Therefore, the comprehensive quality of university students shows the level of higher education. Ecological literacy is the basic literacy of college students under the background of green development to build socialism with Chinese characteristics. The green development education is based on the research idea of the relationship between the individual and the surrounding environment in ecology, which requires respecting the subjectivity of the active object, paying attention to the integrity and connection of the object. Compared with the traditional education, green development education pays more attention to the cultivation of moral quality and sound personality of the educated, and it can make the students understand the ecological environment. Under the premise of ecological system and the mechanism of biological growth and development, respect and love of life are formed naturally, and then the universal concern for environment and others is formed. College students, as advanced groups of young people, are leading the social fashion and influencing the social ethical environment. Ecological literacy is the new requirement of the times for college students. We should integrate the education of green development into the ideological education,make great efforts to shape the ecological ethical system of college students, and cultivate their ecological consciousness, ecological thinking and behavior habits. It is an important issue for ideological education to improve the quality of green development in an all-round way.展开更多

The study investigates the role of cooperation between families and schools in enhancing the completion rates of physical education homework among elementary school students. Data analysis reveals that a higher degree of collaboration is associated with increased homework completion rates. Furthermore, active family involvement and support significantly contribute to higher completion rates. The study also highlights the creation of a positive learning environment through collaboration, reducing student anxiety, and boosting self-esteem. Theoretical implications emphasize the enrichment of family education and cooperation theories, while practical implications suggest policy guidance and improvements in educational practices. This research investigates the practical effects and challenges of Social-Emotional Learning(SEL)in elementary education through a mixed-methods approach.The study involved a thorough analysis of SEL’s impact on stud...This research investigates the practical effects and challenges of Social-Emotional Learning(SEL)in elementary education through a mixed-methods approach.The study involved a thorough analysis of SEL’s impact on students’emotional development,social skills,academic performance,and behavioral issues across three case study schools.Findings indicate significant positive effects of SEL on students’abilities to recognize and manage emotions,engage in social interactions,and improve academic achievements.However,challenges such as teacher training,curriculum integration,family and community involvement,and resource limitations were identified.The study concludes with recommendations for enhancing SEL practices in elementary education,emphasizing systematic teacher training,curriculum design,and continuous assessment and improvement.Future research directions are suggested to explore the long-term effects of SEL and its adaptation in various educational contexts.展开更多

Based on case studies of two countylevel cities in central and eastern China, this paper explores issues regarding a rational allocation of elementary educational facilities in rural areas, including different allocation patterns and effects, and rural residents' views on elementary educational facilities, as well as their preference when choosing schools. This paper, on the basis of empirical studies, concludes that relevant policies and planning strategies should be adjusted in accordance with the general trends of rural population being decreasing continuously and the student pool concentrating toward towns, so as to achieve an efficient and fair allocation of elementary educational facilities.展开更多
