Research on Project-Driven Alliance between Colleges and Enterprise Teaching Mode and the Applications on Contemporary Vocational Education

In this paper, we conduct research on the project-driven alliance between the college and enterprise teaching mode and the applications on the contemporary vocational education. To achieve the aim of higher education popularization in our country, to vigorously develop vocational education is the important way. Higher vocational education for national and local economic development is the purpose of training the production, construction, management and service first line need to cultivate high quality personnel. Higher vocational education is the social demand as the primary guidance of employment education, cultivate the students should be a technology applied talents with skills. Our research proposes the novel guideline to deal with the mentioned issues which is applicable.

The Establishment of the Innovative and Practical Teaching Mode for Architecture Majors with the Help of “Schools-Enterprises-Governments-Research Institutions”

This paper focuses on the establishment of the teaching mode of innovative and practical architectural professionals, which is assisted by colleges and universities, enterprises, governments and research institutions. This paper believes that through the reform of the teaching mode, we can solve the problems such as the ivory-towered teaching of architecture in colleges and universities, the superficial teaching contents, inadequate teaching staff, students' poor innovation practice ability and tight professional funds. It is expected that this paper can provide assistance for architecture majors in the guidance of innovative ideas, the building of practical ability, and the establishment of knowledge system.

Research on the Enterprise Strategic Management Course based on Problem Oriented Teaching Methodology

With the rapid development of the management science and technology, the management related course is becoming popular. In this research paper, we research on the enterprise strategic management course based on the problem oriented teaching methodology. We reviewed the latest strategic management recently developed various theories and academic point of view to from the theoretical level of modern enterprise strategy management pattern to generalize and summarize, thus to guide the strategic management of modern enterprises. Enterprise strategic management is to point to determine its mission according to the external environment and internal conditions set strategic goals of the enterprise. Through combing the development of the strategic management theory, grasp the context and the regularity of the evolution of enterprise strategic thinking and the development trend of enterprise strategic theory at home and abroad was discussed to promote the existing strategic management research provides some unique ideas and thoughts.

The Strategy of Integrating Enterprise Culture into College English Teaching Under the New Curriculum Reform

With the overall promotion of the new curriculum reform, teachers’ teaching ideas have greatly changed. Under this background, how to apply the concept of new curriculum reform guide the reform of college English teaching is an important task. Therefore, it is very important to study the teaching strategies of college English teaching. Culture and language are complementary and inseparable, which requires us to carry out cultural teaching during English teaching process. In this paper, we focus on the strategy of integrating enterprise cultures into college English teaching, and discuss several cultural teaching problems in college English class. As a language required course, English not only strengthen the learners’ language skills, but also enhance humanistic quality of students. However, current college English teaching takes the examination as the goal, which cannot meet the needs of the learner’s professional stuff. We propose the strategy of integrating the professional background into English teaching, in order to improve the students’ ability of comprehensive application of English and the professional quality.

Research and Discussion on Project Cluster Teaching Mode based on the Enterprise Level Application

Currently, the country promotes with great effort the university should the application specific education, speeds up constructing to take getting employed as the guidance modern vocational education system. In order to strengthen the vocational skill ability of student and enhance the employment competitiveness, this article proposes enterprise application-based project colony educational model. In the teaching process, the school subject knowledge education and business skills needs of the enterprise integration, the use of enterprise program teaching, so that students can not only receive professional knowledge of the system education, but also the ability of professional application of formal training and training, after graduation the students can quickly adapt to the work of the business requirements, to achieve the purpose of application-oriented teaching.

Strategies for Improving Tourism English Teaching

Tourism is an emerging industry in China, known as the "sunrise industry" and "invisible trade". Though started late, with the rapid development of the national economy, it has been developing at an amazing speed. According to statistics, by the end of 2011, there were 23,690 travel agencies; the number of domestic and foreign tourists has grown exponentially every year. Particularly, inbound and outbound tourism market is booming. Europe, the United States and other English-speaking countries have become major tourist source markets of China; a large number of high-quality foreign tourism practitioners are urgently needed. Thus, tourism English teaching has played a very important role in the training of practitioners who are proficient in English, but also have high level tourism skills. Although at present, the education has accumulated a wealth of experience, has made significant progress, in the actual teaching, there are many problems existing. This article puts forward some constructive suggestions for improvement, combining with the local tourism resources.

