A Study on the Problem of Employee Punch Card Substitution in Enterprise Management:The Case of Jingdong Enterprise

With economic progress and the continuous advancement of science and technology,the issue of employees substituting punch cards has gradually become a significant challenge in enterprise management.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the causes,effects,and countermeasures of the employee punch card phenomenon,with the aim of providing effective management recommendations for Chinese enterprises.In practice,enterprises should flexibly apply the countermeasures proposed in this paper according to their specific circumstances to prevent substitute punch card incidents and improve overall management efficiency.

Study on Environmental Risk and Economic Benefits of Rotation Systems in Farmland of Erhai Lake Basin

This study was designed to find out an optimised planting system of reducing non-point （source） pollution by analyzing the reasons and the factors of influence non-point pollution in farmland of Erhai Lake basin. The results showed that incomes, residual nitrogen in soil, and the loss of nitrogen in surface water in rice-garlic system were higher than those in rice-fava bean system. There were positive correlations between the nitrogen loss of farmland, nitrogen inputs, residual nitrogen in soil, and incomes of farmland. Economic benefits and environment benefits are both appropriate, if the area of rice-garlic system would be reduced to 53% and the area of rice-fava bean system increased to 36% of total cropping area in the investigated watershed. Adjustment of planting structure and introduction of reasonable rotation systems is considered an effective measure of controlling agricultural non-point pollution in watersheds of Erhai Lake.

中卫市退砂土地农作物复垦的可行性分析研究

本研究旨在分析宁夏中卫市沙坡头区退砂地的土壤质量提升及农作物种植适宜性。通过连续3年的田间试验,收集并分析了8种宁夏地区广泛栽培的耐旱作物对土壤理化性质的影响及其经济效益。分析了退砂耕地适生农作物对当地土壤质量的影响及经济效益。结果表明,朝天椒和红葱在退砂地上表现出较高的产量和产值,且投入产出比大,是退砂地优先选择的作物。此外,玉米和小杂粮等作物轮作种植也显示出改良土壤结构和提高肥力的潜力。本研究为退砂地的科学利用提供了理论依据和实践指导,有助于推动中卫市经济社会可持续发展。

冷季不同饲养管理模式对牦牛生长、脂肪沉积及养殖效益的影响

冷季不同饲养管理模式对牦牛生长性能、脂肪沉积及养殖经济效益等产生重要影响。本研究在冷季分别对公牦牛进行自然放牧(SEG1组)和投喂不同粗精比的饲粮,结果表明:与SEG1组相比,补饲组牦牛平均日增重(ADG)显著提高(P<0.05);补饲组碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、葡萄糖(GLU)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)、脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)和脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)含量显著高于SEG1组(P<0.05);各补饲组牦牛肝脏组织内脂滴表达面积百分比显著高于SEG1组(P<0.05),各补饲组之间也存在显著差异(P<0.05);与SEG1组相比,SEC50组、SEC30组和SEC10组牦牛养殖利润分别提高228.77%,258.69%和115.52%。综上所述,冷季补饲管理可有效提高牦牛的生长性能,增强机体脂肪沉积和代谢功能,提高牦牛养殖经济效益,补饲饲粮粗精料比为70∶30效果最佳。

分析了煤质管理中存在的煤质管理体系不完善、原煤及商品煤管控不足等问题,针对济宁二号矿井地质条件复杂、煤炭质量不稳定的情况,提出了加强煤质管理的主要措施:完善质量管理体系;加大井下原煤质量管理力度;加强工作面质量控制力度,合理搭配开采,力保原煤质量稳定;开展井下大杂物专项整治和杂物事故教育活动;强化对商品煤质量动态管控;狠抓商品煤水分考核力度;强化外购煤配煤管理;开展“三零”工程;优化产品结构等。通过以上措施,降低了原煤和精煤含杂率,商品煤质量不断提高,树立了良好的质量品牌,实现了提质增效。

宁夏设施番茄和黄瓜主要土传病害生态治理技术集成与示范效果评价

针对宁夏设施番茄和黄瓜土传病害危害严重,连作障碍普遍发生的现状,集成了两套生态治理技术,并在宁夏银川市永宁县和固原市头营镇开展了试验示范。试验设置技术模式(土壤熏蒸与微生物菌剂/菌肥协同应用)和农户模式(常规化学农药与肥料管理)。试验结果表明:技术模式下番茄株高和茎粗分别比农户模式下提高了7.96%和25.13%,黄瓜分别提高了24.47%和5.32%;技术模式下番茄根腐病发病率为1.11%,防效达80.70%,黄瓜根结线虫病情指数为5.20,防效达88.00%;技术模式下番茄平均亩产提高了28.49%,黄瓜平均亩产提高了58.37%。技术模式下番茄利润比农户模式下增加140.38%,黄瓜利润增加100.29%。技术模式下番茄减施化学农药6次,减施化学肥料6次,而黄瓜减施化学农药17次,减施化学肥料16次。综上所述,该研究集成的生态治理技术对设施番茄和黄瓜的生长发育、品质及产量有一定的促进作用,对土传病害具有显著的防治效果,可实现设施蔬菜节本增效。

基于合同能源管理模式的既有建筑节能改造项目经济效益评价方法研究

基于合同能源管理模式,为降低项目投资风险性,需在实施前进行科学合理的经济性评价。但对于既有建筑节能改造项目而言,其涉及的功能领域广、技术类型多,且各类技术特点及运营模式均各有不同,若针对各项目特点分别选取不同的经济效益评价指标并逐一对其进行评价,将会极大降低项目经济效益评价工作的效率。因此,将基于工程经济学理论及工程实践经验,选取具有通用性特点的经济效益评价指标,并为采用合同能源管理模式的既有建筑节能改造项目提供科学合理、可操作性强的经济性评价方法,旨在提高改造类项目经济效益评价效率,有效降低项目投资风险。
