既有建筑物窗墙比差异较大,在节能改造过程中窗墙比和窗的热工性能对保温层厚度的影响不可忽视。在《严寒和寒冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》围护结构节能设计规定的基础上,提出围护结构等效传热系数限值,综合考虑朝向、窗墙比、窗户的类型等因素,建立了外墙保温层厚度计算模型和围护结构热工性能参数优化模型,并以徐州地区某既有住宅为例,验证了模型的可行性。

既有住宅建筑节能改造措施及节能减排效果——以夏热冬冷地区杭州市为例

分析了夏热冬冷地区既有住宅建筑节能改造的适用性措施及其节能减排效果.选取杭州市区典型既有住宅建筑为示例楼,并分析其实际热工性能;按照住宅建筑节能标准,从实际改造和热工模拟的角度分析变量的优化可能性,并提出7个切实可行的节能改造措施.采用反应系数法,动态能耗模拟评价各个措施的节能效果;根据节能效果,采用简化生命周期评价(LCA)方法,分析各个措施改造后CO2排放量.根据分析结果,提出优化节能改造方案.优化节能改造方案的分析结果显示,通过节能改造,优化杭州既有住宅建筑的热工性能,非常有助于节能和降低CO2排放.

以唐山河北1号小区既有居住建筑综合节能改造工程为例,分析了中国寒冷地区既有居住建筑不同改造方案的节能保温效果。通过采用围护结构保温、塑钢中空低辐射(Low-E)镀膜玻璃、供暖系统改造、分户热计量等节能技术后,单位建筑面积的采暖能耗最低为11.9 W/m2,平均采暖能耗13.37 W/m2,3栋示范建筑都可以实现节能65%的节能标准。按单位建筑面积平均节煤量22.57 kg/m2计算,北方采暖地区既有居住建筑节能改造后,每年可节约标准煤约4875万t,减少二氧化碳排放1.24亿t,减少二氧化硫排放6.79×104 t,减少氮氧化物排放43.7×104 t。
