In an integrated energy system(IES) composed of multiple subsystems, energy coupling causes an energy supply blockage or shutdown in one subsystem, thereby affecting the energy flow distribution optimization of other ...In an integrated energy system(IES) composed of multiple subsystems, energy coupling causes an energy supply blockage or shutdown in one subsystem, thereby affecting the energy flow distribution optimization of other subsystems.The energy supply should be globally optimized during the IES energy supply restoration process to produce the highest restoration net income. Mobile emergency sources can be quickly and flexibly connected to supply energy after an energy outage to ensure a reliable supply to the system, which adds complexity to the decision. This study focuses on a powergas IES with mobile emergency sources and analyzes the coupling relationship between the gas distribution system and the power distribution system in terms of sources, networks, and loads, and the influence of mobile emergency source transportation. The influence of the transient process caused by the restoration operation of the gas distribution system on the power distribution system is also discussed. An optimization model for power-gas IES restoration was established with the objective of maximizing the net income. The coordinated restoration optimization decision-making process was also built to realize the decoupling iteration of the power-gas IES, including system status recognition, mobile emergency source dispatching optimization, gas-to-power gas flow optimization, and parallel intra-partition restoration scheme optimization for both the power and gas distribution systems. A simulation test power-gas IES consisting of an 81-node medium-voltage power distribution network, an 89-node medium-pressure gas distribution network, and four mobile emergency sources was constructed. The simulation analysis verified the efficiency of the proposed coordinated restoration optimization method.展开更多

Owing to the mobility of mobile devices, cloudlets, and their intermittent connectivity, it may become very difficult to handle emergency situations. To address this problem, a transmission model is proposed for mobile cloudlet systems, where a mobile device is used to designate a cloudlet by using the Borda scores Method and the mobile device can offload a part of its application to this cloudlet. The simulation results demonstrated that the proposed work makes a significant comtribution toward alleviating the problems associated with emergency situations.展开更多
BACKGROUND:Developments in information technology(IT)have driven a push in healthcare innovation in the emergency department(ED).Many of these applications rely on mobile technology(MT)such as smartphones but not ever...BACKGROUND:Developments in information technology(IT)have driven a push in healthcare innovation in the emergency department(ED).Many of these applications rely on mobile technology(MT)such as smartphones but not everyone is comfortable with MT usage.Our study aims to characterize the technology usage behavior of users in the ED so as to guide the implementation of IT interventions in the ED.METHODS:A cross-sectional survey was conducted in the emergency department of a tertiary hospital.Patients and their caregivers aged 21 and above were recruited.The survey collected demographic information,technology usage patterns,and participant reported comfort level in the usage of MT.We performed descriptive statistics and multivariate logistic regression to identify factors differentially associated with comfort in usage of MT.RESULTS:A total of 498 participants were recruited,and 299(60%)were patients.English was the most commonly written and read language(66.9%)and 64.2%reported a comfort level of 3/5 or more in using MT.Factors that were associated with being comfortable in using MT include having a tertiary education,being able to read and write English,as well as being a frequent user of IT.Caregivers were more likely to display these characteristics.CONCLUSION:A large proportion of ED patients are not comfortable in the usage of MT.Factors that predicted comfort level in the usage of MT were common amongst caregivers.Future interventions should take this into consideration in the design of MT interventions.展开更多
In the event of a major power outage,critical park microgrids(PMGs)could be self-sustaining if mobile emergency generators(MEGs)are stationed to share energy.However,the need for privacy protection and the value of fl...In the event of a major power outage,critical park microgrids(PMGs)could be self-sustaining if mobile emergency generators(MEGs)are stationed to share energy.However,the need for privacy protection and the value of flexible power support on minute-time scales have not been given enough attention.To address the problem,this paper proposes a new self-sustaining strategy for critical PMGs integrating MEGs.First,to promote the cooperation between PMG and MEG,a bi-level benefit distribution mechanism is designed,where the participants'multiple roles and contributions are identified,and good behaviors are also awarded.Additionally,to increase the alliance benefits,three loss coordination modes are presented to guide the power exchange at the minute level between the MEG and PMG,considering the volatility of renewable generation and load.On this basis,a multi-time scale power-energy scheduling strategy is formulated via the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)to coordinate the PMG and MEG.Finally,a dimensionality reduction technology is designed to equivalently simplify the optimization problem to facilitate the adaptive-step-based ADMM solution.Simulation studies indicate that the proposed strategy achieves the self-sustaining of PMGs integrating MEGs while increasing the economy by no less than 3.1%.展开更多

