The development of overseas education in the new era of China can be divided into four stages,each of which has different characteristics.The achievements of the development of China’s overseas education are as following:first,persisting in the overall idea of“supporting study abroad,encouraging return home and freedom of coming and going”;second,the number of students of overseas education keeps rising;third,the selection of overseas education is gradually diversified.The future development trend of overseas education is shown as:the return boom is in the ascendant;the“domestic overseas education”is gradually developing;and China’s international education ushers in the climax.

A Review of China Tourism Education during the Republic of China( 1912 - 1949 )

With the primary development of tourism industry during the Republic of China,tourism education had drawn the attention of the relevant people and a number of practical activities were carried out one after another.This article mainly analyzed the general situations of tourism education of the Republic of China from the object,the form and the content of tourism education and thought that tourism education of that period had extensive objects,various forms,rich and practical contents.Also the characteristics of tourism education during the Republic of China had a positive role in the future development of tourism education in China.

Education Demand of New Generation Minority Migrant Workers in Kunming City and Survey of its Influence Factors

Based on the questionnaire survey for 431 new generation minority migrant workers in Kunming City,we carried out empirical research on education demands of these migrant workers and its influence factors.Survey results show that their education demands have significant features in learning purposes,contents,expenses,willingness,and manners,which are subject to subjective mentality,economic income,social relation network,as well as shortage in social supply of education and training.Therefore,apart from solving training problem of new generation minority migrant workers,government should also highly value their demands of training and arouse their enthusiasm for participation in training in accordance with cultural and psychological characteristics and living environment of these migrant workers.

Cultivating New-type Farmers Based on the Theory of Human Resources Development

Under the direction of theory of human resources development,this thesis analyzes the impact of rural human resources development oncultivating new-type farmers.Firstly,it increases the input of rural basic education;secondly,it reinforces the vocational education and technologytraining;thirdly,it promotes the rural medical and public health services;fourthly,it quickens the rural labor transfer.The status quo of China's ruralhuman resources has been analyzed as follows:in terms of the quantity of rural human resources,the status quo is large and quick-developed baseof rural human resources,high labor participatory rate,and constitution of low age;in terms of the quality of rural human resources,the status quois the ubiquitous low quality of rural human resources,low technological level of rural human resources,and overall low physical quality of farmers;in terms of the structure of rural human resources,the status quo is the irrational industrial structure distribution and imbalanced regional structuredistribution.The thesis also discusses the edification of theory of human resources development in cultivating new-type farmers.First,in terms ofthe control over quantity of rural human resources,it is to keep the stability of family planning policy,and expedite the transfer of rural surplus la-bor;second,in terms of promoting the quality of rural human resources,it is to bolster the development of reserve rural labor force resources,toconstruct the adult educational training system with Chinese characteristics,and to build rural primary health care system;third,in terms of adjus-ting the structure of rural human resources,it is to perfect rural human resources market,and adjust rural economical structure and talents struc-ture.

New Media Era: Research on Ideological and Political Education in Universities

中国共产党探索中国教育现代化新道路:历史进程、卓越成就和动力机制

中国教育现代化新道路在实现社会主义现代化和人的全面发展过程中体现出了自身的价值和意义。在新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期、中国特色社会主义新时代,中国共产党对中国教育现代化新道路进行了不懈探索,并在教育公平的现代化新进程、终身教育理念践行和体系构建、教师队伍高质量建设、教育信息化发展、中国教育对外开放、教育治理现代化建设、教育学术理论创生与提升等方面取得了卓越成就,彰显出教育的公平性、全民终身性、人本性、时代创新性、开放共享性、科学性和系统性、理论和实践的融通性等特征。回顾既往探索史发现,坚持马克思主义指导地位、坚持党的领导、坚持以人民为中心、坚持扎根中国大地办教育、坚持深化教育领域改革创新这五方面为走好中国教育现代化新道路提供了不竭的动力支撑。

