Clinical efficacy of magnetic vibration magnetoelectric therapy in the treatment of chronic prostatitischronic pelvic pain syndrome

BACKGROUND The prominent symptoms of chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CPPS)are urogenital pain,lower urinary tract symptoms,psychological problems,and sexual dysfunction.Traditional pharmacological treatments have poor efficacy and more untoward reaction and complications.Magnetic vibration magnetoelectric therapy is a non-invasive form of physiotherapy.Nevertheless,its effectiveness in improving urinary discomfort and relieving pain in patients requires further exploration.AIM To investigate the clinical efficacy of the magnetic vibration magnetoelectric therapy instrument in the treatment of chronic prostatitis(CP)/CPPS.METHODS Seventy patients with CP/CPPS were collected from the outpatient clinic and ward of the Department of Male Medicine,Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were treated with magnetic vibration magnetoelectric therapy once a day for a period of 14 d.National Institutes of healthchronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI),international index of erectile function 5(IIEF-5),premature ejaculation diagnostic tool(PEDT),generalized anxiety disorder(GAD),patient health questionnaire,the pain catastrophizing scale(PCS)and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(TCMS)scores were performed before and after treatment.RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment was 58.5%,and the total NIH-CPSI score,pain symptoms,voiding symptoms,quality of life,IIEF-5,PEDT,GAD,PCS and TCMS scores all decreased significantly(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Magnetic vibration magnetotherapy is effective in improving urinary discomfort,relieving pain,improving quality of life,improving sexual dysfunction and relieving negative emotions such as anxiety in patients with CP/CPPS. 展开更多

(1)lmmunohistochemical (IHC) method was used to test the morphology and count of positive cell of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH). (2)RT-PCR technology was used to detect the expression of nestin mRNA of neural stem cell (NSC). Results (1)Compared with model group, in pene- tration therapy group, the expressions of TH-positive neurons in immune response were increased in areal density (AD), numerical density (ND) and integrating optic density (P〈0.05). (2)Compared with model group, in penetration therapy group, the expression of nestin mRNA was increased (P〈0. 05). Drug treatment, electric stimulation and decimeter wave therapy have been shown to promote the repair and regeneration of the peripheral nerves at the injured site. This study prepared a Mackinnon’s model of rat sciatic nerve compression. Electric stimulation was given immediately after neurolysis, and decimeter wave radiation was performed at 1 and 12 weeks post-operation. Histological observation revealed that intraoperative electric stimulation and decimeter wave therapy could improve the local blood circulation of repaired sites, alleviate hypoxia of compressed nerves, and lessen adhesion of compressed nerves, thereby decreasing the formation of new entrapments and enhancing compressed nerve regeneration through an improved microenvironment for regeneration. Immunohistochemical staining results revealed that intraoperative electric stimulation and decimeter wave could promote the expression of S-100 protein. Motor nerve conduction velocity and amplitude, the number and diameter of myelinated nerve fibers, and sciatic functional index were significantly increased in the treated rats. These results verified that intraoperative electric stimulation and decimeter wave therapy contributed to the regeneration and the recovery of the functions in the compressed nerves. 展开更多

