With the rapid development and widespread application of Big Data technology, the supply chain management of agricultural products enterprises is facing unprecedented reform and challenges. This study takes the perspective of Big Data technology and collects relevant information on the application of supply chain management in 100 agricultural product enterprises through a survey questionnaire. The study found that the use of Big Data can effectively improve the accuracy of demand forecasting, inventory management efficiency, optimize logistics costs, improve supplier management efficiency, enhance the overall level of supply chain management of enterprises, and propose innovative strategies for supply chain management of agricultural products enterprises based on this. Big Data technology brings a new solution for agricultural products enterprises to enhance their supply chain management level, making the supply chain smarter and more efficient. 展开更多

Micro and small enterprises (MSEs) are considered the most dynamic and flexible arrangement of activity. In the economy, the foundation and development of these features is important for the creation of the so-called "normal" economic environment. The main objective of this research is to present a research model of innovation in MSEs to analyse: first, the degree of innovation of MSEs, and second, how the innovation is handled by existing MSEs as a result of its business environment. The research made is based on a sample of 550 MSEs distributed over six cities across the Brazilian State of Piaui. The data were collected using the Innovation Radar application, which is owned by the SEBRAE Local Innovation Agents program. Statistical techniques of descriptive, exploratory, and inferential nature were used for corresponding data treatment and results validation. The results obtained suggest that MSEs have innovation capacity between the "Little Innovative" and "Occasional Innovative" range, and also that the average and the distribution of innovation levels are similar amongst MSEs analyzed. 展开更多

This study is based on the Ability-Motivation-Opportunity(AMO)model.Through two sub-studies,it explores the influence of ability-enhancing,motivation-enhancing,and opportunity-enhancing strategic human resource management(SHRM)in science and technology enterprises,on product innovation performance(PIP).It also reveals the dynamic evolution that influence from the perspective of the enterprise lifecycles.Sub-study 1 analyzes 441 questionnaires from managers of science and technology enterprises,using a qualitative comparative analysis method to determine the differences in the lifecycles of different enterprises.A qualitative comparative analysis of the questionnaires identifies the configurations of AMO SHRM,organizational emotional capability(OEC),and organizational human capital(OHC)that affect PIP at different lifecycles.Sub-study 2 empirically validates the dynamic capability path and resource-enhancing path of the impact of AMO SHRM on PIP using 444 questionnaires from managers of science and technology enterprises.The outcomes make the following revelations.(1)There are two possible configurations for product innovation during the startup stage,and opportunity-enhancing SHRM(OSHRM),OEC,and OHC are necessary conditions for impacting product innovation.There are three possible configurations for product innovation during the growth phase,and three possible configurations during the mature phase.(2)OSHRM in the startup stage affects product innovation through human capital,while ability-enhancing SHRM(ASHRM)and motivation-enhancing SHRM(MSHRM)do not significantly affect product innovation.ASHRM and OSHRM in the growth stage affect product innovation through OEC and OHC,while MSHRM has a significant impact on product innovation.AMO SHRM in the mature stage affects PIP through OEC and OHC.The study compares the impact of AMO SHRM on PIP from the perspectives of dynamic capability and resource-enhancing paths,and longitudinally analyzes the adaptability of the two paths in different stages of the enterprise life,providing reference for science and technology enterprise management practices. 展开更多

Previous literature showed mixed results about the impact of CEOs’financial literacy(CFL)on small and medium-sized enterprises’(SMEs)innovation.This relationship can be motivated by relevant variables,which are missing in the previous literature and make a difference as mediators.In this sense,based on the theoretical framework related to upper echelon theory and resource-based view,this study focuses on the mediating effect of risk-taking attitude and management control systems(MCS)varia-bles.Empirical data from 310 SMEs gathered using a qualitative research questionnaire are analyzed using structural equation modeling methodology.Specifically,estimations are carried out considering the partial least square method.Findings show that MCS and managers’risk attitudes fully mediate the relationship between financial literacy(FL)and innovation.Between these two mediating variables,the implementation of MCS stands out because it also enables the mediating effect of CEOs’risk-taking in the CFL–technological innovation relationship.As the results do not support the significant direct relationship between FL and risk attitude,they confirm an indirect effect through MCS.Furthermore,based on the study findings,SMEs’directors and owners,business associations,and public authorities can improve SMEs’technological innovation by implementing training programs and policies to foster CFL.They can also acknowledge the interdependency between organizational factors and individual characteristics to enhance SMEs’technological innovation. 展开更多

