Three Subjects and Seven Duties Model:Empowering Informatization Teaching Ability of Pre-Service Teachers

By constructing a model,this study seeks to provide suggestions for strengthening pre-service teachers’informatization teaching ability.It aims to answer the following research questions:(1)What do the pre-service teachers know about informatization instruction?What is their level of informatization teaching ability?(2)What factors influence pre-service teachers’ability to deliver informatization instruction?How to overcome the obstacles?The inquiry focuses on the theoretical exploration of informatization teaching ability,questionnaire,and interview analysis on the current condition and improvement of pre-service teachers’informatization teaching ability.The data from the questionnaire and interview of the pre-service teachers were evaluated from three dimensions:awareness and attitude towards informatization teaching,knowledge of informatization teaching,and the ability to apply informatization teaching skills innovatively and comprehensively.The 3S-7D(Three Subjects and Seven Duties)model consisting of three subjects and the seven duties that go with them is established.The three subjects include pre-service teachers,teacher educators,and higher education schools.The seven duties involve pre-service teachers demonstrating learning motivation,cross-discipline thinking,and information and communications technology mastery;teacher educators actively constructing informatization teaching practice and formative assessment;and higher education schools providing adequate hardware and software equipment while offering cooperative opportunities with primary and junior schools through institutionalization.

The Influencing Factors and Improvement Paths of Applied Talent Training Mode under the Digital Informatization

This study takes the human resource management major of Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology as an example to discuss the factors influencing the applied talent training mode and improvement paths under digital informatization.The research points out that digital informatization poses new challenges and opportunities to higher education and requires the applied talent training mode to practice and innovate.This study identified five key influencing factors of the applied talent training mode under digital informatization:curriculum setting,teaching methods,faculty structure,practical teaching,and student training.This research presents the improvement paths,including optimizing curriculum settings,innovating teaching methods,adjusting teacher structure,improving practical teaching,and creating student training.Implementing these paths will help students master the latest knowledge and skills of digital informatization,improve their practical ability and innovative thinking to meet the social demand for human resource management professionals,and promote the development of higher education system.

Survey and Countermeasures on Current Status of Farmer Training and Education Informatization in Western Liaoning Province

This study summarized the main achievements of farmers’training and rural informatization construction in the past few years,and explored the needs of rural informatization in western Liaoning Province.The current status of agricultural development in western Liaoning and farmers’needs for education and training and rural education informatization were surveyed.The construction of an education and technical support service platform for scientific and technological farmers in western Liaoning was proposed,aiming to use information technology to train modern professional farmers.Through independent and self-learning education and training methods,it is expected to promote great improvement in the scientific and technological quality and moral level of farmers in western Liaoning and cultivate professional farmers who are educated and understand both agricultural techniques and business management.

The Integration Strategy of Ideological and Political Teaching and Traditional Culture in Universities Under the Background of Informatization

The curriculum content of ideological and political courses in universities contains very rich traditional cultural knowledge.It is the basic requirement of ideological and political course teaching in universities to infiltrate traditional cultural education in daily ideological and political course teaching.In particular,teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of students’traditional cultural awareness,so they should strengthen traditional cultural education and give full play to the cultural education role of ideological and political courses in universities.In view of this,in the current context of informatization,teachers of ideological and political education in universities can make full use of advanced information technology and information platform to continuously optimize the integration effect of traditional culture and ideological and political education in universities.

政策工具视角下我国教育数字化转型的现状与审思

政策工具是政策文本的表现形式,也是政策目标和政策行动之间的连接机制,通过施用于有关部门与目标团体从而实现相关政策目标。文章基于28份与教育数字化转型相关的政策文件,通过工具分类、议题界定、政策编码的手段,遵循“政策工具—政策议题”的二维矩阵分析框架进行统计分析,将我国当前教育数字化转型相关政策的现状予以完整呈现。研究发现,我国教育数字化转型的相关政策可分为“改善基础设施、开发在线资源、构建网络空间、改革治理体系、发展师生能力、开展试点案例”六大议题。当前,我国教育数字化转型的相关政策存在政策工具整体结构失衡、内部运用失调、选择偏向单一的问题。在未来政策制定上,应调整政策工具结构、加大基础设施建设的政策供给、加强试点示范与实践推进、优化政策工具与政策议题配置。

Problems and Countermeasures in the Informatization of Archives Management in University Library

To improve the level of informatization of university library archives management,the problems existing in the information construction of university library archives management are analyzed and some practical solutions are proposed in this paper.These solutions can effectively reduce the investment in human resources and equipment and facilities and improve the utilization rate of resources for computer application of university library archives management.

