The variety of electroosmotic flow with pH*, methanol concentration and ionic strength was investigated. The migration behavior of nine bases was examined under various conditions, and the separation of thymine, cytosine, 5-flurouracil, 4, 6-diamino-pyrimidine, purine was accomplished.展开更多
