This paper discusses the worldview of classical Chinese Tai Chi philosophy:the holistic view,the view of Yin and Yang,view of change,view of no change,and view of harmony and their enlightenment to human peace.The holistic view inspires people to look at human society from the height of the whole earth,and consider not only national interests,but also the interests of all mankind.The view of yin-yang tells people that when analyzing problems,they should look at the two aspects of yin-yang integration,not only to consider their own national interests,but also the interests of other countries,not only to see the contradictions and conflicts between countries,but also to see mutual benefits,to develop positive factors and to overcome negative factors;The view of change tells people that national leaders should adjust their foreign relations according to the changes of the times and the situation on the premise of abiding by objective laws;The view of no change tells us to act in accordance with the laws of nature and society,and that countries should respect each other,benefit each other,and cooperate for win-win results.The view of harmony enlightens us that in international relations,we should advocate the idea of living in harmony,harmony in diversity and harmonious coexistence,and oppose hegemonism and power politics.

The Inner Split in Genetics of Wu Colloquial Expression“[hÃɲ33 paʔ3 lÃɲ33 tÃɲ31]”

“[ã44 kã44 paʔ5 lã44 tã53]”(Chinese characters transcription“昂更八冷打”)is an colloquial expression in Tongxiang dialect of Suzhou-Jiaxing-Huzhou Sub-branch,Taihu Branch,Wu.It describes an awkward state with unfinished tasks.Its similar expressions can be found in other regions of Taihu Branch,including Yixing,Changzhou,Shaoxing and Ningbo,usually serving as“all”,while the expression“[hÃɲ33 paʔ3 lÃɲ33 tÃɲ31]”(“亨八冷打”)in Shanghai Sub-branch indicates“the remaining parts”when used alone.“[hÃɲ33 paʔ3 lÃɲ33 tÃɲ31]”stands for“all”only when followed by a word with meaning of“adding together”.In this paper,it is concluded and deduced from other similar morphemes that the contradictory connotations are related to an“inner split”process of an original word.Considering similar morphemes in other Chinese dialects(including Cantonese,Hakka,Jianghuai and Min),the following analysis proposes three possible original expressions and correlating trajectories of this inner phonetic-semantic split process,and selects a most credible way based on the rhyming dictionary and previous reconstructive models of ancient Chinese phonology.This presumptive analysis indicates that a broader“split and derivate”process generating new morphemes exists widely in Sinitic dialects as a natural company of phonetic features in Chinese language flow.

Anti-inflammatory effects of Tao Hong Si Wu Tang in mice with lung cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

BACKGROUND Lung cancer(LC)combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common combination of comorbidities.Anti-inflammation and modulation of oxidative/antioxidative imbalance may prevent COPD-induced LC,and are also crucial to the treatment of LC combined with COPD.Modern studies have shown that Tao Hong Si Wu Tang(THSW)has vasodilatory,anti-inflammatory,anti-fatigue,anti-shock,immunoregulatory,lipid-reducing,micronutrient-supplementing,and anti-allergy effects.AIM To observe the effects of THSW on COPD and LC in mice.METHODS A total of 100 specific pathogen-free C57/BL6 mice were randomly divided into five groups:Blank control group(group A),model control group(group B),THSW group(group C),IL-6 group(group D),and THSW+IL-6 group(group E),with 20 mice in each group.A COPD mouse model was established using fumigation plus lipopolysaccharide intra-airway drip,and an LC model was replicated by in situ inoculation using the Lewis cell method.RESULTS The blank control group exhibited a clear alveolar structure.The model control and IL-6 groups had thickened alveolar walls,with smaller alveolar lumens,interstitial edema,and several inflammatory infiltrating cells.Histopathological changes in the lungs of the THSW and THSW+IL-6 groups were less than those of the model control group.The serum IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αlevels and IL-6R,JAK,p-JAK,STAT1/3,p-STAT1/3,FOXO,p-FOXO,and IL-7R expression levels in lung tissues of mice in the rest of the groups were significantly higher than those of the blank control group(P<0.01).Compared with the model control group,the IL-6 group demonstrated significantly higher levels for the abovementioned proteins in the serum and lung tissues(P<0.01),and the THSW group had significantly higher serum IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αlevels and IL-7R expression levels in lung tissues(P<0.01)but significantly decreased IL-6R,JAK,p-JAK,STAT1/3,p-STAT1/3,FOXO,p-FOXO,and IL-7R levels(P<0.01).CONCLUSION THSW reduces the serum IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αlevels in the mouse model with anti-inflammatory effects.Its antiinflammatory mechanism lies in inhibiting the overactivation of the JAK/STAT1/3 signaling pathway.