This study aims to examine the operation of Shenzhen 120 EMS center and to identify the reasons of calling EMS.BACKGROUND:In this retrospective quantitative descriptive study, the data from the Shenzhen 120 EMS registry in 2011 were analyzed.RESULTS:Shenzhen 120 EMS center is a communication command center. When the number of 120 are dialed, it is forwarded to the closest appropriate hospital for ambulance dispatch. In 2011, the Shenzhen 120 EMS center received 153 160 ambulance calls, with an average of 420 calls per day. Calling emergency services was mainly due to traffic accidents. Trauma and other acute diseases constituted a majority of ambulance transports. The adult patients aged 15-60 years are the principal users of EMS. There are no recognized 'paramedic' doctors and nurses. The pre-hospital emergency service is under the operation of emergency departments of hospitals. Shenzhen at present does not have specialized pre-hospital training for doctors and nurses in posttrauma management. Moreover, specialized pre-hospital training, financial support, and public health education on proper use of EMS should be emphasized.CONCLUSION:The Shenzhen 120 EMS center has its own epidemiology characteristics. Traumatic injury and traffic accident are the main reasons for calling ambulance service. In-depth study emphasizing the distribution and characteristics of trauma patients is crucial to the future development of EMS.展开更多
Emergency granulopoiesis and neutrophil mobilization that can be triggered by granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)through its receptor G-CSFR are essential for antibacterial innate defense.However,the epigenet...Emergency granulopoiesis and neutrophil mobilization that can be triggered by granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)through its receptor G-CSFR are essential for antibacterial innate defense.However,the epigenetic modifiers crucial for intrinsically regulating G-CSFR expression and the antibacterial response of neutrophils remain largely unclear.N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)RNA modification and the related demethylase alkB homolog 5(ALKBH5)are key epigenetic regulators of immunity and inflammation,but their roles in neutrophil production and mobilization are still unknown.We used cecal ligation and puncture(CLP)-induced polymicrobial sepsis to model systemic bacterial infection,and we report that ALKBH5 is required for emergency granulopoiesis and neutrophil mobilization.ALKBH5 depletion significantly impaired the production of immature neutrophils in the bone marrow of septic mice.In addition,Alkbh5-deficient septic mice exhibited higher retention of mature neutrophils in the bone marrow and defective neutrophil release into the circulation,which led to fewer neutrophils at the infection site than in their wild-type littermates.During bacterial infection,ALKBH5 imprinted production-and mobilization-promoting transcriptome signatures in both mouse and human neutrophils.Mechanistically,ALKBH5 erased m^(6)A methylation on the CSF3R mRNA to increase the mRNA stability and protein expression of G-CSFR,consequently upregulating cell surface G-CSFR expression and downstream STAT3 signaling in neutrophils.The RIP-qPCR results confirmed the direct binding of ALKBH5 to the CSF3R mRNA,and the binding strength declined upon bacterial infection,accounting for the decrease in G-CSFR expression on bacteria-infected neutrophils.Considering these results collectively,we define a new role of ALKBH5 in intrinsically driving neutrophil production and mobilization through m^(6)A demethylation-dependent posttranscriptional regulation,indicating that m^(6)A RNA modification in neutrophils is a potential target for treating bacterial infections and neutropenia.展开更多

This study was designed to determine whether pre-hospital emergency intervention is feasible for vascular injury in a field intervention cabin under the condition of war or a disaster site.Methods: Different types of animal experiments of vascular injury intervention were performed in a field intervention cabin. Treatment capacity was evaluated by data collection, including duration of surgery, clinical evaluation, image clarity, and equipment handling. Environmental adaptability and mobility were evaluated by maneuverability and long-distance mobility.Results: A total of 56 surgeries(7 types) were performed in the field intervention cabin. Digital subtraction angiography(DSA) had good imaging performance. A total of 4800 km of long-distance mobility was performed, and all the equipment operated normally without any equipment failure. We participated in the medical service maneuver twice. The cabin unfolded and worked properly. There was no equipment damage during the medical service maneuver.Conclusion: Use of a field intervention cabin under the conditions of war or disaster is feasible for pre-hospital emergency intervention of vascular injury.展开更多
