Construction Project Management and Construction Quality Control Strategy

With the gradual acceleration of the urbanization process,the construction industry has been developing rapidly.As the key link to ensure the quality and safety of the project,construction management and construction quality control are of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprises and realize sustainable development.In this paper,the effective strategy of construction management and the effective strategy of construction quality control will be discussed in depth,aiming at providing useful management and quality control strategies for construction enterprises.

Research on Quality Management Measures of Green Building Construction

Urbanization has led to the rapid development of the construction industry.However,this has also led to higher requirements for the construction engineering management.Other than the quality monitoring of engineering construction,the energy-saving properties of the building should also be considered.Therefore,a scientific management approach should be adopted to improve green building management.This paper primarily examines the importance of quality management in green building construction,along with the factors influencing it.It also identifies the quality issues present in current green building construction.Finally,it proposes measures for quality management in the green building construction process to facilitate the industry’s healthy development.

Application of Non-Destructive Testing Technology in Quality Testing and Control of Water Conservancy Projects

In view of social development,the demand for water conservancy engineering applications continues to increase.The number and scale of water conservancy projects in China have been in a state of continuous expansion in recent years.As a result,how to achieve efficient testing and effective control of the quality of water conservancy projects has always been a topic of discussion in the field of water conservancy engineering in our country.This paper summarizes the application of non-destructive testing technology in the quality testing and control of water conservancy projects.On the basis of explaining the connotation and application advantages of non-destructive testing technology,the non-destructive testing application strategies for concrete strength,steel corrosion and shallow cracks in water conservancy projects were studied.

Strategies for Strengthening Highway Construction Testing and Quality Control

In recent years,the scale of China’s highway projects have been expanding.However,in real life,road construction projects in some places have not passed professional and rigorous inspections,resulting in various quality problems,and seriously affecting the safety of drivers and pedestrians.This paper analyzes the current situation of highway engineering test and detection,expounds the application of new technologies for highway engineering test and detection.In this paper,a case study was carried out on ground penetrating radar(GPR),which aims to improve highway engineering test and detection and provide reference for reducing highway safety risks.

Use of Total Precipitable Water Classification of A Priori Error and Quality Control in Atmospheric Temperature and Water Vapor Sounding Retrieval

This study investigates the use of dynamic a priori error information according to atmospheric moistness and the use of quality controls in temperature and water vapor profile retrievals from hyperspectral infrared （IR） sounders. Temperature and water vapor profiles are retrieved from Atmospheric InfraRed Sounder （AIRS） radiance measurements by applying a physical iterative method using regression retrieval as the first guess. Based on the dependency of first-guess errors on the degree of atmospheric moistness, the a priori first-guess errors classified by total precipitable water （TPW） are applied in the AIRS physical retrieval procedure. Compared to the retrieval results from a fixed a priori error, boundary layer moisture retrievals appear to be improved via TPW classification of a priori first-guess errors. Six quality control （QC） tests, which check non-converged or bad retrievals, large residuals, high terrain and desert areas, and large temperature and moisture deviations from the first guess regression retrieval, are also applied in the AIRS physical retrievals. Significantly large errors are found for the retrievals rejected by these six QCs, and the retrieval errors are substantially reduced via QC over land, which suggest the usefulness and high impact of the QCs, especially over land. In conclusion, the use of dynamic a priori error information according to atmospheric moistness, and the use of appropriate QCs dealing with the geographical information and the deviation from the first-guess as well as the conventional inverse performance are suggested to improve temperature and moisture retrievals and their applications.

Three-Dimensional Water Quality Model Based on FVCOM for Total Load Control Management in Guan River Estuary,Northern Jiangsu Province

Guan River Estuary and adjacent coastal area(GREC) suffer from serious pollution and eutrophicational problems over the recent years.Thus,reducing the land-based load through the national pollutant total load control program and developing hydrodynamic and water quality models that can simulate the complex circulation and water quality kinetics within the system,including longitudinal and lateral variations in nutrient and COD concentrations,is a matter of urgency.In this study,a three-dimensional,hydrodynamic,water quality model was developed in GREC,Northern Jiangsu Province.The complex three-dimensional hydrodynamics of GREC were modeled using the unstructured-grid,finite-volume,free-surface,primitive equation coastal ocean circulation model(FVCOM).The water quality model was adapted from the mesocosm nutrients dynamic model in the south Yellow Sea and considers eight compartments:dissolved inorganic nitrogen,soluble reactive phosphorus(SRP),phytoplankton,zooplankton,detritus,dissolved organic nitrogen(DON),dissolved organic phosphorus(DOP),and chemical oxygen demand.The hydrodynamic and water quality models were calibrated and confirmed for 2012 and 2013.A comparison of the model simulations with extensive dataset shows that the models accurately simulate the longitudinal distribution of the hydrodynamics and water quality.The model can be used for total load control management to improve water quality in this area.