Construction and Practice of Teaching Staff and Teaching Quality Monitoring System in University Affiliated Hospitals Under the Background of Education Informatization

Objective:To build a set of teaching staff construction and teaching quality monitoring system suitable for clinical practice teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,achieve continuous improvement of clinical education and teaching level,and ensure the quality of medical education talent cultivation.Methods:A modern clinical practice teaching quality monitoring system is constructed based on organizational structure construction,teaching staff system construction,quality control system construction,and information platform construction,combined with external audit and evaluation.Results:The hospital has established a Faculty Development and Teaching Evaluation Office specifically responsible for the cultivation of clinical teachers and the evaluation and supervision of teaching quality.A relatively complete teacher construction and teaching quality monitoring system has also been established for clinical practice teaching,thus achieving integration with the school’s quality control system in terms of management mechanism.At the same time,a set of teaching quality control mode based on the“Internet+”platform has been created by means of informatization.At present,this mode has won three national computer software copyrights and two second prizes for school-level teaching achievements.Conclusion:Through five years of practice,an“Internet+”teaching quality evaluation and monitoring system with the characteristics of teaching hospitals affiliated to local medical colleges has been established.In order to further standardize the training system of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals,achieve self-monitoring and self-improvement in terms of teaching quality,and ensure the continuous improvement of clinical teaching quality,we will continue to promote the development of clinical teachers with quality and excellence,enrich the main team of quality monitoring,guide the transformation of the education mode from being“centered on teachers”to being“centered on students,”and realize the integration of internal and external quality monitoring systems.

信息化测震数据管理平台的设计与实现

依托公共安全信息化工程,测震台网数据管理平台在数据资源池环境下,采用分层架构和模块化开发,实现了实时流波形接入和存储、站网基础信息管理、常规数据产品产出、针对特定地震的产品产出、波形数据质量分析等测震台网核心业务的信息化。通过平台的接口和界面,事件波形处理与服务、数据质量分析、震源参数基础数据库建设等测震台网业务取得了长足进步。该平台具有业务集成性、功能实用性、资源共享性和技术先进性等特点,有效提升了测震台网信息化水平,为测震台网现代化发展发挥了积极作用。

A Study on Informatization Teaching Efficacy in Higher Vocational Education in Guangzhou,China

China has been vigorously promoting the construction and development of Informatization teaching efficacy education.Informatization teaching efficacy was used as an indicator of the psychological state of teachers.This article analyzes relevant literature at home and abroad and determines the five dimensions that affect teachers’informatization teaching efficacy in informatization teaching.

湖北省中医医院信息化建设现状分析与思考

目的/意义了解湖北省中医医院信息化建设现状和问题,提出进一步推进中医医院信息化建设的建议。方法/过程基于2022年湖北省中医医院信息化建设现状调查数据,采用描述统计、χ^(2)检验、Fisher检验等方法,阐述湖北省公立中医医院信息化管理部门设置与人员结构、基础设施与资金投入、业务应用系统、信息标准及新一代信息技术应用等方面的现状,剖析存在的主要问题。结果/结论湖北省中医医院信息化建设取得初步成效,但仍应优化信息管理部门职能、充实信息化人才队伍、加强经费投入、强化标准应用、深化中医药特色优势、推进新技术应用等。

教育信息化背景下医学生对教学信息化平台的了解和使用现状

目的:了解医学生对教学信息化平台和教学资源的认知和使用情况,为现代医学信息化技术在教学改革中的应用提供参考。方法:选取2019至2022级所有自愿参加本调查的在校医学生为调查对象,采用问卷调查和半开放式访谈进行调查。结果:医学生对多个教学平台均有所了解,通过平台获取课程资料的频率较高;教师在平台推送的案例分析浏览率不高;学生对优质课程有所了解,尤其是慕课和微课的使用率高于其他课程。结论:医学生的信息化意识较强,具备通过多平台多渠道解决课业问题的能力。教学平台资源建设需进一步优化提高其简洁性和亲和度,同时教师要有选择性地推送优质教学资源,实现医学信息化技术在教学中的合理应用。

产业数字化背景下高等职业院校专业群建设模式的研究与实践——以福州职业技术学院为例

新冠感染疫情使全国高校开始在线教学,课程思政与在线教学协同创新成为紧迫而重要的事。其导向是以学生为主体,教师为主导,开展丰富多彩的参与式网络教学活动,使思想政治教育融入专业知识的学习中。协同创新的动力机制来自党和政府的推动、服务和监督,协同创新的组织机制来自高校党组织的高度重视和组织。其中,高校党委进行顶层设计,二级学院党委和职能处室组织实施,党支部具体贯彻执行。课程思政与在线教学协同创新是“三全育人”的要求,将大大促进思想政治教育信息化和现代化。