Despite emerging contemporary biotechnological methods such as gene-and stem cell-based therapy,there are no clinically established therapeutic strategies for neural regeneration after spinal cord injury.Our previous studies have demonstrated that transplantation of genetically engineered human umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells producing three recombinant therapeutic molecules,including vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),glial cell-line derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF),and neural cell adhesion molecule(NCAM)can improve morpho-functional recovery of injured spinal cord in rats and mini-pigs.To investigate the efficacy of human umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells-mediated triple-gene therapy combined with epidural electrical stimulation in the treatment of spinal cord injury,in this study,rats with moderate spinal cord contusion injury were intrathecally infused with human umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells expressing recombinant genes VEGF165,GDNF,NCAM1 at 4 hours after spinal cord injury.Three days after injury,epidural stimulations were given simultaneously above the lesion site at C5(to stimulate the cervical network related to forelimb functions)and below the lesion site at L2(to activate the central pattern generators)every other day for 4 weeks.Rats subjected to the combined treatment showed a limited functional improvement of the knee joint,high preservation of muscle fiber area in tibialis anterior muscle and increased H/M ratio in gastrocnemius muscle 30 days after spinal cord injury.However,beneficial cellular outcomes such as reduced apoptosis and increased sparing of the gray and white matters,and enhanced expression of heat shock and synaptic proteins were found in rats with spinal cord injury subjected to the combined epidural electrical stimulation with gene therapy.This study presents the first proof of principle study of combination of the multisite epidural electrical stimulation with ex vivo triple gene therapy(VEGF,GDNF and NCAM)for treatment of spinal cord injury in rat models.The animal protocols were approved by the Kazan State Medical University Animal Care and Use Committee(approval No.2.20.02.18)on February 20,2018. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Electrical burns are devastating injuries and can cause deep burns with significant morbidity and delayed sequelae.Epidemiological data regarding the etiology,socioeconomic differences and geographic variation are necessary to assess the disease burden and plan an effective preventive strategy.These severe injuries often lead to amputations and thus hamper quality of life in the long term AIM To identify the population at maximum risk of sustaining electrical burns.We also studied the impact of electrical burns on these patients in terms of quality of life as well as return to work.METHODS The study was conducted at a tertiary referral teaching hospital over a period of eighteen months.All patients with a history of sustaining electrical burns and satisfying the inclusion criteria were included in the study.All relevant epidemiological parameters and treatment details were recorded.The patients were subsequently followed up at 3 mo,6 mo and 9 mo.The standardized Brief Version of the Burn Specic Health Scale(BSHS-B)was adopted to assess quality of life.Statistical analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS statistics(version 22.0).A P value of<0.05 was considered statistically significant.RESULTS A total of 103 patients were included in the study.The mean age of the patients was 31.83 years(range 18-75 years).A significant majority(91.3%)of patients were male.The mean total body surface area(TBSA)in these patients was 21.1%.In most of the patients(67%),the injury was occupation-related.High voltage injuries were implicated in 72.8%of patients.Among the 75 high voltage burn patients,31(41%)required amputation.The mean number of surgeries the patients underwent in hospital was 2.03(range 1 to 4).The quality of life parameters amongst the patients sustaining high voltage electrical burns were poorer when compared to low voltage injuries at all follow-up intervals across nine domains.In eight of these domains,the difference was statistically significant.Similarly,the scores among the amputees were poorer when compared to non-amputees.The difference was statistically significant in six domains.CONCLUSION Electrical burns remain a problem in the developing world.Most injuries are occupation-related.The quality of life in patients with high voltage burns and amputees remains poor.Work resumption was almost impossible for amputees.These patients could not regain pre-injury status.Steps should be taken to create awareness and to implement an effective preventive strategy to safeguard against electrical injuries. 展开更多

Effects of Electrical Stimulation in People with Post-Concussion Syndromes: A Pilot Study

There is limited evidence to support that any intervention enhances recovery after a concussion. This pilot study aimed to examine the efficacy of neck paraspinal muscles electrical stimulation (ES) in conjunction with physical therapy (PT) on reducing the severity of post concussive symptoms. Twenty-four individuals with PCS were randomly assigned to the ES group (PT + ES) or the control group (PT only). Both groups received the intervention twice a week for eight weeks. Clinical measures including the Concussion Signs/Symptoms Checklist, balance error scoring system, King-Devick test, ImPACT, and the Standardized Assessment of Concussion were used to evaluate the symptoms. We investigated the recovery rate by calculating slopes of changes over time for each participant. A changing slope was derived by linearly fitting the symptoms severity over time with the initial severity score as the intercept. Significant overall improvement was observed in both groups after the interventions. There was no significant difference seen in total symptom recovery rate between two groups (-1.49 ± 1.59 versus -1.2 ± 1.56, p = 0.32). The cognitive symptoms recovery rate of the ES group was faster than the control group (-0.5 ± 0.49 and -0.13 ± 0.46 respectively, p = 0.04). Physical therapy targeting the cervical region is beneficial for persons with PCS. Moreover, peripheral electrical stimulation on the paraspinal muscles surrounding the neck region could potentially advance the cognitive function recovery of persons with PCS. 展开更多