“产教融合、校企合作、多位一体”的应用化学专业实践教学体系构建

“产教融合,校企合作”是高校培养新时代所需人才的重要途径之一,牵引着人才培养的发展方向。为顺应时代对人才的需求,并结合我院应用化学专业人才培养目标,本文针对我院应用化学专业提出构建“产教融合、校企合作、多位一体、虚实结合”的创新人才培养实践教学体系。以培养学生的实践创新能力为核心,通过搭建校企合作实践教学平台,设置“基础实验-综合训练-创新设计”三个层次的实验,推进多位一体、虚实结合的实践教学模式,对学生实行个性化培养,使培养的人才与社会需求相适应,并服务于经济社会的发展。

校企合作模式下基于OBE理念的实践类课程设计

基于成果导向教育(OBE)的课程设计理念,设计了“智慧电力工程训练营”实践课程的整体教学模式。该课程通过与ABB集团合作的形式,构建了具有实际工程意义的综合设计内容,并按照反向设计原则,对各个知识点进行综合整理,设计出2周的课程教学结构和课堂教学模式,逐步实现学生的最终学习目标。在此基础上,通过教学评价体系综合评定每位学生的最终成绩。该课程的教学模式及其实施路径对于本科实践类课程设计具有较好的借鉴和推广价值。

课程思政视域下校企合作教学案例库建设研究——以鲁东大学土木水利专业硕士课程教学为例

案例教学法是培养工程领域高素质创新型人才的有效途径,土木水利专业硕士研究生工程实践能力的提升亟需建立完善的教学案例库。本文研究了课程思政视域下土木水利专业硕士(土木工程领域)校企合作教学案例库建设,主要包括案例库的总体框架、案例库主题方向和素材来源、案例库共享机制等内容,旨在为土木水利专业硕士相关课程案例库的建设提供理论思路和实践指导。

产教融合背景下高职护理专业校企合作创新教材建设

教材是衡量学校教育与培养目标一致性的最基础、最直接的文本,教材的改革是教学改革的窗口。2020年1月教育部印发的《职业院校教材管理办法》强调要“专业课程教材要充分反映产业发展最新进展,对接科技发展趋势和市场需求,及时吸收比较成熟的新技术、新工艺、新规范等”,建设一批符合时代要求的、高质量的高职护理专业教材是高职教材发展的趋势。基于产教融合、校企合作是我国高职教育的最大特色与成功之处,本课题分析了高职护理专业现用教材存在问题,包括职业特色不够凸显、缺少临床护理工作一线人员参与、教材内容更新慢、教材编写方式及内容均不利于学生通过护士执业资格考试、落后于数字化信息时代发展的要求及思政元素和职业素养融入不足等,指出产教融合背景下高职护理专业校企合作开发教材的必要性,提出校企合作创新教材建设路径,即组织编写人员到本地医院调研,组建由临床护理专家和校内专业课骨干教师组成的高水平教材编写梯队,制定器官系统化教材编写模式,由临床护理专家、校内专任教师和学生三方进行教材评审,编写过程中坚持做到校内教师与临床护理专家三个充分的合作、做到临床护理专家两种方式三个层面的参与、做到两个切实一个融入、做到突出三个结合、做到一整合一完善。

基于“三教”改革的职业教育活页式教材开发研究

校企“双元”协作开发活页式教材是职业院校深化“三教”改革急需解决的问题。通过对职业教育活页式教材形态、编写机制、内容组织模式、育人模式及教学模式变革的分析与归纳,提出活页式教材正朝着形态“活”、教师“活”、内容“活”、思想“活”、教法“活”的方向发展。在对“活页式”教材实践探索的基础上,设计职业教育活页式教材开发流程,构建融“三教”为一体的活页式教材建设框架,提出活页式教材体例格式,详解案例活页内容。

校院联合、医教一体开展专科护理人才培养的探索

在国家政策的支持和引导下,我国专科护士培养取得长足进步。但总体来说,仍存在专科护士教育体系不完善、培训内容不规范、师资力量薄弱、缺乏统一的资格认证、培养形式单一等问题。文章在分析我国专科护士培养的现状和存在问题的基础上,提出了高职院校联合临床教学基地“医教一体”开展专科护士人才培养的新路径。从专科护士“医教一体”培养合作模式与运行机制的建立、培养对象的选择和专科护理“医教一体”人才培养模式的创新、课程结构的重塑、临床教学基地的建设和专科护理师资队伍的建设等方面开展积极探索与实践,取得较好的成效,相关探索与实践是对专科护理人才培养新机制、新途径的有益探索,有利于充分发挥学校教育和高质量医疗资源两方面的优势,共同促进我国专科护士人才的培养,也为完善专科护士学历教育体系提供实践参考。

中国特色学徒制与实践教学体系耦合的机理、困境与路径

在推进中国式职业教育现代化与产教融合战略背景下,中国特色学徒制与实践教学体系相互协同、交互耦合,共同致力于培养高素质技术技能人才,推动职业教育体系的持续创新与发展。以制定统一的人才培养目标缓解人才供需矛盾、以设计共同的教学内容契合产业发展需求、以构建协同的教学管理机制保障技能人才成长、以建立合作互补的师资队伍支撑人才培养质量,可以实现中国特色学徒制与实践教学体系的耦合。然而,职业教育在实践发展中面临着企业参与和合作意愿不高、教学内容标准缺失、教学管理软硬件保障不足、专业型教师缺乏等困境。通过协商共建人才培养方案、协同共研教学内容、共建共享数字资源平台、互聘共用“双导师”队伍,可以有效促进中国特色学徒制与实践教学体系的耦合,从而助推高素质技术技能人才的培养、产教融合战略的顺利实施和中国式教育现代化的实现。

