Under the background of“fostering character and civic virtue,”higher education must effectively integrate ideological and political education.The concept of curriculum ideology and politics has become increasingly developed and sophisticated,which can be a guiding concept for the teaching and reform practice of college students’employment guidance courses.Based on educational observation and logical analysis,this paper elaborates on the connotation of the concept of curriculum ideology and politics,analyzes the key points of the reform of college students’employment guidance courses under this concept,and affirms the value of course reform.On this basis,this paper specifically analyzes the common problems in the reform of the employment guidance course under the new concept and makes a detailed interpretation of the performance problems such as the vague course objectives and the lack of innovation in the course teaching methods.Combined with the relevant problems,this paper proposes strategies such as building the course objective system by linking the curriculum ideology and politics,and driving the teaching innovation of the course from multiple perspectives,aiming to provide more references for the corresponding course reform. 展开更多

In the context of the era of continuous development of artificial intelligence, the labor value of university students is impacted by technological substitution. Simultaneously, university students are also required to constantly update their skills. All of the above will be the challenge of university students’  employment prospects. However, artificial intelligence will also bring new opportunities, which will stimulate the innovation ability of university students and bring new directions for employment. In order to better cope with the possible impact of artificial intelligence, universities should incorporate employment guidance services into the “three-wide education” system. To achieve this, universities need to take the following measures: developing the dynamic monitoring system of university employment based on big data, constructing the employment guidance curriculum system of university students throughout the whole process, updating the mode of diversified employment guidance service as well as establishing a team of employment guidance teachers keeping pace with the times. These measures aim to better adapt to the job market demands in the context of artificial intelligence, guide students to actively respond to the possible impact of artificial intelligence technology, cultivate their core competencies and qualities that are less likely to be replaced by artificial intelligence, and promote the high-quality employment of university students. 展开更多

Based on process evaluation methods of public policy, there are three positive effects of ESP, but despite these effects we cannot overrate the performance of ESP. The problem is the double segmentation between urban and rural areas as well as among different regions, the poor basic fund, and the deviation of positioned policy support objects. This article describes a study by co-integration test and Granger causality test on the relationships between China's services trades and employment using the data of services trade from the WTO website and the employment data from China Statistic Yearbook for the years from 1982 to 2003. Co-integration test showed that 1% increase in export value and import value of services created respectively 0.205% and 0.068 7% more job opportunities in the service sector. Both export and import of services impacted positively on employment in service industry, and export did more than import. However, in the short run, the impacts of services export and import on employment in service industry were both very small, though positive; and the impacts of employment in service industry on both export and import of services were very big, but not stable. Granger causality test indicated that employment in service industry was a Granger cause of services export. The findings highlight the importance of facilitating services import and reducing import barriers, and suggest that the competitiveness of China's labor- intensive services trade can be exploited to boost services export and help employment in service sector, and that the structure of services trade should be optimized by shifting from labor-intensive to knowledge-and technology-intensive services thus to enhance China's competitiveness of services export. 展开更多

Will the Service Sector Promote China’s Long-Term Employment Growth?

The coexistence of the slowing-down economy and the buoyant employment market has been the pattern in China in recent years, and the service sector has played an important role in this regard. This paper uses empirical analysis to prove that the service sector has a long-term mechanism to promote employment growth: first, the verification of the Baumol-Fuchs hypothesis shows that the income elasticity of demand for services in China is greater than 1. As the current development of the services is lagging behind, this sector has great development potential. Second, the revised employment equation shows that the employment elasticity of the service sector is much higher than that of the industrial sector, and its employment adhesiveness is stronger as well. The employment of the service sector can not only create more jobs for the national economy, but also help stabilize the job market. The employment pressure in China is mainly caused by migrant workers and college graduates. To solve the employment problems of these two groups, China has to promote the development of traditional services and speed up the upgrading of emerging services at the same time, and should neglect neither. This paper provides recommendations accordingly. 展开更多

