This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages and help China women become excellent enterprisers. Management quality is a based condition possessed in management work, which includes the education degree, the level of some knowledge, the function of psychology, the skill, the experience, the health and so on. One of the important specific properties of management quality is the difference. The management qualities are connected with the management behaviors and performances. The advantages of the women enterprisers＇ management qualities are on three parts such as their vocational interests, values and personalities.
