Research on the Generation of Professional Skill Modules for Talent Cultivation in the Landscape Architecture Profession for Industry-Education Integration of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Due to industry characteristics or regional limitations,many students in certain majors tend to seek employment in small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).SMEs face certain challenges in implementing industry-education integration,and there is a lack of mature methods in specific implementation processes and talent cultivation plan generation.Taking the landscape architecture profession as an example,this paper conducts a correlation analysis and cross-analysis of the industry-required professional skills based on surveys of over 300 industry practitioners employed in SMEs.It provides professional skill cultivation modules based on market feedback.This research process and analysis method have certain reference significance for the rapid production of adaptive talent cultivation professional skill modules in other industries targeting SMEs.

ENTERPRISE INTEGRATION PLATFORM BASED ON SERVICEORIENTED ARCHITECTURE

To achieve information integration, process integration and application integration of enterprise, an enterprise integration platform （EIP） based on service-oriented architecture （SOA） is built. The enterprise integration model depending on encapsulating the business processes as well as the enterprise applications by the neutral and standard web services is presented. The problem how to discover the existed enterprise resources and share them was resolved depending on the mechanism of publishing and discovering the services. The EIP is integrated closely with product lifecycle management （PLM） system so that the process integration as well as orchestration of the business process services is implemented by encapsulating the workflow engine of PLM system. Not only process integration and application integration, but also information integration based on the bill of material （BOM） conversion driven by process are achieved. Finally, an interpretive, qualitative case study on EIP is conducted for this research.

An Extended Enterprise Modeling Approach to Enterprise-based Integration

The paradigm of extended enterprise is the core competency focused. An extended enterprise expands its scope from bounding a single enterprise to including additional processes performed by other enterprises. The integration of processes is enterprise based. This paper proposes a recursive enterprises interconnected chain model for the extended enterprise, and presents an enterprise-based integration framework for the extended enterprise. The case study is based on a motorcycle group corporation.

Interoperative fundus image and report sharing in compliance with integrating the healthcare enterprise conformance and web access to digital imaging and communication in medicine persistent object protocol

AIM:To address issues in interoperability between different fundus image systems,we proposed a web eyepicture archiving and communication system(PACS)framework in conformance with digital imaging and communication in medicine(DICOM)and health level 7(HL7)protocol to realize fundus images and reports sharing and communication through internet.METHODS:Firstly,a telemedicine-based eye care work flow was established based on integrating the healthcare enterprise(IHE)Eye Care technical framework.Then,a browser/server architecture eye-PACS system was established in conformance with the web access to DICOM persistent object(WADO)protocol,which contains three tiers.RESULTS:In any client system installed with web browser,clinicians could log in the eye-PACS to observe fundus images and reports.Multipurpose internet mail extensions(MIME)type of a structured report is saved as pdf/html with reference link to relevant fundus image using the WADO syntax could provide enough information for clinicians.Some functions provided by open-source Oviyam could be used to query,zoom,move,measure,view OICOM fundus images.CONCLUSION:Such web eye-PACS in compliance to WADO protocol could be used to store and communicate fundus images and reports,therefore is of great significance for teleophthalmology.

Fuzzy integral based measurement and assessment of medium and small enterprises'product innovation

A fuzzy integral based way of measurement assessment has been established by using linguistic varia-bles and combining fuzzy integral with hierarchy analysis for measurement of medium and small enterprises'product innovation. The conclusions drawn from analyses made with 20 medium and small enterprises providebases for governments to formulate applicable policies and for medium and small enterprises to enhance theirproduct innovation.

Research on the Application of Big Data Technology in the Integration of Enterprise Business and Finance

With the advent of the era of big data,traditional financial management has been unable to meet the needs of modern enterprise business.Enterprises hope that financial management has the function of improving the accuracy of corporate financial data,assisting corporate management to make decisions that are more in line with the actual development of the company,and optimizing corporate management systems,thereby comprehensively improving the overall level of the company and ensuring that the company can be in business with the assistance of financial integration,can better improve and develop themselves.Based on the investigation of enterprises and universities,this article analyzes the problem of accounting talent training from both the demand and supply ends,and puts forward some suggestions for the teaching reform of accounting integration with big data in financial colleges and universities,and strives to promote the integration of business and finance.The optimal allocation of enterprise resources will gradually enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises,and explore the application strategies of big data technology in the integration of enterprise business and finance.

