Research on Training Needs,Training Transfer,and Training Effectiveness of In-Service Teachers in Local Normal Colleges

This study aims to understand the in-service training needs,training transfer,and training effectiveness of teachers in local normal universities in China,while also proposing a continuous professional development plan for teachers.Descriptive research methods were employed,with questionnaires serving as the primary data collection tool.The survey revealed that the educational background of teachers in local normal universities is characterized by an unreasonable distribution of academic qualifications,with a shortage of teachers holding postgraduate and higher degrees.Additionally,the training effectiveness for female teachers was found to be lower than that of male teachers.There is a lack of personalization in training needs,which tends to be more generalized.The transfer effect of training is moderate,and there is a need for further enhancement at the behavioral level of training effectiveness.A continuous professional development plan for teachers has been formulated to improve training effectiveness and promote professional development.

AIRCRAFT CONCEPT EVALUATION AND EFFECTIVENESS-BASED DECISION-MAKING

Based on effectiveness analysis , a novel method is presented for combat aircraft top-hierarchy concept evaluation and decision-making. Applying multi-criterion decision-making ( MCDM ) and analytic hierarchy process , the new method can help to overcome the limitations of existing evaluation systems and decision-make methods.The proposed method includes the following process :( 1 ) Establish a multi-criterion and multi-hierarchy evaluation attribute system by introducing combat effectiveness ;( 2 ) Assign weight to the attributes and normalize them ;( 3 ) Evaluate and decision-make top-hierarchy aircraft concept based on effectiveness to reach a satisfactory design by comprehensively applying four multi-criterion decision-making methodologies , i.e.grey correlation projection method , weighted summation method , weighted quadrature method and ideal solution decision-making method , while considering the attribute hierarchy system and the logical relations among the attributes.Finally , an example is given to indicate the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.

Application of Fuzzy Decision-Making Theory and Conflict-Resolution Method to Failure Mode and Effect Analysis of Industrial Valve

It is not objective to rate the decision-making factors in the traditional failure mode and effect analysis,so fuzzy semantic theory is used in this paper.Six fuzzy semantic scales and their corresponding semantics are summarized,and a defuzzification method is studied to obtain the fuzzy value table of the six fuzzy semantic scales.For the conflicts between experts in the traditional failure mode and effects analysis,a conflict-resolution algorithm is studied to obtain the failure risk order.Finally,a certain type of industrial valve is used as an example to prove the validity of the theory proposed in this paper.

The Role and the Task of the Teacher in Having Effective Teaching in EFL Classes Applying CLT

Learning to communicate should be the principal object while studying a foreign language. Teachers should provide classroom work which involves students in comprehending, manipulating, producing or interacting in the target language. This paper deals with the importance of effective teaching, the role and the task that a teacher should have in his/her class, using the right techniques and strategies of teaching helping students reach their goals. It is seen not just with theoretical plan but even a practical side of it. What students learn in class cannot be transferred in the real world. To overcome this difficulty, we have to expose them to the real language or situations which are provided by the use of authentic materials. There are made surveys of the teaching process in elementary and high schools in Vlora to conduct this study.

Effect of Teacher Feedback, Peer Review and the Combination on EFL Writing Study Proposal

Since the result of effect comparison is important for teacher's decision making,roles teacher feedback and peer review play respectively and collaboratively in tertiary-level EFL writing context should be addressed via quantitative study as this paper proposed.Quantitative data should be collected from students'first drafts,second drafts and written comments from teachers and peers.Gains for overall scores between the first and second drafts and correlation between suggestions and gains should be examined.

Study on effectiveness evaluation of weapon systems based on grey relational analysis and TOPSIS

To evaluate the effectiveness of weapon systems, the advantages and disadvantages of grey relational analysis and TOPSIS for multiattribute decision-making is pointed out, and an effectiveness evaluation model of weapon systems by combining grey relational analysis and TOPSIS is proposed. The model aggregates the grey relational grade and the distance to a new integrated closeness and reflects not only the trend but also the situation of the alternative. The example illuminates that the model is effective for the effectiveness evaluation of weapon systems.

