A Study on the Educational Model of Connecting Vocational and Undergraduate Education in Finance and Accounting Majors

This article studies the educational mode connecting vocational education and undergraduate education in finance and accounting majors,in response to the weak cultural foundation and poor course integration faced by current vocational school graduates after entering vocational undergraduate education.By adopting empirical research methods and selecting vocational college students majoring in finance and accounting and ordinary high school students as research objects,this study implements a series of teaching reform measures and conducts tracking surveys on the short-term and long-term effects of educational reforms.As a result,it was found that in the final survey of graduation destinations,34 vocational and technical college students were engaged in related work in their majors,accounting for 45.9%of all vocational and technical college students.This proves that the proposed transitional education model can effectively enhance the cultural foundation of vocational college students and provide new ideas for the cultivation of talents in finance and accounting majors.

Organic Combination of Smart Agriculture and Farming-reading Education : Research on Talent Training Model in the New Agricultural Science

By analyzing the complementarity between smart agriculture and farming-reading education,and the advantages of organic combination of the two:addressing the challenges of agricultural modernization and cultivating new talents;enhancing students interest in learning and improving their sense of responsibility and mission;promoting the inheritance of traditional agricultural culture and modern agricultural technology innovation,the organic combination mode of smart agriculture and farming-reading education in the cultivation of new agricultural talents is explored.The analysis shows that it has the following applications in the cultivation of new agricultural talents:in terms of the integration of educational concepts,it combines the modern concept of smart agriculture with the traditional value of farming-reading education;in terms of constructing a curriculum system and adding courses related to smart agriculture,it retains basic courses in farming-reading education,and promotes interdisciplinary integration;in terms of practical teaching platforms,it establishes smart agriculture training bases and farming-reading education bases,and adopts a combination of virtual and real teaching methods;in terms of guiding innovation and entrepreneurship,it encourages students to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship projects,and strengthens industry-university-research cooperation;in terms of teacher team construction,it improves the quality of the teacher team and integrates educational resources both inside and outside the school.Moreover,its evaluation system and incentive mechanism are proposed:constructing a multi-dimensional evaluation system,combining quantitative and qualitative,process and result evaluation,and introducing the third-party evaluation;establishing scholarships and grants,providing support for innovation and entrepreneurship,conducting honor recognition and publicity,and offering career development support.

The Educational Role of Library: Information Literacy, Competence, and Standards

This paper deals with the educational role of library, especially university library, and in connection to this, information literacy, competence, and standards in information science. Microcomputers and their current application allow students to use them in laboratories, lecture halls, and libraries;software that are so developed that they allow to various types of computers (micros, picos, or hand-held computers) easy integration with larger systems. In this context libraries, as institutions become one of several available nodes in the information network, the new organization of teaching requires that teachers and students are computer literate requires libraries to provide methods and techniques for handling, through expert systems, their diverse searches, and similar (video disc, for example). Along with terms informatics and information science, there is also the term informatology which denotes theory and practice of emission, transmission, accumulation, selection, and absorption of information, the so-called ETAKSA complex. This paper, therefore, will be discussed communication and communication processes in university libraries that take place using new types of media, which we jointly referred to as information science and in the sea of definitions;we can say that we have added another.

Graduate education of library science in China:Current status and recommendations for improvement

More than twenty years ago,Wuhan University and Nanjing University offered library science(LS)graduate programs.Since then,LS graduate education has been growing quickly in many aspects.At the same time,however,LS graduate education was also facing enormous challenges stemming from the dynamic development and wide applications of information technologies into the pedagogical arena of teaching and learning at all levels.Social evolution also made it necessary for LS educators to re-examine once again their graduate education model,curricular composition,educational philosophy and educational missions.In analyzing the present situation of LS graduate education in China,this paper focuses on the following issues:1)Growing size of LS graduate education(quantity and quality);2)educational objectives,including research direction and placement for graduates;3)structure of knowledge and curricular construction;4)conditions of administering a library school of high quality and 5)the management of teaching resources.The keystone of this paper is to pinpoint where current library science curricular deficiencies are lying.It is hoped that more serious scholarly discussions and perhaps also even concerted efforts among LS scholars and library practioners may be evoked in having the graduate education system of library and information science thoroughly realigned for the informational needs of the 21st century.

Library science education and the competitiveness of its graduates:A survey and an analysis of Chinese library directors' perceptions

These authors have made a sampling survey of professional qualifications of library directors of various types of libraries in China.The subject coverage of this survey includes but not limited to the pattern of library position distribution and work conditions of those library science degree holders.It also studies such matters as the occupational roles of library science graduates in the library,the influencing factors of their professional competency(as it is perceived by library directors),library directors' opinion about the core curriculum of library science educational programs,etc.On the basis of this survey result and analysis,these authors attempt to show how Chinese librarians' professional competency can be identified and nurtured to a higher level of attainment.

Educational Innovation in Lying Flat Phenomenon-A Case Study of the Balinese Teaching Experience

Lying flat(Tang Ping)is a prevalent way of life in contemporary countries throughout the world.It is an avoidance behavior chosen by individuals in response to limited social resources and ongoing harsh social competition.Previous studies have demonstrated that the phenomena of“lying flat”has a major negative effect on student learning.In order to investigate the impact of educational innovation on the phenomenon of“lying flat”,we will observe students’learning behaviors under the traditional education model and innovative teaching methods in our Bali teaching practice to determine the causes of“lying flat”and the means to improve educational innovation.The study found that“lying flat”is caused not just by students’discontent with their level difference,but also by the conflict between external resources and internal pressure.In addition,educational reforms on three levels,including further stratified education,strengthening teacher education and promoting effective communication between students and teachers,and employing online resources to promote students’interest in learning,can ameliorate the phenomenon of pupils“lying flat”.This study contends that educational innovation can have a positive effect on the phenomena of“lying flat”.

Research on the Path of Higher Education Teaching Reform from the Perspective of Big Data

The advent of the digital age has pointed out the direction for the development of higher education.In this paper,the undergraduate course“Science of Interrogation”is taken as the research subject,the challenges of big data teaching reform in universities are analyzed systematically,and concrete measures,such as adhering to the concept of teaching reform under the condition of big data,establishing professional teaching teams,improving the curriculum construction level,emphasizing on being student-centered,and optimizing the reform of the curriculum evaluation system,are proposed to address these challenges.

PISA 2025青少年科学身份认同评价框架:特征与启示

科学身份认同问题是当前国际科学教育领域的研究热点。OECD将科学身份认同纳入《PISA 2025科学素养测评框架(草案)》之中,以取代原来的科学态度维度,并将其作为新框架的基础。PISA秉持培养具有科学精神与行动力的世界公民的核心理念,坚持认知、情感、行为三位一体的评价目标,从科学资本与认知信念,态度与倾向,环境意识、关切与能动性三个维度构建了较为系统的青少年科学身份认同评价框架,并使用认知与非认知工具相结合的测评方式,力求客观、全面地呈现科学身份认同的复杂性。PISA青少年科学身份认同评价框架的理念、目标、内容和工具开发方式,对我国构建中小学生科学核心素养评价体系具有重要的启示意义。