The mounting endemic of prescription iatrogenic opioid dependence in pain patients provoked this treatise about an alternative method that can be used to treat pain, improve function and reduce the risk of opioid dependence. It is well known that as well as the side effects reported for chronic opioid therapy, genetically predisposed individuals are at risk for opioid dependence. We propose the use of the Genetic Addiction Risk Score (GARS) assessment to identify patients early in treatment who should avoid narcotic pain medications. Primarily, this review will be an exploration of the mechanisms of action of an electrotherapeutic alternative to narcotic treatment that can be used to augment tissue healing and reduce the pain associated with human injuries and neuropathies. This particular electrotherapeutic device was developed at the Electronic Waveform Laboratory in Huntington Beach, California and is called the H-Wave? device. The primary effect of the H-Wave?device is stimulation (HWDS) of small diameter fibers of “red-slow-twitch” skeletal muscle. Mechanisms of action of HWDS have been investigated in both animal and human studies. They include edema reduction, induction of nitric oxide dependent augmented microcirculation and angiogenesis, small muscle contraction that eliminates transcapillary fluid shifts, reducing the painful effects of tetanizing fatigue and gradual loading of healing injured muscle tissue that helps repair and remodeling. A recent metaanalysis found a moderate-to-strong-positive effect of the HWDS in providing pain relief, reducing the requirement for pain medication, with the most robust effect being increased functionality. We are proposing that GARS can be used to identify those at risk of developing opioid dependence and that the need for opioid analgesia can be reduced by use of this electro therapeutic alternative to opioid analgesia in the treatment of pain and injuries. 展开更多

Intensive care units’ acquired muscle weakness is present in approximately 50% of the patients. Although active muscle training can attenuate weakness, a large proportion of critical patients cannot participate in any active mobilization. Neuromuscular electrical stimulation may be an alternative strategy to reverse muscle weakness. The objective of the study was to review the scientific publications on the use of neuromuscular electrical stimulation and its parameters and the main results in patients hospitalized in intensive care units. This is an integrative review surveying studies in online databases. The studies were selected from the following descriptors: neuromuscular electrical stimulation AND parameters AND intensive care units AND muscle weakness. The inclusion criteria included articles that addressed the topic of neuromuscular electrical stimulation and the parameters used in patients admitted to intensive care units, aged 18 years or older. Exclusion criteria were studies involving animals, case reports, letters to the editor and book chapters. The search comprised articles in the Portuguese, English and Spanish languages from January 2013 to March 2019. Of the 185 articles identified, nine met the eligibility criteria. The studies were evaluated assessing the level of evidence, and the relevant information was presented in the table and discussed. The parameters of the neuromuscular electrical stimulation employed in the studies showed positive results for the maintenance of strength and muscle mass. There was evidence of benefits in the local and systemic microcirculation, potentially mobilizing endothelial stem cells, to prevent atrophy, to reduce mechanical ventilation time and stay in intensive care unit;and when incorporated into the usual physiotherapy care, proved to be more effective than usual care. Its use is safe and viable in critically ill patients. 展开更多

Functional hydrogel dressing is an effective approach to improve diabetic wound healing. Electrical stimulation (ES) therapy is conducive to promoting cell migration and wound healing. In this work, a multifunctional PPTZ hydrogel wound dressing was developed by freeze-thaw method with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), phytic acid (PA), tannic acid (TA), and Zinc chloride. The obtained PPTZ hydrogel has good mechanical properties (stress and strain of 700.03 kPa and 575.08%), light transmittance (close to 100%) and antibacterial rate (over 75%). With good biocompatibility, antioxidant abilities and conductivity, the PPTZ hydrogel could effectively promote the healing of diabetic wounds with two weeks under the action of electric field, which provides an auxiliary treatment strategy for diabetic patients. 展开更多

