Survey and Prospect for Applying Knowledge Graph in Enterprise Risk Management

Enterprise risk management holds significant importance in fostering sustainable growth of businesses and in serving as a critical element for regulatory bodies to uphold market order.Amidst the challenges posed by intricate and unpredictable risk factors,knowledge graph technology is effectively driving risk management,leveraging its ability to associate and infer knowledge from diverse sources.This review aims to comprehensively summarize the construction techniques of enterprise risk knowledge graphs and their prominent applications across various business scenarios.Firstly,employing bibliometric methods,the aim is to uncover the developmental trends and current research hotspots within the domain of enterprise risk knowledge graphs.In the succeeding section,systematically delineate the technical methods for knowledge extraction and fusion in the standardized construction process of enterprise risk knowledge graphs.Objectively comparing and summarizing the strengths and weaknesses of each method,we provide recommendations for addressing the existing challenges in the construction process.Subsequently,categorizing the applied research of enterprise risk knowledge graphs based on research hotspots and risk category standards,and furnishing a detailed exposition on the applicability of technical routes and methods.Finally,the future research directions that still need to be explored in enterprise risk knowledge graphs were discussed,and relevant improvement suggestions were proposed.Practitioners and researchers can gain insights into the construction of technical theories and practical guidance of enterprise risk knowledge graphs based on this foundation.

The Application of Knowledge Management(KM)by Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises(SME)in Manufacturing Industry

To accelerate the digital transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises(SMEs),this study delves into the primary challenges encountered in adopting knowledge management(KM)within these organizations and identifies the essential methods for successful implementation.The objective is to provide practical recommendations for the effective adoption of KM.This research suggests that enterprises should promote knowledge management through three key approaches:enhancing employees’cognitive understanding,standardizing knowledge systems,and tailoring business scenarios to meet diverse needs.These findings offer valuable insights into the digital transformation of SMEs in the manufacturing sector,ultimately helping these businesses to remain competitive and innovative in a rapidly changing market.By addressing the specific needs and challenges faced by SMEs,this study aims to contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of how knowledge management can be leveraged to drive digital transformation and improve overall business performance.

Systematic research on enterprise knowledge management

Entering 21st century, knowledge has already become the most important strategic resource for enterprises. The key factors of keeping continuous competitive advantages for an enterprise are the abilities of knowledge management and knowledge innovations. Enterprise knowledge management is a new subject with great theoretical meaning and actual meaning. From a new angle, guided by systematic viewpoint, this paper analyses deeply and explores synthetically enterprise knowledge management as a complicated system problem by doing the following:Defining the implication of enterprise knowledge management;Analyzing three kinds of the key elements in enterprise knowledge management and the interaction relations among the elements;Proposing and probing into the structure of enterprise knowledge management. Considers the structure as the open dynamic network structure with multidimensional space. Through drawing the state chart of key elements, analyzes the functions of enterprise knowledge management; Proposing and studying the interaction mechanisms between three kinds of the key elements and enterprise knowledge management. On the basis of all above analyses, aiming at the conditions and problems of enterprise knowledge management in our country, this paper probes into the main countermeasures of knowledge management that should be adopted by the enterprises of our country.

Study on the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises

With the development of knowledge economy, the competition between high teehnology enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition of core competence based on knowledge, because high technology enterprises are typical knowledge-based enterprises. Few enterprises, especially for high technology firms, have all of the knowledge they need to compete effectively in the marketplace both at home and abroad, so more and more high technology companies are taking the advantage of strategic alliances to get their complementary knowledge. Since knowledge is the source of an enterprise＇ s competitiveness, knowledge management has become the most important means for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. There has been an increased growth in the literature on strategic alliances in recent decades. But what is less discussed in the existing literature on strategic alliances is the issue of knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises. Based on the characteristics of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises, and in line with the implication and the goal of knowledge management, this study tries to delve into this issue. The paper analyzes the key factors relevant to the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises and proposes guidelines on the process and measures that should be taken in the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises.

