This article mainly discusses the impact of digital technology and service-oriented on the performance of manufacturing enterprises.It first elaborates on the background of the trend of service-oriented manufacturing and the significance of its enterprises.Then,based on the impact of digital technology on the performance of manufacturing enterprises,several practical and feasible measures are proposed,mainly focusing on the long-term layout of service-oriented,shortening the low period,enhancing the competitive awareness of state-owned manufacturing enterprises,improving the driving force transformation,achieving simultaneous progress digitally,configuring digital and service-oriented elements,and eliminating the monopoly of digital resources.Followed by lowering the threshold for private enterprise resource acquisition,promoting financial digital development,breaking the financial dilemma of service-oriented manufacturing,continuously improving the performance level of manufacturing enterprises,and promoting the development of manufacturing enterprises.

Technological Innovation Characteristics and Capacity Enhancement Ways for the Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprises in Beijing City

From the perspective of innovation mechanism,capital,personnel,achievements and conversion,this study analyzes the current situation of technological innovation in Beijing agricultural science and technology enterprises,and summarizes the characteristics including single financing channel of R&D funds,low conversion rate of innovative products,unbalanced distribution of technology and innovative talents,the underestimated position of enterprises as the main body of technological innovation,the large gap of innovation achievements between developed provinces and Beijing.At last,this study puts forward the ways to improve technological innovation ability in Beijing agricultural science and technology enterprises as follows:developing technological innovation strategies;improving the R&D expenditure and expanding the financing channels;perfecting the mechanism of professional personnel training in agricultural technology innovation;enhancing the level of innovation performance management;establishing and improving the corporate culture of innovation and cultivating technology innovation spirit.

Technology Innovation Mode of Agricultural Leading Enterprise——Based on the Virtual Organization Mode

Based on the definition of technology innovation of agricultural leading enterprises by domestic and foreign experts and scholars,technology innovation of agricultural enterprises is a process of new market increment,which uses new knowledge,technology,process and production mode,produces new products,offers new services and realizes commercialization. Characteristics of agricultural technology innovation are introduced,such as obvious regionality,relatively high risk,long-term periodicity and public attribute. Predicament for technology innovation of leading enterprises is analyzed,such as technical constraints,financial constraints and personnel constraints. Technological Innovation Mode can be classified into three modes of independent innovation,imitative innovation and cooperative innovation by the method of technology innovation. Among them,since there are some defects in the technology innovation process,independent innovation and imitative innovation are generally not used for the innovation of agricultural enterprises. Cooperative Innovation Mode can rely on foreign aid,can realize complementary advantages and achievement sharing,and can be widely applied in the agricultural innovation enterprise. Virtual organization in cooperation innovation mode is described,which makes up for technology,capital and human resources barriers in the process of agricultural enterprise innovation. Therefore,this mode is popular among the agricultural innovation enterprise.

Study on the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises

With the development of knowledge economy, the competition between high teehnology enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition of core competence based on knowledge, because high technology enterprises are typical knowledge-based enterprises. Few enterprises, especially for high technology firms, have all of the knowledge they need to compete effectively in the marketplace both at home and abroad, so more and more high technology companies are taking the advantage of strategic alliances to get their complementary knowledge. Since knowledge is the source of an enterprise＇ s competitiveness, knowledge management has become the most important means for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. There has been an increased growth in the literature on strategic alliances in recent decades. But what is less discussed in the existing literature on strategic alliances is the issue of knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises. Based on the characteristics of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises, and in line with the implication and the goal of knowledge management, this study tries to delve into this issue. The paper analyzes the key factors relevant to the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises and proposes guidelines on the process and measures that should be taken in the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises.

A Game Analysis on Technology Alliance of Tech-typed Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

As an innovation mode of organization, technology alliance has being increasingly paid more attention to by more and more small and medium-sized enterprises （SME）. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the theory and practice meaning of the technology alliance, cooperative game method is used to analyze the forming process of the cooperative mechanism, and it points out that cooperation will make both sides get the largest benefits.

Research of Entropy-Based Overall Performance Measurement Model of Enterprises Technology Alliance

The performance measurement of enterprise technology alliances is complex.In this article,evaluation mechanism of entropy has been applied to it.Above all,performance connotation of enterprise technology alliance is defined from the aspect of self-organizatlon theory.Then,on dynamic and systerna-tical view,an entropy-based overall performance measurement model for technology alliance is established,using its life-cycle as the principal line,which includes initial condition evaluation,process e- valuation as well as benefit evaluation.Finally,a case study is carried out to the demonstration of that model.The author believes that an improved performance measurement model based on alliance life-cycle would be practicability to alliance.