Methods: Retrospective analysis of 200 cases of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction patients discharged from the hospital from January 2016 to March 2019 as study subjects who were excluded other underlying diseases and were randomly divided into two groups of 100 cases per group, using electrostimulation biofeedback therapy combined vaginal dumbbell therapy as a treatment group. The treatment of electrostimulation biofeedback therapy in combination with kegel was treated as a control group. Then the curative effects of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference in EMG value of postpartum pelvic floor treatment, type I muscle strength, type II muscle strength, muscle type I fatigue, type II fatigue and POP-Q detection results between the two groups before treatment, p > 0.05. There were significant differences in type I muscle strength, type II muscle strength and muscle type I fatigue between the pelvic floor muscles and the muscles at the end of the treatment day, the sixth month and one year after treatment, p ?There was no statistically significant difference at?the end of muscle type II fatigue?treatment day, p > 0.05;while after the treatment of six months and one year, the difference was statistically significant, p 0.05. In addition, the treatment group and the control group were compared before and after treatment, the difference of myoelectric potential value, pelvic floor muscle type I muscle strength, type II muscle strength, muscle type I fatigue degree, type II fatigue degree and POP-Q test result were significant, and the changes in the indicators before and after treatment in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group. Comparison of urinary incontinence between the two groups before and after treatment, the difference between pre-treatment and the end of treatment day was not statistically significant, p > 0.05;there was significant difference between half a year and one year after treatment (p 0.05, respectively). This review focuses on the available evidence regarding the molecular mechanisms and treatment potential of several non-surgical physical therapies for managing flap ischemia to propose a non-invasive,economical,and simple treatment to improve flap survival.A review of the literature was conducted on the topics of various non-invasive methods for the treatment of ischemic necrosis of the distal end of the flap between 1988 and 2019.A total of 52 published studies were reviewed on the applications of hyperbaric oxygen therapy,electrical stimulation therapy,heat stress pretreatment,phototherapy,and vibration therapy to manage skin flap necrosis.The underlying molecular mechanisms of these physical therapies on revitalizing the dying skin flaps were discussed and preliminary clinical uses of these therapies to salvage the necrotic skin flaps were pooled and summarized for clarifying the safety and feasibility of these methods.Various physical therapy regimens have been ushered to manage necrotic development in cutaneous flaps.With the refinement of these new technologies and enhancement of related basic science research on vascular revitalization,the prevention and treatment of flap ischemia will enter a new era. 展开更多