The world is steadily moving to the post-liberal order with the urgent need of novel organizational and security approaches,also new levels of international cooperation,in order to support its stability and prosperity...The world is steadily moving to the post-liberal order with the urgent need of novel organizational and security approaches,also new levels of international cooperation,in order to support its stability and prosperity.The developed high-level Spatial Grasp Technology(SGT)and its Spatial Grasp Language(SGL)are briefed which may be particularly useful for solving numerous conflicts and crises problems emerging in different areas during this transitional period,in both local and global scale.SGT employs unlimited spatial scenario mobility and parallel holistic matching of distributed systems,with numerous communicating SGL interpreters potentially installed worldwide.Basic network creation and management operations are described in SGL which may operate on top of existing communication systems or serve individually as high level network protocols in case of non-local crises and disasters.Different operations on social networks are presented in SGL including finding strongest and weakest components with resultant changing of network topologies,also determining distances between different communities for preventing and predicting social conflicts.Fully distributed analysis,and tracing and simulation of multiple mobile objects in distributed spaces with complex routes are shown in SGL related to cruise missiles,defence objects and debris in outer space,as well as massively moving refugees through international borders.The proposed technology had trial implementations and applications in different countries,and its latest version can be readily installed by agreement on any platforms needed.展开更多

Emerging adulthood(EA)is a critical stage of life to develop and sustain a healthy lifestyle,which is also a time of vulnerability to poor physical and mental health outcomes.In this study,we conducted a path analysis...Emerging adulthood(EA)is a critical stage of life to develop and sustain a healthy lifestyle,which is also a time of vulnerability to poor physical and mental health outcomes.In this study,we conducted a path analysis(N=1326)to examine associations among four dimensions of EA,levels of regular physical activity(PA),self-control,MPA tendency and irrational procrastination.Results found:1)higher levels of PA predicted both MPA tendency(β=−0.08,95%CI:−0.11 to−0.06,p<0.001)and irrational procrastination(β=−0.01,95%CI:−0.17 to−0.008,p<0.01)indirectly via self-control;2)Instability(β=0.13,95%CI:0.08 to 0.18,p<0.01)and Responsibility(β=−0.06,95%CI:−0.10 to−0.08,p=0.03)exerted direct effects on irrational procrastination and Instability also indirectly predicted irrational procrastination via MPA tendency(β=0.03,95%CI:0.02 to 0.05,p<0.01).These findings proved that perceived features of EA are linked to behavioral problems and supported that regular PA plays a crucial role to protect mental health.展开更多

By early prevention and slowing of...BACKGROUND: Traumatic brain injury(TBI) is associated with most trauma-related deaths. Secondary brain injury is the leading cause of in-hospital deaths after traumatic brain injury. By early prevention and slowing of the initial pathophysiological mechanism of secondary brain injury, prehospital service can signifi cantly reduce case-fatality rates of TBI. In China, the incidence of TBI is increasing and the proportion of severe TBI is much higher than that in other countries. The objective of this paper is to review the pre-hospital management of TBI in China.DATA SOURCES: A literature search was conducted in January 2014 using the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI). Articles on the assessment and treatment of TBI in pre-hospital settings practiced by Chinese doctors were identified. The information on the assessment and treatment of hypoxemia, hypotension, and brain herniation was extracted from the identifi ed articles.RESULTS: Of the 471 articles identified, 65 met the selection criteria. The existing literature indicated that current practices of pre-hospital TBI management in China were sub-optimal and varied considerably across different regions.CONCLUSION: Since pre-hospital care is the weakest part of Chinese emergency care, appropriate training programs on pre-hospital TBI management are urgently needed in China.展开更多

