Research on the Development Strategy of Panxi Sunshine Health and Wellness Homestays and Hotels Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Preservation

This study is the first phase of research results from the student innovation project“Yunqiao Sunshine Health and Wellness Homestay”group at Chengdu Normal University.By analyzing the current state of the Sunshine Health and Wellness Tourism Area economy in the Panxi region of Sichuan,local policies,and the current state of Sunshine Health and Wellness homestays and hotels,this paper proposes the possibility of developing Sunshine Health and Wellness homestays and hotels through traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health preservation methods.It also proposes development strategies for such hotels through a market survey SWOT analysis.

A holistic strategy for quality and safety control of traditional Chinese medicines by the “iVarious” standard system

An effective quality control system is the key to ensuring the quality, safety and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs). However, the current quality standard research lacks top-level design and systematic design,mostly based on specific technologies or evaluation methods. To resolve the challenges and questions of quality control of TCMs, a brand-new quality standard system, named "iVarious", was proposed. The system comprises eight elements in a modular format. Meaning of every element was specifically illustrated via corresponding research instances. Furthermore, frankincense study was taken as an example for demonstrating standards and research process, based on the "i Various" system. This system highlighted a holistic strategy for effectiveness,security, integrity and systematization of quality and safety control standards of TCMs. The establishment of"i Various" integrates multi-disciplinary technologies and progressive methods, basis elements and key points of standard construction. The system provides a novel idea and technological demonstration for regulation establishment of TCMs quality standards.

Multimodal integrated strategy for the discovery and identification of quality markers in traditional Chinese medicine

With the modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the requirement for quality control has increased.The quality marker(Q-marker)is an important standard in this field and has been implemented with remarkable success in recent years.However,the establishment of Qmarkers remains fragmented and the process lacks systematicity,resulting in inconsistent quality control and insufficient correlation with clinical efficacy and safety of TCM.This review introduces four multimodal integrated approaches that contribute to the discovery of more comprehensive and accurate Qmarkers,thus aiding in the establishment of new quality control patterns based on the characteristics and principles of TCM.These include the whole-process quality control strategy,chemical-activity-based screening method,efficacy,safety,and consistent combination strategy,and TCM theory-guided approach.Furthermore,methodologies and representative examples of these strategies are described,and important future directions and questions in this field are also proposed.

Professor Qi Cong’ s therapeutic strategy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with different stages of assisted reproduction technology

The success rate of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer is only about 28.5%.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and assisted reproduction technology can effectively improve the pregnancy rate,which has good application prospect.However,there is no relevant record in traditional Chinese medicine.Unified diagnosis and treatment system has yet been established.According to many years of clinical experience,Professor Qi Cong summarized the treatment strategy of traditional Chinese medicine.Treatment of invigorating the spleen to nourish blood,reinforcing the spleen and kidney,tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation,enriching the kidney to prevent miscarriage,cooling blood to stop bleeding are given based on the characteristics of each stage and patients'symptoms during the transplantation.Disease differentiation matters during intermittent stage.Besides,she advocated treating husband and wife together.All of the above are characterized by Chinese medicine concept of pre cultivating the loss,treating the same disease with different methods,and three categories of etiologic factors.

Study on Agricultural Intellectual Property Protection and High-Quality Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Ginseng

Agricultural intellectual property has the functions of carrying forward agricultural cultural heritage,encouraging agricultural scientific and technological innovation,cultivating the brand of agricultural products and so on. The protection and application of agricultural intellectual property rights can enhance the vitality,innovation and competitiveness of agricultural economy,and promote the strategy of high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization. Ginseng is a traditional medicinal variety with superior characteristics in Northeast China,and it is one of the most famous " three treasures" in Northeast China. This paper introduces ginseng( Panax ginseng C. A. Mey.) and its medicinal value,analyzes the traditional knowledge,biological genetic resources,new plant varieties,patents,geographical indications,trademarks and other agricultural intellectual property resources of ginseng,studies the traditional Chinese medicine GAP certification and certification of " Three Agricultural Products" and the construction of the dominant area of agricultural product( Fusong ginseng) with Chinese characteristics,and explores the rural revitalization strategy and traditional Chinese medicine development strategy,ginseng agricultural intellectual property protection and high quality development strategy.