Analysis of the Development Structure on Non-governmental Enterprises of Science and Technology

Based on the development of the non-governmental enterprises of science and technology in the past twenty years, this paper applied an interpretive structure model (ISM) to make a research on the regular development pattern of these enterprises and to probe into the interior development mechanism theoretically. The studying results supply ideas underlying the scientific decision for the governments at all levels and show the direction of the development of the non-governmental enterprises of science and technology in the future.

Research on evaluation model of technology innovation ability of state-owned enterprises in northeast industry base

The paper viewed the current problem that state-owned enterprises in northeast industry base hadn＇t technologies of their own intellectual property right, whose sources mainly depended on imitation and introduction from abroad. Operational evaluation method and index criteria system of enterprises technology innovation ability were put forward in this paper, different enterprises may revise the model according to their actual situations to evaluate the enterprise technological innovation ability scientifically and quickly. The findings will be helpful to correlative departments to formulate the related policies and also has important theoretical and practical value in technological innovation project of enterprise.

The role of e-readiness assessment criteria in accepting e-commerce for small and medium size enterprisesmDevelopment of technology acceptance model

This paper develops Davis technology acceptance model by adding two criteria of e-readiness assessment. For small and medium size enterprises, the paper evaluates the credit of developed model in studying the efficient factors in internet technology acceptance, which is one of the most applicable communication tools in e-commerce. The added factors, taken from models and means of e-readiness assessment, are ＂existing information technology infrastructures＂ as well as ＂organization＇s training＂. The authors study 45 small and medium size enterprises in the city of Tehran, which are active in information technology products and services. Using Lisrel structural equation modelling, it is shown that there is a meaningful relationship between the added factors and the variables indicating internet network usage. Therefore, the better factors of e-readiness assessment lead to the higher acceptance level of electronic communication tools in e-commerce.

Study on the partner selecting method of strategic alliance inhigh and new technology enterprises

A successful and effective strategic alliance involves many factors, of which selecting a proper partner is the most important factor to achieve the success of the alliance. In view of the characteristics of strategic alliance in high and new technology enterprises and according to the analysis on the standards of partner selecting and the factors of the success of alliance, this paper does some deeper research on the partner selecting and the alliance evaluation process from the perspective of different strategic levels by using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluating method, thus providing a method to select the alliance partner for high and new technology enterprises in China.

The Selection of Financing Methods for Small and Medium Sized Technology Enterprises

Equity financing and debt financing are the main financing methods for small and medium sized enterprises. Based onthe samples of small and medium-sized enterprises listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange during 2010 and 2015, we collected theturnover data and studied the influence factors in financing and constraints. The results show that science and technology enterpriseshave different tendency in equity financing in different stages of social development. In the stage of social currency additional, theseenterprises tend to debt finaneing. Besides, those science and teehnology enterprises with better ability in sustainable development andinnovation ability are easier to get equity investment; those enterprises with more enterprise strength and government subsidies seemedmore sueeessfully in obtaining debt investment.

Constructing an assessment index system for strategic risk management in coal science and technology enterprises

Coal occupies a dominant position in China＇s national economy and is an essential energy source for future industrial development. To inform the efficient and sustainable development of the coal industry, this paper analyzes the sources of strategic risk for coal science and technology enterprises using 3 first-class indicators, 10 second-level indicators, and 37 observation points established through the existing research literature and experience. Moreover, in accordance to the obtained initial index data, the selected indicators have been tested and screened using reliability and membership degree analyses to remove redundant variables, avoid juxtaposition of risk factors at different levels, and reduce the influ- ence of some tiny risk factors for enterprise strategic risk. Then, factor analysis of external environment factor sub-scale was carried out. Factors are extracted according to a standard characteristic value greater than 1. Variables with high coefficients are classified into one factor category; and finally, 3 first-class indicators. 8 second-level indicators, and 37 observation noints are reconstructed.

Tripartite evolutionary game and simulation study on enterprise green technology innovation

By constructing the evolutionary game model among the government,enterprises and consumers,the paper analyzes the condition that the profit and loss relationship of the game subjects and their behavior strategies reach the stable state in the green technology innovation system,and uses MATLAB to conduct data simulation analysis.The results show that the government,enterprises and consumers have path-dependent behavior choices.The larger the government incentive coefficient and subsidy coefficient is not the better,but the larger the subsidy and subsidy coefficient will hinder the green technology innovation.Government punitive measures will promote green technology innovation,but high innovation subsidies will restrain the government’s environmental regulation.Therefore,the government should further improve environmental regulation policies,increase enterprises’enthusiasm for green technology innovation and consumers’acceptance of green products,and promote the development of green technology innovation.