However, the mechanisms of action remain poorly understood. OBJECTIVE: To validate the effect of acupoint electro-stimulation on brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) mRNA expression in the facial nucleus of rabbits with facial nerve injury, with the hypothesis that acupuncture treatment efficacy is related to BDNE DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: Peripheral facial nerve injury, in situ hybridization, and randomized, controlled, animal trial. The experiment was performed at the Laboratory of Anatomy, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from March to September 2005. MATERIALS: A total of 120 healthy, adult, Japanese rabbits, with an equal number of males and females were selected. Models of peripheral facial nerve injury were established using the facial nerve pressing method. METHODS: The rabbits were randomly divided into five groups (n = 24): sham operation, an incision to the left facial skin, followed by suture; model, no treatment following facial nerve model establishment; western medicine, 10 mg vitamin B1, 50 ug vitamin B12, and dexamethasone (2 mg/d, reduced to half every 7 days) intramuscular injection starting with the first day following lesion, once per day; traditional acupuncture, acupuncture at Ytfeng, Quanliao, Dicang, Jiache, Sibai, and Yangbai acupoints using a acupuncture needle with needle twirling every 10 minutes, followed by needle retention for 30 minutes, for successive 5 days; electroacupuncture, similar to the traditional acupuncture group, the Yifeng (negative electrode), Jiache (positive electrode), Dicang (negative electrode), and Sibai (positive electrode) points were connected to an universal pulse electro-therapeutic apparatus for 30 minutes per day, with disperse-dense waves for successive 5 days, and resting for 2 days. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Left hemisphere brain stem tissues were harvested on post-operative days 7, 14, 21, and 28 under a dissecting microscope. Neuronal appearance in the facial nucleus was observed following Nissl staining. BDNF mRNA expression in the facial nucleus was determined using in situ hybridization. RESULTS: A total of 120 rabbits were included in the final analysis. In the model group, the nucleolus was asymmetric with cell body swelling, and the number of Nissl bodies decreased. With increasing time, there were more Nissl bodies in the western medicine, traditional acupuncture, and electroacupuncture groups, in particular the electroacupuncture group. However, the number of Nissl bodies remained less than in the sham operation group. The number of BDNF-positive neurons in the facial nucleus was significantly greater in the western medicine, traditional acupuncture, and electroacupuncture groups, compared with the model group (P 〈 0.01). The number of BDNF-positive neurons in the facial nucleus of reached a minimum in the electroacupuncture group on post-surgery day 21, and increased by day 28, but remained less than control levels. CONCLUSION: Electroacupuncture at acupoints increased BDNF expression in the facial nucleus, alleviated neuronal injury in the facial nucleus, and promoted facial nerve regeneration. 目的比较通过不同剂量艾司氯胺酮联合电休克治疗伴有自杀意念重度抑郁障碍患者的效果,分析艾司氯胺酮作为具有抗抑郁作用特点的电休克麻醉剂,针对伴有自杀意念的重度抑郁障碍患者治疗时的优点和不足,为艾司氯胺酮在临床工作中更好地应... 目的比较通过不同剂量艾司氯胺酮联合电休克治疗伴有自杀意念重度抑郁障碍患者的效果,分析艾司氯胺酮作为具有抗抑郁作用特点的电休克麻醉剂,针对伴有自杀意念的重度抑郁障碍患者治疗时的优点和不足,为艾司氯胺酮在临床工作中更好地应用提供参考。方法120名患者通过随机数字表法分为对照组、低剂量组和高剂量组,每组各40例(n=40)。对照组予以丙泊酚1.2~1.5 mg/kg缓慢推注麻醉,低剂量组予以0.3 mg/kg艾司氯胺酮加1.0 mg/kg丙泊酚缓慢推注麻醉,高剂量组予以0.6 mg/kg艾司氯胺酮加0.5~0.8 mg/kg丙泊酚缓慢推注麻醉,后行无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT),治疗过程中评价疗效、安全性指标和对认知功能的影响。结果对照组、低剂量组和高剂量组患者的HAMD-24评分治疗前无明显差异,经MECT治疗后评分值逐组递减,低剂量组、高剂量组各项观察指标较对照组有差异(均P<0.05),低剂量组与高剂量组各项观察指标有差异(均P<0.05);重复性成套神经心理状态测验(RBANS)对三组患者行认知功能评估,结果显示三组患者治疗后高剂量组的RBANS评分分值明显高于低剂量组、对照组(均P<0.05);三组120例患者中没有出现严重的不良反应,三组不良反应发生率相比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);利用Beck自杀意念量表对三组患者接受治疗后自杀意念的疗效进行评估,结果显示治疗后高剂量组的Beck自杀意念量表评分分值明显低于低剂量组、对照组(均P<0.05)。结论三组患者的重度抑郁症状及自杀意念均得到改善,使用不同麻醉剂及不同剂量对伴有自杀意念的重度抑郁患者疗效随着剂量的变化呈现显著差异,且均未出现严重的不良反应,其应用到临床的安全性已得到验证,值得临床进一步推广。 展开更多

目的:探究升肝舒郁汤加减联合磁电生物反馈疗法治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的108例SUI患者,依据简单随机方法随机分组。最终纳入观察组52例,对照组53例。对照组接受磁电生物反馈疗法治疗,每周2次;观察... 目的:探究升肝舒郁汤加减联合磁电生物反馈疗法治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的108例SUI患者,依据简单随机方法随机分组。最终纳入观察组52例,对照组53例。对照组接受磁电生物反馈疗法治疗,每周2次;观察组在对照组治疗基础上口服升肝舒郁汤加减方治疗,每日1剂,分早晚两次饭后服用。两组患者均连续治疗8周。比较两组治疗前后盆底肌Ⅰ类肌、Ⅱ类肌的纤维肌力及肌电值;采用1 h尿垫试验、改良牛津评分评估SUI改善情况,比较临床疗效;采用尿失禁影响问卷简表(ⅡQ-7)评估患者生活质量;记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力和肌电值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组1 h漏尿量低于对照组,改良牛津评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为92.31%(48/52),高于对照组的75.47%(40/53)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组ⅡQ-7评分低于对照组,治疗前后ⅡQ-7评分差值高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:升肝舒郁汤加减联合磁电生物反馈疗法治疗女性SUI疗效确切,能减轻患者临床症状,提高盆底肌肌力,改善盆底功能,提高生活质量。 展开更多