The purpose of this study is to determine i...Background and Purpose: The display resolution of the Apple iPad? is 1024 × 768 pixels, which is greater than that required for generating the typical CT or MRI images. The purpose of this study is to determine if specific CT and MR sequences can be interpreted accurately on mobile device/PACS software platforms when compared to a traditional stationary high resolution monitor/PACS radiological workstation. If so, this allows radiologists to provide comparable interpretation as if they were onsite at an imaging center or hospital. Materials and Methods: This study is an investigator initiated, single site, retrospective, nonrandomized, IRB approved study. Five radiologists were included in this study. Each independently interpreted specific CT and MR sequences on traditional high-resolution LCD monitors via eFilm? software as well as an iPad? mobile device using Osirix? software program. Repeat interpretations were performed, with 4 weeks minimum interval between interpretations of each patient. This investigation included: 50 patients with CTA perfusion imaging, 50 patients with MRI of the brain, and 50 patients with MRI of the spine, which were image study orders generated through emergency room requests. Subsequently, interpretive results of each radiologist for each patient were statistically compared to evaluate for intra-observer and inter-observer reliability. Results: The parameters set within the CTA perfusion brain studies demonstrated excellent intra-observer variability. All of the parameters within the MRI brain studies demonstrated excellent intra-observer variability with a Cohen’s kappa value > 0.75. The Cohen’s kappa values for the board certified neuroradiologist demonstrated excellent variability for all parameters;the resident radiologists had good variability, with a majority of kappa values near 0.75. Conclusions: The data and statistical analysis demonstrated that portable mobile devices such as the Apple iPad? can display adequate resolution of CT and MRI sequences to accurately diagnose acute central nervous system injuries and other non-acute pathology.展开更多

Variety of these applications and services are based on determination of the current or future location of mobile user. Location based services (LBS) are one of the vital applications which are subdivided into two main categories: economical category and public category. Economic applications include mobile marketing, entertainment and tracking applications. Whereas, emergency cases, safety, traffic management, Muslims’ applications and public information applications are sort of public applications. The first part of the paper presents a new proposed system with developed procedure to recreate public and economic applications with high positioning accuracy and good authentication of users’ data. The developed system is created to enhance both location based services and network allocation resources within mobile network platform using either normal or GPS supported mobile equipment. The second part of the paper introduces future location prediction of mobile user dependent applications. New algorithm is developed depending on utilizing both intra-cell Movement Pattern algorithm (ICMP) [1] and hybrid uplink time Difference of Arrival and Assisted GPS technique (UTDOA_AGPS) [2]. It has been noticed that ICMP algorithm outperforms other future location prediction algorithms with high precision and within suitable time (less than 220) msec. However, UTDOA_AGPS guarantees high precession of mobile user independent of the surrounding environment. The proposed technique is used to enhance reliability and efficiency of location based services using cellular network platform.展开更多

Mobile devices have made substantial contributions in managing emergency situations. Owing to the mobility of mobile devices, cloudlets, and their intermittent connectivity, it may become very difficult to handle emergency situations. To address this problem, a transmission model is proposed for mobile cloudlet systems, where a mobile device is used to designate a cloudlet by using the Borda scores Method and the mobile device can offload a part of its application to this cloudlet. The simulation results demonstrated that the proposed work makes a significant comtribution toward alleviating the problems associated with emergency situations.
文摘BACKGROUND:Developments in information technology(IT)have driven a push in healthcare innovation in the emergency department(ED).Many of these applications rely on mobile technology(MT)such as smartphones but not everyone is comfortable with MT usage.Our study aims to characterize the technology usage behavior of users in the ED so as to guide the implementation of IT interventions in the ED.METHODS:A cross-sectional survey was conducted in the emergency department of a tertiary hospital.Patients and their caregivers aged 21 and above were recruited.The survey collected demographic information,technology usage patterns,and participant reported comfort level in the usage of MT.We performed descriptive statistics and multivariate logistic regression to identify factors differentially associated with comfort in usage of MT.RESULTS:A total of 498 participants were recruited,and 299(60%)were patients.English was the most commonly written and read language(66.9%)and 64.2%reported a comfort level of 3/5 or more in using MT.Factors that were associated with being comfortable in using MT include having a tertiary education,being able to read and write English,as well as being a frequent user of IT.Caregivers were more likely to display these characteristics.CONCLUSION:A large proportion of ED patients are not comfortable in the usage of MT.Factors that predicted comfort level in the usage of MT were common amongst caregivers.Future interventions should take this into consideration in the design of MT interventions.