Analysis of new therapeutic strategies for diabetes mellitus based on traditional Chinese medicine'xiaoke'formulae

Objective:To develop new therapeutic strategies for diabetes mellitus(DM)by analyzing the mechanisms of action of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)'xiaoke'formulae(TCM prescriptions for remedying xiaoke).Methods:We characterized 291 xiaoke formulae,including the herbs contained,chemical composition,constituents'targets,and corresponding genes.Xiaoke-related genes were retrieved based on the relationships of constituents'targets and xiaoke formulae,and a threshold of over 95.88%occurrence of each constituent target in the 291 TCM formulae served as a definition for xiaoke-related genes.Upon comparison with DM-related genes in the DisGeNET database,the genes differing in expression between cases administered TCM and synthetic drugs were explored using a TCM grammar system.Results:The results showed that xiaoke formulae and 14 exclusively xiaoke-related genes were significantly associated with multiple biological processes closely related to DM and diabetic complications(P<.01).Moreover,intervention in the expression of these xiaoke-related genes would affect DM-related genes directly or indirectly.Conclusion:The 14 xiaoke-related genes APEX1,EHMT2,TSHR,CBX1,FEN1,GMNN,JUN,KMT2A,MAPT,POLl,USP1,PIN1,POLB,and POLK can serve as candidate genes for antidiabetic drug design.Compared with DM-related genes in DisGeNET,intervention in the expression of 14 xiaoke-related genes by TCM formulae has the potential to not only lower blood glucose,but also reduce the occurrence of some side effects and inhibit the development of diabetic complications.These findings will contribute to the discovery of new strategies for treating DM.

Therapeutic strategy in colorectal cancer based on Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine: from the lipid metabolism perspective

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a major cause of morbidity and mortality and is closely associated with lipid metabolism,of which fatty acid metabolism,the release of fat factors and the abnormal level of blood lipids are all important pathogenic mechanisms.With the increasing awareness of lipid metabolism,advances in lipid-regulating therapy have made it possible for anti-tumor effect in CRC.However,there are still many research gaps and limitations.Given the complexity and uncertainty of targeted lipid-regulating therapy for CRC,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)may have a leg up when it comes to the theory of“holistic concept”and“treatment based on syndrome differentiation”.Meanwhile,proper dietary direction,healthy lifestyles,and normal serum lipid levels contribute directly to the prognosis of CRC patients.

Pathophysiological consequences and treatment strategy of obstructive jaundice

Obstructive jaundice(OJ)is a common problem in daily clinical practice.However,completely understanding the pathophysiological changes in OJ remains a challenge for planning current and future management.The effects of OJ are widespread,affecting the biliary tree,hepatic cells,liver function,and causing systemic complications.The lack of bile in the intestine,destruction of the intestinal mucosal barrier,and increased absorption of endotoxins can lead to endotoxemia,production of proinflammatory cytokines,and induce systemic inflammatory response syndrome,ultimately leading to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.Proper management of OJ includes adequate water supply and electrolyte replacement,nutritional support,preventive antibiotics,pain relief,and itching relief.The surgical treatment of OJ depends on the cause,location,and severity of the obstruction.Biliary drainage,surgery,and endoscopic intervention are potential treatment options depending on the patient's condition.In addition to modern medical treatments,Traditional Chinese medicine may offer therapeutic benefits for OJ.A comprehensive search was conducted on PubMed for relevant articles published up to August 1970.This review discusses in detail the pathophysiological changes associated with OJ and presents effective strategies for managing the condition.

Protection of Intellectual Property and Authenticity of Chinese Herbal Medicine Chrysanthemum morifolium

This paper first introduced Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. and its medicinal value. Then, it studied agricultural intellectual property resources such as geographical indications, trademarks, patents, new plant varieties, biological genetic resources, and traditional knowledge related to C. morifolium . Finally, it summarized poverty-stricken areas ecologically suitable for planting C. morifolium , analyzed the GAP certification of C. morifolium , pollution-free agricultural product certification, green food certification, and organic food certification, and discussed the strategies for C. morifolium intellectual property protection and authenticity protection in the context of TCM development strategy and rural revitalization strategy.