Frequency Analysis on the Data of Field Fertilizer Efficiency Test and Fertilization Decision-making

To solve the problems of abnormal larger, abnormal lower or even negative of target yield and fertilizing amount recommended by part of non-typical fertilizer effect equations using agricultural experiments and statistical analysis software,Yangzhou analyzer（2.2）, regression analysis of Excel, which objected to local actual production, the study adopted the principle and method of basic knowledge and the frequency of using probability theory, and carried out statistical analysis on the rape field fertilizer experiment data by frequency analysis method, the rape yield after optimizing fertilizing amount was 1 732.4 kg/hm^2, the ranges of N, P and K optimal combinations were： N=210.36-149.64 kg/hm^2,P2O5=81.89-58.11 kg/hm^2, K2O=81.89-58.11 kg/hm^2,which was consistent with local actual production. This study was based on frequency analysis, using weighted average method to determine the production combinations of different yield objectives, hereinto, the combinations with high yield, high frequency of occurrence（dependable crop） and fertilizer-saving were viewed as the optimizing production measures, and they had the merits of increasing fertilization decision-making information, reducing or avoiding the risk of small probability event. The results of this study can solve the problem of abnormal values fertilizing amount and target yield recommended by non-typical fertilizer effect function, which did not accord with local actual production, caused by Yangzhou analyzer（2.2）, regression analysis of Excel, and DPS statistical analysis software. For the fertilizer effect function equation established by regression analysis which did not reach significance level using variance analysis, whether the method can be adapted to for carrying out fertilization decision-making, recommending optimization combinations of N, P and K fertilizers and yield under optimized fertilizing amount should be further researched in future working practice.

On multi-role effects of teachers in College English teaching

The paper first introduces the multi-roles of College English teachers, from the knowledge instillers to the designers and organizers of classroom activities, the participants of learning English, information counselors and emotional supporters, and the models of morality. Based on this, the paper makes a detailed analysis of the multi-role effects which can not only stimulate students＇ creativity and improve their self-learning ability, but also adapt to the reform of College English teaching.

An Exploration of a Systematic and Effective Mechanism of Delivering Feedback on EFL Student Writing

In China, it is widely believed that teacher feedback plays a crucial role in EFL writing course, exerting a great impact on the improvement of Chinese EFL students＇ writing abilities so that teachers have been required to deliver feedback on students＇ writings. Teachers, consequently, spare no pains to give feedback, expecting their students would make progress in their writing, but it seems that things go contrary to their wishes. Although there are various complicated factors contributing to the situation, one of the important factors lies in the teachers, a number of whom do not grasp a systematic and effective mechanism of delivering feedback on EFL student writing. Much importance has been attached to Chinese EFL student writing, however, rare attention has been paid to conducting research on concrete ways of delivering feedback on Chinese EFL student writing in China. Therefore, this paper serves to fill the gap, mainly devoting itself to exploring concrete methods of delivering teacher feedback on EFL student writing.

Foreign Language Enjoyment and Anxiety: The effect of teacher and learner variables (Ⅰ)

Positive psychology has boosted interest in the positive as well as the negative emotions that Foreign Language learners experience. The present study examines whether -and to what extent -foreign language enjoyment (FLE) and FL classroom anxiety (FLCA) are linked to a range of learner-internal variables and teacher/classroom-specific variables within one specific educational context. Participants were 189 British high school students learning various FLs. Levels of FLE were linked to higher scores on attitudes towards the FL, the FL teacher, FL use in class, proportion of time spent on speaking, relative standing and stage of development. Lower levels FLCA were linked to higher scores on attitudes towards the FL, relative standing and stage of development. FLCA thus seems less related to teacher and teacher practices than FLE. The pedagogical implication is that teachers should strive to boost FLE rather than worry too much about students' FLCA.

《乡村教师支持计划》实施以来,全国各地政府高度重视,根据国家颁布的政策、结合本地实际情况,制订了地方乡村教师支持计划政策。该政策实施后产生了一定的积极作用,有效解决了乡村学校教师数量短缺问题,提高了乡村教师的留任意愿,促进了城乡教师交流,提升了乡村教师培训效果,提升了乡村教师队伍的整体素质和教学能力,进一步完善了乡村教师队伍建设保障机制,形成了一支结构合理、具有较高业务水平的乡村教师队伍,有效提升了乡村义务教育质量,促进了城乡义务教育均衡发展。尽管《支持计划》政策取得了很大成效,但还存在政策文本缺乏科学合理性、政策制度体系不完善、政策监管机制不健全等问题,需要进一步完善《支持计划》政策,建立健全相关制度和督查机制等,以确保《支持计划》政策实施的有效性。