System dynamics simulation of the civil-military integrated innovation system of military enterprises

Civil-military inosculation of military enterprises benefits national defense industries by promoting the building of civil-military inosculation innovation system. To analyze the operation mechanism of the civil-military integrated innovation system of the military enterprises under the new situation, the system dynamics method is used to study the feedback relations among the factors and structure of the system and the Anylogic software is used to establish the simulation model . The simulation results indicate that： the degree of enthusiasm of private enterprises to participate in the defense industry, the degree of information sharing and the degree of cooperation between the mili- tary enterprises and universities and research institutions are extremely important in the civil-military integrated innovation system. According to the simulation results, some targeted suggestions are put forward to strengthen the innovational civil-military integrated system building of the military enter- prises.

Integration Between Enterprise Process Monitoring and Controlling System and Enterprise Application

The relationships and the features of integration between Enterprise ProcessMonitoring and Controlling System (EPMCS) and Enterprise Process Related Applications (EPRA) wereanalyzed. An integration architecture centered on EPMCS was presented, in which there were fourlayers to connect from EPMCS to EPRA: EPMCS, application integration layer, transport layer andEPRA, and there were four layers used to etstablish integration: presentation layer, function layer,data layer and system layer. The frameworks to connect EPMCS and EPRA were designed, thatEnterprise-Independent Model (EIM), Enterprise-Specific Model (ESM) and meta-model to describe thesetwo models were defined. The method to integrate data based on XML was designed to exchange datafrom EPMCS to EPRA according to the mapping between EIM and ESM. The approches are suitable forintegrating EPMCS and systems in Product Data Management (PDM), project management and enterprisebusiness management.

Hybrid Enterprise Modelling: Integrating Modelling Mechanisms for Socio-Technical Systems Analysis and Design

Nowadays, Model Driven Development (MDD) is a powerful technique for modelling complex systems and also for aligning business and information technology (IT), giving designers the ability to execute business models as they are intended to be run and behaved in the business environment. The Object Management Group (OMG) adopted many business standards into the Model Driven Architecture (MDA) environment e.g. Semantics of Business Vocabulary and Business Rules (SBVR), the Business Motivation Model (BMM), Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) and Organisational Structure Model (OSM). These can work together to model different aspects of the enterprise at the business level. However, these models lack reasoning and dynamic simulation: there is no significant way to simulate discrete and continuous time system behaviour or to build arguments for reasoning about the design options within the OMG specifications. In this paper we propose an approach to overcoming this problem, by integrating a set of modelling tools into one single platform, taking advantage of meta-modelling techniques to integrate new tools with the OMG specifications in a model driven environment. The prospective framework should be able to tackle advanced analysis and design problems by intertwining design, reasoning and simulation to achieve a higher level of design maturity through implementing the desired scenario.

The Road to the Integration of International Migrants： The Case of the Work Integration Social Enterprises

This paper reports some first results obtained from a study conducted on work integration social enterprises （WISEs） in the framework of the social and solidarity economy （SSE） and the integration of international migrants. WISEs, as hybrid transit companies, go beyond a pure economic rationale, enabling labor and social inclusion for disadvantaged groups, international migrants included, through an insertion process in a real job performance environment. Therefore, WISEs should be understood as valuable mechanisms for achieving optimal levels of personal empowerment and social and labor integration in their active use and enhancement of these employees＇ capacities and competences. All of these aspects of WISEs have an impact on social justice in helping construct a more inclusive growth and society and foster the integration of international migrants.

Research and Development on Manufacturing Enterprise Integration Framework

Currently many enterprises have established some independent application systems such as CAD, CAPP, CAE and so on. Enterprise information integration makes these information islands connected, and thereby forms a uniform enterprise-wide information environment. Then the author introduces an Internet-based configurable and open information integration framework, and presents a multi-tier integration architecture based on reusable component. Research and Implementation of Single Sign-on in Enterprise Systems Application Integration

Single Sign-on(SSO)is an effective unified authentication and authorization mechanism that makes users access to all integrated applications that trust each other from one single-sign-on site.This paper starts from the basic principle analysis of CAS,a single sign-on solution.In order to solve the problems of complex permissions assignment and inflexibility of mounting existent applications,an extended CAS SSO solution,named Ext-CAS SSO,is proposed in a procedure of enterprise systems integration.Furthermore,this paper states the full structure,working protocol and concrete implementation of Ext-CAS SSO in different scenarios.At last,a questionnaire survey regarding the related systems is conducted to testify the user experience.