Hospital-based health technology assessment:The next frontier for traditional Chinese medicine hospitals

Hospital-based health technology assessment(HB-HTA)is highly valuable in the application of hospital medical technology,cost control,improvement of medical quality,and protection of medical safety,and its use is increasing daily globally.However,in China,HB-HTA is still in its infancy,and it is yet to be adopted in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Therefore,this article introduces the application and development of HB-HTA,as well as discusses the current situation of TCM and related future development strategies to provide ideas and references for the development of HB-HTA in TCM.We conclude and recommend that all major stakeholders,including the state,health departments,and hospital leaders,support and promote the exploration and development of HB-HTA in TCM hospitals and integrative medicine hospitals.We also suggest the utilization of existing talents and introduction of other necessary talents to promote better and faster organizational development,as well as suggest the formation of a national and internationally recognized HB-HTA guidance manual and toolkit for TCM hospitals based on both the national HTA guidelines and the evaluation of TCM hospitals pilot projects.Moreover,we recommend that HB-HTA pilot study should be executed with Chinese patent medicine as the starting point to form the implementation process and framework in the TCM arena.

数据信息素养嵌入中医药研究生教育的思考和探索

[目的]将数据信息素养嵌入中医药类研究生教育,为提升研究生学位论文质量提供创新思路。[方法]采集浙江中医药大学2016至2021年送审的891篇次博士学位论文的盲审结果数据,根据博士研究生的培养类别、学科专业、送审年份、所属单位、学位论文评阅指标等因素,统计分析研究生学位论文的质量情况,提出目前存在的问题和相关对策建议。[结果]A、B、C档的篇次占比分别为85.07%、12.01%、2.92%,各档间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。按一级学科分类,结果表明中药学的博士学位论文质量整体优于其他学科;按培养类别分类,结果表明非定向的博士学位论文质量整体优于定向类别;按送审年份分类,结果表明近年来随着博士论文盲审送审数量的增加,学位论文的整体质量也逐渐提升;按所属单位分类,结果表明第二临床医学院、药学院、基础医学院的博士学位论文整体质量较好,优于其他学院。综合说明培养类别、学科专业、送审年份、所属单位、学位论文评阅指标等因素,均有效反馈博士学位论文的整体质量。[结论]为了提升研究生教育质量,尤其是研究生学位论文质量,将数据信息素养融入研究生教育具有非常重要的意义。

学术沙龙对中医基础理论专业研究生能力提升的实践与探索

学术沙龙是一种灵活的学术交流形式,新冠疫情背景下,线下的学术沙龙活动受到了极大的影响,但同时线上交流活动受到了前所未有的推动。各种会议应用被广泛用于线上交流,而智慧教学平台的诸多配套功能可对学术沙龙的内容及形式进行改善,在疫情期间,成为组织研究生交流、扩展教学的有力补充。从开始的无奈之举,到后来逐渐摸索出一系列线上活动的优势与长处,线上沙龙活动,不但在疫情期间帮助学生们更好地完成学业、增强了团体的凝聚力,而且也为教师提供了全新的学生活动实践经验,并在实践中摸索出中医药学知识推广的新思路。疫情过后,全国全面恢复正常秩序,线下的教学与学生活动也已经恢复如前。而线上教学平台已成为日常教学的有力补充,线上沙龙也得以保留,且大大丰富了线下沙龙的内容与活动形式,已经成为学术沙龙不可分割的一部分。

中药饮片质量追溯体系的建设及应用

追溯技术广泛应用于中药领域,中药材产品追溯体系逐渐形成,中药饮片的质量追溯管理模式也在不断进步。分析中药饮片质量追溯体系在国内部分省份的建设现状,阐明体系建设的促进方案,提出发挥行业协会积极性、专业性,及时发布法规及追溯标准,建设中药饮片追溯监管服务平台,完善饮片质量监管体系的发展策略。

