Vibration experiments were carried out under the conditions of different rotor bending stiffness and oil supply pressure to find out the relationship between the new bearing's vibration depression effect and other dynamic parameters of the rotor. The result shows that critical amplitudes can be efficaciously reduced while system's stability can be remarkably improved by this bearing. Besides, the bearing's effect of vibration depression weakens as the rotor bending stiffness increases, but heightens it as the oil supply pressure increases.展开更多

Thirty-nine patients(30 males; mean age 44±19 years; range 6 to 75 years) with BAV were recruited as BAV group, and 29 age- and sex-matched healthy controls(21 males; mean age 42±11 years; range 20 to 71 years) served as control group. Aortic strain, distensibility and stiffness index were derived using M-mode echocardiography. Left ventricular global myocardial strain was acquired with speckle-tracking echocardiography. Correlation between aortic elasticity and myocardial strain was also analyzed. The results showed that aortic stiffness was higher(17.5±14.0 vs. 5.3±2.7, P〈0.001), and aortic strain(4.9±4.7 vs. 11.0±4.1, P〈0.001) and distensibility(1.8±2.1 vs. 3.7±1.6, P〈0.001) were lower significantly in BAV group than in control group. Global circumferential strain(–19.1±4.2 vs. –22.5±3.7, P〈0.001), radial stain(29.8±14.9 vs. 38.0±8.8, P〈0.001) and longitudinal stain(–18.4±3.4 vs. –20.8±3.5, P〈0.001) were significantly lower in BAV group than in control group. There was weak association between aortic elasticity and myocardial strain. These findings indicated BAV patients manifest reduced myocardial strain which had weak relationship with aortic elastic lesion.展开更多

Adamper has four damping columns with C-type disc springs whose laminates plate number gradually increases setby set. Compared with its counterparts, this kind of dampers has the advantages of high energy absorption andvibration damping effect, which not only can effectively reduce the vibration of the foundation of punch press, but also prevents the vibration range from increasing. Also, this kind of dampers is of low cost and convenient touse.展开更多

This formula, which includes three elastic constants of single cubic crystal and ?ve texture coe?cients, accounts for the e?ects of the orientation distribution function (ODF) up to terms linear in the tex- ture coe?cients. Thus it is expected that our formula would be applicable to arbitrary aggregates with weak texture or to materials such as aluminum whose single crystal has weak anisotropy. Three examples are presented to compare predictions from our formula with those from Nishioka and Lothe’s formula and Synge’s contour integral through numerical integration. As an applica- tion of Green’s function, we brie?y describe the procedure of deriving the e?ective elastic sti?ness tensor for an orthorhombic aggregate of cubic crystallites. The comparison of the computational results given by the ?nite element method and our e?ective elastic sti?ness tensor is made by an example.展开更多
