This study aims to understand the in-service training needs,training transfer,and training effectiveness of teachers in local normal universities in China,while also proposing a continuous professional development plan for teachers.Descriptive research methods were employed,with questionnaires serving as the primary data collection tool.The survey revealed that the educational background of teachers in local normal universities is characterized by an unreasonable distribution of academic qualifications,with a shortage of teachers holding postgraduate and higher degrees.Additionally,the training effectiveness for female teachers was found to be lower than that of male teachers.There is a lack of personalization in training needs,which tends to be more generalized.The transfer effect of training is moderate,and there is a need for further enhancement at the behavioral level of training effectiveness.A continuous professional development plan for teachers has been formulated to improve training effectiveness and promote professional development. 展开更多

Applying multi-criterion decision-making ( MCDM ) and analytic hierarchy process , the new method can help to overcome the limitations of existing evaluation systems and decision-make methods.The proposed method includes the following process :( 1 ) Establish a multi-criterion and multi-hierarchy evaluation attribute system by introducing combat effectiveness ;( 2 ) Assign weight to the attributes and normalize them ;( 3 ) Evaluate and decision-make top-hierarchy aircraft concept based on effectiveness to reach a satisfactory design by comprehensively applying four multi-criterion decision-making methodologies , i.e.grey correlation projection method , weighted summation method , weighted quadrature method and ideal solution decision-making method , while considering the attribute hierarchy system and the logical relations among the attributes.Finally , an example is given to indicate the validity and feasibility of the proposed method. 展开更多

It is seen not just with theoretical plan but even a practical side of it. What students learn in class cannot be transferred in the real world. To overcome this difficulty, we have to expose them to the real language or situations which are provided by the use of authentic materials. The model aggregates the grey relational grade and the distance to a new integrated closeness and reflects not only the trend but also the situation of the alternative. To solve the problems of abnormal larger, abnormal lower or even negative of target yield and fertilizing amount recommended by part of non-typical fertilizer effect equations using agricultural experiments and statistical analysis software,Yangzhou analyzer(2.2), regression analysis of Excel, which objected to local actual production, the study adopted the principle and method of basic knowledge and the frequency of using probability theory, and carried out statistical analysis on the rape field fertilizer experiment data by frequency analysis method, the rape yield after optimizing fertilizing amount was 1 732.4 kg/hm^2, the ranges of N, P and K optimal combinations were: N=210.36-149.64 kg/hm^2,P2O5=81.89-58.11 kg/hm^2, K2O=81.89-58.11 kg/hm^2,which was consistent with local actual production. This study was based on frequency analysis, using weighted average method to determine the production combinations of different yield objectives, hereinto, the combinations with high yield, high frequency of occurrence(dependable crop) and fertilizer-saving were viewed as the optimizing production measures, and they had the merits of increasing fertilization decision-making information, reducing or avoiding the risk of small probability event. The results of this study can solve the problem of abnormal values fertilizing amount and target yield recommended by non-typical fertilizer effect function, which did not accord with local actual production, caused by Yangzhou analyzer(2.2), regression analysis of Excel, and DPS statistical analysis software. For the fertilizer effect function equation established by regression analysis which did not reach significance level using variance analysis, whether the method can be adapted to for carrying out fertilization decision-making, recommending optimization combinations of N, P and K fertilizers and yield under optimized fertilizing amount should be further researched in future working practice. 展开更多

In China, it is widely believed that teacher feedback plays a crucial role in EFL writing course, exerting a great impact on the improvement of Chinese EFL students' writing abilities so that teachers have been required to deliver feedback on students' writings. Teachers, consequently, spare no pains to give feedback, expecting their students would make progress in their writing, but it seems that things go contrary to their wishes. Although there are various complicated factors contributing to the situation, one of the important factors lies in the teachers, a number of whom do not grasp a systematic and effective mechanism of delivering feedback on EFL student writing. Much importance has been attached to Chinese EFL student writing, however, rare attention has been paid to conducting research on concrete ways of delivering feedback on Chinese EFL student writing in China. Positive psychology has boosted interest in the positive as well as the negative emotions that Foreign Language learners experience. The present study examines whether -and to what extent -foreign language enjoyment (FLE) and FL classroom anxiety (FLCA) are linked to a range of learner-internal variables and teacher/classroom-specific variables within one specific educational context. Participants were 189 British high school students learning various FLs. Levels of FLE were linked to higher scores on attitudes towards the FL, the FL teacher, FL use in class, proportion of time spent on speaking, relative standing and stage of development. Lower levels FLCA were linked to higher scores on attitudes towards the FL, relative standing and stage of development. FLCA thus seems less related to teacher and teacher practices than FLE. The pedagogical implication is that teachers should strive to boost FLE rather than worry too much about students' FLCA. 展开更多

高校教师合理有序流动对促进高等教育高质量发展具有重要的现实意义,然而,我国高校教师自愿性流动率长期偏低。高校教师自愿性流动是社会主义市场经济精神的内在要求,对教师具有利益最大化效应、对高校具有促进学科发展效应和“倒逼改... 高校教师合理有序流动对促进高等教育高质量发展具有重要的现实意义,然而,我国高校教师自愿性流动率长期偏低。高校教师自愿性流动是社会主义市场经济精神的内在要求,对教师具有利益最大化效应、对高校具有促进学科发展效应和“倒逼改革”效应,对国家建设具有推动人才辈出效应。高校教师自愿性流动的困境主要体现在高校教师自愿性流动意愿不足和高校阻碍教师自愿性流动两个方面。前者根源于受教师人力资本水平、学术市场需求、流动机会成本及心理成本的制约;后者根源于高校追求组织利益最大化、高校在与教师的博弈中具有优势地位及制度对高校的阻碍行为缺乏必要的硬性约束。提升高校教师自愿性流动的出路在于:教师应增强自愿性流动能力和意识;高校应消除对教师年龄和学历歧视、“不拘一格”引人才;政府应加大对教师自愿性流动权益的保障力度。 展开更多

为了探讨农村幼儿园教师专业心理求助意向的影响因素,采用方便取样方式,在甘肃省某市选取农村幼儿园教师223名,使用基本情况调查表、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、社会支持量表(SSRS)、情绪调节自我效能感量表(RESE)、寻求心理咨询帮助的行... 为了探讨农村幼儿园教师专业心理求助意向的影响因素,采用方便取样方式,在甘肃省某市选取农村幼儿园教师223名,使用基本情况调查表、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、社会支持量表(SSRS)、情绪调节自我效能感量表(RESE)、寻求心理咨询帮助的行为意向量表(ISCI)进行评估。结果显示:学历为硕士及以上水平的农村幼儿园教师在ISCI的心理和人际困扰维度得分显著高于本科和大专水平的农村幼儿园教师,学历为硕士及以上水平的农村幼儿园教师在ISCI的物质滥用困扰维度得分显著低于本科和大专水平的农村幼儿园教师,月收入在5000元以上的农村幼儿园教师在ISCI的心理和人际困扰维度得分显著高于月收入在3000~5000元和月收入小于3000元的农村幼儿园教师;消极应对、客观支持负向预测求助意向,情绪调节自我效能感正向预测求助意向。研究表明:消极应对、客观支持和情绪调节自我效能感是农村幼儿园教师专业心理求助意向的重要影响因素。 展开更多
