The Innovation and Practice in Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway Construction

As a flagship project of Sino-Indonesia cooperation within the framework of“the Belt and Road”Initiative(BRI),Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway(Jakarta-Bandung HSR)is the first overseas high speed railway entirely implementing China's high speed railway technology with all systems,elements and industrial chain.It marks the success of extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits between China and region states to achieve modernization.By studying the Jakarta-Bandung HSR project,this paper concludes the innovations and successful practices in“going global”of China's railway industry in terms of project organization,engineering construction,railway equipment,operation management,risk prevention and control,etc.Meanwhile,focusing on one of the eight major steps to support high-quality Belt and Road cooperation proposed by President Xi Jinping—building a multidimensional“the Belt and Road”connectivity network,this paper puts forward the specific outlook for China's high speed railway to“go global”and jointly build“the Belt and Road”Initiative from two perspectives of international railway engineering and international scientific and technological cooperation.

智能建管平台下工程总承包项目信息共享激励研究

信息共享是提高工程总承包(engineering-procurement-construction,EPC)项目管理效率的关键因素之一,而以建筑信息模型(BIM)技术为基础,结合云计算、人工智能、物联网等技术,在项目全生命周期内对项目成本、进度、质量、安全等多方面进行有效的数字化管控的智能建管平台的应用可以有效改善EPC项目中信息不对称现象。但是工程实践中存在总承包商信息共享积极性不高的问题。针对这一问题,以业主方主导构建的智能建管平台为特定情境,运用演化博弈理论构建业主方和总承包商之间的博弈模型,分析双方在信息共享激励过程中的策略选择并进行仿真研究,以探讨不同参数对总承包商信息共享行为的影响,以及影响双方策略选择的关键因素。结果发现:业主方的额外收益越大、激励成本越低,其更倾向于采取激励策略;总承包商积极信息共享的潜在收益越大、消极信息共享的机会收益越小,其更倾向于采取积极信息共享策略;总承包商的智能建管平台应用成熟度和对总承包商的补贴对双方的策略都有显著影响。基于此,提出业主方应从物质激励和声誉激励相结合、基于智能建管平台应用的不同时期及时调整激励策略和辅以适当惩罚机制3个维度来制定激励策略,以促进总承包商积极共享信息。

基于区块链的建筑工程项目供应链管理优化研究

针对建筑工程项目供应链管理中存在的物流问题,如信息不对称、协同不足及物资品质控制困难等,提出了一种基于区块链技术的管理优化平台。通过利用区块链的去中心化、不可篡改和高度透明特性,构建了一个信息共享与智能合约自动执行的供应链管理模型。该模型能够有效提升供应链各参与方之间的信息共享效率,优化物流调度及物资管理流程,从而改善资料传递和库存控制的及时性。结果表明,该区块链平台在促进建筑工程项目供应链的高效运作、增强透明度和确保物资品质方面具有明显的优势,为改善我国建筑行业的供应链管理提供了理论和实践参考。

基于数字孪生的建设工程项目管理数字化

我国大型建设项目具有规模大、工序复杂交叉、信息碎片化、劳动力短缺等问题,对传统项目管理方式形成了挑战,项目管理数字化需求十分迫切,其中数字孪生是当前实现项目管理数字化的重要手段。通过研究数字孪生的内涵、孪生映射以及数字孪生成熟度评价,并结合南通绕城高速公路项目的应用实践,总结并提出基于数字孪生的建设项目管理数字化转型的实现路径、技术手段及建议。主要结论如下:(1)基于数字孪生内涵,构建了建设项目管理的数字孪生模型及考虑生命周期、模型映射、功能和数据完备性的四维度数字孪生成熟度评价模型。(2)采用BIM、GIS、UAV和IoT技术集成,在BIM“一模到底”理念下构建以BIM为数据载体的高速公路项目的数字孪生模型,实现孪生体虚实精准映射。(3)基于数字孪生的工程项目管理数字化具有提升组织管理能力、管理效益提升、提升工程质量、项目数字资产价值再生等意义。(4)为切实推动建设项目管理数字化,需根据项目特点,着力解决项目结合、理念转变、组织保障和技术支撑等问题。

Engineering Projects Real-Time Supervision Mechanism Based on Grid Management

This paper proposes an innovative supervision method that can provide project supervisors with realtime supervision of engineering projects and contractor activity. To obtain real-time and comprehensive state of project, we use grid management to divide the project supervision grid in three levels: stage, objective, and milestone. Then, a detailed supervision mechanism is designed to help supervisors measure the project situation in real time. This mechanism checks that if the project objectives(such as schedule, cost, quality, and safety) in every supervision grid cell are under the healthy limits, any project deviation can be identified as soon as possible.A schedule objective is selected as an example to illustrate the method used to calculate the healthy limit.

针对目前公路建设项目管理中建设、施工、监理单位定位不明、责任不清,未能形成协同、集约、高效的工程建设管理体系的问题,文章从管理体系中各方定位、责任与关系出发,基于系统观构建新的公路建设项目管理体系与共管共治的运行机制。新体系打破多年以来建设、监理、施工单位三方传统的稳定关系,有效地落实各方责任,实现高质量发展目标。通过在南沙至中山高速公路项目的实践应用证明了新体系的合理性,实现了公路工程治理改革。

中国建筑业BIM技术推广政策与实际应用情况调查分析研究

在发展中国家处于高速城市化、工业化的背景下,BIM作为工程建设行业的革新技术,正被越来越多的国家所重视。为明晰目前BIM技术在中国建筑领域的应用情况并进一步对其推广,通过对政策标准、研究体系以及相关文献的梳理,发现BIM技术在项目管理方面优势显著,但面临着绩效管理混乱、横向协作被切割、纵向支持不足、垂向结合较差、培训力度不够等问题,如何更加高效地应用BIM技术并发挥其核心优势成为了亟需解决的现实问题。鉴于此,首先邀请建筑领域相关工作人员填写BIM技术应用现状方面的调查问卷,其次从调查结果中总结出当前国内BIM落地困境,最后从平台搭建、管理人员素养、政策及标准制定、协同发展等方面出发,为后续的推广应用及政府决策提供建议。

基于BIM的建筑工程项目公司级与项目级并行化管理平台研究

针对大多数工程建设项目管理平台无法实现公司级与项目级工程信息的双向传递,本文利用B/S系统架构自主开发一套基于BIM模型的建筑工程并行化管理平台。该平台通过两套Web服务搭建公司级和项目级并行化管理系统架构,利用GPU虚拟化和WebRTC通信技术完成BIM信息轻量化处理,并按照接口协议完成信息在公司级和项目级两级服务器上的有效传输,实现公司级与项目级并行化管理。以某项目工程为例,分析该平台在建设工程项目并行化管理中的应用,以期为提升建筑工程项目信息化管理水平提供参考。