改革开放后西南的教育学人:1978—1999

改革开放时期是我国教育学科发展的黄金期,对这一时期的教育学人的回顾和总结,是教育学术史研究的一个新领域。本文基于个人记忆,并对证文献资料,自述改革开放之后我国西南地区教育学人群体的基本情况。大致说来,西南教育学人以西南师大(现西南大学)为龙头,以重庆师院(现重庆师大)、四川师大、四川教育学院(现成都师院)、贵州师大、云南师大、西藏大学等高校及其教育研究机构为骨干,在课程与教学论、教育学原理、中外教育史、学前教育学、特殊教育学、民族教育学、发展与教育心理学(含美育心理学、电化教育心理学等)、基础与应用心理学,以及教育系统论、部分学科教育学等学科或领域处于全国领先地位。

美国现代中国文学史书写的美学范式与谱系

自20世纪60年代至今,美国的现代中国文学史书写思想多元,成就斐然。其书写路径最具代表性的是夏志清的新批评美学、许芥昱的政治美学以及王德威的后现代主义美学。不同时期美学范式的变迁反映了中美关系变迁、西方文学理论思潮冲击以及汉学史的内在流变等诸多因素。内外因素交织的历史语境生成了文学性历史与历史性文学的辩证以及解构主义思路。通过考察三位华裔学者不同的美学范式与交叉谱系,可以更好地揭示美国的现代中国文学史书写的整体脉络,为国内文学史研究提供互鉴与交流的跨文化阐释思路。

中日社区教育政策及执行比较

社区教育能够更有效调动区域内民众的个人素质要求、文化知识需求,社区教育政策为社区教育活动提供方向引导,为配备设施、经费、人员提供保障。中日社区教育政策背景、时期、内容不尽相同,以文献研究资料为基础,将日本第二次世界大战后社区教育政策的转折与完善时期,与我国80年代开始社区教育政策逐步系统化时期进行比较,细化中日社区教育政策政府与民众的着眼点、政策推行制度与力度、民众政策执行意识等通过比较的方式,明晰社区教育管理目标、组织形式、管理体制,为我国社区教育发展提供可借鉴、可推广的政策模式。

新观念、新资料与福建事变研究

福建事变的学术研究经历了从偏重革命理论阐释到史学研究的转变。学界基于新革命史、民国史以及民国史与革命史交融等史学观念,运用海内外相继开放的新资料,对福建事变各种细部的实证研究成果丰硕,对既往一些片面、偏差、模糊认识的澄清,颇具进展。其中关于十九路军反蒋的特殊性、中共因应福建事变的复杂态度与实际过程、国民党蒋介石处理福建事变的心态与策略、西南与福建事变的关系、福建事变之于南京与西南关系的影响等方面的成果尤为显著。在资料运用从“发现”到“发明”、研究内容从“求真”到“求解”、以新的历史叙事推进整体研究等方面,福建事变研究仍有待进一步深化与探索。

全球化、区域性与现代化:时代大变局下中国新闻舆论史学探索

“现代中国”新闻事业的历史轨迹及其规律性呈现,离不开历史语境的清算与经验总结。新闻舆论史学探索侧重文本及其与社会语境的关系,涉及近代报刊的地方意识与全国视野,转向探讨区域性、全国性与世界性乃至全球化的关系。在国家与社会关系重构过程中,传媒重要角色是塑造国家认同,这是爱国主义传统的重要延续。而觉醒与启蒙系两次世界大战影响下中国发展的舆论动员重要面相。总体而言,从旧民主主义革命到新民主主义革命,从旧中国到新中国,涉及传媒在国家认同上的重要作用。由此而论,政治议题与媒介议题,政治议程与媒介议程互动,当给建国学理探索更多可以发掘的空间。简言之,近代传媒与现代化的关系是近代史学探索重要命题。

近十年中共党史专业博士论文选题现状与发展前景(2013—2022)

近十年国内中共党史专业博士论文成果丰硕。通过对2013—2022年全国八个中共党史博士点344篇中共党史专业博士论文的选题类型进行分析,发现近年来国内党史学界潜心研究,党史博士论文研究范围宽广、主题丰富、热点鲜明,各学位点充分考虑自身学科专长和优势,培养出各具特色的党史学术人才。在取得优异成绩的同时,党史学科发展也面临着问题意识有待加强、论文标题冗长重复、史学色彩淡化、重大成果和特色成果缺失等现实问题。党史研究要以历史研究为基础,以政治史为中心,强化问题意识,以文论、文据、文采为抓手产出优秀研究成果,更好推动中共党史学科健康发展。

