The purpose of Engineering Procurement Construction(EPC)general contracting project schedule management is to ensure that the project meets its deadlines,and it plays a critical role in contract performance.In comparison to the domestic general contracting model,project management and coordination are more complex for the general contractor of international EPC projects.As a result,scientific project schedule process control is critical to effectively ensuring project duration,saving project costs,improving project management level,and project quality,and ensuring that the project achieves the promised advantages for both the contractor and the owner.Through the research and analysis of the status of the schedule management of the Indonesia B Project Phase II cement project,corresponding optimization measures are proposed for the project schedule process control.

工程造价超预算的原因分析和控制方法研究

在工程项目实施过程中,工程造价控制成为项目管理中的关键环节。本文从工程造价预算控制有益于项目顺利结算、有利于项目合理投入、有助于减少变更数量三个方面阐述了其意义。提出了造成超预算是因为施工组织设计脱离实际、工程施工进度失去控制、项目成本管理缺乏力度三个主要原因,提出了相应的控制方法,应严审施工组织设计以减少施工变更、严控工程施工进度以降低延期消耗、强化预算控制意识以提升投入效能。

改进关键链技术在泵站施工进度管控中的应用

为解决工程施工进度管控关键链技术应用中存在的缓冲区计算方法粗略,缓冲区监控方法脱离实际施工的问题,通过引入风险控制系数、资源影响系数、工序复杂系数、工序位置系数以及环境系数五个指标,运用层次分析法和CRITIC(Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation)客观赋权法构建缓冲区优化模型;将缓冲区消耗率和项目工作链完成进度百分比相关联,建立了缓冲区动态监控机制。运用缓冲区优化模型和动态监控机制改进关键链技术,将改进关键链技术应用于泵站工程施工进度管理。结果表明:该方法所得到的缓冲区尺寸较为合理,可以实现缩短计划工期和实现缓冲区动态监控,为水利工程施工进度管控提供借鉴。

智能建管平台下工程总承包项目信息共享激励研究

信息共享是提高工程总承包(engineering-procurement-construction,EPC)项目管理效率的关键因素之一,而以建筑信息模型(BIM)技术为基础,结合云计算、人工智能、物联网等技术,在项目全生命周期内对项目成本、进度、质量、安全等多方面进行有效的数字化管控的智能建管平台的应用可以有效改善EPC项目中信息不对称现象。但是工程实践中存在总承包商信息共享积极性不高的问题。针对这一问题,以业主方主导构建的智能建管平台为特定情境,运用演化博弈理论构建业主方和总承包商之间的博弈模型,分析双方在信息共享激励过程中的策略选择并进行仿真研究,以探讨不同参数对总承包商信息共享行为的影响,以及影响双方策略选择的关键因素。结果发现:业主方的额外收益越大、激励成本越低,其更倾向于采取激励策略;总承包商积极信息共享的潜在收益越大、消极信息共享的机会收益越小,其更倾向于采取积极信息共享策略;总承包商的智能建管平台应用成熟度和对总承包商的补贴对双方的策略都有显著影响。基于此,提出业主方应从物质激励和声誉激励相结合、基于智能建管平台应用的不同时期及时调整激励策略和辅以适当惩罚机制3个维度来制定激励策略,以促进总承包商积极共享信息。

海洋石油工程项目建设成本管理思路

干扰情形下重复性项目快速修复策略模型与算法

重复性项目受到干扰事件影响后,如何使其低成本,快速修复到基准调度计划,是项目管理者面临的重要问题。本文研究了干扰情形下重复性项目的反应性调度问题。首先提出了一种新的快速修复策略模型,旨在使项目以较低的成本快速修复到基准调度计划;针对问题特点,设计了一种Q-learning与遗传算法结合的混合算法进行求解;最后通过一个高速公路项目和蒙特卡洛模拟验证了本文模型和算法的有效性。结果表明:本文所提出的修复策略可以显著降低反应性调度成本;在一定范围内,增加修复的范围可以有效降低反应性调度成本;Q-learning与遗传算法混合算法在该问题上的求解质量和效率优于遗传算法。本文可以为重复性项目管理者进行反应性调度提供决策依据。

基于BIM技术的工程进度管理研究

文章通过研究分析大量的文献资料,对传统进度管理的理论、方法等内容做出概述,在此基础上论述了BIM技术应用在进度管理方面的相关理论,并通过对BIM技术下进度计划的编制、控制两方面内容进行分析,阐述了BIM技术的引入打破了传统进度管理的局限性和不足,为后续相关研究提供参考。

基于数字孪生的建设工程项目管理数字化

我国大型建设项目具有规模大、工序复杂交叉、信息碎片化、劳动力短缺等问题,对传统项目管理方式形成了挑战,项目管理数字化需求十分迫切,其中数字孪生是当前实现项目管理数字化的重要手段。通过研究数字孪生的内涵、孪生映射以及数字孪生成熟度评价,并结合南通绕城高速公路项目的应用实践,总结并提出基于数字孪生的建设项目管理数字化转型的实现路径、技术手段及建议。主要结论如下:(1)基于数字孪生内涵,构建了建设项目管理的数字孪生模型及考虑生命周期、模型映射、功能和数据完备性的四维度数字孪生成熟度评价模型。(2)采用BIM、GIS、UAV和IoT技术集成,在BIM“一模到底”理念下构建以BIM为数据载体的高速公路项目的数字孪生模型,实现孪生体虚实精准映射。(3)基于数字孪生的工程项目管理数字化具有提升组织管理能力、管理效益提升、提升工程质量、项目数字资产价值再生等意义。(4)为切实推动建设项目管理数字化,需根据项目特点,着力解决项目结合、理念转变、组织保障和技术支撑等问题。

施工企业建安工程成本考核工作标准化及应用研究

“成本考核”工作是成本管理工作中的重点内容。通过对某施工企业建筑安装工程成本考核工作的调研与分析,发现企业成本考核工作存在的问题,如核算对象定义规则不统一、考核周期随意划分、考核方式选择不当等;借助“建安工程费用项目组成”及“价税分离”的理论基础,针对现存问题及企业管理现状,梳理出企业建安工程成本考核工作的业务流程及各项工作的标准化做法,并举例进行说明。以期助力企业更好地进行项目成本管理,助力企业数字化转型。