社区中医养生保健服务能力提升策略研究

社区卫生服务中心是提升中医药服务水平、满足多元化就医需求和推动中医药参与居民养生保健的重要载体。文章通过实地调查、实证分析的方法,在山东省烟台市、东营市开展社区中医养生保健服务能力的调查。发现居民对健康管理和中医养生保健服务的整体认知水平有待提升,但随着中医药特色服务与宣教的开展,居民对保健养生和慢性病治疗等服务的需求旺盛;社区卫生服务中心开展中医养生保健服务存在供需失衡的现象;居民对中医养生保健服务的满意度较高。文章从做好中医药文化宣传与推广、增加社区中医养生保健服务项目供给、培养中医养生保健服务技术技能人员等3个方面提出具体举措,为提升社区卫生服务中心中医养生保健服务能力提供参考建议。

基于中药质量标志物的中药产业高质量发展技术策略

中药质量是中药安全有效的保障,中药质量关乎国民生命健康,也关乎中药产业的健康发展。以往中药质量研究与质量控制模式难以满足中药复杂体系的质量控制要求,需要在理论、模式、技术方法和研究路径上实现质的突破。在对中药复杂体系和产业特点客观分析的基础上,针对中药质量研究与质量控制现实问题,提出基于中药质量标志物的中药产业高质量发展技术策略。以此建立与中药临床效用密切关联、特有专属、整体评价和面向中药全产业链的质量标准和质量控制体系,并为行业监管提供科学、有效的“监管工具”,对于提高我国中药质量标准和质量控制水平具有一定的参考意义。

Integration strategy of network pharmacology in Traditional Chinese Medicine: a narrative review

Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has been extensively used as a mainstay for treating various pathologies.Combing the pharmacology and systems biology approaches,the network pharmacology(NP)approach was developed to predict the probable mechanism underlying the therapeutic effect of TCM.However,approaches solely based on NP cannot effectively elucidate the curative mechanism in a holistic and reliable manner due to limitations in NP-based methods and complexity of TCM components.Thus,integration strategies combining NP with other approaches are increasingly being used.Since the interdisciplinary research in TCM has received much attention in the advent of the big data era of which the NPbased integration strategy is broadly used,the strategy is clearly elaborated in the present review.We summarized several NP-based integration strategies and their applications in TCM studies,including multi-omics approach,gut microbiota study,chemical information analysis,data-mining,and network toxicology study.

基于多方位综合素质培养的研究生教育模式探索与实践—以湖南中医药大学中医诊断研究所为例

医学研究生是医学研究的重要力量,同时也是培养高层次创新医学人才的重要储备。医学教育的根本任务是加强医学相关学科的建设布局和支持力度,培养高层次的、具有国际视野的复合型医学人才。在此背景下,探索如何提升中医学术型研究生的综合素质是高层次医学创新型人才培养的关键课题。文章以湖南中医药大学中医诊断研究所为例,在培养中医诊断学学术型研究生过程中,通过实验室结合可共享数字化学术资源为主的开放式共享平台,联合产学研合作、学科竞赛及人文素质教育的培养模式,探讨了提升中医诊断学学术型研究生综合素质的可行性,旨在为该教育模式的推广提供依据和参考。

健康中国战略下三级公立中医医院员工绩效考核标准的优化研究

目的以健康中国战略为切入点分析三级公立中医医院员工绩效考核标准优化方案。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月泰安市中医医院230名医务人员为研究对象,按照绩效考核标准不同将其划分为对照组与观察组,每组115名。对照组采用传统绩效考核标准,观察组采用基于公益性、全面性、公平性和客观操作性等4个角度的优化后的绩效考核标准,对比医务人员对绩效考核结果的满意度。结果观察组对绩效考核满意度为86.96%(100/115),高于对照组的71.30%(83/115),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.530,P<0.05);观察组综合能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对现行绩效考核标准进行优化,可以有效提高医务人员对绩效考核制度满意度,提高工作效率与工作质量。