何以开拓三线建设研究新边疆

三线建设是新中国历史上建构战略腹地的重大工程。近年来,在学术界同人的共同努力下,三线建设研究成果不断涌现,俨然成为党史、国史的热点领域。站在中共中央1964年提出三线建设战略决策60周年纪念的当下,检视三线建设的既有研究,存在史料同质化、研究碎片化、差异性不足等问题,制约着三线建设学术研究的进一步深入。要克服这一阻碍,未来应从三个方面突破:一是视角向下、深入基层,建构立体综合的史料体系;二是在继续拓展三线建设内史的同时,加强外史研究,并在二者之间建立逻辑自洽的联接;三是注重三线建设对历史造成的断裂和延续,从长时段的视角思考三线建设的历史定位,并以共时性与历时性相结合的思路,开拓三线建设研究新边疆。

中国式现代化进程中新时期红色文艺的传承与创新

伴随着中国式现代化发展进程,新时期以来的红色文艺一方面传承着此前“经典”红色文艺中时代性、人民性、党的先进性等核心价值理念,一方面又在主题内容、形象塑造、表达方式、风格呈现等方面开创了审美新质。主题内容上紧跟中国式现代化的时代律动,脱贫攻坚、反腐倡廉、抗击疫情等主题拓展了传统“红色文艺”的革命题材边界。形象塑造上既有共产党人的先锋模范式英雄,也涌现出大量的平民化英雄。表达方式上从“个人记忆”的前设视角转化为“集体记忆”的后设视角,使作品具有更宏阔的视野和理论审视的色彩。风格呈现上更具有娱乐性和亲和力,更易打动人心,引起共鸣。尽管新时期以来的“红色文艺”在经典传承中有了诸多创新,但仍存在有待提升的空间,如红色内涵与人性规律、审美规律的契合问题,市场化与艺术化调和的问题等,这是在新的历史考验中需要直面回答的时代问题。

改革开放后华东的教育学人:1978—1999(一)

改革开放后,华东教育学人以华东师大为首,以杭州大学(现浙江大学)、南京师大、山东师大、曲阜师大、福建师大、厦门大学、江西师大、安徽师大、上海师大、苏州大学、徐州师院(现江苏师大)、浙江师大、杭州师大等高校以及省市教育学院、教育科研机构为骨干,在大多数教育学科领域都处于较高水平,尤其是在教育基本理论(含马克思主义教育思想和教育哲学)、德育原理、中外教育史、比较教育学、高等教育学、学前教育学、特殊教育学、职业教育学、教育社会学、教育评估学、教育教材学、学校管理学、学科教育学、基础心理学和心理学史、发展与教育心理学、工业心理学等学科领域的研究,居于全国领跑地位。

课程思政是一种与时俱进的理念,也是一种方法论,将课程思政作为厘清课程改革的思想标杆,围绕培育时代新人的目标去探索教学创新路径。针对中国出版史课程内容不够鲜活,知识理解缺乏整体认知,探究式教学略显不足,教学情景和教学评价标准较为单一等教学“痛点”,将课程思政以探究性教学方式渗透到中国出版史课程教学中,构建丰富多元的教学模式,加上课外研学为有效补充,极大拓展专业课程的广度、深度和温度,提高中国出版史的教学效果。

新中国教育扶贫政策的历史演变及未来展望

教育是阻断贫困代际传递的根本之策,教育扶贫是新中国成立初期和改革开放初期脱贫攻坚的强劲支撑,也是后精准扶贫时代我国贫困治理战略的需要。新中国教育扶贫政策经历了萌芽阶段、奠基阶段、发展阶段、壮大阶段和成熟阶段,呈现出教育扶贫内容丰富化、主体社会化、对象精准化、方式多元化等特征。今后,教育扶贫政策的发展与完善应以人民为中心,贯彻以人为本原则;调动社会力量,构建多元主体格局;保障教育资源,持续加大经费投入;优化政策结构,构建动态政策体系;完善监督体系,确保政府公平公正。
