Due to industry characteristics or regional limitations,many students in certain majors tend to seek employment in small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).SMEs face certain challenges in implementing industry-education integration,and there is a lack of mature methods in specific implementation processes and talent cultivation plan generation.Taking the landscape architecture profession as an example,this paper conducts a correlation analysis and cross-analysis of the industry-required professional skills based on surveys of over 300 industry practitioners employed in SMEs.It provides professional skill cultivation modules based on market feedback.This research process and analysis method have certain reference significance for the rapid production of adaptive talent cultivation professional skill modules in other industries targeting SMEs. 展开更多

We conduct survey on the characteristics of demand of agricultural enterprises for agricultural marketing talents from the following 6 aspects:the professional marketing talents needed urgently by the agricultural enterprises,the amount of demand of agricultural enterprises for the marketing talents,the jobs offered by the agricultural enterprises,the educational background of agricultural marketing talents favored by the agricultural enterprises,the requirements posed by the agricultural enterprises on the work experience of agricultural marketing talents,and the quality requirements posed by the agricultural enterprises on the agricultural marketing talents.We analyse the problems existing in the cultivation mode of marketing talents in agricultural vocational colleges as follows:the feature of major is not outstanding;the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent;it is disconnected with the practical needs of agricultural enterprises;the cultivation form of practical ability is simple.On the basis of this,taking Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example,we advance the new mode of cultivating inter-disciplinary talents integrating "marketing technique+technique marketing",and establish characteristic agricultural course combo system on the basis of vocational position orientation.In the meantime,we propose that we should conduct close college-enterprise cooperation with the local leading agricultural enterprises.This cultivation mode reform of talents is favorable for the agricultural enterprises,especially small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises to foster "marketable" agricultural marketing talents,elevate the comprehensive competitiveness of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises,serve the local economy,and promote the development of modern agriculture,and China's agriculture,farmer,and countryside. 展开更多

This research shows that the employees correct their expectations to the current job and other jobs in the industry on the basis of their initial work experience, which finally affects their turnover decision. In addition, the study also reveals that the turnover caused by the difference of wages, and the management reasons can make the employees completely leave the state-owned enterprises. 展开更多

Mobile devices as a popular computing platform for enterprise systems have enabled certain tasks to be executed out of office.However,the work may be interrupted due to the server shutdown or network disconnection when employees access traditional single-engine Business Process Management System.To overcome this defect,we present a lightweight twin-engine architecture based on Service Oriented Architecture(SOA).In this paper,we discuss in detail the design and implementation of the architecture,and present a trigger mechanism to activate engines according to the states of hybrid environments since it is critical for the two types of engines to cooperate closely in hybrid environments with fixed and mobile computing resources.The experimental results validate the usability of the architecture. 展开更多

Forecasting Orders with ARMA in Household Electric Appliance Enterprises Based on Mobile Agent

Forecasting orders accurately plays a crucial role for household electric appliance (HEA) enterprises keeping low inventory level. In order to reduce the influence of bullwhip effect, sales data are applied to forecast orders of the next period instead of ordering data. Mobile agent is applied to achieve the sales data from retailers in the data preparation. And the converting approach from sales data of retailers to prediction data is proposed. Autoregressive and moving average (ARMA) model is introduced to forecast orders and a comparison amongst final prediction error (FPE), Akaike information criterion(AIC), Bayes information criterion(BIC) and Akaike's corrected information criterion(AICC) criterion is shown. The sample test verifies the superiority of AICC; therefore it is applied to identify ARMA order. Forecasting architecture is established and then the prototype system is tested, at last a case shows the orders prediction of the next quarter and verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

At present, the wave of digitization is sweeping the world while the rapid evolution of the consumer market,cross-border competition between digital enterprises and fierce competition among traditional enterprises are forcing various industries to speed up their digital transformation. The oil and gas industry has been the practitioner and beneficiary of the application of digital technology for decades; however, it seems to have become the "laggard" in the new wave of digitization represented by "CBIMA"(short for cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things, mobile Internet and artificial intelligence). In the context of low and middling oil prices weakening the profitability of oil and gas companies, increasing competition for alternative energy sources and accelerating energy transformation, there is great potential for promoting the digital transformation of the oil and gas industry. Rebuilding competitiveness through digital transformation is increasingly becoming the consensus in the industry. It would be advisable for Chinese petroleum enterprises to take the initiative to adapt to the trend of digital transformation, formulate clear digital strategies and transformation roadmaps, actively and steadily carry out digital pilot projects, speed up the training of digital professionals and strive to achieve the best transformation results. 展开更多

In this paper, we conduct research on the effectively building patterns of talent incentive and cultural atmosphere for modern enterprise management. Targeted incentive direction refers to the motivation, namely, to what kind of content to implement incentive. It has signifi cant effect on incentive effect. According to American psychologist Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, people’s behavior motives originated in fi ve kinds of need, namely: the physiological needs, security needs, belonging needs, respect for the needs and the self-actualization needs. People need not set in stone, which is a developing process from low to high, but the process is not a cascade of discontinuous jumping, but a continuous, the evolution of wave. 在创新型经济重构空间使用逻辑的背景下,以解析城市内部创新要素的集聚和选址为出发点,构建创新企业集聚的邻近性框架,运用中小型创新企数据以及问卷调查数据,对长三角上海、南京、杭州、苏州4座典型的创新型城市进行研究,透视创新在空... 在创新型经济重构空间使用逻辑的背景下,以解析城市内部创新要素的集聚和选址为出发点,构建创新企业集聚的邻近性框架,运用中小型创新企数据以及问卷调查数据,对长三角上海、南京、杭州、苏州4座典型的创新型城市进行研究,透视创新在空间利用上的新变化和新需求。研究得出以下结论:(1)集聚趋势。在我国内城更新与新城开发同步推进的城镇化语境下,创新企业的集聚兼具回归城区和近郊生长的双重动力,而且低密度、品质高的新兴园区与创新人才的需求形成了较好契合。(2)结构演化。创新企业的集聚结构与城市的空间转型、功能演化形成紧密互动。城市的区域职能分工、空间结构对企业的集聚有深刻影响。创新企业的集聚强度由中心向外围衰减,形成半径为1~3 km的核心-边缘结构。(3)区位逻辑。除政策、产业等传统因素外,创新企业不仅侧重于向“年轻集群”和应用导向的科研集群集聚,而且呈现出明确的生活指向,品质、氛围等软性因素成为不可忽视的高阶需求。 展开更多