From the viewpoint of manufacturing enterprises, th is thesis discusses the concept and definition of information quality as well as t he connotation of information quality. Based on our personal experiences of many years, we have summarized the cases of success and failure with ERP system, an d from the angle of information quality control, we have come up with the follow ing concepts : static information quality of enterprises, information maturity o f enterprises and dynamic information quality.

Analysis of Quality Control and Safety Management in Electrical Engineering

In the development process of the society nowadays,electrical engineering has been widely used with remarkable results,but there are still some problems in the course of actual management,which requires effective technical measures to control the quality in electrical engineering and the enhancement of safety management work.Therefore,in order to better ensure safety management requirements in electrical engineering and strengthen related trainings and thus better carried out safety management and quality control to meet respective requirements in the real world,in this paper,a brief analysis is conducted in quality control and safety management in electrical engineering.

Quality Control Approach for Civil Engineering Construction

In recent years,along with the continuous development and progress of society,the process of urbanization has been accelerating.At the same time,the scale of production of construction companies has also been continuously expanded.Civil engineering is an important component of construction engineering.The quality of civil engineering construction directly affects the image and development of construction companies.Therefore,we should focus on strengthening the control of the quality of civil engineering construction to ensure that the company is moving in a better direction.The author explores and analyzes the main factors affecting the construction quality of civil engineering,and puts forward an effective way to control the quality of civil engineering construction to improve the construction quality of civil engineering.

BIM-Based Strategies for Construction Quality Control in Building Engineering

In order to improve the construction quality and steadily promote the improvement in the level of the construction industry,this paper expounds BIM-based strategies for construction quality control.This paper first identifies the factors affecting the construction quality,analyzes the advantages and value of the application of BIM in construction,and finally analyzes the scenario of applying BIM for future references.

Construction and Application of Knowledge Graph for Quality and Safety Supervision of Transportation Engineering

Knowledge graph technology play a more and more important role in various fields of industry and academia.This paper firstly introduces the general framework of the knowledge graph construction,which includes three stages:information extraction,knowledge fusion and knowledge processing.In order to improve the efficiency of quality and safety supervision of transportation engineering construction,this paper constructs a knowledge graph by acquiring multi-sources heterogeneous data from supervision of transportation engineering quality and safety.It employs a bottom-up construction strategy and some natural language processing methods to solve the problems of the knowledge extraction for transportation engineering construction.We use the entity relation extraction method to extract the entity triples from the multi-sources heterogeneous data,and then employ knowledge inference to complete the edges in the constructed knowledge graph,finally perform quality evaluation to add the valid triples to the knowledge graph for updating.Subgraph matching technology is also exploited to retrieve the constructed knowledge graph for efficiently acquiring the useful knowledge about the quality and safety of transportation engineering projects.The results show that the constructed knowledge graph provides a practical and valuable tool for the quality and safety supervision of transportation engineering construction.

Evolutionary game analysis of information service quality control of e-commerce platforms under information ecology

Due to the information asymmetry and imperfect supervision system,the problem of information service quality of e-commerce platforms is becoming increasingly prominent.Based on the perspective of information ecology,this paper constructs a three-party evolutionary game model including merchants,e-commerce platforms and governments,and analyzes the dynamic process of the threeparty game under bounded rationality,thereby characterizing the behavior and optimal strategies of information service quality control.We carry out numerical simulation using data of the Pinduoduo platform.The results show that the cost of each party,control strength of e-commerce platforms,proportion of margin deducted and other factors are important factors affecting the quality of information service;Only when the sum of the costs of passive management of e-commerce platforms,penalties for merchants,and the additional revenue generated from the active management exceeds the cost of the active management of the e-commerce platforms,it ensures effective control over the quality of information service in a stable market environment.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the e-commerce information service quality control.

Construction Technology and Quality Control of Double Layer Continuous Paving of Cement Stabilized Macadam Base

The construction method of continuous paving of the upper and lower base of the water stable macadam base can improve the construction efficiency,overcome the quality problems of the traditional layered paving of the upper and lower base,such as untimely curing,slow construction,poor interlayer bonding,contraction joint and interlayer,so as to ensure the construction quality of the water stable macadam.It is also the promotion and application of new technology.

