Research on the Application of Montessori Education Method in Cognitive Training of Patients with Alzheimer’s Disease

Objective:To study the application of the Montessori education method in cognitive training in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods:40 cases of senile dementia patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group according to the single and double number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The intervention group used the Montessori education method,the principle of which was to implement individualized health interventions based on the individual conditions of the patients,for a period of 6 months;the control group was given conventional treatment and nursing of the disease.The Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)was used to compare the effects of the two groups of patients before and after health intervention and conduct statistical analysis.Results:The score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing the Montessori education method for diagnosed Alzheimer’s patients can effectively improve their cognitive function and delay the progress of further dementia.

School-Enterprise Cooperation in Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program at UESTC

School of Information and Software Engineering at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(abbreviated hereafter as "SISE") joined Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program launched by Ministry of Education of China in 2011. This paper discussed nine models of school-enterprise cooperation practiced at SISE since 2011. The school-enterprise cooperation model effectively broadens the students' horizons and improves the students' practical ability and has been recognized by academic circles.

Evaluation of Technical Education by Using a Modern Structured MOODLE Laboratory Course, in Relation to Recent Data

E-learning platforms support education systems worldwide, transferring theoretical knowledge as well as soft skills. In the present study high-school pupils’, and adult students’ opinions were evaluated through a modern structured MOODLE interactive course, designed for the needs of the laboratory course “Automotive Systems”. The study concerns Greek secondary vocational education pupils aged 18 and vocational training adult students aged 20 to 50 years. The multistage, equal size simple random cluster sample was used as a sampling method. Pupils and adult students of each cluster completed structured 10-question questionnaires both before and after attending the course. A total of 120 questionnaires were collected. In general, our findings disclosed that the majority of pupils and adult students had significantly improved their knowledge and skills from using MOODLE. They reported strengthening conventional teaching, using the new MOODLE technology. The satisfaction indices improved quite, with the differences in their mean values being statistically significant.

Present Situation and Thoughts of Education and Training in China's Refractories Industry

In recent years, China has fully developed in output, quality, and technical advancement of refractories, and become the biggest country in refractories production and consumption in the world. Meanwhile, education and training in China＇s refractories industry have developed rapidly. This paper introduces the present situations of undergraduate education, postgraduate education, academic education, and vocational and other training of China＇s refractories industry＇, including the student recruiting situation, subject arrangement, teachers .force, and R ＆ D equipment level, and also puts forward some suggestions for China＇s refractories education and training.

Developing continuing education is the need of cultivating high-quality technical personnel of enterprises

Based on the needs of personnel training in the sustainable development of enterprises, this paper has researched that cultivating high-quality technical personnel of enterprises is the requirements of the sustainable development of enterprises. Universities in the continuing educational process should establish the basic principles of cultivating high-quality technical personnel of enterprises, and developing continuing education in universities and actively exploring the training mode of high-quality technical personnel of enterprises are proposed.

From Mutual Creation to Mutual Benefit:China’s National Teacher Training Program between Higher Teacher Education and K-12 Teachers

Sustainable Development Goal(SDG 4)lays solid theoretical foundation for the development of higher teacher education in improving the quality of teaching faculty nationwide.Sustainable teacher training paves a way for teacher professional development in the long run.China’s“National Teacher Training Program”serves a connection between higher teacher education and K-12 teachers in multiple perspectives when exploring K-12 teachers’improvement of the essence by upgrading the initiative of the program with the assistance of educational technology and modern educational philosophy from mutual creation to mutual benefit.Direction orientation strategic design based on demand for teaching faculty,curriculum setting in modules,and characteristics creation have been carried out to upgrade the training of teacher colleges and National Teacher Training Program in the future for achieving a win-win situation between higher teacher education and K-12 education.

企业新型学徒制推进的现状、困境与纾困策略——基于S市的实证研究

在产教融合背景下探究企业新型学徒制具有重要意义。基于主要行动主体的多方视角,以S市作为典型案例,运用问卷调查、访谈相结合的混合研究方法,探究企业新型学徒制推进情况。结果表明,一是S市的企业新型学徒制试点举措包括构建“1+N”政策体系、强化体制机制保障、校企“双主体”共同开展培训等,取得了学徒技能水平提升,相关单位人才竞争力增强,产教融合平台优势提升等成效;二是企业新型学徒制存在制度安排滞后于实践发展、实施机制不够科学完善、培训过程中工学矛盾突出、投入成本过高影响项目成效等困境。建议增强政策供给能力,完善工作机制,破解工学矛盾,提供配套资源保障。

全程·融合·协同:教育硕士U-G-S协同培养模式的创新实践研究

教育硕士是职前教师培养的重要对象,是高素质研究型教师队伍的重要来源。教育硕士U-G-S协同培养是我国教师队伍建设政策的主旨所向,更是卓越教育硕士培养的现实所需。以J大学教育硕士为研究样本,以利益相关者理论为理论基础,厘清U-G-S协同培养模式中各利益主体之间的互动关系及利益诉求,形成U-G-S协同培养模式的运行程序,并依据“计划、行动、观察、反思”的步骤开展行动实践。研究结果显示,U-G-S协同培养模式在导师团队建设、人才素养提升、研究成果产出等多方面取得显著成效。

