应发挥协同作用,为大学生返乡创业提供帮助;在社会层面,应调动各方资源力量,厚植返乡创业文化土壤。

李保国扶贫模式及其对乡村产业振兴的启示

在推进乡村全面振兴背景下深入学习和践行“李保国精神”具有重要的现实意义。通过对河北农业大学李保国教授生前打造的帮扶基地进行梳理调研,选取富岗苹果和绿岭核桃2个典型案例进行研究,提取“科技”“品牌”“人才”三要素进行剖析,分析其产业扶贫模式的内在逻辑和实现路径,总结出李保国教授在产业扶贫中科技成果供给的有效性和技术创新的集成性以及在主导产业、产业模式、科技传播方面连续升级,持续深入推进乡村产业发展的特点。针对乡村全面振兴背景下产业融合发展的现状与问题,要进一步弘扬践行“李保国精神”,把科技引领和创新作为全面推进乡村振兴的抓手,始终把生态文明建设贯穿乡村振兴全过程。
