The Impact of Information Technology on Service Quality,Satisfaction,and Customer Relationship Management(Case Study:IT Organization Individuals)

Recent research and studies have shown that Information Technology(IT)has a significant impact on service quality,customer satisfaction,and customer relationship development.With the proliferation and penetration of technology in all aspects of life,organizations are responding to the implications and opportunities that IT creates in relation to customer services.The main objective of using information technology in organizations is to increase customer satisfaction,service quality,and customer relationship management,which the authors will focus on here.Enhancing service quality,improving customer satisfaction,and establishing close and sustainable customer relationships are key advantages of leveraging information technology in this field.This article examines the impact of information technology on service quality,customer satisfaction,and customer relationship development and provides strategies and models for organizations to improve customer satisfaction and establish closer connections with them through the use of information technology.Seventy individuals from the IT field were used to evaluate the proposed model.The proposed model was compared with three models:SEM,regression,and decision tree,and the results demonstrated better performance of this approach.

A Comparative Study of Quality of Family, Social Relationships and Type D Personality in Cardiovascular Patients and Non-Patients

This study aims to compare the quality of family and social relationships and Type D personality in cardiovascular patients with normal people. In this research, 300 individuals (n = 150 male, 150 female) are divided in two groups of patient (n = 150) and non-patients (n = 150) were selected as samples from the author’s offices (both private and his office in Mazandaran Heart Center). They attended in this study filling the questionnaires of “Pierce Quality relations” and “Personality Inventory (DS14)”. In order to analyze data, First observations were described by the help of descriptive statistics methods including tables, graphs, and indices of central tendency and distribution. Then, observations were described by inferential statistics methods such as univariate and multivariate analysis of variance and then were analyzed by SPSS. Out of the 300 participants, 108 patients (36%) had the mean age of 52 to 63 years old and 30 patients (10%) were 30 to 40 years old. This study showed that there is a significant difference between cardiovascular patients and control group in terms of quality of family and social relationships and Type D personality (P < 0.01). Cardiovascular patients have lower quality of family and social relationships, social support, as well as lower depth of relationships, and also higher relationship conflict than normal people. Also cardiovascular patients have higher type D personality than normal people (P < 0.01). In general, research findings indicate the importance of psychological factors associated with coronary artery disease.

Developing a matrix to explore the relationship between partnering and total quality management in construction

Recently, there has been an increasing awareness and implementation of practices associated with Partnering and Total Quality Management (TQM) in the construction industry. Partnering and TQM both seek to enhance construction outcomes, yet rigorous studies of Partnering and TQM have been conducted separately and have not carefully examined common or unique practices associated with these techniques. This paper presents the findings of a theoretical analysis of an integrated approach for the use of Partnering and TQM. A matrix approach has been used to explore the extent to which Partnering may improve TQM implementation in construction. The matrix is based around 3 indexes, namely; the Degree of Partnering, the Degree of TQM and the Project Success Index and enables the relationship between Partnering and TQM to be analysed quantitatively. It also assists in understanding the trends of Partnering and TQM and their relationship to project performance. The results of a case study using this matrix are also presented. It has been concluded that the integrated use of Partnering can facilitate improvements in the way TQM is implemented in construction.

Relationship between the Water Body Chlorophylla and Water Quality Factors of Wetlands Baiguishan Reservoir

[Objective] The aim was to explore the relationship between water body Chlorophyll-a and water quality factors of wetlands Baiguishan reservoir.[Method] Chlorophyll-a and water quality factors of water quality of Wetlands BaiGuishan Reservoir was studied,the analysis of the relationship on water quality of Wetlands Baiguishan Reservoir was made by use of trophic status indices and SPSS17.0 statistical analysis.[Result] Total phosphorus was an important factor of influence Chlorophyll-a in reservoir,water body had slight eutrophication phenomenon in reservoir of July to October in 2010.[Conclusion] Comprehensive management should be strengthened so as to improve the water quality of Baiguishan wetland.

