基于信息物理双侧数据的配电网CPS窃电检测方法

高比例量测设备的广泛应用为配电网信息物理系统(CPS)带来了大量信息侧网络攻击风险,其中以获取经济利益为目的的窃电攻击严重危害了电力公司的应得利益。现有窃电检测方法中,数据驱动方法与模型驱动方法单独应用时都存在一定的局限性,... 高比例量测设备的广泛应用为配电网信息物理系统(CPS)带来了大量信息侧网络攻击风险,其中以获取经济利益为目的的窃电攻击严重危害了电力公司的应得利益。现有窃电检测方法中,数据驱动方法与模型驱动方法单独应用时都存在一定的局限性,无法有效降低输出结果的误报率。提出了一种基于信息物理双侧数据的配电网CPS窃电检测方法。首先对配电台区物理侧量测的线损序列进行监测,确定异常用电行为的时段;其次将配电台区信息侧用户传输的多参数用电数据以周为单位送入卷积神经网络进行疑似窃电用户排查;最后利用时间距离加权皮尔逊相关性算法,根据窃电时段内的台区线损序列和窃电用户电力消耗数据序列之间存在的负相关性,对窃电检测模型的输出结果进行窃电嫌疑二次筛查。基于IEEE 33节点系统对配电网运行过程进行仿真,输出用于分析和构建检测方法的正异常用户电力消耗多参数数据。对比试验结果表明,与其他方法相比,该检测方法具有可靠性更高、可解释性更强的窃电判据,能够在提高准确率的同时进一步降低数据驱动模型检测结果的误报率。 展开更多

BACKGROUND The prominent symptoms of chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CPPS)are urogenital pain,lower urinary tract symptoms,psychological problems,and sexual dysfunction.Traditional pharmacological treatments have poor efficacy and more untoward reaction and complications.Magnetic vibration magnetoelectric therapy is a non-invasive form of physiotherapy.Nevertheless,its effectiveness in improving urinary discomfort and relieving pain in patients requires further exploration.AIM To investigate the clinical efficacy of the magnetic vibration magnetoelectric therapy instrument in the treatment of chronic prostatitis(CP)/CPPS.METHODS Seventy patients with CP/CPPS were collected from the outpatient clinic and ward of the Department of Male Medicine,Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were treated with magnetic vibration magnetoelectric therapy once a day for a period of 14 d.National Institutes of healthchronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI),international index of erectile function 5(IIEF-5),premature ejaculation diagnostic tool(PEDT),generalized anxiety disorder(GAD),patient health questionnaire,the pain catastrophizing scale(PCS)and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(TCMS)scores were performed before and after treatment.RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment was 58.5%,and the total NIH-CPSI score,pain symptoms,voiding symptoms,quality of life,IIEF-5,PEDT,GAD,PCS and TCMS scores all decreased significantly(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Magnetic vibration magnetotherapy is effective in improving urinary discomfort,relieving pain,improving quality of life,improving sexual dysfunction and relieving negative emotions such as anxiety in patients with CP/CPPS. 展开更多

As a complex and critical cyber-physical system(CPS),the hybrid electric powertrain is significant to mitigate air pollution and improve fuel economy.Energy management strategy(EMS)is playing a key role to improve the energy efficiency of this CPS.This paper presents a novel bidirectional long shortterm memory(LSTM)network based parallel reinforcement learning(PRL)approach to construct EMS for a hybrid tracked vehicle(HTV).This method contains two levels.The high-level establishes a parallel system first,which includes a real powertrain system and an artificial system.Then,the synthesized data from this parallel system is trained by a bidirectional LSTM network.The lower-level determines the optimal EMS using the trained action state function in the model-free reinforcement learning(RL)framework.PRL is a fully data-driven and learning-enabled approach that does not depend on any prediction and predefined rules.Finally,real vehicle testing is implemented and relevant experiment data is collected and calibrated.Experimental results validate that the proposed EMS can achieve considerable energy efficiency improvement by comparing with the conventional RL approach and deep RL. 展开更多

In today's modern electric vehicles,enhancing the safety-critical cyber-physical system(CPS)'s performance is necessary for the safe maneuverability of the vehicle.As a typical CPS,the braking system is crucial for the vehicle design and safe control.However,precise state estimation of the brake pressure is desired to perform safe driving with a high degree of autonomy.In this paper,a sensorless state estimation technique of the vehicle's brake pressure is developed using a deep-learning approach.A deep neural network(DNN)is structured and trained using deep-learning training techniques,such as,dropout and rectified units.These techniques are utilized to obtain more accurate model for brake pressure state estimation applications.The proposed model is trained using real experimental training data which were collected via conducting real vehicle testing.The vehicle was attached to a chassis dynamometer while the brake pressure data were collected under random driving cycles.Based on these experimental data,the DNN is trained and the performance of the proposed state estimation approach is validated accordingly.The results demonstrate high-accuracy brake pressure state estimation with RMSE of 0.048 MPa. 展开更多

