Survey and Prospect for Applying Knowledge Graph in Enterprise Risk Management

Enterprise risk management holds significant importance in fostering sustainable growth of businesses and in serving as a critical element for regulatory bodies to uphold market order.Amidst the challenges posed by intricate and unpredictable risk factors,knowledge graph technology is effectively driving risk management,leveraging its ability to associate and infer knowledge from diverse sources.This review aims to comprehensively summarize the construction techniques of enterprise risk knowledge graphs and their prominent applications across various business scenarios.Firstly,employing bibliometric methods,the aim is to uncover the developmental trends and current research hotspots within the domain of enterprise risk knowledge graphs.In the succeeding section,systematically delineate the technical methods for knowledge extraction and fusion in the standardized construction process of enterprise risk knowledge graphs.Objectively comparing and summarizing the strengths and weaknesses of each method,we provide recommendations for addressing the existing challenges in the construction process.Subsequently,categorizing the applied research of enterprise risk knowledge graphs based on research hotspots and risk category standards,and furnishing a detailed exposition on the applicability of technical routes and methods.Finally,the future research directions that still need to be explored in enterprise risk knowledge graphs were discussed,and relevant improvement suggestions were proposed.Practitioners and researchers can gain insights into the construction of technical theories and practical guidance of enterprise risk knowledge graphs based on this foundation.

The Application of Knowledge Management(KM)by Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises(SME)in Manufacturing Industry

To accelerate the digital transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises(SMEs),this study delves into the primary challenges encountered in adopting knowledge management(KM)within these organizations and identifies the essential methods for successful implementation.The objective is to provide practical recommendations for the effective adoption of KM.This research suggests that enterprises should promote knowledge management through three key approaches:enhancing employees’cognitive understanding,standardizing knowledge systems,and tailoring business scenarios to meet diverse needs.These findings offer valuable insights into the digital transformation of SMEs in the manufacturing sector,ultimately helping these businesses to remain competitive and innovative in a rapidly changing market.By addressing the specific needs and challenges faced by SMEs,this study aims to contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of how knowledge management can be leveraged to drive digital transformation and improve overall business performance.

Systematic research on enterprise knowledge management

Entering 21st century, knowledge has already become the most important strategic resource for enterprises. The key factors of keeping continuous competitive advantages for an enterprise are the abilities of knowledge management and knowledge innovations. Enterprise knowledge management is a new subject with great theoretical meaning and actual meaning. From a new angle, guided by systematic viewpoint, this paper analyses deeply and explores synthetically enterprise knowledge management as a complicated system problem by doing the following:Defining the implication of enterprise knowledge management;Analyzing three kinds of the key elements in enterprise knowledge management and the interaction relations among the elements;Proposing and probing into the structure of enterprise knowledge management. Considers the structure as the open dynamic network structure with multidimensional space. Through drawing the state chart of key elements, analyzes the functions of enterprise knowledge management; Proposing and studying the interaction mechanisms between three kinds of the key elements and enterprise knowledge management. On the basis of all above analyses, aiming at the conditions and problems of enterprise knowledge management in our country, this paper probes into the main countermeasures of knowledge management that should be adopted by the enterprises of our country.

Study on the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises

With the development of knowledge economy, the competition between high teehnology enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition of core competence based on knowledge, because high technology enterprises are typical knowledge-based enterprises. Few enterprises, especially for high technology firms, have all of the knowledge they need to compete effectively in the marketplace both at home and abroad, so more and more high technology companies are taking the advantage of strategic alliances to get their complementary knowledge. Since knowledge is the source of an enterprise＇ s competitiveness, knowledge management has become the most important means for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. There has been an increased growth in the literature on strategic alliances in recent decades. But what is less discussed in the existing literature on strategic alliances is the issue of knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises. Based on the characteristics of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises, and in line with the implication and the goal of knowledge management, this study tries to delve into this issue. The paper analyzes the key factors relevant to the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises and proposes guidelines on the process and measures that should be taken in the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises.

Intra-firm Horizontal Knowledge Transfer Management

Knowledge transfer is widely emphasized as a strategic issue for firm competition. A model for intra-firm horizontal knowledge transfer is proposed to model horizontal knowledge transfer to solve some demerits in current knowledge transfer researches. The concept model of intra-firm horizontal knowledge transfer was described and a framework was provided to define the main components of the transfer process. Horizontal knowledge transfer is that knowledge is transferred from the source to the same hierarchical level recipients as the target. Horizontal knowledge transfer constitutes a strategic area of knowledge management research. However, little is known about the circumstances under which one particular mechanism is the most appropriate. To address these issues, some significant conclusions are drawn concerning knowledge transfer mechanisms in a real-world setting.

