Based on the teaching concept of “Ideological and Political Education in the Curriculum”, taking the curriculum of “Human Resource Management” as an example, this paper explores the reform of ideological and political education design from the perspective of moral education objectives and teaching contents. The course takes “carrying forward the craftsmanship spirit” as the main line, and takes” constructing a pattern of high-quality education” as the main task, which not only cultivates students’ professional skills in human resource management, but also integrates ideological and political elements into all modules of human resource management, pays attention to students’ ideological trends and attaches importance to students’ ideological education. In the teaching content, the course introduces ideological and political elements such as craftsmanship spirit, entrepreneurship spirit and Chinese traditional culture. In the recruitment and selection section, the importance of craftsmanship spirit is emphasized, and talents who strive for excellence and excellence are advocated for selection. In the performance management section, combined with entrepreneurial spirit, the value of innovation driven and efficient execution is explored. When discussing about employee development, it is important to integrate socialist core values and balance individual and collective interests. In the chapter of corporate culture, we will delve into the essence of traditional Chinese culture, such as team harmony, integrity, and professionalism to cultivate a good organizational atmosphere. Ideological and political education in the curriculum of Human Resource Management uses case analysis, group discussions and other forms to enhance students’ political identity, ideological identity and emotional identity, so as to deepen students’ professional ideal and ethics education. 展开更多

As professors are subjected to teaching their classes online due to the recent COVID-19, our local Hong Kong students find it difficult to consult their teachers, and ultimately would fail to achieve the intended learning outcomes, especially for practical-based subjects. In this research, students having online classes of a practical-based fabric design subject were encouraged to self-study from Open Educational Resource (OER) materials for a further and better understanding of their subject. Additionally, online materials were developed to improve students’ understanding via skill of digital literacy. Their learning progress was evaluated and compared to the face-to-face version. The majority of students found online classes combined with self-studying OER materials, potentially be a substitute for face-to-face classes. Most of the students further opined different OER videos assisted them without any face-to-face instructions in practical works, to develop new fabric samples from the inspiration. Analysis of test results, and comparison of students’ final grades with different learning modes, supported these phenomena. 展开更多

More than twenty years ago,Wuhan University and Nanjing University offered library science(LS)graduate programs.Since then,LS graduate education has been growing quickly in many aspects.At the same time,however,LS graduate education was also facing enormous challenges stemming from the dynamic development and wide applications of information technologies into the pedagogical arena of teaching and learning at all levels.Social evolution also made it necessary for LS educators to re-examine once again their graduate education model,curricular composition,educational philosophy and educational missions.In analyzing the present situation of LS graduate education in China,this paper focuses on the following issues:1)Growing size of LS graduate education(quantity and quality);2)educational objectives,including research direction and placement for graduates;3)structure of knowledge and curricular construction;4)conditions of administering a library school of high quality and 5)the management of teaching resources.The keystone of this paper is to pinpoint where current library science curricular deficiencies are lying.It is hoped that more serious scholarly discussions and perhaps also even concerted efforts among LS scholars and library practioners may be evoked in having the graduate education system of library and information science thoroughly realigned for the informational needs of the 21st century. 展开更多

Campus education and social training are the two most important functions of vocational colleges.Attaching importance to campus education while neglecting social training is a long-standing problem in vocational colleges.Vigorously developing higher vocational education is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of education in China and the ardent expectation of the public.Only through the construction a scientific and efficient education and training system and the deep integration of campus education with social training can the design of complementary resources and the improvement of talent training quality take place.The vocational education and training system contains many elements.This study takes teaching resources,teaching staff,and management mechanism as the main research subject and carries out related research work.Firstly,this paper expounds the policy documents of the Chinese government and emphasizes the importance of vocational education.Secondly,the relevant research results of scholars are reviewed.Thirdly,this paper proposes several specific suggestions for the construction of key elements of the vocational education and training system.Then,the main conclusions and prospects are summarized. 展开更多

创新驱动发展是21世纪科学教育面临的重要挑战之一。欧洲教育委员会在“负责任的研究与创新”的价值引领下,开展了一系列基于社会性科学议题教学的相关项目研究,其中ENGAGE项目的影响力最为深远,该项目聚焦6-8年级阶段学生认知,开发了... 创新驱动发展是21世纪科学教育面临的重要挑战之一。欧洲教育委员会在“负责任的研究与创新”的价值引领下,开展了一系列基于社会性科学议题教学的相关项目研究,其中ENGAGE项目的影响力最为深远,该项目聚焦6-8年级阶段学生认知,开发了覆盖物理、化学、地理和生物等领域的30个教学案例,结合5E教学模式,关注多维目标整合;重视负责任的科学研究与创新,基于探究实践、论证推理等科学实践活动组织教学内容;在评价上注重学生学习过程的评价。针对我国科学教育义务教育阶段课程标准的要求,在开发社会性科学议题教学资源时需锚定新兴领域,主题筛选聚焦社会性科学议题内涵特征;围绕课程需要制定教学目标,关注大概念和多维探究技能融合;要基于学生认知规律和科学探究组织灵活性、可行性的教学内容;实时做好追踪记录,侧重学生的学习过程评价。同时在借鉴国外开放教学资源时,要根据本土实际作出适合与我国社会主义核心价值体系相一致的调整,有选择性地筛选并能结合本土案例的适宜主题,围绕课程和教学要求制定教学目标和教学策略,合理规划教学实践活动并及时反思改进教学案例。 展开更多