Intra-firm Horizontal Knowledge Transfer Management

Knowledge transfer is widely emphasized as a strategic issue for firm competition. A model for intra-firm horizontal knowledge transfer is proposed to model horizontal knowledge transfer to solve some demerits in current knowledge transfer researches. The concept model of intra-firm horizontal knowledge transfer was described and a framework was provided to define the main components of the transfer process. Horizontal knowledge transfer is that knowledge is transferred from the source to the same hierarchical level recipients as the target. Horizontal knowledge transfer constitutes a strategic area of knowledge management research. However, little is known about the circumstances under which one particular mechanism is the most appropriate. To address these issues, some significant conclusions are drawn concerning knowledge transfer mechanisms in a real-world setting.

Multi Agent Knowledge Management Architecture

Nowadays, knowledge in Public Sector environment becomes very vast and increasing day by day at speedy pace. So, to handle and manage the knowledge becomes a tedious job, resulting into degrading the overall affectivity and productivity of the system. Hence, the need of effective architecture arises, which can increase the performance of disseminating knowledge in public sector. This results the implementation of knowledge management (KM) using Multi Agents (MA). Using Multi Agents reduces the time overhead for serving relevant knowledge to end users. The objective of this paper is to propose KM architecture using MA which will be helpful and effective in circulating knowledge to public sectors in a much better and easier manner, due to which it enhances the productivity and performance. The paper firstly, gives the understanding of literature on various knowledge management frameworks and tools for implementing Multi Agents. Then it proposes a MA enterprise knowledge management architecture (MAEKM), stating that how knowledge circulation will be done. At the end, using JADE framework, paper implements MAEKM architecture for public sector. The paper describes the necessity of implementing this architecture and its usefulness in disseminating knowledge in public sectors.

A Study on Analysis and Construction of Project-oriented Enterprise Knowledge Map

Knowledge is an important resource for enterprises, especially project-oriented enterprises. Knowledge is an important carrier for the innovation of products and services. The level of knowledge management determines the survival development of the project enterprise. In this paper, the characteristics of the project-oriented enterprise knowledge map are in-depth analyzed, and the construction goals of project-oriented enterprise knowledge map are established, and from the perspective of system construction, the architectures of knowledge map are put forward. On the basis of this, the structure and function modules of the knowledge atlas are designed, and the drawing steps of project-oriented enterprise knowledge map are explained in details, which aims to help project-oriented enterprises to find effective knowledge management tools in the process of knowledge management, to improve the level of knowledge management, to further strengthen the innovation of products and services.

知识资源对企业数字化创新绩效的影响机制

在数字化的情境下,关于知识基础不同维度对企业创新绩效影响机制尚存在不同观点。为利用和盘活已有知识资源提升数字化创新绩效,基于知识基础理论,通过4103家中国企业2010—2021年间的面板数据构建双向固定效应模型,探讨知识资源的不同性质对于组织数字化创新绩效的影响,分析知识重组能力等情境变量在传统知识资源与数字化创新绩效之间的调节作用。结果表明:知识宽度对企业数字化创新绩效具有积极作用,知识深度对数字化创新绩效有倒“U”型影响;利用式知识重组能力在知识宽度与数字化创新绩效之间发挥正向调节作用,创造式知识重组能力在知识深度与数字化创新绩效之间也发挥正向调节作用。可见,组织需要较多的异质性知识,不能局限于某一知识领域,才能提升数字化创新绩效。因此,企业应涉猎更丰富的知识领域,拥有多样化的异质性知识元素,同时对自身资源和能力进行有效整合和匹配,以实现更高效的运营和业务目标。

数字经济、知识溢出与企业创新

数字经济作为赋能高质量发展的新动力,正在引发知识扩散方式和企业创新模式的深刻变革。利用2011-2020年中国A股上市公司专利数量和被引数据,探讨数字经济对企业创新的影响效应及作用机制。结果表明:整体看,数字经济促进了企业创新;分行业看,数字经济对企业创新的影响效应差异明显,对高技术制造业及技术型服务业具有显著促进作用,对低技术制造业及其他行业的影响较弱甚至有负向影响。数字经济影响创新过程中,企业创新积累发挥重要作用,较之高积累和低积累企业,数字经济对中等创新积累企业创新增长的提升作用更大。进一步研究发现,知识溢出是数字经济影响创新的重要机制,并且流向竞争对手的知识溢出同样有利于企业创新,但其溢出份额对创新的影响呈先升后降的倒“U”型。最后,采用面板门槛模型,发现数字经济的创新效应面临下行压力,而企业数据管理能力具有正向调节作用,能进一步释放数字经济的创新红利,促进其边际效应非线性递增。