校企协同技术技能积累对电子商务专业教学质量影响的研究

校企协同技术技能积累能力的提升是新时代职业教育的重要使命,也是职业教育高质量发展的必然结果,要通过深化产教融合、校企合作,加强职业院校基本能力建设,有效推进职业教育技术技能积累能力提升。本研究运用SPSS26.0对数据进行统计分析,从校企协同技术技能积累的动力机制、激励机制、效益评价机制以及反馈提高机制四个维度对电子商务教学质量中教学背景、教学投入、教学过程、教学成果的影响进行分析,以期全面提高职业院校电子商务专业教学质量,提升技术技能人才培养质量,实现校企协同技术技能积累向电子商务专业教学高质量转化的目标。

基于开放式校企合作平台的项目贯穿式教学模式研究

针对项目式教学实施过程中学生参与率低、与企业实践脱节、项目参与不深入等问题,构建符合项目式教学活动中各利益相关者需求的开放式校企合作平台和项目(需求)库。在此基础上,以项目为主线,将项目式教学贯穿至“创新通识课“”技术基础实践课“”创新方法专业课“”科技创新竞赛“”五位一体式项目研讨”及“毕业设计”等各教学环节,形成基于开放式校企合作平台的项目贯穿式教学模式,深化工程教育改革成效。

高职学生实习频发的“放羊”现象,对达成职业教育高质量发展的愿景十分不利。从政策、实践和个体三重话语体系明晰高职学生实习结构化转向的现实必要性,准确把握影响实习效果的痛点所在。因此,结合文化—历史活动理论的系统审思,以高职学生实习结构化转向的意蕴表征为出发点,聚焦于高职学生实习结构化转向的运行机制,最终形成高职学生实习结构化转向的逻辑框架。同时,在加快推进现代职业教育体系建设改革的关键时期,可从聚焦关键矛盾的结构性张力,实现拓展性学习;开发“变革实验室”的方法,展开形成性介入;发挥“反思性实践”的功效,促进知识的转移等方面,化解高职学生实习“放羊”危机,有效推进高职学生实习的结构化转向。

探索CDIO理念下电子信息科学与技术专业实践教学

将CDIO理念融入专业实践教学建设中,推动电子信息科学与技术专业的工程教育改革创新,构建校内校外交叉、递进式实践教学体系和实践育人模式,重构校企协同的三维实践教学内容,全方位培养学生的创新思维和工程实践能力,旨在缩短专业人才培养目标与企业需求之间的差距。

校企行协同的高职教师教学能力培育模式构建策略

行业、企业和学校是高等职业教育“产教融合、校企合作”办学模式中培育教师教学能力的关键要素。探讨校企行协同构建高职教师教学能力培育模式的必要性,分析当前高职教师教学能力培育存在的分级标准体系缺位、提升课程稀缺、评价方式落后等问题,提出校企行协同构建高职教师教学能力培育模式的策略。

构建科教企融合式实验教学模式的探究

为了全面提高草业科学专业创新人才的培养质量,构建了科教企协同融合的实验教学模式。该模式创建了多学科交叉融合的草业科学实验教学体系,搭建了教学实验室—高新科研平台—野外试验站—行业企业等多元化的实践教学平台体系,建立了院士领衔的实验课程教学团队发展成长体系,融汇了创新实践内容—平台—指导—竞赛于一体,以科教企协同融合支撑学生的自主创新创业;从课程思政、以能力培养为核心的课程教学、学科特色教学资源和有组织的教学研究等方面开展了实验教学体系的综合改革建设,夯实学生的创新创业实践基础。该模式显著提高了创新人才培养质量,支撑了兰州大学获批建设国家级一流草业科学专业和草学学科。

基于“课程独立、一课一企”的职业院校教师团队协作模块化教学

团队协作模块化教学是国家职业教育改革的一项重要任务,“专兼结合”“一课多师”是团队协作模块化教学的基本要求,传统以院系和学校管理部门为责任主体、教学组织管理统包统揽的模式,已不能适应团队协作模块化教学分工更细的要求。通过课程独立性改革,将课程分散的资源、条件划归到各课程,使课程成为相对独立的整体,任务下放课程组成为模块化课程建设、教学和管理的责任主体,发挥课程组教师团队的能动性和创造性;课程独立后,将校企合作落实到课程层面,至少做到“一课一企”,解决课程“专兼结合”“一课多师”团队的组建等问题。院系和学校教学组织管理部门的职能转变为对课程宏观指导、服务保障、组织评价和考核等,与课程组共同推进模块化教学顺利实施。