文摘In the event of a major power outage,critical park microgrids(PMGs)could be self-sustaining if mobile emergency generators(MEGs)are stationed to share energy.However,the need for privacy protection and the value of flexible power support on minute-time scales have not been given enough attention.To address the problem,this paper proposes a new self-sustaining strategy for critical PMGs integrating MEGs.First,to promote the cooperation between PMG and MEG,a bi-level benefit distribution mechanism is designed,where the participants'multiple roles and contributions are identified,and good behaviors are also awarded.Additionally,to increase the alliance benefits,three loss coordination modes are presented to guide the power exchange at the minute level between the MEG and PMG,considering the volatility of renewable generation and load.On this basis,a multi-time scale power-energy scheduling strategy is formulated via the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)to coordinate the PMG and MEG.Finally,a dimensionality reduction technology is designed to equivalently simplify the optimization problem to facilitate the adaptive-step-based ADMM solution.Simulation studies indicate that the proposed strategy achieves the self-sustaining of PMGs integrating MEGs while increasing the economy by no less than 3.1%.
文摘BACKGROUND:In Shenzhen, the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) system has been in service since 1997. This study aims to examine the operation of Shenzhen 120 EMS center and to identify the reasons of calling EMS.BACKGROUND:In this retrospective quantitative descriptive study, the data from the Shenzhen 120 EMS registry in 2011 were analyzed.RESULTS:Shenzhen 120 EMS center is a communication command center. When the number of 120 are dialed, it is forwarded to the closest appropriate hospital for ambulance dispatch. In 2011, the Shenzhen 120 EMS center received 153 160 ambulance calls, with an average of 420 calls per day. Calling emergency services was mainly due to traffic accidents. Trauma and other acute diseases constituted a majority of ambulance transports. The adult patients aged 15-60 years are the principal users of EMS. There are no recognized 'paramedic' doctors and nurses. The pre-hospital emergency service is under the operation of emergency departments of hospitals. Shenzhen at present does not have specialized pre-hospital training for doctors and nurses in posttrauma management. Moreover, specialized pre-hospital training, financial support, and public health education on proper use of EMS should be emphasized.CONCLUSION:The Shenzhen 120 EMS center has its own epidemiology characteristics. Traumatic injury and traffic accident are the main reasons for calling ambulance service. In-depth study emphasizing the distribution and characteristics of trauma patients is crucial to the future development of EMS.

文摘Emergency granulopoiesis and neutrophil mobilization that can be triggered by granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)through its receptor G-CSFR are essential for antibacterial innate defense.However,the epigenetic modifiers crucial for intrinsically regulating G-CSFR expression and the antibacterial response of neutrophils remain largely unclear.N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)RNA modification and the related demethylase alkB homolog 5(ALKBH5)are key epigenetic regulators of immunity and inflammation,but their roles in neutrophil production and mobilization are still unknown.We used cecal ligation and puncture(CLP)-induced polymicrobial sepsis to model systemic bacterial infection,and we report that ALKBH5 is required for emergency granulopoiesis and neutrophil mobilization.ALKBH5 depletion significantly impaired the production of immature neutrophils in the bone marrow of septic mice.In addition,Alkbh5-deficient septic mice exhibited higher retention of mature neutrophils in the bone marrow and defective neutrophil release into the circulation,which led to fewer neutrophils at the infection site than in their wild-type littermates.During bacterial infection,ALKBH5 imprinted production-and mobilization-promoting transcriptome signatures in both mouse and human neutrophils.Mechanistically,ALKBH5 erased m^(6)A methylation on the CSF3R mRNA to increase the mRNA stability and protein expression of G-CSFR,consequently upregulating cell surface G-CSFR expression and downstream STAT3 signaling in neutrophils.The RIP-qPCR results confirmed the direct binding of ALKBH5 to the CSF3R mRNA,and the binding strength declined upon bacterial infection,accounting for the decrease in G-CSFR expression on bacteria-infected neutrophils.Considering these results collectively,we define a new role of ALKBH5 in intrinsically driving neutrophil production and mobilization through m^(6)A demethylation-dependent posttranscriptional regulation,indicating that m^(6)A RNA modification in neutrophils is a potential target for treating bacterial infections and neutropenia.
