突发事件案例是各种非常规突发事件发生后事件演变过程、应急处置和事后恢复与总结的真实记述。基于突发事件案例的特征和应急平台人工智能技术对案例的复用要求,根据系统工程的思想,设计了突发事件案例元模型、案例库组织模型、案例库主题词表、数据库系统及其高级应用方案。

i.e.the Model-View-Controller construction.In the aspect of advanced application of the database system
we would like to recommend the following analysis systems
that is
the case based reasoning
the grey relational analysis and the single factor analysis.Therefore
it can be seen that the database system design for the provincial-level oriented emergency platform we propose here can be expected to provide a new method for the storage
management and application of emergency platform oriented emergency events.Key words: safety control