Did You Sleep Well,Darling?—Link between Sleep Quality and Relationship Quality

Background: Relationship quality and sleep quality influenced physiological and psychological health. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to determine a possible connection between relationship satisfaction and sleep quality and to test a theoretical model of sleep quality as related to relationship and psychological well-being. Methods: Fifty-one heterosexual, cohabitating couples between 24 and 70 years old participated. The relationship quality was measured by the German short version of relationship questionnaire. To determine the sleep quality, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and a two-week sleep diary were implemented. To gather information about psychological well-being, especially depression and anxiety, the German Symptom Checklist was used. Results: Sleep quality was measured by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and relationship quality correlated significantly negative. In addition, the study found a positive correlation between sleep duration and relationship quality. In a multiple regression model, fighting and mental strain explained 38% of variance of sleep quality. Depression, anxiety and relationship quality showed no further improvement of the model. These findings suggested that relationship quality, constructive partnership behavior and mental strain played an essential role in sleep quality.

基于系统结构的水利高质量发展内涵与结构解析

准确把握水利高质量发展内涵,是实施新时代水利发展战略的重要前提。通过系统梳理高质量发展和水利发展的研究进展,基于系统观,分析了水利高质量发展的基本概念体系和核心要义;基于系统结构及系统优化视角,构建了由水利高质量发展目标、发展途径、发展条件三要素组成的水利高质量发展系统的关系结构。结果表明:水利高质量发展既是水利系统优化的发展理念,也是实现系统治水的发展措施;将水利高质量发展目标解析为水旱灾害防御安全、水资源供给安全、水生态保护安全和水环境保护安全保障以及高质量水利共享;五大新发展理念内化于水利高质量发展系统的关系结构之中,其中水资源禀赋和绿色发展是前提基础和约束条件,开放是其外在环境条件和内在体现,水利科技创新、水资源优化配置、水资源集约节约利用、水利系统现代化管理、水利基础设施建设和水安全系统功能协调是发展的重要优化途径,高质量水安全保障与满足人民需求的高质量水利共享是发展目标的核心内容。基于系统结构及系统优化问题视角深入剖析水利高质量发展的系统结构及其内在关系,可进一步深化对水利高质量发展的内涵认识,为区域水利高质量发展综合定量评价奠定基础。

亲清政商关系与企业数字化转型

在数字经济时代,数字化转型是企业实现高质量发展的内生要求,而企业的数字化转型离不开政府的引导和支持。基于此,分析检验当前亲清政商关系构建会如何影响微观企业的数字化转型,有助于企业实现高质量发展。利用2016—2020年中国A股传统行业上市公司的年度观察数据研究发现,亲清政商关系对企业数字化转型具有显著的正向影响,即在政商关系越亲清的地区,企业的数字化水平越高,并且这种正向影响在非国有企业中表现得更强。进一步的机制检验表明,亲清政商关系主要通过“市场导向效应”和“资源供给效应”对企业数字化转型发挥积极的促进作用。更具有启发意义的是,主要是政商关系的“亲近化”而不是政商关系的“清白化”助力了企业的数字化转型,而且亲清政商关系能够降低传统政治关联的相关影响。

研究生导师基本素质与落实立德树人职责的关系探析——基于研究生感知视角

目的:探讨导师对立德树人重视程度及其基本素质与落实立德树人职责之间的关系。方法:选取各专业各年级的研究生进行问卷调查,采用Pearson相关系数对统计数据进行分析。结果:研究生导师对立德树人职责的重视程度与其基本素质与落实立德树人职责之间存在密切的正相关关系,各项指标表现出显著性差异。结论:应进一步增强导师的思政教育意识,加强师德师风建设,并提升导师的业务能力素质。

面向新质生产力发展需求的国家水网建设关键内容及研究展望

为推动国家水网建设稳步迈入新质生产力发展的新征程,在理解水利新质生产力内涵及发展需求的基础上,从高科技、高效能、高质量、绿色4个维度出发,系统梳理国家水网建设需要把握的关键内容,分析有代表性的研究实例,并在此基础上进一步对国家水网未来研究进行展望,包括研发国家水网模拟器大科学装置、物理水网和虚拟水网协同建设、支撑人与自然和谐共生的现代化建设、科学处理人水关系4个方面,以期为面向新质生产力发展的国家水网建设提供参考。

基于向量夹角余弦IPD模式参与方关系质量评价研究

IPD模式参与方的关系对IPD模式的发展至关重要。引入关系质量的概念,从参与方供求关系出发,建立IPD模式参与方关系质量评价指标体系;并借鉴供应链稳定性思想,基于向量夹角余弦法构建了IPD模式参与方关系质量评价模型;进而提出判定标准,通过对IPD模式参与方关系质量水平的分析,实现了IPD模式参与方关系的评价。研究表明,该模型不仅能够对两两参与方、三方及IPD参与方关系系统的关系质量进行简单有效的定量化,还能找到影响关系质量的短板进行改进和提高,从而为IPD模式参与方关系管理提供了科学的依据和合理的视角。