In order to develop and utilize the tropical medicinal resource Amomum(A.)longiligulare T.L.Wu more reasonably and effectively,this paper summarizes the research progress in chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of A.longiligulare by consulting the literatures,so as to provide a certain theoretical basis for exploring its material basis.The chemical constituents of A.longiligulare mainly include volatile oil,diphenylheptane and flavonoids,which have good efficacy in anti-peptic ulcer,as well as antioxidant,analgesic and other pharmacological activities.This paper briefly discusses the reasons for the differences in the composition of volatile oil studied by different scholars.By summarizing its pharmacological activities,it is found that its various pharmacological activities may be the basis of its anti-peptic ulcer.

Empress Wu Zetian and the Development of Buddhism:Historical Significance and Contemporary Implications

The paper focuses on Wu Zetian,the only empress in China’s history,and her relationship with Buddhism.This study focuses on the book Zizhi Tongjian and compares the differences in the portrayal of Wu Zetian’s connection with Buddhism with the ancient texts of the Old Tang Book and the New Tang Book.It uses historical contextualism to analyze the epochal implications of these differences in the Northern Song Dynasty.Additionally,the paper discusses how historians downplayed or marginalized Wu Zetian’s achievements while emphasizing the negative aspects of her reign.Notably,historian Sima Guang,who was influenced by Confucianism and his own political situation,produced a biased description of Wu Zetian and the Buddhism which she promoted during her reign.

中国石油深层、超深层油气勘探进展与启示

近年来,中国石油天然气股份有限公司(以下简称中国石油)在陆上深层、超深层油气领域勘探持续获得突破,形成了一批规模储量区,展现出了巨大的油气勘探潜力。为了进一步明确未来中国石油深层、超深层油气勘探方向,在对中国石油近期油气勘探发展形势和新进展分析的基础上,将深层、超深层重点勘探突破进行了领域细分,并系统梳理了中国石油未来油气勘探重点区带并开展了排队优选研究,最后总结了各领域的勘探经验和启示。研究结果表明:①深层、超深层领域可细分为海相碳酸盐岩、碎屑岩及复杂岩性地层、前陆冲断带、深层页岩气4大领域;②向深层进军寻找突破是中国石油未来油气勘探的战略选择,也是未来中国石油油气勘探的重点,应分层次、突出重点部署,积极寻找规模新发现和大突破;③中国石油深层、超深层4大领域勘探程度低、剩余资源潜力大,根据目前勘探进展,初步梳理出40个未来油气勘探重点区带,其中石油地质资源量为39.4×10^(8)t,天然气地质资源量为39.6×10^(12)m^(3),油气勘探潜力巨大。结论认为,深层、超深层是规模油气发现的重大现实领域,保持战略定力、持续加大技术攻关和新领域的探索力度、不断创新理论认识、突破技术瓶颈是加快深层、超深层油气规模勘探开发的重要举措。

“调枢启神”治疗抑郁共病的理论内涵与临床应用

抑郁症是严重威胁人类健康的全身性疾病,往往与疼痛、失眠、功能性胃肠病、糖尿病等疾病伴随发生,抑郁共病发病率高、机制复杂、疾病负担重、治疗手段有限。现阶段临床实践和科学研究多数是围绕单一疾病或系统展开,以单病为导向的临床诊疗模式亟须突破。本文原创性提出“调枢启神”治疗抑郁共病的中西医结合创新理论,形成耳穴电刺激经迷走神经异病同治创新治法,并获得其治疗疼痛/抑郁共病、失眠/抑郁共病、功能性胃肠病/抑郁共病、糖尿病/抑郁共病的神经生物学基础及循证医学证据,以期为临床治疗提供新思路、新方法。

基于大模型的知识生产与启蒙辩证法

人们在使用大模型的过程中,会存在某种程度的幻觉,即认为大模型无所不知和无所不能。正因为这种幻觉的存在,大模型可能会从启蒙的理性变成新的启蒙神话。启蒙的意义在于保持一种开放性,而启蒙的神话就表明了这种开放性的消失。大模型的发展无疑会加剧世界的数学化。在此背景之下,权证就构成了未来数字世界的基本通货。过度的数学化也酝酿了新的工具理性危险。作为新的技术,大模型全面展示了知识与权力的关系。大模型拥有巨大的整合力,正在实现新型的知识大一统。这种弥散化的超能力会进入知识生产的各个领域,没有个体可以逃脱这种超能力的捕捉。大模型会进一步加剧知识工业化,这将导致更为严重的意识形态问题。一方面,大模型本身有其意识形态。另一方面,大模型更加深刻的意识形态会隐含在其免费模式和消费模式之中,同时想象的知识共同体最终又会服务于知识霸权。面对知识工业化的风险,应该建立知识生产的“手工绿洲”,用荒谬、隐喻和修辞来对抗理性,让人类保有通过具身体验来创造知识的能力,并且要避免同一性和绝对正确的神话。

