Test results and comprehensive evaluation analysis demonstrated that 72% Bt·monosultap WP and 8%lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA by manual spraying and unmanned aerial vehicle spraying had good prevention and control effect on strains and internodes damaged by Tryporyza intacta Snellen in middle and late stage, which were ideal new biological formulations with high effi-ciency and low risk for prevention and control of T. intacta in middle and late stage, and could be popularized in sugarcane area. 72% Bt·monosultap WP at the dose of 3 000 g/hectare and 8% lambda-cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA at the dose of 750 mL/hectare could be sprayed in mid September at the peak occurrence period of the forth and fifth generations of T. intacta and Proceras venosatus. Agents were diluted with 900 kg water per hectare, and manually sprayed with electric knapsack sprayer; or agents were diluted with 15 kg of Haoyang aerial control special addi-tives and water per hectare, and sprayed with unmanned aerial vehicle. The control effect against borer-damaged strain rate was above 81.3% and that against borer-damaged internode rate was above 88.6%.展开更多

Results show that the in...By using the NCEP/NCAR pentad reanalysis data from 1968 to 2009, the variation characteristics of Middle East jet stream(MEJS) and its thermal mechanism during seasonal transition are studied. Results show that the intensity and south-north location of MEJS center exhibit obvious seasonal variation characteristics. When MEJS is strong, it is at 27.5°N from the 67 th pentad to the 24 th pentad the following year; when MEJS is weak, it is at 45°N from the 38 th pentad to the 44 th pentad. The first Empirical Orthogonal Function(EOF) mode of 200-hPa zonal wind field shows that MEJS is mainly over Egypt and Saudi Arabia in winter and over the eastern Black Sea and the eastern Aral Sea in summer. MEJS intensity markedly weakens in summer in comparison with that in winter. The 26th-31 st pentad is the spring-summer transition of MEJS, and the 54th-61 st pentad the autumn-winter transition. During the two seasonal transitions, the temporal variations of the 500-200 hPa south-north temperature difference(SNTD) well match with 200-hPa zonal wind velocity, indicating that the former leads to the latter following the principle of thermal wind. A case analysis shows that there is a close relation between the onset date of Indian summer monsoon and the transition date of MEJS seasonal transition. When the outbreak date of Indian summer monsoon is earlier than normal, MEJS moves northward earlier because the larger SNTD between 500-200 hPa moves northward earlier, with the westerly jet in the lower troposphere over 40°-90°E appearing earlier than normal, and vice versa.展开更多

Through the force mea...Segment sectional model tests are carried out to investigate the wind loading on middle pylon of Taizhou Bridge, which has complicated three-dimensional flow due to its feature of double columns. Through the force measuring tests, aerodynamic force coefficients of every segment of the pylon columns have been obtained. It is found that the tested aerodynamic force coefficients are much smaller than those given by codes. The interference effects of aerodynamic force coefficients between columns of pylon are discussed. The results show that the interference effect is the most evident when the yaw angle is about 30 ° from transverse direction. This kind of interference effect can be described as diminutions in transverse aerodynamic force coefficients and magnifications in longitudinal aerodynamic force coefficients of downstream columns.展开更多
Aim Reduction of Sheng-Nao-Kang decoction (RSNK), is a modified traditional Chinese medicinal formula of Sheng-Nao-Kang pill preparation, which is protective in rats against focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R...Aim Reduction of Sheng-Nao-Kang decoction (RSNK), is a modified traditional Chinese medicinal formula of Sheng-Nao-Kang pill preparation, which is protective in rats against focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. In the current study, we investigate the protective effect of RSNK against apoptosis and oxidative damage induced by cerebral I/R and explore the underlying mechanisms. Cerebral I/R injury was induced by in- traluminal middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) for 2 h followed by reperfusion for 24 h in adult male Sprague- Dawley rats. Rats were randomized into seven groups (n- 8): Sham group, I/R group, RSNK-treated groups ( 0.7 g · kg ^- 1, 1 . 4 g · kg ^- 1 and 2. 8 g · kg^ - 1 ) , nimodipine (NMP) -treated group and Whitmania pigra Whitman (WW)-treated group. Neurological deficit scores, cerebral humidity content and cerebral infarction volume were measured after the 24 h reperfusion. Malondialdehyde ( MDA), superoxide dismutase ( SOD), catalase ( CAT), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and total nitric oxide synthase (TNOS) in serum were measured by assay kits for biochemical analysis. Histological structures of the cortex of the ipsilateral ischemic cerebral hemisphere in rats were observed by Nissl staining. The caspase-3 protein content in the hippocampus and cortex was detected by immunohistochemistry. Additionally, Bax and Bcl-2 protein expressions in the injured brain were evaluated by Western blot. RSNK administration not only markedly improved neurological deficit scores, but also reduced cere- bral humidity content and cerebral infarction volume, lowered MDA content, up-regulated SOD and CAT levels, down-regulated iNOS and TNOS levels, restrained the expression of caspase-3 positive protein and alleviated the Bax and Bcl-2 protein expressions.展开更多
