Research and Implementation of the Enterprise Evaluation Based on a Fusion Clustering Model of AHP-FCM

Traditional clustering method is easy to slow convergence speed because of high data dimension and setting random initial clustering center. To improve these problems, a novel method combining subtractive clustering with fuzzy C-means( FCM)clustering will be advanced. In the method, the initial cluster number and cluster center can be obtained using subtractive clustering. On this basis,clustering result will be further optimized with FCM. In addition,the data dimension will be reduced through the analytic hierarchy process( AHP) before clustering calculating.In order to verify the effectiveness of fusion algorithm,an example about enterprise credit evaluation will be carried out. The results show that the fusion clustering algorithm is suitable for classifying high-dimension data,and the algorithm also does well in running up processing speed and improving visibility of result. So the method is suitable to promote the use.

Comprehensive Evaluation of Modern Enterprise Image with Theory of Fuzzy Mathematics

The multi layered indexes for modern enterprise images are summarized to overcome the shortness of single layered ones in evaluating modern enterprise images. The relevant multi layered evaluation model and algorithm are proposed. As an example, an electrical appliance enterprise in Qingdao city is evaluated with the proposed model and evaluation indexes to show the reasonability of the proposed indexes.

An Evaluation Model of Enterprise Operation and Its Application

This paper put forward an evaluation model with which one can make a comprehensive calculation of enterprise operation status concerning profit ability, repaying capability, economic efficiency and developing potential; and meanwhile the method of maximal distinction is employed to conduct the data synthesis of several targets and draw the conclusion of evaluation. Finally, a pratical illustration is given in this paper.

Study on the comprehensive advantage evaluation method of high-tech enterprises based on RBF artificial neural network

This paper designs an intelligent evaluation approach using a Radial Basis Function （RBF） Artificial Neural Network. We based our approach on establishing a comprehensive advantage evaluating index system that offers scientific substance for creating a development plan and the strategic management of high-tech industry and regional clusters of high-tech enterprises. Furnhermore, this paper selects some typical high-tech enterprises＇ data to make comprehensive training on the network system. Meanwhile, the paper chooses some enterprises as testing samples to test the method, the result of which proves that this method is truly effective. The research of this paper provides a comprehensive advantage evaluating and managing method for high-tech enterprise.

Selecting suitable key supplier for core components during smart complex equipment central-private enterprises collaborative development process:from two different forms of evaluation information and matching perspective

With the development of central-private enterprises integration,selecting suitable key suppliers are able to provide core components for smart complex equipment.We consider selecting suitable key suppliers from matching perspective,for it not only satisfies natural development of smart complex equipment,it is also a good implementation of equipment project in central-private enterprises integration context.In in this paper,we carry out two parts of research,one is evaluation attributes based on comprehensive analysis,and the other is matching process between key suppliers and core components based on the matching attribute.In practical analysis process,we employ comprehensive evaluated analysis methods to acquire relevant attributes for the matching process that follows.In the analysis process,we adopt entropy-maximum deviation method(MDM)-decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL)-technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)to obtain a comprehensive analysis.The entropy-MDM is applied to get weight value,DEMATEL is utilized to obtain internal relations,and TOPSIS is adopted to get ideal evaluated solution.We consider aggregating two types of evaluation information according to similarities of smart complex equipment based on the combination between geometric mean and arithmetic mean.Moreover,based on the aforementioned attributes and generalized power Heronian mean operator,we aggregate preference information to acquire relevant satisfaction degree,then combine the constructed matching model to get suitable key supplier.Through comprehensive analysis of selecting suitable suppliers,we know that two-sided matching and information aggregation can provide more research perspectives for smart complex equipment.Through analysis for relevant factors,we find that leading role and service level are also significant for the smart complex equipment development process.

The evaluation of enterprise performance based on EVA

EVA as a new type of performance evaluation indicators, to overcome the limitation of the traditional accounting profit performance evaluation index, in the calculation of the cost of capital for companies, not only to consider the cost of debt capital, but also consider the cost of equity capital, reasonable and objective evaluation of the performance of business, reflect the real value creation, meet the shareholder wealth maximization financial goals. This paper introduces the meaning and calculation method of EVA, focused on the analysis of the advantages of EVA performance evaluation, and also points out some limitations of EVA, in the hope that after the practice can improve continuously.

Objective To provide some suggestions and countermeasures for improving the patent evaluation system in pharmaceutical enterprises.Methods Literature research method was used to collect the relevant documents of pharmaceutical enterprises and patent evaluation system,and then the problems of traditional patent evaluation methods for pharmaceutical patents were studied.Results and Conclusion The evaluation of pharmaceutical patents plays an important role for pharmaceutical enterprises.However,it is urgent to improve the pharmaceutical patent evaluation system because there are many difficulties in evaluating pharmaceutical patents,such as large fluctuation of patent value,strong subjective interference,the incomplete pharmaceutical information,unapplicable traditional evaluation method,and the insufficient role of evaluation agencies.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward:(1)The application of the real option method;(2)Developing evaluation institutions and training evaluation personnel;(3)Improving the laws and policies related to the evaluation of pharmaceutical patents;(4)Building a pharmaceutical patent evaluation database.