Study on Quality Control of Concrete Raw Materials in Road and Bridge Construction

The main material of concrete is a construction building material composed of water and mineral mixture and cement and chemical additives in the corresponding proportion and below the standard.In the process of making concrete material,slurry and cement are needed to mix,then cement slurry and sand are mixed into mortar according to the corresponding proportion,and aggregate is added to mortar to form concrete building material.In the process of concrete preparation,the most important construction link is mixing,which needs to be fully stirred to make the performance of concrete meet the construction needs.In the process of concrete construction technology development,both mix ratio and production technology have become more and more mature,but there are still some problems,which have an impact on the quality of concrete[1].Therefore,this paper discusses the quality control of concrete raw materials according to the construction process of road and bridge.

基于TQM理论的门诊号源削峰填谷质量控制实践

城区内大型综合医院位置的独特性决定了其空间制约与医疗拓展之间的矛盾成为管理的瓶颈问题。通过全面质量管理理论和持续改进工作模式,对某大型综合医院的出诊安排及出诊单元进行削峰填谷,使专家出诊过于集中在某个工作日上午的情况得到了明显改善,缓解了医院周边公共交通的拥堵;同时通过对门诊质量的内涵建设,切实提升了患者就医获得感。

河北医科大学人脑组织库样本分析

目的通过分析河北医科大学人脑组织库样本基本情况,了解河北省人脑组织捐献现状,为后续科学研究提供基本数据支撑。方法对河北医科大学人脑组织库收集样本进行统计(2019年12月~2024年2月),分析性别、年龄、死亡原因等基本资料,以及死亡后取材时间、脑脊液pH值、RNA完整性等质量控制信息和神经病理学诊断结果等内容。结果截止到2024年2月,河北医科大学人脑组织库共收集保存人脑样本30例,男女比例9∶1,其中80岁以上者占53%,死亡原因为心脑血管疾病36.67%与神经系统疾病23.33%占比较高。脑组织捐献者归属地在石家庄市内的占90%,市外的占10%。死亡后取材延误时间较短,12 h以内的占90%,大于12 h占10%。RNA完整性(RIN)值>6的脑样本占69.23%。脑脊液pH 5.8~7.5,平均值6.60±0.45。成年人脑重906~1496 g,平均值(1210.78±197.84)g。检出3种载脂蛋白E(APOE)亚型、5种APOE基因型(ε2/ε3、ε2/ε4、ε3/ε3、ε3/ε4、ε4/ε4)。涉及神经病理学诊断相关染色11种,均已建立起系统化染色流程并使用。神经病理学诊断为神经退行性疾病样本共计12例(包括阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、多系统萎缩、皮质基底节变性和进行性核上性麻痹等),占比40%,80岁以上脑样本共病率达100%。结论河北医科大学脑库脑组织捐献者的资料总结与统计学分析,可以反映河北省人脑组织库建设与运行的现状,也可以更有针对性地了解并识别可能捐献的群体,为脑库的建设提供参考,为科学研究使用提供更为可靠的材料和数据支持。

自动驾驶基础地理信息数据质量检查初探

自动驾驶基础地理信息数据质量关乎自动驾驶地图乃至自动驾驶产业的发展。其质量检查是自动驾驶产业的质量保障,也可加快自动驾驶地图规范化进程。基于自动驾驶基础地理信息数据的生产流程,分析了自动驾驶基础地理信息数据的特点;参考现行测绘成果质量检查规范,介绍了自动驾驶基础地理信息数据质量检查的内容与方法,并从7个方面阐述了检查的要求和指标;以自动驾驶基础地理信息生产道路数据成果质检项目为例,探讨了自动驾驶基础地理信息数据的质量控制方法和检查重点。

基于B/S架构的远程会诊质控系统的设计与应用

目的研发远程会诊质控系统,在区域内实现远程会诊质控、管理、监管、考评、统计和持续改进的信息化。方法2020年,组建多学科团队,运用智力激励法和专题小组讨论法,基于B/S架构研发远程会诊质控系统,与既有远程会诊信息系统完全嵌合兼容,满足远程会诊全流程质量管理的功能需求。结果针对远程会诊质控工作要求,系统设计研发了质控管理、质控考评、实时监管、统计分析4个子模块,可满足远程会诊全流程质量管理的功能需求。结论该质控系统创新了远程会诊信息化质量管理模式,在区域内实现了远程会诊全流程的信息化管理,取得了较好的质量管理成效,有效促进区域内远程会诊工作的推进和发展。