A Study on Analysis and Construction of Project-oriented Enterprise Knowledge Map

Knowledge is an important resource for enterprises, especially project-oriented enterprises. Knowledge is an important carrier for the innovation of products and services. The level of knowledge management determines the survival development of the project enterprise. In this paper, the characteristics of the project-oriented enterprise knowledge map are in-depth analyzed, and the construction goals of project-oriented enterprise knowledge map are established, and from the perspective of system construction, the architectures of knowledge map are put forward. On the basis of this, the structure and function modules of the knowledge atlas are designed, and the drawing steps of project-oriented enterprise knowledge map are explained in details, which aims to help project-oriented enterprises to find effective knowledge management tools in the process of knowledge management, to improve the level of knowledge management, to further strengthen the innovation of products and services.

Multi Agent Knowledge Management Architecture

Nowadays, knowledge in Public Sector environment becomes very vast and increasing day by day at speedy pace. So, to handle and manage the knowledge becomes a tedious job, resulting into degrading the overall affectivity and productivity of the system. Hence, the need of effective architecture arises, which can increase the performance of disseminating knowledge in public sector. This results the implementation of knowledge management (KM) using Multi Agents (MA). Using Multi Agents reduces the time overhead for serving relevant knowledge to end users. The objective of this paper is to propose KM architecture using MA which will be helpful and effective in circulating knowledge to public sectors in a much better and easier manner, due to which it enhances the productivity and performance. The paper firstly, gives the understanding of literature on various knowledge management frameworks and tools for implementing Multi Agents. Then it proposes a MA enterprise knowledge management architecture (MAEKM), stating that how knowledge circulation will be done. At the end, using JADE framework, paper implements MAEKM architecture for public sector. The paper describes the necessity of implementing this architecture and its usefulness in disseminating knowledge in public sectors.

Project Manager＇s Competencies in Czech Lottery Industry Enterprise

The presented paper analyses competencies of project manager of the enterprises operating on Czech lottery market. The contribution of the paper consists of two parts. The first part focuses on the basic terminology issues and anchors concepts such as project manager and competencies. The second part is dedicated to the analyzing and evaluation of the competencies of ideal project manager of the enterprises operating on Czech lottery market and subsequent presentation and verification. For the analyzing and evaluation of the competencies of ideal project manager, the questionnaire of the scale type with the grade valuation 1-6 was applied within the frame of 20 enterprises operating on the lottery market in Czech Republic. The respondents were from the AG CZ, Ltd. and the competitors of this enterprise. Analyzed data were after the evaluation worked up into the form of graphs. The final output of this paper is the definition of the competencies of ideal project manager operating on Czech lottery market. The paper arose thanks to the project supportted by The Ministry of Education, Slovakia （Project KEGA No. 001DTI-4/2015, proposal of behavior strategies in the difficult social situations in the management of secondary school using the innovative predictive software tools） in cooperation of Dubnicky, Technological lnstitut in Dubnica nad Vahom with AG CZ, Ltd. and The Institute of Technological and Business in Ceske Budejovice.

Management Communication in University’s Digital Library

Digital library is a process of exploiting more scientific methods to construct a social knowledge network. It represents an “extension” from a traditional library. The core and essence is to build a favorable surroundings for knowledge accumulation, knowledge transfer and knowledge communication. Management communication covers information transfer and organization cooperation. Compared with traditional library, the management communication in digital library shoulders the commitment to support knowledge innovation. On the basis of analysis of the connotation of digital library, this paper analysed the aspects of management communication, including communicators, communication styles, contents, channels and outer communication, all of which tries to construct an integrated model of management communication in a digital library and turns a library into an actual “knowledge fountain”.

Application Research of Ingroup Preference in Employee Relationship Management

With stepwise development of Chinese enterprise,management problem is increasingly prominent,especially human resource management issues. Facing international environment of entering into World Trade Organization,the country accelerates construction pace of human resource management subject in colleges and universities,which provides professional channel for management efficiency and market competition ability of Chinese enterprise,but it is still far from practice. In this paper,the concept,origin and inhibition factors of ingroup preference are elaborated. Based on the visual angle of ingroup preference,started from four dimensions( enterprise incentive system,talent management idea,psychological contract and employee communication consciousness),main problems existing in employee relationship management of modern enterprise are explored. It is specially emphasized that manager often holds the blame in front of dealing with the crisis after contradiction,which is " fatal point" neglected in employee relationship management of modern enterprise. To improve its core competitive power,enterprise must value harmonious relationship with employees.

Artificial Neural Networks in Risk Management: A Bibliometric Study

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of Artificial Neural Networks in Risk Management.The study considered articles from the I.S.I.Web of Knowledge and Scopus databases,Identification of publishers,countries,periodicals and the keywords most frequently cited.We used the CiteSpace® software to analyze this material,which provides a set of features to support bibliometrics,including the reference maps.This study provides data collection on Artificial Neural Networks applied to risk management.The number of works identified in this study is significant,and in the last ten years,the number of citations has increased.We did not identify the increase in paper count within the same period.