1990-2020年长三角地区生境质量与夜间灯光的空间关系

基于1990-2020年长三角地区的土地利用数据和夜间灯光数据,运用InVEST生境质量评估模型、双变量空间自相关、相关系数对生境质量与夜间灯光的时空关系进行研究,并应用地理加权回归和归纳法分析两者的响应规律,结果表明:(1)浙江省总体上生境最优且城镇发展最快,安徽省在城镇快速发展的同时生境相对下降最少,生境质量和夜间灯光空间分布格局呈现出与区位、地形等因素的空间耦合性。(2)长三角地区生境质量与夜间灯光指数随着时间的发展空间上的依赖性越来越强,聚类模式主要为高-低、低-高及低-低3种。高-低聚类区域主要分布在浙江省和安徽省的南部、西部的山地丘陵,研究期内呈现缩小的趋势;低-高聚类区域在长三角东部平原区呈集聚分布、北部平原丘陵区呈零散分布,呈现扩张趋势。(3)不同年份各省份生境质量与夜间灯光指数呈显著负相关,且经济越发达的省份,生境质量与夜间灯光指数的负相关关系越强;生境质量与夜间灯光指数呈高度负相关的区县主要分布在长江下游沿岸和浙江省东部,相关性不显著的区县主要分布在安徽省、江苏省的北部,变化类型以负相关关系持续增强型占比最高。(4)生境质量与夜间灯光指数的相关关系随着城市发展呈U型变化,即随着城市发展,生境质量与夜间灯光指数的负相关关系先增强后下降。研究结果可为长三角城市可持续发展、生境调控提供前期基础。

基于G1-EW云模型的火工品保障人员能力素质评估

针对火工品保障人员能力素质评估问题,根据全面质量管理理论和过程安全管理理论,在指标设置过程中采用灰色关联分析法对指标进行筛选,构建了较为科学的评估指标体系。通过博弈论思想将序关系分析法与灰色关联分析法(G1)联合使用求解的指标权重与熵权法(entropy weight,EW)所求权重进行组合,使权重设置更合理,运用云模型实现对评估指标的定量分析与定性分析的综合考虑,最终建立了一种基于G1-EW云模型的火工品保障人员能力素质评估模型。实例验证结果证明了该模型合理、有效,对火工品保障人员能力素质提升具有一定的指导作用。

银行处罚的信息溢出效应与实体经济效应——基于银企借贷关系的视角

银行处罚既是微观审慎监管工具,也是促进金融服务实体经济的重要手段。本文使用2009—2021年我国A股上市公司与原银保监会行政处罚的微观数据,考察了银行处罚对借款企业的信息溢出效应与实体经济效应。研究发现,银行处罚可显著改善借款企业的信息披露质量,即具有显著的信息溢出效应。异质性分析显示,该溢出效应在非国有、对不确定性感知弱、对外部融资依赖度高以及地区法制化程度高的企业更为显著。机制检验发现,银行处罚能够促进银企借贷关系合理化,进而改善企业信息披露质量。进一步的研究发现,银行处罚的信息溢出效应在稳定股市、增加实体投资以及缓解融资约束等方面能够发挥积极作用,即具有显著的实体经济效应。本文从银行处罚视角揭示了银行业强监管的信息溢出效应和实体经济效应及其内在机制,为金融监管的有效性提供了微观证据,对金融如何支持实体经济的高质量发展具有重要的参考价值。

以改革试点推动全局财税体制改革

当前财税体制改革的复杂性和艰巨性远远超过之前的改革,这对新一轮财税体制改革提出了很大的挑战。因此,应以改革试点为先导,这既可以发挥地方政府的主观能动性,探索最优改革路径,又可以降低改革风险。本文总结了需要改革且适合试点的领域:税收分享体系改革试点、地方财政收入结构改革试点、分类转移支付改革试点、事权和支出责任改革试点、横向政府间事权合作改革试点、预算编制改革试点、预算透明公开改革试点、地方债改革试点。这些均涉及当前财税体制改革的核心问题,也是财税领域长期未解决的问题,因而可以通过试点探索全局性改革方案。同时,改革试点应建立有效沟通机制,确定各方参与和协调,坚持中央统一领导和行政主导,赋予地方政府一定的探索权,共同促进财税体制改革。