人地复合生态系统韧性研究进展及其对海岸带生态系统韧性研究的启示

在全球气候变化与人类高强度开发的双重影响下,人地复合生态系统和受陆海系统交互影响的海岸带地区生态脆弱性更加明显。如何有效把握人地复合生态系统发展动向,合理规划与调控社会经济活动、促进人地关系协调发展一直是可持续发展领域研究的重点课题。韧性作为系统的内在特征,在防范化解灾害风险、维护区域生态安全中发挥着重要作用,是人地复合生态系统可持续发展能力的重要表现。然而,目前关于人地复合生态系统韧性的内涵、评估方法等方面尚未形成统一的范式,韧性的量化评估方法存在较大差异。通过梳理和归纳现有研究成果认为,韧性经历了从工程韧性、生态韧性到演进韧性的转变,其概念及内涵仍在不断拓展与深化;总结对比了基于过程形成性和状态总结性的韧性评估方法发现,将韧性作为过程与结果的综合评估研究仍较为缺乏;在抵抗扰动、维持稳定和协调发展的韧性理念下,生态系统的保护与修复等将是区域可持续发展应用中人地复合生态系统安全的重要保障。根据人地复合生态系统韧性研究进展的分析结果,结合海岸带生态系统韧性研究的现状及不足,认为未来需要在加强海岸带生态系统韧性内涵挖掘、完善海岸带生态系统韧性评价体系、提高海岸带生态系统韧性监测精度、促进学科融合推动海岸带生态系统韧性有效修复实践等方面深入研究。

中国与美国氦气地质条件和资源潜力对比及启示

鉴于氦气资源的战略重要性、美国氦气资源条件的优越性及目前中国氦气供需矛盾的严峻性,开展中国与美国氦气地质条件和资源潜力对比显得极为有意义。通过对比中国与美国氦气的地质条件、资源量和储量数据,基于氦气产量历史数据,结合全球氦气需求分析,采用哈伯特模型、高斯模型和资源量-储量约束下的产量预测模型,开展2023—2030年全球氦气产量预测,为中国氦气勘探开发工作提供参考。分析结果:(1)与美国所在的北美地台规模大且构造稳定相比,中国地台规模小且经历多期构造演化,中国氦气分布呈现点多、面广、类型多样的特点;(2)尽管目前国内外对中国氦气的资源量有不同认识,通过对中国与美国含氦天然气资源潜力的对比,表明中国氦气资源丰富,资源量将会随着对氦气勘探程度和认识程度的不断加深而动态增长;(3)预测显示,2023—2025年为中国氦气生产起步发展阶段,2026—2030年为快速增长阶段;(4)对中国氦气勘探开发的4点启示:坚定中国氦气勘探开发的信心、提出并完善适合中国地质条件的氦气富集理论、加大研发氦气勘探开发技术、2030年前中国氦气供应来自国际和中国国内2个渠道。

“物色”作为中华感兴美学理论的一个基本范畴,最初由刘勰提出。“物色”既是中华古典艺术审美“感物”“感兴”“比兴”得以发生的对象来源,又是古典艺术“意象”“气象”“意境”得以生成的重要基础。物色论是进入中国古典美学尤其是感兴美学研究的必经之路,但学界对物色论美学范畴的研究相对薄弱。“物色”美学范畴在中国美学史上形成了一个绵延不断的学术谱系。“物色”美学范畴的哲学基础是中国古代气论哲学和气感哲学。“物色”是宇宙元气和天地精神在自然物象之声色状貌光影中的感性闪耀,同时又是人的德性精神之光与自由精神之光的生动呈现。物色成为中华感兴美学精神之光的灿烂显现。物色论美学可与西方美学的自然美论、形式美论、审美感性论、灿烂感性论、存在境域论加以比较,亦可与德国古典美学精神和马克思主义美学精神相互发明。物色美学范畴因而具有重要的当代意义和普遍价值,值得展开系统研究和现代阐释。

采用传统蚁群算法进行路径规划中,存在收敛速度慢,路径不平滑,方向性与目的性较差等问题,提出了多因素优化蚁群算法以提高路径寻优的性能。应用扩散方式赋予地图不均匀的初始信息素,为路径搜索提供更好的方向性,避免了局部最优解的出现;距离启发信息、障碍物阻力启发信息和路径角度启发信息作为综合启发信息应用于蚁群算法,增强蚂蚁移动的目的性,缩短路径长度;运用贝塞尔曲线优化路径上的拐点处,输出平滑路径。仿真结果表明,多因素优化蚁群算法应对多样性环境具有更强的适应性,有效避免了局部最优解,规划出的最优路径更短且光滑,有利于机器人流畅通行,更具有工程实践意义。