高校教师学术创业经历对创新创业教学效果的影响研究

从学术创业理论视角出发,通过对全国多所高校949名创新创业教师进行问卷调查,再运用结构方程模型构建并验证教师学术创业经历对创新创业教学效果的影响机理,结果表明:高校创新创业教师学术创业经历对创新创业教学效果有显著的直接正向影响,学术创业经历通过提升教学认知与能力进而积极促进教师创新创业教学效果。因此,应进一步重视和加强学术创业实践、提升教学知行水平,从而促进创新创业教学效果的提升。

高校教师自愿性流动的效应、困境与出路

高校教师合理有序流动对促进高等教育高质量发展具有重要的现实意义,然而,我国高校教师自愿性流动率长期偏低。高校教师自愿性流动是社会主义市场经济精神的内在要求,对教师具有利益最大化效应、对高校具有促进学科发展效应和“倒逼改革”效应,对国家建设具有推动人才辈出效应。高校教师自愿性流动的困境主要体现在高校教师自愿性流动意愿不足和高校阻碍教师自愿性流动两个方面。前者根源于受教师人力资本水平、学术市场需求、流动机会成本及心理成本的制约;后者根源于高校追求组织利益最大化、高校在与教师的博弈中具有优势地位及制度对高校的阻碍行为缺乏必要的硬性约束。提升高校教师自愿性流动的出路在于:教师应增强自愿性流动能力和意识;高校应消除对教师年龄和学历歧视、“不拘一格”引人才;政府应加大对教师自愿性流动权益的保障力度。

农村幼儿园教师专业心理求助意向的影响因素

为了探讨农村幼儿园教师专业心理求助意向的影响因素,采用方便取样方式,在甘肃省某市选取农村幼儿园教师223名,使用基本情况调查表、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、社会支持量表(SSRS)、情绪调节自我效能感量表(RESE)、寻求心理咨询帮助的行为意向量表(ISCI)进行评估。结果显示:学历为硕士及以上水平的农村幼儿园教师在ISCI的心理和人际困扰维度得分显著高于本科和大专水平的农村幼儿园教师,学历为硕士及以上水平的农村幼儿园教师在ISCI的物质滥用困扰维度得分显著低于本科和大专水平的农村幼儿园教师,月收入在5000元以上的农村幼儿园教师在ISCI的心理和人际困扰维度得分显著高于月收入在3000~5000元和月收入小于3000元的农村幼儿园教师;消极应对、客观支持负向预测求助意向,情绪调节自我效能感正向预测求助意向。研究表明:消极应对、客观支持和情绪调节自我效能感是农村幼儿园教师专业心理求助意向的重要影响因素。

人工智能技术应用下的混合式教学中教师发展问题研究

混合式教学是将传统课堂教学与在线学习相结合的教学模式,以优化时间、空间和资源,利用技术优势,在多种环境下提高学习效果和教学效率。各大高校整合各方面资源开展了线上线下相结合的混合式教学改革,但在科技不断更新迭代中仍需重视教师发展的问题,尤其是生成式人工智能技术,如ChatGPT、Claude等技术相对成熟并广泛应用的情况下教师发展问题将成为教育发展中的关键所在。本文从教师发展的意义与混合式教学含义出发,重点探讨人工智能技术应用下的混合式教学中教师发展问题的重要性及面临的挑战,最后,通过介绍本校在混合式教学改革中对教师发展的支持策略来思考人工智能技术下如何帮助教师。

大学生师生信任对学习倦怠的影响:人际疏离感的中介作用

目的:探讨大学生师生信任、人际疏离感、学习倦怠的关系。方法:用师生信任问卷、人际疏离感问卷、大学生学业倦怠量表随机调查广东3所高校在编老师157人和在校学生307人。结果:学生知识信任与学习倦怠负相关(P<0.05),教师人品、知识、能力信任及教师信任与学习倦怠、人际疏离感负相关(P<0.01),人际疏离感与学习倦怠正相关(P<0.01);人际疏离感在教师信任与学习倦怠、教师能力信任与学习倦怠之间的作用有统计学意义(P<0.01),在学生信任和学习倦怠之间的作用无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大学生的师生信任特别是教师信任直接减少学习倦怠,教师能力信任还通过人际疏离感的中介作用间接减少学习倦怠。