基于产教融合的全日制教育硕士“U-G-S”育人体系改革与探索——以学科教学(物理)专业为例

首先分析了现行全日制学科教学(物理)教育硕士育人体系存在的共性突出问题,再根据研究高校、政府、产业三者合作与利益关系的三重螺旋理论,建构了以人才培养质量为主线,对接物理基础教育行业需求,强化专业实践能力培养,突出高校、政府、中小学育人主体地位的“U-G-S”产教融合育人体系,并提出了“U-G-S”育人的实施路径:政府应转变角色定位,制定政策机制,推动各方主体主动参与,落实育人主体责任,发挥育人协调作用;高校应改革育人体系,完善育人机制,践行育人主体担当,发挥育人主导作用;中小学应认同育人价值,树立育人主体地位,履行育人主体职责,发挥育人深度参与作用。

升级版“GP-S模式”在我国南北实证研究中的可行性分析

全科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)是培养全科医师的重要途径。浙江大学医学院附属第一医院(以下简称“浙大一院”)全科医学科创新建立了升级版导航式多路径全科医师培养模式(升级版“GP-S模式”),为求同质化培养全科医生,现拟开展升级版“GP-S模式”在中国的南北实证研究。研究拟选取浙江省和内蒙古自治区的全科住培基地为试验基地,并采用SWOT分析法探讨升级版“GP-S模式”应用于中国南北地区的可行性。文章从试验基地的人才与资源优势、外部的技术与政策支持以及浙江省与内蒙古自治区的差异等方面分析,并提出了应对劣势与挑战的策略,以提升升级版“GP-S模式”在我国南北地区开展实证研究的可行性。

产教融合视域下应用型本科校企协同育人机制改革与实践

该文通过探索专业建设“双带头人”制、课程建设“双负责人制”、学生培养“双导师制”、教师培养“双考核制”,不断深化产教融合,做强校企合作特色,探索研究符合本校应用型本科人才培养模式的校企协同育人机制,提升企业方参与人才培养的积极性,培养适应新疆“八大产业集群”中煤炭煤电煤化工领域的高素质应用型人才,实现专业学科建设符合产业发展需求。

校企合作模式下基于OBE理念的实践类课程设计

基于成果导向教育(OBE)的课程设计理念,设计了“智慧电力工程训练营”实践课程的整体教学模式。该课程通过与ABB集团合作的形式,构建了具有实际工程意义的综合设计内容,并按照反向设计原则,对各个知识点进行综合整理,设计出2周的课程教学结构和课堂教学模式,逐步实现学生的最终学习目标。在此基础上,通过教学评价体系综合评定每位学生的最终成绩。该课程的教学模式及其实施路径对于本科实践类课程设计具有较好的借鉴和推广价值。

基于产教融合的跨境电子商务专业校企协同育人模式研究

国内协同培养视角下专本贯通人才发展趋势分析——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

国内专本贯通项目开办已有近十年历史,江苏省和山东省走在全国前列。在中国知网搜索应用型人才协同培养、专本贯通人才培养的相关文章,利用可视化分析软件及定性分析手段发现,目前协同概念在人才培养中的应用研究较多,是研究热点,普通本科应用型人才是研究关注的主要领域。专本贯通人才属于应用型人才的重要组成部分,人才培养模式创新研究中协同概念的应用较少,二者的融合明显不足。专本贯通人才的特征、人才培养模式引入协同概念的重要性都反映了基于协同理论的专本贯通人才的重点研究趋势,学者们已经探索出的协同概念应用于人才培养的实施路径也给协同视角下专本贯通人才的发展指明了方向。

智慧农业产业学院“1234”产教融合协同育人模式

智慧农业是近年来国内外的重点和热点研究领域,也是实现我国农业强国和解决“三农”问题的重要途径。未来,涉农行业、企事业单位对智慧农业人才的需求将呈快速增长态势,而当前智慧农业人才难以满足智慧农业产业的需求。同时,智慧农业是多学科交叉融合且实践性很强的专业,也是新型专业,尚未形成系统性的智慧农业专业人才培养体系。因而,加快推进智慧农业专业人才培养,显得尤为迫切和重要。该文在坚持“以本为本”和“四个回归”的教育理念基础上,围绕智慧农业发展目标,面向智慧农业产业需求,以山西农业大学省级智慧农业学院为例,探索出智慧农业产业学院“1核心、2导师、3平台、4体系”的“1234”产教融合协同育人模式,为我国智慧农业产业学院发展及人才培养模式提供参考和借鉴。

课程思政是高校加强和改进思想政治工作的重要抓手,推进立德树人精神入脑、入心、入行的有效渠道,将课程思政融入实训课程更是当前重要的实践场景。论文以“Bizsim企业竞争模拟”课程为例,剖析当前实训类课程融入课程思政存在的问题,挖掘实训类课程课程思政元素,融入课程思政内容,完善实训类课程设计,进一步借助问卷调查法进行定量分析提供数据支撑,以期为实训类课程全面推进课程思政建设提供有益借鉴。

产教融合型企业的培育是深化产教融合的有效载体,建设产教融合基地是推进产教融合的重要举措。文章以湖北省认定的第四批产教融合型企业湖北省兴赤生态农业有限公司为研究对象,以黄冈职业技术学院湖北省兴赤生态农业有限公司产教融合基地为例,对其建设过程进行全面分析,提出完善产教融合管理制度、开展产教融合共建共享、落实校企合作人才共育、推进技术研发成果共创、健全资源保障共投共担等途径建设产教融合型企业,以期为同类企业及其产教融合基地的建设提供理论借鉴和实践参考。
