In order to make the supply chain select the best emergency procurement suppliers in case the procurement system encounters unexpected risks,six indices which can reflect the comprehensive abilities of alternative sup...In order to make the supply chain select the best emergency procurement suppliers in case the procurement system encounters unexpected risks,six indices which can reflect the comprehensive abilities of alternative suppliers are selected,i.e.,the product yield,the toll standard,the on-time-delivery rate,the rate of turnover industry experience and customer satisfaction.Then standardized processing of evaluation is performed.For quantitative indices,vector normalization is adopted to perform standardized processing,and qualitative fuzziness indices are quantified through assignment.Finally,each index can be transformed into a standardized mark which has dimensionless 1 and the same magnitude.And an expert method is used to determine the index weights and then the linear weighted sum method is used to calculate the alternative supplier's comprehensive ability score and by comparing these scores,the optimal emergency procurement supplier is selected.展开更多
Urban rail transit(URT)plays a pivotal role in mitigating urban congestion and emissions,positioning it as a sustainable transportation alternative.Nevertheless,URT’s function in transporting substantial numbers of p...Urban rail transit(URT)plays a pivotal role in mitigating urban congestion and emissions,positioning it as a sustainable transportation alternative.Nevertheless,URT’s function in transporting substantial numbers of passengers within confined public spaces renders it vulnerable to the proliferation of infectious diseases during public health crises.This study proposes a decision support model that integrates operational control strategies pertaining to passenger flow and train capacity utilization,with an emphasis on energy efficiency within URT networks during such crises.The model anticipates a URT system where passengers adhere to prescribed routes,adhering to enhanced path flow regulations.Simultaneously,train capacity utilization is intentionally limited to support social distancing measures.The model’s efficacy was assessed using data from the COVID-19 outbreak in Xi’an,China,at the end of 2021.Findings indicate that focused management of passenger flows and specific risk areas is superior in promoting energy efficiency and enhancing passenger convenience,compared to broader management approaches.展开更多

Among them,the practical courses are of great significance for students to master the knowledge of electronics. In order to make teachers teaching more efficiently and students studying more quickly,how to update the experimental course in teaching reform is the key point. This paper analyzing the present situation of teaching in the digital circuit and analog circuit courses,the teaching questions in universities. On the basis of it,the innovation measures of experimental teaching methods and contents are discussed. Our school tries to introduce the UltraLab network experiment platform,reform and optimize the teaching methods of related courses.And it’ s accelerating the construction and development of emerging engineering education’ s process,reducing effectively the teacher’s time for managing in equipment,improving the students’ ability to use instruments.展开更多