文摘Background: Minimally invasive surgery in the field of traumatic vascular injury diagnosis and treatment has achieved good results. This study was designed to determine whether pre-hospital emergency intervention is feasible for vascular injury in a field intervention cabin under the condition of war or a disaster site.Methods: Different types of animal experiments of vascular injury intervention were performed in a field intervention cabin. Treatment capacity was evaluated by data collection, including duration of surgery, clinical evaluation, image clarity, and equipment handling. Environmental adaptability and mobility were evaluated by maneuverability and long-distance mobility.Results: A total of 56 surgeries(7 types) were performed in the field intervention cabin. Digital subtraction angiography(DSA) had good imaging performance. A total of 4800 km of long-distance mobility was performed, and all the equipment operated normally without any equipment failure. We participated in the medical service maneuver twice. The cabin unfolded and worked properly. There was no equipment damage during the medical service maneuver.Conclusion: Use of a field intervention cabin under the conditions of war or disaster is feasible for pre-hospital emergency intervention of vascular injury.
文摘The world is steadily moving to the post-liberal order with the urgent need of novel organizational and security approaches,also new levels of international cooperation,in order to support its stability and prosperity.The developed high-level Spatial Grasp Technology(SGT)and its Spatial Grasp Language(SGL)are briefed which may be particularly useful for solving numerous conflicts and crises problems emerging in different areas during this transitional period,in both local and global scale.SGT employs unlimited spatial scenario mobility and parallel holistic matching of distributed systems,with numerous communicating SGL interpreters potentially installed worldwide.Basic network creation and management operations are described in SGL which may operate on top of existing communication systems or serve individually as high level network protocols in case of non-local crises and disasters.Different operations on social networks are presented in SGL including finding strongest and weakest components with resultant changing of network topologies,also determining distances between different communities for preventing and predicting social conflicts.Fully distributed analysis,and tracing and simulation of multiple mobile objects in distributed spaces with complex routes are shown in SGL related to cruise missiles,defence objects and debris in outer space,as well as massively moving refugees through international borders.The proposed technology had trial implementations and applications in different countries,and its latest version can be readily installed by agreement on any platforms needed.

文摘Emerging adulthood(EA)is a critical stage of life to develop and sustain a healthy lifestyle,which is also a time of vulnerability to poor physical and mental health outcomes.In this study,we conducted a path analysis(N=1326)to examine associations among four dimensions of EA,levels of regular physical activity(PA),self-control,MPA tendency and irrational procrastination.Results found:1)higher levels of PA predicted both MPA tendency(β=−0.08,95%CI:−0.11 to−0.06,p<0.001)and irrational procrastination(β=−0.01,95%CI:−0.17 to−0.008,p<0.01)indirectly via self-control;2)Instability(β=0.13,95%CI:0.08 to 0.18,p<0.01)and Responsibility(β=−0.06,95%CI:−0.10 to−0.08,p=0.03)exerted direct effects on irrational procrastination and Instability also indirectly predicted irrational procrastination via MPA tendency(β=0.03,95%CI:0.02 to 0.05,p<0.01).These findings proved that perceived features of EA are linked to behavioral problems and supported that regular PA plays a crucial role to protect mental health.
文摘BACKGROUND: Traumatic brain injury(TBI) is associated with most trauma-related deaths. Secondary brain injury is the leading cause of in-hospital deaths after traumatic brain injury. By early prevention and slowing of the initial pathophysiological mechanism of secondary brain injury, prehospital service can signifi cantly reduce case-fatality rates of TBI. In China, the incidence of TBI is increasing and the proportion of severe TBI is much higher than that in other countries. The objective of this paper is to review the pre-hospital management of TBI in China.DATA SOURCES: A literature search was conducted in January 2014 using the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI). Articles on the assessment and treatment of TBI in pre-hospital settings practiced by Chinese doctors were identified. The information on the assessment and treatment of hypoxemia, hypotension, and brain herniation was extracted from the identifi ed articles.RESULTS: Of the 471 articles identified, 65 met the selection criteria. The existing literature indicated that current practices of pre-hospital TBI management in China were sub-optimal and varied considerably across different regions.CONCLUSION: Since pre-hospital care is the weakest part of Chinese emergency care, appropriate training programs on pre-hospital TBI management are urgently needed in China.