基于三层B/S架构的企业信息化管理系统的设计

为解决企业管理系统中存在的数据冗余、不一致、数据同步效率低等问题,文章通过引入三层浏览器/服务器(B/S)架构模式,实现了对企业信息化管理系统的研究。该系统的设计主要包含数据库设计、系统管理、生产管理、统计报表等主要功能模块的设计。系统由浏览器向服务器发送请求,服务器接收请求并处理,然后将结果返回给浏览器。系统采用了MVC设计模式,将数据层、业务层和表示层分离开来,提高了可维护性、可扩展性和可重用性。该系统的应用不仅达到了数据远程共享的目的,还实现了对现骨干数据及报表的查询功能,可充分满足企业的信息化管理需求。

B/S模式下物流仓储管理系统设计与实现

针对企业物流仓储管理系统的功能需求出发,在B/S模式下对物流仓储管理系统的整体框架、功能结构和数据库模块进行设计,然后对系统模块功能的实现进行研究,最后提出物流仓储管理系统的测试和维护途径。

基于知识管理的4S企业竞争情报收集系统研究

本文深入分析4S企业的竞争情报收集工作现状,针对问题引入知识管理的模式,提出了由情报规划模块、采集模块、处理模块和使用模块4个部分组成基于知识管理的4S企业竞争情报收集系统的构建。从分析竞争情报收集系统的信息需求和功能需求入手,对该系统的业务流程、总体结构进行了分析与设计,为竞争情报在该类企业中的应用提供了新的模式与相关研究的理论基础。

基于D-S理论的企业安全绩效综合评定研究

为客观评定企业安全绩效,提出一种基于D-S证据理论的企业安全绩效综合评定方法。在确定安全绩效评定指标的基础上,利用模糊函数和群决策方法处理评价过程中的不确定信息,将多源决策信息转换为同一框架下的评价信息,然后根据各决策信息的重要度,通过D-S证据理论的mass函数和证据合成方法对安全绩效评价群决策中的不确定性信息逐层融合。实例表明,该方法能够克服D-S冲突问题,保证企业安全绩效综合评定信息融合结果的准确度,企业安全管理的优劣势的表征更为直观。

中国煤矿企业应急管理研究回溯与前瞻——基于CiteSpace知识图谱的文献计量分析

我国煤矿事故多发,经济损失严重,如何科学地从煤矿企业应急管理体系、应急管理能力等方面进行深入研究对煤矿企业的安全生产具有重要意义。截至2017年12月20日,以中国知网(CNKI)的期刊库、硕博论文数据库和会议数据库中发表的煤矿企业应急管理方面的352篇论文作为数据来源,使用CiteSpace工具进行高产机构分析、作者分布特征分析和关键词分析,展现中国煤矿企业应急管理研究的空间分布特征、研究热点,并追踪前沿研究问题。研究结果表明:煤矿应急管理研究领域,研究机构和学者的分布呈现多样化发展趋势;而相关的研究热点主题呈多元化,主要体现在煤矿企业应急预案、煤矿企业应急管理存在问题、煤矿企业应急管理解决对策、煤矿企业应急管理能力、煤矿企业应急救援系统及煤矿企业应急管理体系研究等6个方面;结合煤矿企业应急管理的实际需求和研究现状,煤矿安全应急协同机制和能力、员工行为层面的煤矿企业应急管理策略以及煤矿企业应急物流能力等方面研究将是未来趋势。

机械制造企业B/S生产信息管理系统的设计

通过实例探讨了机械制造企业中B/S结构生产信息管理系统的基本功能要求,分析了生产信息管理系统中各子模块的相互关系和企业管理信息系统的信息流程关系;总结模块设计的要点,给出本系统中各子模块的详细供功能设计;提出了一种解决B/S结构生产信息管理系统中问题的方案。

基于主体-行为-客体(SAO)三元结构的专利分析方法研究综述

分析目前最具代表性的基于主体-行为-客体(SAO)三元结构的专利分析工具研究现状,包括SAO结构研究主要内容和基于SAO结构的专利分析流程及其应用。研究发现:(1)SAO结构研究主要包括S、A、O元素的独立研究、两两组合研究及其相互关系研究;(2)基于SAO结构的专利分析流程主要分为数据预处理、SAO结构提取、SAO结构后处理和图表解释4个阶段;(3)基于SAO结构的专利分析方法主要分别从扩大研究词覆盖范围、构建和分析SAO结构网络、优化SAO结构提取方法和分类研究SAO结构来提高专利分析的全面性、深入性和准确性,研究难点是对SAO结构中非分类关系的提取;(4)基于SAO结构的专利分析方法在专利情报分析领域跟踪科学研究发展并预测其发展前沿,在创新设计领域分析产品需求、结构和功能及推送设计概念,在专利知识管理系统开展专利分类、技术信息挖掘和展示以及发明知识推送,在企业管理领域帮助企业管理知识产权和组织实施战略,在各技术领域的应用扩展将是其未来发展趋势和研究热点。
