A Research on Business Information System and Informatization

Based on the analysis of commercial economic informatization,this paper puts forward the abstract model of commercial information system,which comprises of the environmental system,business system,monitoring system,and emergency system.In addition,it also involves the strain cycle,monitoring cycle,and business cycle.In order to promote a better development in the business economic model under the background of informatization,commercial enterprises should improve their understanding,develop and continuously optimize business economic informatization,as well as create an efficient and safe network security environment for the future.

A systematic review of blockchain

Blockchain is considered by many to be a disruptive core technology.Although many researchers have realized the importance of blockchain,the research of blockchain is still in its infancy.Consequently,this study reviews the current academic research on blockchain,especially in the subject area of business and economics.Based on a systematic review of the literature retrieved from the Web of Science service,we explore the top-cited articles,most productive countries,and most common keywords.Additionally,we conduct a clustering analysis and identify the following five research themes:“economic benefit,”“blockchain technology,”“initial coin offerings,”“fintech revolution,”and“sharing economy.”Recommendations on future research directions and practical applications are also provided in this paper.

A bibliometric review of cryptocurrencies:how have they grown?

With the development of new technologies,some concepts become relevant in the economic area,as is the case with cryptocurrencies,in general,or Bitcoin and Ethereum,in particular.Due to the impact of these tools,a detailed bibliometric study that allows us to obtain all information about cryptocurrencies must be conducted.This study will help scientific production by specifying the development and lines of related research that have been followed and are currently being followed.We have used Tableau,R(Bibliometrix R Package),and VOSviewer software to analyze the information.These have been combined to create and review unified metadata from the Web of Science(WoS)and Scopus databases.The bibliometric analysis shows 771 articles on the WoS database and 648 articles on Scopus published between 2010 and early 2019.They present the most relevant articles,research areas,countries,institu-tions,authors,journals,and trends during the last few years.In conclusion,the number of publications has grown in the last 3 years.The analysis shows the evolution of block-chain technology used in this type of cryptocurrency.The review of this period marks a possible end to the historical part of cryptocurrencies,thereby opening the current topic to its multiple applications.

Reduction of the Fluctuation Rate in Multi-project Organizations Through Agile Leadership

Many companies work in projects and the number of companies working in multi-project management is growing worldwide.In Germany and Europe there are a large number of companies that are active in this area depending on the industry.However,there is also the question if it makes sense in addition to the organization and structure,to implement agile leadership.Agility in project management refers not only to the organizational structure(agile organization)and processes(agile working),but also to the behavior and attitudes of the organization members(agile mindset)(Häusling&Rutz,2017).Executives in particular are faced with radically changed framework conditions in an agile environment:Agile leadership requires a new understanding of leadership and a new leadership attitude.Agile leadership models bring with them new leadership principles and leadership roles.This paper shows that by introducing the components of agile leadership,a company can lower its fluctuation rate and keep it stable.A 24-month study in a company working in the fields,energy construction/line layout/communication technology industry,showed that the fluctuation rate could be reduced and kept stable from an average of 14.85%after the introduction of agile leadership to 8.6%.

Tsinghua University＇s School of Economics and Management （SEM） announced the appointment on August 18, 2009 of former Senior Associate Dean of the Harvard Business School Professor F. Warren McFarlan as Co-Director of SEM＇s China Business Case Center for the next three years.

Tsinghua University＇s School of Economics and Management （SEM） announced the appointment on August 18, 2009, of former Senior Associate Dean of the Harvard Business School Professor F. Warren McFarlan as Co-Director of SEM＇s China Business Case Center for the next three years. During his tenure, Professor McFarlan will design a Harvard Business School case study based teaching platform for SEM adapted to the current business environment in China. Professor McFarlan will also select a company as the basis for case study and research on the problems the company encounters in its growth process. He may also open further case development and teaching seminars in the future.

Anatomy of the 3D Innovation Production With the Cobb-Douglas Specification

This paper focuses on verifying the relevance of two theoretical propositions and related empirical investigation about the relationship between creativity and entrepreneurship. It draws upon a creativity process that considers three ＂dimensions＂ or ＂disciplines＂ （3D） critical for creative organizations--within discipline expertise, out of discipline knowledge, and a disciplined creative process. The paper first explores the Cobb-Douglas production function as a relevant tool for modeling the 3D creative process. The next part discusses the 3D process as a production function, which is modeled following the well-known Cobb-Douglas specification. Last, the paper offers implications for future research on disciplined creativity/innovation as a method of improving organizations＇ creative performance. The modeling shows that labor and investment can readily enter into the 3D creativity process as inputs. These two inputs are meaningful in explaining where innovation outputs come from and how they can be measured, with a reasonable theoretical decomposition. It is not true that the more capital investments in the creativity process, the better the level of innovation production, but firm＇s human resource management and expenditures should pay attention to optimal levels of capital and labor stocks, in a combination that helps reach highest possible innovation output.