文摘China has mobile phone penetration rate of over 96.2%.Mobile phone has become the largest Internet terminal for Chinese Internet users.Population geographic distribution in earthquake zones can be got based on mobile phone positioning and map matching.For reducing earthquake black-box stage,we propose a real-time collection,correction and schedule algorithm of population position data by four stream processing environments(Redis,Hbase,Kafka,and Spark Streaming)in this paper.For labeling precisely population geographic distribution on the network map,matching of population geographic coordinates and map coordinates are optimized by sample comparison based on location data of mobile communication base stations and prefecture level cities.The test result shows the proposed system is high efficient and can rapidly respond to any emerging parallel tasks during the earthquake.A high-precision heat map of affected population can be produced and published on-line within 2 min after the devastating earthquake happened.
文摘Background and Purpose: The display resolution of the Apple iPad? is 1024 × 768 pixels, which is greater than that required for generating the typical CT or MRI images. The purpose of this study is to determine if specific CT and MR sequences can be interpreted accurately on mobile device/PACS software platforms when compared to a traditional stationary high resolution monitor/PACS radiological workstation. If so, this allows radiologists to provide comparable interpretation as if they were onsite at an imaging center or hospital. Materials and Methods: This study is an investigator initiated, single site, retrospective, nonrandomized, IRB approved study. Five radiologists were included in this study. Each independently interpreted specific CT and MR sequences on traditional high-resolution LCD monitors via eFilm? software as well as an iPad? mobile device using Osirix? software program. Repeat interpretations were performed, with 4 weeks minimum interval between interpretations of each patient. This investigation included: 50 patients with CTA perfusion imaging, 50 patients with MRI of the brain, and 50 patients with MRI of the spine, which were image study orders generated through emergency room requests. Subsequently, interpretive results of each radiologist for each patient were statistically compared to evaluate for intra-observer and inter-observer reliability. Results: The parameters set within the CTA perfusion brain studies demonstrated excellent intra-observer variability. All of the parameters within the MRI brain studies demonstrated excellent intra-observer variability with a Cohen’s kappa value > 0.75. The Cohen’s kappa values for the board certified neuroradiologist demonstrated excellent variability for all parameters;the resident radiologists had good variability, with a majority of kappa values near 0.75. Conclusions: The data and statistical analysis demonstrated that portable mobile devices such as the Apple iPad? can display adequate resolution of CT and MRI sequences to accurately diagnose acute central nervous system injuries and other non-acute pathology.
文摘Many wireless applications are deployed and available to customers via their mobile phones. Variety of these applications and services are based on determination of the current or future location of mobile user. Location based services (LBS) are one of the vital applications which are subdivided into two main categories: economical category and public category. Economic applications include mobile marketing, entertainment and tracking applications. Whereas, emergency cases, safety, traffic management, Muslims’ applications and public information applications are sort of public applications. The first part of the paper presents a new proposed system with developed procedure to recreate public and economic applications with high positioning accuracy and good authentication of users’ data. The developed system is created to enhance both location based services and network allocation resources within mobile network platform using either normal or GPS supported mobile equipment. The second part of the paper introduces future location prediction of mobile user dependent applications. New algorithm is developed depending on utilizing both intra-cell Movement Pattern algorithm (ICMP) [1] and hybrid uplink time Difference of Arrival and Assisted GPS technique (UTDOA_AGPS) [2]. It has been noticed that ICMP algorithm outperforms other future location prediction algorithms with high precision and within suitable time (less than 220) msec. However, UTDOA_AGPS guarantees high precession of mobile user independent of the surrounding environment. The proposed technique is used to enhance reliability and efficiency of location based services using cellular network platform.