The oil and gas industry has been the practitioner and beneficiary of the application of digital technology for decades; however, it seems to have become the "laggard" in the new wave of digitization represented by "CBIMA"(short for cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things, mobile Internet and artificial intelligence). In the context of low and middling oil prices weakening the profitability of oil and gas companies, increasing competition for alternative energy sources and accelerating energy transformation, there is great potential for promoting the digital transformation of the oil and gas industry. Rebuilding competitiveness through digital transformation is increasingly becoming the consensus in the industry. It would be advisable for Chinese petroleum enterprises to take the initiative to adapt to the trend of digital transformation, formulate clear digital strategies and transformation roadmaps, actively and steadily carry out digital pilot projects, speed up the training of digital professionals and strive to achieve the best transformation results. 展开更多

企业为了保持在市场上长期稳定和市场竞争力,创新成为必不可少的一环,优化企业薪酬结构有利于激发企业活力并进一步促进企业技术创新。本文选取中国2010—2021年A股上市公司中医药制造企业的数据,采用多种回归模型对管理层内外部薪酬差... 企业为了保持在市场上长期稳定和市场竞争力,创新成为必不可少的一环,优化企业薪酬结构有利于激发企业活力并进一步促进企业技术创新。本文选取中国2010—2021年A股上市公司中医药制造企业的数据,采用多种回归模型对管理层内外部薪酬差距对企业技术创新的影响进行实证。研究发现,对于医药制造企业,管理层内外部薪酬差距对企业技术创新具有正向作用。对于模型的选取,管理层内部薪酬差距数据的右偏特性使其对技术创新绩效的影响使用Tobit模型更为妥当;对于管理层外部薪酬差距,双重差分模型和Logit模型结合使用更为适合,Logit模型可以从整体上分析,而双重差分模型可以将政策影响纳入其中。医药制造企业可以适当提高关键管理层的薪酬水平,拉大管理层内外薪酬差距,激发管理者工作积极性,提高企业技术创新动力与效率。 展开更多

在数字化的情境下,关于知识基础不同维度对企业创新绩效影响机制尚存在不同观点。为利用和盘活已有知识资源提升数字化创新绩效,基于知识基础理论,通过4103家中国企业2010—2021年间的面板数据构建双向固定效应模型,探讨知识资源的不同... 在数字化的情境下,关于知识基础不同维度对企业创新绩效影响机制尚存在不同观点。为利用和盘活已有知识资源提升数字化创新绩效,基于知识基础理论,通过4103家中国企业2010—2021年间的面板数据构建双向固定效应模型,探讨知识资源的不同性质对于组织数字化创新绩效的影响,分析知识重组能力等情境变量在传统知识资源与数字化创新绩效之间的调节作用。结果表明:知识宽度对企业数字化创新绩效具有积极作用,知识深度对数字化创新绩效有倒“U”型影响;利用式知识重组能力在知识宽度与数字化创新绩效之间发挥正向调节作用,创造式知识重组能力在知识深度与数字化创新绩效之间也发挥正向调节作用。可见,组织需要较多的异质性知识,不能局限于某一知识领域,才能提升数字化创新绩效。因此,企业应涉猎更丰富的知识领域,拥有多样化的异质性知识元素,同时对自身资源和能力进行有效整合和匹配,以实现更高效的运营和业务目标。 展开更多