Since CPS includes physical components, time and space constraints seriously challenge architecture study. In this paper, a service-oriented architecture of CPS was presented. Further, a two-way time synchronization algorithm for CPS service composition was put forward. And a formal method, for judging if actual CPS service meets space constraints, was suggested, which was based on space-π-calculus proposed. Finally, a case study was performed and CPS business process designed by the model and the proposed methods could run well. Wireless networking in cyber-physical systems(CPSs) is characteristically different from traditional wireless systems due to the harsh radio frequency environment and applications that impose high real-time and reliability constraints.One of the fundamental considerations for enabling CPS networks is the medium access control protocol. To this end, this paper proposes a novel priority-aware frequency domain polling medium access control(MAC) protocol, which takes advantage of an orthogonal frequency-division multiple access(OFDMA)physical layer to achieve instantaneous priority-aware polling.Based on the polling result, the proposed work then optimizes the resource allocation of the OFDMA network to further improve the data reliability. Due to the non-polynomial-complete nature of the OFDMA resource allocation, we propose two heuristic rules,based on which an efficient solution algorithm to the OFDMA resource allocation problem is designed. Simulation results show that the reliability performance of CPS networks is significantly improved because of this work. 展开更多

通过耦合高级氧化技术实现超滤过程中对膜污染的缓解以及小分子溶解性有机污染物(SMOP)的去除.通过喷涂的方式将交联聚吡咯的碳纳米管沉积在聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜表面,得到了具有优异导电性的交联聚吡咯的碳纳米管复合超滤膜(CP/PVDF).实... 通过耦合高级氧化技术实现超滤过程中对膜污染的缓解以及小分子溶解性有机污染物(SMOP)的去除.通过喷涂的方式将交联聚吡咯的碳纳米管沉积在聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜表面,得到了具有优异导电性的交联聚吡咯的碳纳米管复合超滤膜(CP/PVDF).实验中建立了膜阴极过滤过硫酸盐体系(E-PS-CP/PVDF).并比较了过一硫酸盐(PMS)和过二硫酸盐(PDS)分别作为氧化剂时该体系对膜污染的缓解(HA作为模拟污染物)以及小分子有机物的去除效果.结果表明,E-PS-CP/PVDF体系对3种小分子有机污染物(SMOP)卡马西平(CBZ)、双氯芬酸钠(DCF)和磺胺甲噁唑(SMX)均有较高的去除速率,其一级动力学常数均高于15×10^(-2)min^(-1)远高于单独超滤体系(最高为0.072×10^(-2)min^(-1)).E-PS-CP/PVDF体系具有明显的膜污染缓解作用,使用PMS和PDS作为电解质时,60min内出水比通量仅仅分别下降到0.93和0.84,外加电场与活性物质对HA的氧化作用改变了污染物在膜表面的相互作用,减少了HA在膜上的沉积.此外,通过捕获实验探究了E-PS-CP/PVDF体系缓解膜污染的机理.,E-PS-CP/PVDF体系中缓解膜污染的主要原因是由于体系中的PS被膜阴极活化产生了•OH、SO_(4)^(•)-和1O_(2),且PMS作为氧化剂具有更好的表现.因此,E-PS-CP/PVDF体系能够实现超滤过程中膜污染的缓解和对小分子有机物的去除,在实际水处理领域具有良好的应用前景. 展开更多

In this paper,a new filtering fusion problem is studied for nonlinear cyber-physical systems under errorvariance constraints and denial-of-service attacks.To prevent data collision and reduce communication cost,the stochastic communication protocol is adopted in the sensor-to-filter channels to regulate the transmission order of sensors.Each sensor is allowed to enter the network according to the transmission priority decided by a set of independent and identicallydistributed random variables.From the defenders’view,the occurrence of the denial-of-service attack is governed by the randomly Bernoulli-distributed sequence.At the local filtering stage,a set of variance-constrained local filters are designed where the upper bounds(on the filtering error covariances)are first acquired and later minimized by appropriately designing filter parameters.At the fusion stage,all local estimates and error covariances are combined to develop a variance-constrained fusion estimator under the federated fusion rule.Furthermore,the performance of the fusion estimator is examined by studying the boundedness of the fused error covariance.A simulation example is finally presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed fusion estimator. 展开更多
