Two academic papers have won the top Pushan-BOC Award prize for 2008. Yao Yang from Beijing University and Zhang Ye from Nanjing University have won the top prize for their paper "Study of the Domestic Technological Upgrading of China's Exported Products." The other top prize winners are Wang Dehua from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Zhang Zaijin from the China Jianyin Investment Co. Ltd. and Professor Bai Chong-en from Tsinghua University for their collaborative paper "Size of Government, Rule of Law and the Development of the Services Sector."