Based on the cross-sectional data of the survey conducted in China's main wheat producing areas at the end of 2019,this paper uses the translog production function model to estimate agricultural technical efficiency,and studies the relationship between nonfarm employment,agricultural machinery service purchase and agricultural production efficiency.The results show that the household non-agricultural employment ratio and non-agricultural income have a significant positive impact on the purchase of agricultural machinery services.In addition to the effect of scale efficiency,non-agricultural employment does not have a significant impact on agricultural technical efficiency,and labor transfer does not have a significant negative impact on agricultural production. 展开更多

目的了解重庆市首届农村订单定向医学生(以下简称定向医学生)履约期满后就业情况及其影响因素,为更好地培养及使用定向医学生提出相应的策略和建议。方法以重庆市2010级完成“5+3”年培养且已到基层工作3年,完成履约期的首批定向医学生... 目的了解重庆市首届农村订单定向医学生(以下简称定向医学生)履约期满后就业情况及其影响因素,为更好地培养及使用定向医学生提出相应的策略和建议。方法以重庆市2010级完成“5+3”年培养且已到基层工作3年,完成履约期的首批定向医学生为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查。结果31名(32.63%)定向医学生在履约期满后继续留在基层医疗单位工作,定向单位的薪资待遇、工作氛围、晋升空间以及对员工的重视度是影响定向医学生留在基层医疗单位的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论重庆市首届定向医学生在履约期满后继续留在基层医疗单位服务的人数偏少。建议提高定向医学生在基层医疗单位的薪资待遇,重视定向医学生的职业发展,完善基层医疗单位管理制度,出台向定向医学生倾斜的有益政策,以增强定向医学生工作积极性及职业认同感,为基层医疗事业留住人才。 展开更多

The combination of the realistic demand of urban families to raise children and provide for the aged and the employment demand of rural migrant workers will inevitably lead to the continuous growth of the market demand for household care services.The determination of the tripartite legal relationship between household workers,household service agencies,and families(individuals)is an important issue for the normative development of the household service industry.In specific judicial practice,local courts perform differently in the determination of the relationship between“household workers and household service agencies.”The application of law in relevant cases also often swings between the civil law and the labor law.The Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China(hereinafter“the Civil Code”)does not retain the concept of“employment relationship”used in the original Interpretation of the Supreme People’s Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Personal Injury Compensation Cases.Then,what is the relationship between household workers,household service agencies,and families(individuals)after the Civil Code came into force?This article shows the judicial dilemma currently faced by the household workers in the protection of labor rights and interests through an empirical analysis of the victim liability disputes of household workers and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the occupational injury protection mechanism of household workers in China through a comparative study of the occupational injury risk sharing mechanism of household workers and an analysis of the local exploration of the occupational injury protection system of flexible employees in China. 展开更多

健全公共就业服务制度是落实就业优先战略的重要举措,对改善农民工就业质量和促进就业公平具有重要价值。文章基于2015-2020年上海市农民工市民化进程动态监测调查的5567个样本,实证分析了公共就业服务对农民工就业质量代际差异的影响... 健全公共就业服务制度是落实就业优先战略的重要举措,对改善农民工就业质量和促进就业公平具有重要价值。文章基于2015-2020年上海市农民工市民化进程动态监测调查的5567个样本,实证分析了公共就业服务对农民工就业质量代际差异的影响及其作用机理。研究发现:公共就业服务显著提升了老一代和新生代农民工的就业质量,尤其是对老一代农民工的改善效果更加明显;职业介绍、职业指导、职业培训等不同类型的就业服务对老一代农民工就业质量的提升效果均显著高于新生代农民工,具有明显的代际差异。其次,公共就业服务对农民工就业质量的提升效果随着就业质量增加而衰减,尤其对就业质量偏低的老一代农民工的提升效果更显著,表明公共就业服务具有兜底效应。此外,公共就业服务的结构效应对农民工就业质量的代际差异具有明显的抑制作用,明显高于禀赋效应的促进作用,从而缩小就业质量的代际差异。该研究对于推动城乡融合发展以及共同富裕具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。 展开更多
