文摘采用热重分析法对废菌棒的热解特性进行了研究。结果表明,废菌棒的热解过程主要分为干燥脱水、快速热解与缓慢失重三个阶段。当升温速率从5 K/min升高至30 K/min时,最大热解速率从-1.69%/min提高至-9.63%/min,表明升高温度有利于热解过程,而且热解曲线向高温区移动。采用Coats-Redfern法对废菌棒的热解过程进行拟合计算,发现一级动力学模型可以描述废菌棒的热解过程,且活化能在26~36 k J/mol之间,热解过程易于进行。