目的探究隔附子饼灸联合生物反馈刺激对脊髓损伤后尿潴留病人膀胱功能、膀胱压力及尿路感染的影响。方法选取河北省沧州中西医结合医院2020年6月至2022年6月收治的76例脊髓损伤后尿潴留病人进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(38例)... 目的探究隔附子饼灸联合生物反馈刺激对脊髓损伤后尿潴留病人膀胱功能、膀胱压力及尿路感染的影响。方法选取河北省沧州中西医结合医院2020年6月至2022年6月收治的76例脊髓损伤后尿潴留病人进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(38例)和联合组(38例)。其中对照组给予生物反馈刺激,联合组给予隔附子饼灸联合生物反馈刺激。比较两组尿流动力学(最大膀胱压力、膀胱功能、最大膀胱测量容量),膀胱残余尿量,临床疗效,尿路感染发生率及生活自理能力。结果两组干预前、干预4周、8周后MHU评分、膀胱残余尿量依次降低(P<0.05),且干预4周、8周后,联合组[(2.45±0.26)分、(216.46±23.72)mL、(1.87±0.19)分、(114.37±11.58)mL]均明显低于对照组[(2.79±0.28)分、(242.75±26.84)mL、(2.14±0.22)分、(162.75±16.49)mL](P<0.05);两组干预前、干预4周、8周MBI评分、膀胱压力依次升高(P<0.05),且干预4周、8周后,联合组[(38.57±3.46)分、(12.67±1.27)分、(46.57±4.72)分、(14.02±1.45)分]明显高于对照组[(34.14±3.25)分、(10.96±1.14)分、(40.62±4.15)分、(12.57±1.31)分](P<0.05);联合组总有效率(89.47%)明显高于对照组(68.42%)(P<0.05),尿路感染发生率(7.89%)明显低于对照组(28.95%)(P<0.05)。结论隔附子饼灸联合生物反馈刺激对脊髓损伤后尿潴留可有效提高膀胱功能及膀胱压力,降低尿路感染及膀胱残余尿量,提升自理能力,效果较好。 展开更多

目的探讨生物反馈电刺激治疗对膀胱脱垂初产妇盆底肌弹性及盆底解剖功能的影响。方法纳入产后40~45 d常规检查的足月顺产、单胎妊娠、有膀胱脱垂的初产妇66例,随机分为2组,规律接受生物反馈电刺激治疗女性为治疗组32例,同期未接受生物... 目的探讨生物反馈电刺激治疗对膀胱脱垂初产妇盆底肌弹性及盆底解剖功能的影响。方法纳入产后40~45 d常规检查的足月顺产、单胎妊娠、有膀胱脱垂的初产妇66例,随机分为2组,规律接受生物反馈电刺激治疗女性为治疗组32例,同期未接受生物反馈电刺激治疗为对照组34例。采用实时剪切波弹性成像(SWE)技术对2组女性耻骨直肠肌静息状态下弹性模量值进行测量,采用经会阴盆底四维超声检查测量静息状态、缩肛动作及Valsalva动作下肛提肌裂孔大小,并比较前后2次组间及组内的数值差异。结果治疗前首次检查:①SWE检查结果:治疗组与对照组女性双侧耻骨直肠肌弹性模量数值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②四维超声肛提肌裂孔面积:治疗组与对照组组内肛提肌裂孔面积在缩肛动作时较静息状态缩小,Valsalva动作面积最大(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组3种状态下分别比较,肛提肌裂孔面积测量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后再次复查:①SWE检查结果:治疗组女性的经生物反馈电刺激3个月规律治疗后,盆底肌弹性模量测值较治疗前增大、弹性值增高,且在2组女性前后2次检查中测值最大(P<0.05);对照组弹性模量测值较首次检查差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②四维超声肛提肌裂孔面积:治疗组女性3种状态下,肛提肌裂孔面积测值均较治疗前缩小,且在2组女性前后2次检查中分别在3种状态下测值均最小(P<0.05);对照组女性复查,肛提肌裂孔面积测值较治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论SWE结合盆底四维超声动态检查相结合,表明膀胱脱垂初产妇经过规律生物反馈电刺激治疗后,耻骨直肠肌弹性增大,肛提肌裂孔面积缩小,盆底肌松弛状况得以改善。 展开更多