青海省三级医院信息化护理质控平台建设及应用

目的/意义建立青海省三级医院信息化护理质控平台,分析其对护理质量的影响。方法/过程根据青海省护理质量管理现状,依托青海省护理质量数据平台,建立护理质量指标监测模块,选取1家三级医院作为试点,采用历史对照研究方法,将2021年1—6月该医院护理质量数据作为对照组,2022年1—6月采用信息化护理质控平台收集的数据作为观察组,对比平台应用前后护理质量的变化情况。结果/结论信息化护理质控平台应用后,住院患者身体约束率和气管插管非计划拔管率显著下降,患者对护理工作满意度评分显著提升,平台可操作性强,具有临床应用价值。

基于“一中心四平台”的公立医院后勤运营管理实践研究

目的探讨基于“一中心四平台”的医院后勤运营管理模式成效。方法以医院智慧管理分级评估标准为依据,依托大数据、物联网、互联网+、人工智能等技术运用,打造后勤智慧运维管理中心以及设备管控信息化平台、安全防范信息化平台、能耗监测信息化平台、运营管理信息化平台的“一中心四平台”运营管理模式。结果经过样本医院的管理实践证明:基于“智慧联动”的设备故障处置能力得到显著提升,2022年故障报警次数同比2021年下降28.63%,其中高级、普通报警次数同比2021年分别下降69.53%、33.15%;基于“一站式”的后勤服务保障能力得到显著提升,2022年同比2021年维修次数下降2.92%,维修质量有所提高,反复维修频次降低;基于“数据挖掘”的能耗管控能力得到显著提升,2022年万元收入能耗支出同比2021年下降8.71%。结论“一中心四平台”可以显著提高后勤运维管理水平。

机械设计基础课程“三位一体”信息化建设及应用

批判信息学:守护信息活动中的主体性

批判信息学聚焦于信息技术应用对信息活动中主体性的冲击,探寻从制度和技术角度守护主体性的路径,是对信息环境复杂化趋势的一种学术响应。本文对批判信息学进行溯源,梳理其逻辑合理性和研究特征,认为批判信息学作为一种新的信息学认识论,聚焦于信息活动中用户的主体地位缺失问题,从负面作用角度对信息管理活动展开辩证性思考。同时,批判信息学已经成长为一个新兴研究领域,它以守护信息活动中的主体性为价值取向,主要有三种研究目标,从技术批判和规范批判两个角度展开,已覆盖宏观、中观和微观三个层次的问题。我国信息学领域有必要将批判信息学作为重要研究方向加以建设,实现从“利用信息技术”向“构建信息秩序”延伸,从服务于被动的用户向提升用户的自主性转向,面向广阔的问题空间展开通观性思考。参考文献62。

中重度宫腔粘连应用中医临床决策系统效果分析

[目的]探讨中医临床决策系统在治疗中重度宫腔粘连(intrauterine adhesion,IUA)中的应用及效果。[方法]采用随机对照试验进行前瞻性研究,选择2022年1月至12月在杭州市某三级甲等中医院行宫腔镜下子宫粘连松解术的中重度IUA患者,根据是否通过中医优势病种临床决策系统进行辨证论治分为对照组(51例)、决策系统组(53例)、临床医师组(54例),比较3组患者治疗前后月经量改善、美国生育协会(American Fertility Society,AFS)评分、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜血流参数、中医伴随症候疗效。[结果]治疗后3组患者月经量比较,决策系统组、临床医师组较对照组均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),决策系统组与临床医师组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后3组患者宫腔AFS评分比较,决策系统组、临床医师组较对照组显著下降(P<0.01),决策系统组与临床医师组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后3组患者子宫内膜厚度显著增加,子宫内膜血流参数显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但治疗前后组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后3组患者中医伴随症候疗效比较,临床医师组较对照组、决策系统组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组与决策系统组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]中医临床决策系统用于中重度IUA的治疗可显著改善患者月经量,降低术后AFS评分,防止粘连再发生。

上海市级医院静脉血栓栓塞症信息监测平台建设实践

为了提高医院内VTE规范化防治管理效能,上海申康医院发展中心基于医疗质量安全信息监管平台,建立VTE信息监测平台,通过制订统一的标准、流程和核心管理策略,统筹37家市级医院住院患者的VTE质控指标,实现了与多中心VTE信息互联互通,有效提升了VTE规范化防治水平。
